MXC: Disney vs. Cartoon Network vs. Nickelodeon

Rated K+

Summary: Three of the post popular cartoon-centered brands engage in a battle of legendary proportions as they compete in the toughest competition in town! Who'll be the last brand standing? We'll find out on MXC, Most Extreme Elimination Challenge!

Disclaimer: I do not own anything associated with Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon or the show MXC, also known as Most Extreme Elimination Challenge. MXC and the rest of the characters is owned by Paramount Network (aka Spike TV), and that's all you need to know. Since I got back to binging on more MXC on TubiTV, I'd figured why not write up a big fic featuring characters from both Disney, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon shows, mostly cartoons in which they're competing on MXC? That's what me and The Amazing Ghost Musician are gonna be doing here in this story, so most of the credit goes to my co-writer as well.

P.S.: This will be set in an AU in which Fox and Disney both own MXC, hencewhy this is gonna be a bit of a family-friendly approach. I understand why people are a bit turned off by MXC feeling more like PG-rated WWE without Kenny's dirty jokes and Guy LeDouche himself, but it's not my idea. The Amazing Ghost Musician actually thought of an alternate universe where Fox and Disney end up owning MXC. That's only the MXC fic we do together whereas my MXC fics will be written like the show without all that family friendly crap with Kenny's dirty jokes and Guy LeDouche included. I hope that can help clarify things here. Anyway, sit back and enjoy!

Chapter 3: Saddle Sores

Saddle up your horses, MXC is back for more Disney vs. Cartoon Network vs. Nickelodeon! Yee-haw.

Once the announcer was finally finished with his opening promo by the way, the camera immediately turned it back over to both Kenny and Vic, who were standing next to both Major Monogram and Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb. Major Monogram was standing next to Kenny while Vic was standing right next to Dr. Doofenshmirtz himself.

"Welcome back," Vic said to the camera before looking at Ken, "Kenny, what a barnburner we're having here, huh?"

"Got that right, Vic," Kenny nodded back, "But why are we standing next to two old dudes?"

"Well, Kenny, funny you'd ask that simple question, because standing with us today to test out some gadgets are two enemies that despise each other from the show Phineas and Ferb, Major Francis Monogram and Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz." Vic replied as he turned to Major Monogram, "It's nice to have you here on our show."

Major Monogram proceeded to shake his and say, "It's good to be here, although I'd can't say the same for Dr. Doofenshmirtz of course."

"Why am I even a nuisance to you?" Dr. Doofenshmirtz said to the major, "Of course, you love my company. You're just too cranky to realize that."

"Maybe you'll realize why my gadgets can outdo yours every step of the way!" Major Monogram said scowling at the evil scientist/doctor.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz immediately rolled his eyes, "Oh please, they're just basically oversized cat toys for your agents to mess with."

"Hey, they're not cat toys and you know it!" Major Monogram said, harshly pointing his finger.

"Hey Vic, are we gonna try some laser stuff or something?" Kenny asked Vic in the middle of the two enemies' conversation, "I really wanna blow some junk up."

"Well Ken, I think we might as well have to wait for these two to quit arguing unfortunately," Vic said, pointing to the fight, "But as we wait though, we might as well head right on over to our next event!"

Kenny groaned in response before saying, "Geez, these two could barely host the "Phineas & Ferb's Musical Cliptastic Countdown", How can we even host these two arguing all the time?"

"Not my problem, Ken, but like I said before, it's time for some Saddle Sores!" Vic said in a pumped-up expression.

The camera then switched over to an animated graphic, showing the next event, Saddle Sores. Vic, as always, continued to explain the rules to everyone watching at home.

"This is the event where six rows of horses race it out in an open track," Vic replied, "Of course, the first team to win two races wins the round."

After Vic was finished explaining the rules though, the camera transitioned over to a single-line track where two pairs of cartoon characters were shown wearing their respective horse costumes.

"Anyway, since this is Disney vs. Cartoon Network vs. Nickelodeon, the rules for Saddle Sores will be different." Vic said, continuing his statement, "This time, the first pair to make the finish line together will score! Anyway, let's introduce our first set of contestants. From the Disney team, we've got Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable. From the Cartoon Network team, we've got Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers returning from Hosin' The Hos. And from the Nickelodeon team, we've got both Arnold Shortman and Gerald Johanssen from Hey Arnold respectively!"

