Last chapter:'All of a sudden, I find myself being lifted up before Bill can even react.
One of the guy pulls me to their chest and demands for everyone to do it faster or they'll kill me.
I'm frozen in shock.
And all I can think is, "Why me?"'
Disclaimer: This is a bxb and gxg book, so if ya don't like, don't read. I ain't forcing you.
Bill's POV:
I see a pair of suspicious guys walk in, the same time that pinetree does.
We both watch them, and sure enough, they pull out guns and demand the money in the cash register.
I push Pinetree behind me, trying to hide him.
We watch as, when they get finished emptying the cash register into a bag, they demand everyone else to give up their money.
People all around the cafe fumble for their wallets, their hands shaking too badly to move that fast.
I did expect them to try to get a hostage.
What I didn't expect, was for them to sneak behind me and pick up Pinetree.
They demand everyone to speed it up, or my dear Pinetree will get it.
People start moving a lot faster, emptying their wallets and coin purses into the bag.
I quickly erect an invisible shield around myself and Pinetree, before vaulting over the booth.
They shoot at me but the bullets bounce off of my shield and embed themselves into the wall.
They stare dumbfounded at me, before shooting at Pinetree.
Even though I realize that he won't be hurt, I launch myself at them, banishing their guns outside in a moments notice.
My eyes turn completely black in rage.
I don't realize it, but I inadvertently put a foggy barrier around me, so Pinetree doesn't see me rip them apart.
I couldn't care less about the others.
I rip them apart with my claws, tearing through flesh and sinew.
Ripping limbs and bones from their bodies.
Once they are too disfigured and too dead to be classified as human, I banish their remains to the woods where the coyotes live.
I stand up and the foggy barrier dissipates.
Pinetree sees me and rushes over.
He hug me and ruffles my hair.
"Bill. Snap out of it!"
I stand unresponsive, not able to at the moment.
He says, "Bill please! You protected me! You protected all of us!"
I still can't reply.
Pinetree gets a sad look on his face, before a determined one replaces it.
He takes a step closer and cups my cheeks, looking into my still-black-as-obsidian eyes.
Then he stands on his tiptoes and leans forward, slowly pressing his lips to mine, and sealing our lips in a kiss.
I start to feel the darkness within me receding.
After a few moments, I can finally respond.
I press my lips against his.
I watch as a blush colors his neck, all the way up to his forehead.
I pick him up and hold him there with my magic.
I lightly bite his bottom lip, drawing a gasp from him.
My tongue tentatively caresses his.
Then, our tongues mingle and dance.
It feels like I'm frozen in time.
That only Pinetree and I exist, frozen in an endless kiss that makes my heart sing.
Then Pinetree pulls back to catch his breath.
I gently place him back down.
After a moment of our panting being the only sound around us, Pinetree looks up at me with rosy red cheeks.
I smile at him.
The blush on his cheeks darkens more.
He looks down at the floor.
I ask, "What's wrong Pinetree?"
Did he regret it?
Was it only to snap me out of the darkness?
He looks back up at me after a moment.
He says, shaking his head slightly, "Nothing's wrong..."
He looks away for a moment, before looking straight into my eyes.
He says, "Nothing's wrong... I just,"
He pauses.
So he does regret it.
"I... think I like you."
Wait what?
Pinetree likes me?
After a moment, I grin.
Pinetree likes me!
I admit, "I like you too Pinetree."
He shakes his head looking down again.
"No, I mean, like like you."
I say, "Yeah I know. I 'like like you' too Pinetree."
He looks up, his faces becoming the brightest red that I've ever seen.
"Y-you do?"
I nod.
He looks away again.
I can't help but fear that he's going to reject me.
But, that isn't what happens at all.
When he looks back at me, tears are in his eyes.
I ask him, "Pinetree?"
He hugs me, burying his face in my chest.
He sniffles.
I hug him back.
"What's wrong Pinetree?"
He shakes his head.
"Nothing... that just means a lot to me."
I wonder why.
He answers my unspoken question, though.
"I-I'm just not used to this... Since I was little... w-well more like, since I was born... No one's ever chosen me first... It was was always Mabel."
I feel some rage well up within me, and I push back the growl that was rising in my throat.
Pinetree continues after a moment.
"Every Christmas she would get the latest Barbie doll and lots o-of other nice things. I would only get clothes and things necessary for my survival... Every year.. Every holiday... She would always get new toys on Christmas or candies on Easter. The only things that I ever got were clothes on Christmas or fruit on Easter. I... I don't think that I'd actually ever had candy, until I moved here those few years ago. I've never had a toy to my name...not even a basic teddy bear... so I stuck to books from the library. I would pretend that the main character in the books that I read, was actually me. At least I could escape reality for a while... Mabel, well my whole family really, but mostly Mabel... t-they always teased me about it. But apparently, they didn't understand... They had ostracized me every holiday... every birthday... even every day, since I've been alive. Every birthday before I moved here for the first time... well... I'd never get any cake... Ever. Mabel would take the biggest piece... Even though it was my birthday too... then my parents would eat some and save the rest for the 'birthday girl'. I never got to eat cake until I moved here, either. Mabel was always everyone's favorite... Never me. I moved here on my birthday so I could get away from that and start over. I bet she's at her house wondering why I left her and Stanley..., "
He humorlessly chuckles.
"Point is... My life's taught me that no one would ever choose me first... It would always be Mabel... So that really means a lot Bill."
He looks back up at me with a tear streaked face.
I reach out and gently wipe the tears away.
He leans into the touch.
I kiss his nose.
A small smile makes its way onto his face.
I grin back.
"Pinetree... the thing with me is... I will always choose you first."
He looks into my eyes and searches them for a minute, before his smile broadens.
I say,"You're special Pinetree,"
He blushes and ducks his head.
"R-really?" he asks.
The fact that he even has to ask makes me want to strangle Mabel.
"Yes really... I think I'm in love with you..."
He look up at me questioningly.
"Well, I say think, because you're the first person whose made me feel this way Pinetree..."
He blushes, ducking his head again.
"You are too," he admits.
I get an idea.
"Okay... I'm taking you out!"
I pick him up.
He look up at me surprised.
I smile.
"You're my first priority right now Pinetree. Today is officially your day. What do you wanna do?"
He blushes.
"Well I've always wanted to go to Coney Island."
He looks up at me hopefully.
I snap my fingers.

Anyways, back to Bill and Dipper lol.
Dipper kissed Bill(at first anyways), because that was the only thing that Dipper could think of, that would bring him back (in case it was confusing lol).
They don't have to worry about any gossip about them being together, spreading, because Bill had another barrier around them, the second Dipper had ruffled his hair lol.
He obviously didn't realize it though.
It obscured them from vision and muted any sound, making it impossible for those in the cafe to know what happened lol.
This chapter had a lot of feels, don't ya think?
Hehe.
Welp, I'll see ya next time.
