Inside a dimly lit room, a man is sitting on a big metal chair unconscious with his forearms, wrists, and ankles cuffed to it and his mouth taped shut. On each of the arms of the metal chair, close to the man's fingers were two red buttons. At the end of the arms were handguns with laser pointers that were aimed at the man's shoulders. Below the man, two more handguns were set up, each one aimed at the man's shins. The man's eyes slowly began to open, he looked around in a panicked state and saw he couldn't stand up. He struggled to free himself from the seat but was unsuccessful. Near the man was a television, which suddenly turned on, the man turned to see the television showing Billy the puppet on the screen. Billy turned towards the man.

"Hello, Duncan. I want to play a game." said Billy. "As a bodyguard, it was your responsibility to protect a woman you were hired to protect from harm. But when a masked gunman approached you both, you abandoned her, leaving her to be murdered. You're the type of person who won't take a bullet for anyone, but now, you'll have to take some in order to survive. If you're not out of the seat that you are on, the shotgun in front of you will go off, ending your life." Duncan looks in front of him to see a digital timer with sixty seconds on it. Above it was a single barreled shotgun aimed at his chest. "To release yourself from your restraints, you must push the buttons that are on your chair, but for each button you push, you will be inflicted with the very wound you abandoned your client to avoid taking yourself. How much pain are you willing to endure to stay alive, Duncan? Live or die, make your choice." The television turned off. Duncan suddenly hears a beeping sound. Duncan turns towards the timer to see 00:58 on it. Duncan struggled hard to free himself from the chair (a/n: Which I call the Shot Seat.) but it was proven futile. Seeing 00:49 on the timer, Duncan lifted his left index finger above a red button. After a couple of seconds, he pushes it, causing the handgun in front of his left shin to go off, shooting his shin. Duncan screams in pain through the duct tape on his mouth. With forty five seconds left on the timer, Duncan pushes the other button with his left middle finger, firing the handgun on the left chair arm, shooting him in his left shoulder, causing Duncan to scream. With thirty nine seconds left, Duncan turns to the right chair arm, lifts his right middle finger and pushes a button, firing the handgun on the arm of the chair, shooting him in the right shoulder. Duncan restrains himself from screaming that time. He sees that he has thirty one seconds left, he pushes the last button with his right index finger, firing the gun in front of his right shin, shooting it. Duncan screams in pain again. The restraints on his chair open, freeing his arms and legs. Duncan throws himself off the chair and onto the floor. Seconds later, the shotgun goes off, shooting the chair, but missing Duncan. Duncan pulls the duct tape off his mouth.

"Shit! Shit!" yelled Duncan in pain. From a closet in the room, he sees Billy riding out of it on a tricyle. He stops a couple of feet from Duncan.

"Congratulations, Duncan. You are still alive." said Billy. "Most people are so ungrateful to be alive. But not you Duncan, not anymore." Duncan just stared at Billy in shock. Minutes later, Duncan crawls out a small abandoned abandoned building through an open door. A police officer who was driving by sees Duncan and stops. The police officer climbs out of the car and rushes over to Duncan.

"Hey! Are you all right?" asked the police officer. Duncan just looks up at the officer with a pained expression on his face. The officer rushed to his car and grabs a walkie talkie. "This is Officer Colt, requesting an ambulance at 547 on 18th Street. Repeat, requesting an ambulance!" Ten minutes later, an ambulance arrives. The paramedics placed Duncan on a stretcher and loaded him into the ambulance. Once the doors were closed, the ambulance was on it's way to the hospital. Inside, Duncan looked up, exhaled and closed his eyes, smiling that he survived. One month later, Duncan was escorting a woman out a mansion. As they were walking down steps, a masked man leapt out a hedge and ran toward them. He raised a handgun and fired. Duncan leapt in front of the woman, getting hit in the chest. Duncan pulls out a gun and fires at the gunman, shooting him in the chest, killing him. Duncan was on his knees. He lifts up his shirt to reveal a bulletproof vest with the gunman's bullet on it. The woman he was protecting kneeled in front of Duncan.

"Are you all right?" the woman asked, concerned.

"Yeah." replied Duncan, wincing.

"Thank you very much." said the woman.

"No problem. It's my job." said Duncan. He looks up at the sky. 'And thank you, Jigsaw.'