"These are some nice pairings." Kenny pointed out.

"Right you are, Ken." Vic said to Kenny before saying to the Captain, "Captain, do the honors!"

The captain immediately blew the gun right in the air before saying, "GUN UP!"

Once they heard that gun shot, the rows of characters began to take off immediately, all except for Gerald Johanssen though who accidentally tripped in the starting gate, which forced his horse to hit his chin right on the gate!

"Oh my goodness, Gerald hit himself chin-first right into the gate!" Vic shrieked.

"That's definitely gonna cost him!" Kenny nodded.

"Right you are, Ken!" Vic nodded as well before the camera switched over to see Kim Possible go right through the first brick gate, "And take a look at that, Kim Possible making this look easy!"

"She's definitely in no hurry, Vic!" Kenny pointed out.

"No she isn't, Ken!" Vic shook his head.

While Kim Possible continued to lead the pack of course, Ron Stoppable was still struggling with his horse, trying his best to keep his balance while trying to get over the first brick gate. He attempted to do so but it only resulted in landing on his poor butt.

"Oh, right in the butt!" Kenny pointed out again.

"Ron Stoppable having trouble with his horse." Vic replied, "That could turn out to be a problem for Kim since she also needs him to cross the finish line in order to get first."

"That guy really needs to spend more time in the gym." Kenny pointed out.

Vic then nodded as he said, "You could definitely be right."

As Ron continued to struggle with his horse though, the camera quickly switched over to the grass-covered gate where both Shaggy and Scooby-Doo carefully crossed over, going at a cautious yet gentle pace.

"I think Kim better look out here, because both Shaggy and Scooby-Doo are right on her tail!" Vic quickly pointed out.

"They might pull an upset here, Vic!" Kenny exclaimed.

"I think you might be right!" Vic nodded back to his partner.

Still going at the pace that he needed, Shaggy took the time to look towards Scooby-Doo and say, "Just remember, Scoob, don't sniff anything that's food until we get to the finish line, man!"

"Rot it, Raggy!" Scooby-Doo said, nodding to his partner as he continued to keep going.

He was seconds away from getting right to the third brick gate before all of a sudden, the aroma of garlic parmesan wings suddenly got to Scooby's nose, leaving him distracted from all of the racing. It then left Scooby and his horse to go right off-course, possibly to go after the plate of wings without Shaggy even noticing.

"Wait a minute, Ken!" Vic exclaimed before pointing out, "It looks like Scooby-Doo has stepped off-course!"

"Oh man, I guess Scooby must've been hungry from that Scooby Snack he ate." Kenny smirked out.

"Point taken, Ken." Vic nodded once again, "That too may be a mistake for the Cartoon Network bunch!"

Meanwhile, the camera shifted right back to Arnold Shortman, who immediately rushed right over to the grass-covered gate where he got over it real nicely. But as soon as he reached the ground though, he began to struggle with his balance, forcing Arnold to faceplant right into the ground, therefore knocking him out!

"Oh man, he landed face-first!" Vic said cringeful.

"That football-head definitely fumbled." Kenny smirked, making a pun at the expense of a fallen Arnold.

"He might have rushed himself trying to catch up!" Vic exclaimed, "That too has to hurt for Nickelodeon!"

It didn't take too long for the camera to switch right back to the finish line, where Kim Possible managed to cross over first for the Disney team. Yet, she was still concerned for his partner, who right now was just getting right over the second gate himself.

"And there it is, Kim Possible crossing over first!" Vic pointed out, "Now all she needs to do is wait for her partner to cross the finish line as well."

"If only Ron can just try to keep his balance and speed up a little, then maybe Team Disney can take first place." Kenny replied looking a little stressful.

"Indeed!" Vic said, nodding to his partner.

Much to Kim's luck however, Ron managed to pick up the pace a little bit, finally managing to get over the third gate. But once he did, a banana peel came right out of nowhere and landed right on the track, forcing Ron to slip from the peel leaving him struggling to keep his balance.

"Whoa, where did that come from?" Kenny raised his eyebrow.

"I have no idea, Ken!" Vic replied, "But Ron's trying to keep his balance intact."

