Inside a research laboratory, a man wearing a necklace with a big Ruby at the center can be seen inside the lab conducting numerous experiments on several Anomalous objects he had in his possession. Things were going quite well until a warning alarm started unexpectedly blasting.
"What the hell!" The researcher shouted aloud.
While on his to the exit, he walked all the way to his standard research computer to get a sense of what the situation is. He opened the device, the login screen showing a logo and a label/acronym that simply said; SCP, and typed in the password to access the home page to see an alert that said; Level 10 Dimensional Breach Detected; Evacuate Immediately; This is not a drill.
Then, right on time, a blue and black dimensional rift, emitting a rapidly spreading black thunderous clouds and cosmic blue lightning bolts, suddenly opens twenty miles away from the lab located in the forest.
"Oh my god." The researcher quietly said in fear and shock.

It was a quiet, dull, rainy night in the messy office of Private Detective Lancelot Williams. The Detective, currently wearing clothes for a trip to a grocery store, had just come back from a case and he was bored out of his mind.
"Let's see if there's something on." He thought to himself
A few hours have passed since Lance turned on his television, still bored. He then opened his phone, the date read July 5, 2049, the notifications filled with nothing but miscalls from numerous people, the most were from a John Williams and Jane Williams. He had hoped that there was something on it that could interest him. Then, as if a prayer was just answered, the doorbell rang.
"Must be the pizza." Lance thought to himself as he stood up from his couch and walked to his door.
He then opened his door to not find a pizza delivery boy or girl, but a woman wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and black boots.
"Are you Lance Williams?" The woman asked.
"Yes." He replied worriedly, hesitantly, and vigilantly.
"May I come in?" She asked.
"Sure thing." He said vigilantly.
He then led the woman inside his office, through his hallway and onto one of the seats inside.
"Do you want anything, miss?" Lance asked, expecting a reply for her name.
"Hui Lin," the woman replied, "and no thank you."
Lance then walks to the woman, notebook and pen on hand, and takes a seat just a few feet in front of her.
"Okay Miss Lin, tell me why you're here." Lance said with a serious tone.
She then began to explain about a mysterious and brutal organization known only as The Black Dragon and how she needs his help to expose them and bring them down. She then further explains that the organization is known for their notorious crimes, such as; murder, kidnapping, satanic-like rituals, illegal human experimentation and so on.
"So, Mister Williams, will you help me take down this organization?" Hui Lin asked.
Lance was dumbfounded from all the information he had just digested. He re-postured himself and asked, "Why did you come to me to help out?"
"Because you are the best Detective I could find who was available." She replied. "Of course, I could have gone to your more skilled twin brother, John Williams, but he was unavailable so you were closer."
"Ouch." Lance thought to himself.
"But despite that, you have some skills that are still useful to us." Hui said, seeing Lance's hurt pride.
Then, unexpectedly, a door ring could be heard just as the awkward silence had started.
"That must be the pizza." Lance said excitedly as he stood up from his chair and walked down his small hallway. "Do you want any?" He asked, only to get a silent response. "Rude." He thought to himself.
He then opened the door to hopefully see the pizza delivery man or woman this time but only to see a knife wearing a similar attire to Hui Lin's, the only difference being a not well hidden tattoo of a black dragon on the back of his right hand, wielding an ancient looking knife on his right hand.
"Oh shit!" Lance shouted as he dodged the attacker who thrusted his weapon forward, almost slicing his face.
The two then enter a duel in the small hallway, the attacker slicing through the air trying to hit his target and Lance dodging almost each one, parrying each attack, and throwing a few calculated punches each time he gets an opening. The two continue this deadly dance on the hallway until the two men make it to the main room.
"Miss Lin, stay back!" Lance shouted as he grabbed his military like knife from his desk, he then turned around to Hui Lin's location only to find that she isn't there. "What the-" Lance thought to himself but unable to finish the thought as the attacker dashed at him, his right arm holding the knife raised for a killing blow.
"Shit!" Lance shouted as he grabbed the right arm, stopping it's momentum, and attempted to stab the attackers side only for that arm to get stopped by the attacker.
The two men stayed on this position for what felt like forever. Until the attacker suddenly got blasted in the face by a blaster bolt. Lance released the now dead assailant, the body flopping as it fell on the floor, and turned to his left as he saw Hui Lin, standing on the desk holding what looked like a custom made blaster-sniper rifle with white dragon designs and wearing a white dragon mask.
"Are you alright?" The Chinese woman asked.
"Yeah." Lance replied, his voice indicating that he was not alright.
"妈的,他们找到了我 (Shit, they found me)." She said silently.
"What was that?" Lance asked.
