Our protagonist is out there for a meal in his favourite restaurant, Dorsia, but can't really find the way. Tuffing the way he finally finds one (restaurant (Dorsia)) but when he's there he sees that it had been closed for weeks ago.
Some weeks later our protagonist is once again at hit to try out all the meals in his favourite restaurant, Dorsia, but could only find the one Dorsia situated downtown and not his intended target; the Dorsia restaurant in intercity. News then hit him and he realize the Dorsia restaurant downtown had been demolished making way for a residential area.
Patrick Bateman then enjoys a full meal at his favourite restaurant Dorsia atleast until the robotic waitresses messes up their initial goto commando (Dorsia) and instead goes offsite and continue their serving (of food) in another restaurant next door.
That's when, as the robotic servants made clear of their hack, Patrick Bateman's work force - of 'Mergers and Acquisitions' - held to a dinner representation at Dorsia. This act then made it clear that most of the fanfiction protagonists now could find their way to Dorsia.
After finding his way to a fully functioning Dorsia our protagonist now sees to finally count them out making dinner reservations to them all (in the whole state) and so all our protagonists now can eat their dinner at Dorsia.
Our protagonist so eats his dinner at a Dorsia restaurant (carefully selected) dressed up as Patrick Bateman; whilst reading the book 'American Psycho' and, simultaneously, watching the movie 'American Restaurant'.
