"You don't get enough sleep."

The scientist glared at the ex-Great Detective of East—Now an ordinary high school boy. This wasn't the first time he commented on her sleeping habit. She knew that it wasn't good for her health but she had no choice. Living as Haibara Ai was more laid back compared to living as Sherry or Miyano Shiho. However, she entered a national science research competition representing Teitan High School. Everyone was expecting her to win the first place. She could feel the pressure around her, suffocating her as the deadline came by.

"Kudo-kun, I need to finish my research," she said.

"That doesn't mean you have to pull all-nighters for the whole week."

Conan knew how important the competition was for Haibara. Just like how important it was for him to solve the murder case and find the culprit. However, he worried more about her panda eyes. It was getting worse than usual. He didn't care back then, but now things were slightly different. After years, he moved on from Mouri Ran, his high school sweetheart. His feeling towards the older woman changed, just as his feeling towards the auburn-haired girl in front of him.

"This is an important—"

"It can wait until tomorrow," Conan replied, "And also, no coffee for you this month."

Haibara rolled her eyes and sighed, "Stop nagging. You're like a mother hen."

"Hey! It's for your own good, Haibara!" He exclaimed.

He knew that her glare was sharper than a needle at this point. He didn't have a choice but to use that technique. It was the only way to get her to sleep.

"Sleep now."

"Or else?"

"Or else... You'll regret it, Shiho," he smirked.

Haibara knew that the smirk meant something. Not to mention, he called her real name. She had a bad feeling about it.

"TWinKLe, TWinkLe—"

And she was right. Everyone knew that Edogawa Conan couldn't sing. He was tone deaf. Things were becoming clear. She knew what his plan was.

"Oh no, Kudo-kun. Don't tell me-"

"Oh yes. I'm going to sing until you sleep."

He continued, "LiTTLe Staaaaaar~"

"Stop, stop it! I'll sleeep!" She frowned, "You're torturing me, Shinichi."

"Glad you notice," Conan grinned, "Now go to sleep, evil-eyed yawny girl."

She frowned while switching off her laptop. There was no way she could win against him at this point. Conan pulled her to the bed and wrapped his arms around her. As she was comfortable with his warmth, she closed her eyes. He kissed her goodnight.

A/N: At last, my first fanfic in this fandom and also... CoAi :) This is my first fanfic after 2 years so bear with me and my shitty writing. Not to mention, this is my first time publishing a fanfic in FFn after 5 years... I hope that I can improve my writing from now on. Hopefully. I'll write more CoAi in the future!
