Maroon's POV
"Ugh... What happened?" I asked as I woke up. Red tried to take our golden sword. Well, I mean it was technically Green's sword, but it was ours now. When Red tried to take the sword however, it suddenly glowed, and I was knocked unconscious. When I woke up, I scanned the area for that raging monster, but he was nowhere to be seen. Then, I looked back and saw Olive lying on the ground. "O-Olive? A-Are you OK?" I asked, concerned. No response. I was starting to get worried. "O-Olive?" Still nothing. Then I realized, the alleyway we were in was on fire! "That Red must've caused this" I said to myself. Realizing what I had to do, I took Olive and the sword away from the flames and to my dorm. I hung the sword on the wall and put Olive to bed. God I hope she'll be alright.
Olive's POV
"Ugh" I yawned. I looked around, only to realize, I wasn't in the alleyway, but in a dorm. "What the-" I said. Then Maroon came in, and we made eye contact. Ah, Maroon's handsome, brave, maroon eyes; I could see myself getting lost in them. Then I snapped backed to reality. "Oh hey Maroon" I said. "Hey Olive" Maroon replied. Then I noticed his expression. He looked both surprised and relieved. "Is something wrong?" I asked. "No, not at all" he responded "It's just that... I'm so happy you're alive." He then ran towards me, and gave me a hug. I was confused. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Don't you remember what happened?" He asked. Then I remembered what had happened earlier with Red. I remembered the sword glowing and then everything going black. "I was so worried about you" Maroon went on. I noticed that Maroon was starting to cry. I realized how much he cared for me, and quietly shushed him. "Shhhh, Maroon, it's OK. I'm here now, so there's no need to cry" I told him. He started to calm down. "Thanks Olive" he said, releasing me. We stared at each other, then I reached for him, pulled him on top of me, and kissed him on the lips. We were both blushing like crazy. We pulled away from each other and I asked "Can I sleep with you tonight?" "Sure" he said. I smiled "I love you Maroon." "I love you too Olive" he said. I was glad to have such a protector like Maroon.
