Chapter 21:

Both Dyspo and Sakura grit their teeth as they ran across the battlefield, speeding past their teammates as they traded punches. "You're pretty fast." Dyspo admitted, blocking her punch. "Your not so bad yourself." Sakura agreed, sweeping his legs out from under him. "No offence, but this is getting boring." She admitted, tapping the nose of her shoes on the ground. "I thought I was the only one that thought that." Dyspo admitted, grunting as he was enveloped in a purple aura. "What's this?" Sakura asked as Dyspo smiled, vanishing without saying a word. "Oh, this is gonna be good." Sakura stated as she vanished as well.

Everyone shook their heads as they looked down at the arena, shaking their heads as they tried to spot where Sakura and Dyspo were. "Where did they go? I cant see them anywhere?" Peiri asked as Belmond laughed. "Dyspo's using his super light speed mode, there's no way any of us could see him now. I guess your friend can use it too." Belmond explained, crossing his arms as tiny plumes of smoke burst in the distance; one after the other.

Looking down at their tablets, the Zeno's hummed as they pushed a play button. "Slow motion playback." They both stated as they giggled, smiling when they saw Sakura and Dyspo attacking each other as they sped across the battlefield, the plumes of smoke that were visible to everyone else; being the result of their fists connecting.

Seeing his masters happiness, the Grand Priest smiled. "I promised that the next revision of the God pad would preform better. I am glad to see that my efforts have pleased you." He stated, watching his masters as they gazed at their screens, their eyes glued to Sakura and Dyspo.

Hiromi's breaths became raspy and quick as he pushed himself to his feet. "What the hell is this? You were nowhere near this strong a few minutes ago." Hiromi grumbled, transforming both arms into giant claws, charging toward Yamcha.

Watching him with a silent stare, Yamcha took a deep breath, dodging ever slash of his claws. "What's going on? He's not even moving?" Peiri asked as Kaseaen leaned forward in her seat. "Is that, Ultra Instinct?" She asked, looking up at Whis when he chuckled. "That it is, it seems that Merus's training worked after all." He admitted, surprised at how someone like Yamcha could reach such a level of power. "What's Ultra Instinct?" Gazu asked, crossing his arms as Kaylin fixed his glasses. "Ultra Instinct is a form that even the God's themselves struggle to master; it allows the body to enter a serene, trance like state. The body of the wielder acts on instinct and impulse alone instead of thoughts and normal reactions." He explained as Whis nodded. "As true as that may be, Ultra Instinct also has many different levels. During the previous tournament, Goku achieved an extremely high level of the form. Yamcha on the other hand, has only entered the very first state of Ultra Instinct; as you can see, his movements are still sloppy, his thoughts are still muddled inside of his head. This state of Ultra Instinct is obtainable by almost any being of any race with enough training and effort." Whis explained as Vados nodded in agreement. "On the other hand, the level that both Goku and Merrick have attained is extremely difficult, though not impossible. Only the most adept and extremely physically proficient could ever hope to reach that level. They have nearly mastered the form… Of course, the level that we believe Zagraeus has reached is nearly impossible. If it is true that he has indeed fused himself with Talos, a level of Ultra Instinct such as his will only be achievable by someone that also fuses with an Angel. Though, I am not saying that he is unbeatable. If we have learned anything from our previous tournament; those Saiyan's are not ones to be underestimated." Vados explained as Hiromi yelled out in pain.

Looking back down, everyone gasped when both of Hiromi's arms crashed to the ground. "It doesn't matter how many times you cut me apart… I'll always come back together!" He roared as Yamcha punched forward, sending a massive surge of energy towards him; creating a massive hole in his chest.

Hiromi's eyes began to shake in a combination of rage and pain as his body fixed itself. "I'm not gonna loose today, I'll kill you if I have too." He grumbled as his arms transformed into a sword and hammer.

Without speaking a word, Yamcha leaned forward before sliding forward, phasing right through Hiromi, holding his right arm out to his side. "What the hell?" Peiri asked, leaning forward just in time to watch as Hiromi began to spasm as if he was being punched over and over again, hundreds of beams of light shooting from his body before being sent flying into a rock.

Everyone jumped when Hiromi roar boomed across the stage as the rock disintegrated. Taking deep and raspy breaths, he stood with bruises covering his body. "If… If I… Go down… I'm taking you… With me!" He roared as he floated into the air, hundreds of tentacles shooting from his body. Yamcha watched as they shot past him, impaling the ground around him, tearing the arena apart as dozens more slid toward him.