"Nothing." Hui replied.
"Ok so..." Lance said as he looked back down at the body, "what are going to do now?" He asked as he turned back around to look at Hui, only to see that she disappeared, as if she was never there, Lance walks where she once was at the desk to see a note held down by another knife and an envelope.
Lance removes the knife to examine it, the knife looked ancient like the assailants, the only difference being that the knife what a elegant white dragon design on it. Lance then opened the letter attached to the knife and read the following; "If you accept the job, meet me at this address in Beijing, China." Lance then read the address on the paper. Lance then opened the envelope to see a bunch of cash on it with another note attached to it, the following read; "Half now, half when the job is done." The amount of money in the envelope looked like it could fix most of the damage done in the office already.
Lance took a while to consider his options until he he finally thought, "Well, I've got nothing else to do," he thought as he looked around him, "alright, let's do this."
Then, out of nowhere, someone the knocked on the door again, startling Lance. Lance grabs his blaster-pistol and walks to the door. He slightly opens to finally see the pizza delivery man on the front door.
"Oh my god, finally!" He said silently as he opens the door to grab his long awaited, thirty-five minute late, pizza.
Two hours have passed since the incident in Lance's office. He had called the proper authorities to help him clean out his office. He had called his twin sibling, John, to let him know that he would be out of the country for a while but couldn't explain why. Lance is currently outside of the airport, contemplating his current decision to go to China and deal with a secret cult after his head.
"Welp," Lance thought to himself, "off to bloody China." He finished his thought as he enters the enters the airport.

Present Day
The Scientist, wearing the ruby necklace, stayed behind to get a sense on the current inter-dimensional situation currently going on outside as the Cosmic Lightning Storm draws closer.
"Shit like this can't just happen without a warning!" He thought to himself. "What the hell is going on!"
After a few minutes of frantically typing away on his advanced Quantum Computer, he had finally found a result, not the one he wanted but a result nonetheless.
"Bright!" The Scientist yelled at the man with the Ruby necklace, known as Dr. Bright. "We've got to get out of here now!" He shouted as he ran away.
Dr. Bright obliged without saying anything, running away to the nearest exit.
The Quantum Computer results showed that the Storm wasn't just spreading to their universe but on every nearby universe on the Multiverse. The second result showed the origin point of the Storm; Earth 10.

July 6, 2049
Lance had finally arrived to his destination, China, after the eighteen hour flight in a completely new attire, an all black one with the exception of dark grey jeans and a black trench coat. The first thing he did was hail a taxi and, using an English to Chinese dictionary, asked him to take him to the address on the note. After two hours on the taxi, he had finally arrived to his destination and paid the driver respectably. He got off the taxi and walked to the ancient looking building, it looked like a house from the 17th Century at best. He walked up the porch and knocked on the old door. After a few minutes of waiting, the door finally opened inward revealing a tall and well-built man on the other side.
"你是谁? (Who are you?)" The doorman asked grudgingly.
Lance didn't say a word as he pulled out the decorated White Dragon knife on one hand and the dictionary on the other. "林晖寄给我 (Hui Lin sent me)." Lance strugglingly replied.
"请进 (Come in)." The doorman said, moving to let Lance inside.
"谢谢你 (Thank you)." Lance said with little effort.
Lance went inside the house and looked around to find Hui Lin. After a few minutes of searching the old house, he finally found her on the second floor of the house in a meeting with several old people in the room. Lance couldn't make out what they were saying but, from the bits he could understand, it sounded important.
"Hello?" Lance interrupted. "I'm Lance Williams, Hui Lin sent me." He said.
"Hello Lance." Hui Lin said. "I didn't think you would actually come."
"Well, that makes one of us." Lance replied.
Hui Lin then whispers something to one of the older women in Chinese and then walks outside to the hallway with Lance.
"Follow me." She said, coldly.
"So, what's the job?" Lance asked.
"We're going to check out a possible Black Dragon outpost not from here." Hui replied. "We're going to infiltrate it and get information on an important Black Dragon meeting our sources have been hearing about." She finished.
"Sounds... simple enough." Lance remarked, sarcastically.
"I wish." She replied, colder than usual.
A few hours have passed after Lance and Lin left the house. Lance was parked outside of a tattoo parlor inside a borrowed hover car and Lin was currently on top off a roof of a building. Lance, trying to pass the time, was studying to perfect his Chinese in order to communicate with his employers much better.
"伙计,谁知道你能在一个小时内学到这么多东西. (Man, who knew you could learn so much in an hour.)" Lance said with much needed effort.
"那是令人印象深刻的. (That was impressive)." Hui Lin admitted through Lance's comms.