"DON'T FALL!" Kim said, shouting to Ron from the finish line.

Ron was definitely taking Kim's words to mind as he frantically sped his feet up, literally shuffling back and forth in order to keep his balance without falling off. His footwork would get tired on him though as Ron immediately tripped and fell right onto the finish line, although a bit painful though as part of his face hit the line itself.

"Oh, and Ron makes it," Vic replied again, "Barely in fact!"

"Whoever threw that banana peel tried to cost Team Disney the race!" Kenny suggested right away.

"I think you might be right," Vic said, nodding to his partner, "Hopefully, the backstage personnel will try to find the culprit soon enough."

As Kim tended to Ron at the finish line however, the camera looked back to both Arnold and Gerald, who were struggling to get through the second gate mostly when Arnold was trying to drag an unconscious Gerald all by himself.

"Look at that, Vic." Kenny pointed out, "I think Arnold's having a tough time dragging Gerald over to the finish. Must be Gerald's big ice-cream cone head keeping them down."

"I doubt that'll work, Ken!" Vic nodded.

It wouldn't work for the city duo anyway as the camera turned back over to the third gate to see Shaggy drag Scooby-Doo all by himself, which left Scooby to hang onto a big table full of wings in the process.

"Man, just leave the wings behind, Scoob!" Shaggy said, still dragging his canine companion over to the finish as well.

Eventually, the two did manage to cross the finish line second, which forced Shaggy to tire himself out and collapse on the finish line themselves while Scooby-Doo continued to engorge the plate of wings much to his pleasure.

"And you can see right there, Ken, Shaggy and Scooby crossing second." Vic pointed out.

"Yeah, Scooby's hunger really got the best of him." Kenny nodded, "I think we need to move those wings to our fridge next time. That way he won't get to them without costing his team!"

"Right you are, Ken!" Vic agreed to his partner before saying, "So once again Disney continues their hot streak in the first race."

Shaggy and Scooby continued to run towards the finish line while at the same time the camera turned back around to see Arnold and Gerald shake their heads in disappointment and wave their arms to the side, obviously giving up immediately.

"And as you see right here, Arnold and Gerald throwing in the towel, leaving their Nickelodeon team scoreless yet again." Vic pointed out yet again.

"I bet Helga's gonna kick Arnold's butt by the time we get to break." Kenny smirked out.

"I wouldn't doubt it, Ken!" Vic shook his head, "Let's head into the replay and see what happened throughout the race."

While the rest of the backstage personnel were busy getting Arnold and Gerald out of the track, the replay was being played out showing Scooby-Doo exiting the track for some wings, Gerald slipping onto the track and landing in his face, and Ron slipping on the banana peel and slipping all the way to the finish line all being played out in montage form while Vic commentated the whole thing.

"The madness all started when Scooby-Doo left the track, therefore leaving Shaggy unable to cross the finish line without his partner." Vic replied.

"I think that might've been my fault, Vic!" Kenny confessed, "I was bringing out some garlic parmesan wings from the buffet while we were on commercial break, and I sorta accidentally left them out. I guess that's the reason Scooby might've gotten a whiff of them."

"Oh Kenny, what the heck were you thinking?!" Vic said, smacking Kenny right upside the head with his fan.

Kenny, who was still rubbing his head in pain, spoke to Vic in defense, "Sorry, I should've thought of taking the wings with me to the studio!"

"You've got a lot of explaining to do to the network after this is over!" Vic said, threatening Kenny with his fan again. "Anyway, back to the replay, we see Gerald smacking face-first into the ground after crossing over the first gate. And that forced Arnold to drag him over all throughout the course. That would not be enough though as right here, Ron Stoppable even after slipping over a banana peel, managed to keep his balance long enough to faceplant towards the finish line giving Disney another big score."

"I'm telling you, Vic, somebody had to stick it to Ron." Kenny suggested to his partner.

"I agree, Ken." Vic nodded before replying, "Anyway, let's go to our second and final race!"

After the replay was finished and done with, the camera shifted back over to the other track where six new contestants were being shown ready to compete.

