July 12, 2019, Crime Ally, Gotham City
Jason opened a bottle of Absolut Vodka but before he could pour himself a glass he heard his phone ringing.
"What do you want Dick?" Jason asked himself as he picked up the phone and to his surprise he saw that Alfred was calling him.
"Alfred, what's up?" Jason asked only to hear static.

"Where's the joker?" Red hood demanded only for a bullet to go into the clown's head.
"Hello, my boy. I love what you did with the place." Joker said with a smile.
"Die you bastard!" Red Hood replied as he tackled him then did a combo of left and right crosses to his jaw as he laughed.
"This is for my family." Red hood said as he shot him in the head until he was out of bullets then went to his safehouse and punched a whole in the wall as he cried.
When he was done he went to the funeral and saw James Gorden Jason noticed Selina Wayne and Clark, Kara, Hal, Barry, Oliver, and Kate Kane along with Luscious, Luke, and Tiffany Fox.
"We are here to mourn the death of Gotham's favorite son, Bruce Wayne, a man that spent every penny on this city, may he rest in peace. His second son Jason has a few words to say about the deceased." The Priest said.
"I'm sure everyone here knows that Bruce and I never had the best relationship but despite all of that he was my father, I'll miss you dad. My brothers and sister Dick, Tim, Damien, Duke and Cassandra were my family even though many times we couldn't stand each other I loved them. I'm sure you all know how Bruce and I met, he saved me from the streets. That's what Bruce did, whether as Batman or just as Bruce Wayne. He was a symbol to look to for a better tomorrow. I'll miss you guys. Dick keep Tim and Damien from killing each other and make sure Bruce doesn't spend his time brooding up there. I hope we meet again." Jason said as a tear fell from his eye while they buried them.
After the funeral Oliver walked towards him.
"Thank you for paying for this." Jason said.
"No problem, Bruce and I had our differences but I respected him, so this was the least I could do. How are you holding up?" Oliver asked.
"I'll live, I heard you and Sara got married, congratulations." Jason replied.
"Thank you, unfortunately she couldn't make it, her and Roy are dealing with a vertigo deal in Starling." Oliver replied.
"I see, tell them I said hi when you get back to Starling." Jason said.
"I will if you need anything I'm here." Oliver replied as he shook Jason's hand then left while Kate and Selena walked towards him.
"I'm sorry Selina, I know Bruce loved you." Jason said.
"I know and don't worry about me kitten, I'll be alright just don't be a stranger ok?" Selina asked.
"I won't mom." Jason replied as he hugged her.
"You don't need to worry about Bruce's identity, Kent made up a story about an explosion at one of Joker's warehouses." Selina said as she left.
"I know you killed the Joker, how dare you? Bruce never would have wanted that." Kate said as Jason grabbed her arm and pulled her away from the funeral.
"Don't tell me I dishonored Bruce's memory, I know how you handled things in this city when Bruce left after that bastard broke his back the second time. You cared more about your damn ego than this city. Then after what happened to you, you let that kid wear your suit and because of that, she ended up dead. Never forget her blood is on your hands. You don't belong in Gotham anymore Katelyn." Jason replied as he looked at her with contempt.
Kate left the funeral as Clark, Diana, Barry and Hal walked towards him.
"Jason, how are you holding up?" Clark asked.
"I'll be alright uncle Clark." Jason replied.
"I'm glad that you killed that monster, I just wish Bruce didn't have to die for it to happen." Diana said.
"Me too." Jason replied.
"Listen, if you need anything you're always welcomed at the watchtower." Hal said.
"I know I might take you guys up on that offer, thanks for coming." Jason replied as he went to his apartment and punched a wall as he cried.
August 7, 2021, Crime Alley, Gotham city
As Jason slept he got up and picked up a Jericho 941 as he walked towards the door.

"He was, I know you two never saw eye to eye on your methods but when you came back Bruce was happy, he kept that watch that you made him for his birthday." Lucius said as Jason smiled then walked out of the building and went to a penthouse as the flash drive beeps until he got to an elevator.
Jason got on the elevator and put his eye in front of the retinal scanner.
"Welcome Jason Todd." The computer said as it brought him to a bunker that had a computer along with a table filled with gear.
Jason put the flash drive into the computer as a video of Bruce appeared.