"谢谢你 (Thank you)." Lance said, effortlessly.
"Hold on," Lin said, looking through her scope to observed three men in black suits walk inside the parlor, "you've got incoming."
"I see them." Lance said as the mystery men walked in the parlor. "I'm going in." Lance said confidently.
"Remember the Black Dragon greet and be careful." Lin said.
"Copy that." Lance said.
As Lance entered the parlor, the three men looked back at him with curiosity and deathly caution.
Before the three men could do anything, Lance raised up his right hand, revealing a Black Dragon tattoo and then says, "黑龙万岁. (All Hail the Black Dragon.)"
"Are you new?" The third African man asked.
"Yeah, I mean, of course I am." Lance replied calmly.
"Please, come with us, newcomer." The second, British, man said, somehow completely oblivious of the imposter in their midst.
"Thank you." Lance said.
The four men then head to the back door of the tattoo parlor. After they exit the building, the four men meet at an alleyway to discuss their business
"So, what are we here for?" Lance asked.
"I am glad you asked, new comer." One of the members replied. "I am here to tell you where we are meeting with the head of our Order." He said excitedly. "It'll happen in a few hours, it is essential we be there."
"Well the that sounds exciting." Lance said, with slight sarcasm. "Now Lin.",
"Wait... what?" One of the other members said as a red dot can be seen on his forehead.
Then, without warning, the three cult members, except for the fourth, all get instantly shot in the head, killing them.
"What the hell!" The fourth member shouted as Lance pulls out his blaster-pistol from his coat and points it at the survivor.
"You're going to tell me where that meeting is and maybe I'll consider not killing you." Lance threatened.
"I'll never tell you." The Cult member said boldly.
"Alright then, if you won't tell me," Lance said a three vans show up behind Lance, revealing White Dragon members as they exit the vehicles, "but they will." He said as the White Dragon members place a bag over the fourth survivor around his head and take him away.
1 Hour Later
Back at the old house, Lance and Lin can be seen outside the door, that leads to the basement, waiting patiently to receive the info they wanted. Then, after a few minutes of waiting, an older woman steps out of the door.
"It wasn't easy but we have the address to where the meeting will be." The old woman said as she gives Lance a piece a paper with an address on it.
"Thank you," Lance said respectfully to the Elder, "how did you get this?" He asked as he noticed a small blood stain on the piece of paper.
"We have our ways." The Elder replied.
"Come on Lin. We've got a job to do." Lance said as he begins to speed walk outside.
"等等!我需要和你谈谈。(Wait! I need to speak with you.)" The Elder said to Lin before she could follow Lance.
"Wait for me in the car Lance, I'll be right there." Lin said as she saw Lance waiting for her by the door.
"Alright, but be quick... we've got a bloody case to solve." Lance said excitedly. It had been a while since he had a big case like this and let's just say that the boredom brought him down but nobody knew that, but I do.
"怎么了,奶奶? (What is it, grandmother?)" Lin asked concerned.
"我不能阻止你去,但我希望你小心。我不希望发生在你父母身上的事情也发生在你身上。(I can't stop you from going, but I want you to be careful. I don't want the same thing that happens to your parents to happen to you.)" The Elder said with a worried look on her face.
"你不必为我担心,祖母。我不会有事的. (You don't have to worry about me, grandmother. I'll be fine.)" Lin said in an assuring tone.
"我知道。(I know.)" The Elder said as she remembered all the training Lin did to be the strong woman in front of her now. "现在去吧,注意安全. (Go on now, and be safe)."
"我将. (I will)." Lin said with a smile as she turns around and walks out the door.
"Sorry for the wait." Lin said as she walks inside the car Lance was waiting on.
"Don't worry about it." Lance said with an understanding tone as he put two and two together on why she took a while. "Let's go kick some ass." He said in a serious tone as he started the engine.
Present Day (3 years later)
Earth 10
Inside a dark jail cell with padded walls, a security camera on the left side of the room, and a view from the outside, a man wearing a restraint jacket can be seen in the corner thinking, scheming, and planning his next escape from the current confines he was in. As he was thinking, a thunder bolt could be heard outside but it wasn't a normal thunder bolt, it was one he never heard before and he was pretty sure nobody had ever heard a bolt like that before. What also had him concerned was the color when the thunder bolt lit up his cell, it was unnatural, it looked otherworldly and cosmic. After he removed the restraint jacket with little effort, he walked to the only view he had in his cell to take a look outside to take a look on what was happening. What he saw then would be called a once in a lifetime experience, he saw an abundance of lightning bolts of many colors, some he anybody knew and other colors that were never seen before and he was fairly sure that some of those colors didn't even exist in the invisible spectrum. Tornadoes could also be seen with a mix of heavy rainfall, snowfall and other weather phenomena happening at once in his area. If he wasn't already crazy, it would definitely turn him and other sane person who stared at the strange colors the were revealed from the Storm for to long. Just as he was enjoying the strange light show, with the addition of insane screams from the background, he felt the all the hairs on his body stand up and he was smart enough to know what that meant, lightning was about to strike.