Vic then decided to name them off in order, "And there they are. From the Disney team, Mikey Blumberg and Vince LaSalle from Disney's Recess. From the Cartoon Network team, K.O. and Enid from O.K. KO Let's Be Heroes. And from the Nickelodeon team, Norbert and Daggett from The Angry Beavers!"

As soon as the camera got to Daggett though, the brown skinned beaver replied in disgust, "I swear, this horse costume is making my head spin!"

"Ah, explains why the horse costumes were tightened up this time." Vic nodded before saying to the Captain, "Captain, as you please!"

Captain Tenneal then nodded over to Vic as he shot up the gun in the air and said, "GUN UP!"

Once the signal was given though, the entire row of racers all took off from their starting gates successfully, leading all six racers to pace through the course at a steady pace.

"And they're off!" Vic shouted.

"Hey Vic, I hope you didn't mind, but I added something a little more interesting to the race track." Kenny said, smirking a bit deviously.

"As long as it doesn't distract the contestants and cost them the challenge, like you've already done!" Vic sternly replied to Ken.

Daggett, of course, was taking the lead so far, getting past the first gate. But once he did though…

*BAM!*

A big red dodgeball was shot out of nowhere, smacking Daggett right upside the head, forcing him to collide with Norbert in the process. The collision forced Norbert to go down with his partner, leaving both Angry Beavers lying unconsciously on the track.

"Oh, there it is!" Kenny pointed out with a smirk.

Vic shrieked out in surprise, "Wait a minute, where did that dodgeball even come from?!"

"Why are you asking me this, Vic?" Kenny raised his eyebrow to his partner, "I thought this would spice things up! At least you should be thankful I'm not cussing."

"Sometimes I don't get you, Ken." Vic said, rolling his eyes.

The camera soon moved over to both K.O. and Enid, who were getting over the second gate with no problems whatsoever. When they did, the two were also met with some falling dodgeballs as well, only this time they were trying to move side to side in order not to get hit.

"Agh, where on earth did those dodgeballs come from?!" K.O. said to Enid.

Enid shrugged before saying to K.O. "Dodgeballs nothing, let's just try to get to the finish line without getting shot!"

"It seems like there is a barrage of dodgeballs being thrown at the course." Vic replied.

"Just so you know, Vic!" Kenny pointed out, "The network wanted us to make things a little more extreme with our courses to bring in more ratings."

"Well, as much as I question this dodgeball thing, I will admit it makes things more painful!" Vic nodded.

As both K.O. and Enid were being distracted by the barrage of volleyballs, the camera scrolled up to the third gate to where Mikey was also being shot at by dodgeballs, but only this time, Mikey's entire body was absorbing the hits thrown right at him. Both Kenny and Vic watched in amazement as Mikey continued to keep on going while no-selling the volleyball shots thrown at him.

"Take a look at this, Ken!" Vic pointed out, "It seems that the dodgeballs are having no effects on Mikey whatsoever!"

"WOW! How are those dodgeballs not slowing him down?!" Kenny said, gasping with amazement.

Vic shrugged again before saying, "I have no idea, but Mikey and Vince's chances of scoring here in saddle sores are looking pretty good right now!"

"That kid is like a human shield or something!" Kenny chuckled a bit.

"Right you are, Ken!" Vic replied.

After all that was said and done, both Mikey and Vince managed to withstand the dodgeballs long enough for the both of them to cross the finish line first, therefore scoring once again for the Disney team.

"And to no surprise, Mikey and Vince cross first for Disney!" Vic exclaimed.

Kenny then replied by nodding, "Yeah, let's go see what the other teams are doing."

The camera then quickly shifted back to the third gate where both K.O. and Enid were busy deflecting the dodgeballs with their hands, trying to shoo them away like flies attempting to touch a person's skin. So far, they were having a tough time trying to move on to the finish line without being shot at at a good 100 miles per hour.

"I think KO and Enid are struggling around the course it seems." Vic nodded.

"I love it," Kenny smirked once again, "Those dodgeballs are showing no mercy."

"It's definitely looking that way, Ken!" Vic exclaimed.

As K.O. and Enid continued to withstand the dodgeball barrage itself, the camera shifted back over to the first gate where Norbert was checking on an unconscious Daggett, who was still looking dazed and confused from that hit he took right in the head.