"Oh shit." The man said quietly as he ran to the bottom of his bed, covering his ears, so he won't get struck by the incoming lightning bolt.
After the lightning bolt hit the wall of his cell, creating a giant hole, the man walked out from under his bed, the light now revealing his white clothes, his white and pale skin, his dark green hair, the right half of his blackened and burned face, and black eyepatch on his right eye. He looks outside, the outside gate and sign in the prison he was in read; Arkham Asylum, to see the Cosmic Storm in front of him with a menacing grin.
"Oh... you really outdid yourself old friend." He said, in a raspy voice, as if he already knew who caused the storm.
Then, three guards outside the pale mans cell run to his cell shouting, "Don't you think about it you damn clown!"
The three guards then burst into his room with guns drawn only to see that the pale clown already left his cell.
"Shit!" The second female guard grunted as she reached for her radio. "The Joker has escaped! I repeat, the fucking Joker has escaped again!" She shouted on her radio as sirens can be heard on the background.

China
Lance and Hui Lin finally arrived to the address where the Black Dragon meeting would take place, in front of a restaurant named; The Ultraviolet.
"So this is the place?" Lance said as he rechecked the address on the paper.
"Positively." Lin said as she put on her White Dragon mask and prepared her blaster/sniper rifle.
"Alright... I'm going in." Lance said as he stepped out of the car. "Watch my back, alright."
"Of course, thank you for doing this Lance." Lin said.
"Don't mention it Lin." Lance said as he walked to the restaurant and Lin could be seen stepping out of the car and grabbed her grappling gun and grappled on to the nearest rooftop for a vantage point.
Lance walks inside the restaurant to see two guards wearing an all black attire guarding the entrance.
Lance walks to the guards of the door and reveals his, temporary, Black Dragon tattoo.
"黑龙万岁. (All Hail the Black Dragon.)" Lance said in a serious tone.
The two guards let Lance walk in the restaurant to see it filled with Black Dragon members impatiently waiting for the big announcement their leader. After a few minutes of excited waiting, the supposed leader, wearing an all dark silver suit, of the Black Dragon.
"Welcome fellow acolytes!" The supposed leader shouted in excitement, a cheer form the crowd following after. "I am sure you all are excited on this announcement so I am going to go straight to the point." The old man said while clearing throat. "Thanks to the help of two intelligent individuals, we are on the brink on creating our ultimate weapon against the White Dragon filth!" He said, another cheer from the crowd following after. "Now everyone, give a round of applause for the people who made this possible; Doctor Zundapp and the individual known as 'Obscurum!'" He shouted as two individuals, one wearing a black scientist attire and the other wearing a black silk suit with a red tie, and an applause followed soon after.
Then on the television showed an anchor woman on the news explaining that a notorious criminal has escaped the Broadmoor Criminal Lunatic Asylum back at Lance's home, London. An image of the person then gets shown on the television, the face being hauntingly clear on who escaped scared Ryan to his core.
"Ryan?" Lance said quietly in great fear.
"Who's Ryan?" Lin asked concerned.
"Someone I hoped I would never see or hear again." Lance replied quietly.
Then the news anchored showed the photos of the two twin detectives who were responsible for Ryan's previous capture; John and Lance Williams. After the leader saw both photos of the detectives on the television, he looks down on the crowd to see the exact twin in the crowd.
"Bring that man to me!" The leader shouted while pointing at Lance.
"Oh shit." Lance said quietly as everyone in the room looked at him .
"Lance, get out of there!" Lin shouted as Lance dropped a grenade looking device on the ground and proceeded to run to the nearest window.
The device detonated, flashing a bright blue light, stunning almost everyone inside the restaurant except for Lance and then jumps out, breaking, the first window he saw.
To be continued
Inside a white padded cell, a bald man in his early twenties, with a tattoo of a smiley face with exes for the eyes, can be seen wearing a restraint jacket, wondering around in his cell.
"Ryan." A female voice echoed in Ryan's head.
"My lady?" The patient, Ryan, said recognizing the voice immediately.
"It's almost time for you to spread my chaos once more, my faithful champion." The voice in Ryan's hand said with malice.
"Of course, anything for you, Lady Apophis." Ryan said with a grim smile on his face.