"Dang it, Daggy-O, we can't give up!" Norbert shouted to Daggett in return, "We don't wanna keep falling behind!"

Daggett, who felt disoriented, said to Norbert in a jumbled tone, "No mommy, you can't take my Nummy bars away…"

"Norbert's trying to wake up his brother, Daggett!" Vic explained, "But I don't think he's having any luck."

"I think the Angry Beavers are done for." Kenny closely pointed out.

"I think you might be right!" Vic nodded.

With Norbert still checking on Daggett, the camera quickly turned it back over to K.O. and Enid just in time to see them cross the finish line after what seemed to be milli-seconds from fighting off dodgeballs in their direction.

"And finally after all that fighting, both K.O. and Enid take second place for Cartoon Network while Norbert and Daggett keep Nickelodeon scoreless!" Vic replied.

"That dodgeball really took a lot out of Daggett." Kenny replied.

"Indeed it did, Ken!" Vic agreed, "And that's why it makes it our MXC Impact Replay!"

After the second race was finally over and done with, the camera transitioned over to the MXC Impact Replay, showing the horrendous shot of Daggett's face being obliterated by the dodgeball in full force.

"I'll tell you, this shot right there will never get old." Kenny smirked out of Daggett's expense.

"I can agree with you on that, Ken." Vic nodded to his partner, "That's a face only a mother could hate just by looking at that. But as you see, one hit and he's completely out of it, Ken. Definitely what you can expect on MXC."

After the Impact Replay was finished, the replay transitioned right over to the scoreboard to see Disney leading yet again, while Cartoon Network remained in the middle and Nickelodeon feeling pretty scoreless as ever.

"Well, what a day it was at the races, Ken." Vic sighed with satisfaction, "So thanks to the complete foursome of Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable, Mikey Blumberg and Vince LaSalle, Disney takes the lead yet again, 6-3-0!"

Once again, the camera turned it back over to Vic and Kenny, who were still standing aside both Major Monogram and Dr. Doofenshmirtz as if thankfully, they stopped fighting for now. That's not all though as they were standing next to a big laser cannon of some kind.

"This is sure heating up, Ken." Vic replied.

"We sure are, Vic," Kenny nodded to Vic, "So we finally gonna test this thing out."

Vic shrugged as he said, "Well, I wouldn't call this a thing though, it's more like something that Dr. Doofenshmirtz came up with himself. Isn't that right, Dr. Doofenshmirtz?"

"I agree, Mr. Romano." Dr. Doofenshmirtz nodded to Vic before turning to Ken, "Now Kenny, I hear you love lasers, right?"

"Yep!" Kenny nodded.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz nodded back before replying, "Well, you're in luck to try my latest new interesting new invention, the Fat-inator!"

"What does that do?" Kenny asked the evil doctor himself.

"Well, it turns any human being into a fat slob of course." Dr. Doof replied, "Of course, in doing so, it'll bring me one step closer to ruling the tri-state area!"

"That sounds dangerous!" Kenny replied out of fear before smirking, "I'm trying it!"

"Careful Kenny, you don't know what that thing can do!" Vic said, warning his partner from doing something stupid.

Kenny turned to Vic annoyingly as he said, "Yeah yeah yeah, blah blah blah, let's get this started."

"You know Dr. D, he's exactly like you in many ways." said Major Monogram.

"I don't know, I don't see the difference." Dr. Doof shrugged while he crossed his arms.

The two immediately stopped talking long enough for Kenny to turn on the Fat-inator. But once he did though…

*BOOM!*

The laser cannon exploded in Kenny's face, leaving his entire face burnt in cartoonish effect.

"Kenny, are you okay?!" Vic said, gulping out of concern for Kenny.

"*cough* Hey Vic… *cough*... I think I broke it." Kenny coughed.

"I think you might be right!" Vic replied.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz immediately chuckled a bit saying, "Talk about blowing up in someone's face."

Are you ready for some football? That's good, because when MXC comes back, we do a little Dead End Zone! Make sure you don't get sacked, blitz-face!

Once again, Disney's owning this competition. Can they still keep up the momentum or will it come crashing down soon enough? Next event will come next chapter, everyone, so don't forget to read, review and leave feedbacks as usual! So until next time, keep on truckin'!