With a stern expression, Yamcha ran forward, leaping onto the tentacles and running up them, dodging other tentacles as they attempted to crush him. "Just die!" He roared the tentacles split into halves, enwrapping him.

Lifting him upward, Hiromi laughed as he squeezed him tightly, crying out in pain when a shot of energy severed the tentacles holding Yamcha.

Landing, Yamcha looked up, nodding when he saw Merrick standing on a rock high above him, his fist outstretched toward him.

As Hiromi growled, the tentacles that had been dismembered by Merrick's attack quickly began to reattach to his body as Yamcha cupped his hands behind his back; releasing a massive Kamehameha towards him.

The Zeno's laughed as everyone else stared at Yamcha; watching as the attack impacted Hiromi, his screams echoing around the null realm as he was carried into elimination. "Hiromi of the 13th has been eliminated, 17 fighters remain." The Grand Priest announced as Hiromi appeared on the stands, a smile across his face. "Damn, I thought I would've laster longer... I guess I got enough eliminations to justify my place though." He stated, laughing even louder when Yamcha fell to one knee, returning to his original form. "What happened?" "I don't know, but that was very cool." "Yes, very cool. I didn't expect that. That attack looked just like Goku's from last time." The Zeno's stated as Peiri looked over at Whis. "What's wrong with him?" She asked as Whis sighed. "Ultra Instinct wreaks havoc on a body that is not familiar to it, since Yamcha had only entered the state for the first time, his body has quickly run out of enough energy to hold it." He explained as Kaseaen nodded. "Even the low level that he reached requires a lot of energy to fuel." She added, looking back at Zagraeus.

Merus winced when an intense heat covered his body, turning around when Drago laughed. "It seems that your endurance is second to none, my attacks seem to do nothing at all… Perhaps the power of the Angel's is far beyond the reach of us mortals." He stated, chuckling as his sword came flying into his outstretched hand. "Not entirely true, there are some mortals that have reached the level of both the God's and Angel's; there are some that share the stage with us now." Merus explained pointing up at Zagraeus and Jiren who were still trading blows. "Incredible, I didn't think that anyone could match Zagraeus in terms power." Drago stated, shocked by Merus's words. "There are many who have reached such levels. Zagraeus and Jiren are two of them, then of course; we have people such as Toppo that are next in line to become God's of destruction. Shougen has yet to accept his role as a God, but he is still upon that pedestal." Merus explained with a smirk. "And then there are those like Goku, no matter what is thrown at him, he will always find a way to rise to a higher level. I expect too see that even more during this tournament. Of course there is also Broly and Kale; with their latent power. This Merrick of the 6th Universe is also a wielder of the Ultra Instinct technique like Goku but I have yet to see if he is at the same level as Goku. I expect that Vados might have over exaggerated a little when introducing him, if you ask me; she does that an awful lot. Just don't tell her I said that." He stated, smirking at him.

Sighing, Drago smiled. "I would never dream of the such, though I must admit that I may be at my limit in this encounter." Drago explained, tapping his sword on his shoulder. "Be that as it may… I will not allow myself to fall without a proper stand." Drago stated, raising his sword into the air. "Ailraizen!" He roared as a giant flash of light blinded the stage, blocking Merus from view. "Lord Talos guide my hand." He stated before vanishing.

"This is a problem." Jiren admitted as he and Zagraeus stopped fighting, turning their attention to Kale. "Don't try to make excuses for your lack of power." Zagraeus spat, releasing a wave of red energy into Jiren's back, sending him flying towards the edge, smiling when Jiren reappeared behind him.

Fleur shivered as she watched Kale run towards her, shuttering in the mere expectation of Kale's imminent attack. Refusing to dodge, Fleur continued to her ground as Kale ran her down; choosing to face the attack head on and experience the pain and threat of elimination that accompanied it. Lest she dodge the oncoming attack and miss out on experiencing the thrilling pain that accompanied it.

Kale smiled as Fleur swelled in a combination of both pain and pleasure as she clotheslined her, sending her crashing to the ground; moaning as she made impact. Placing her giant hand over Fleur's face, Kale forced her head into the ground before punching her once more in the stomach, sending her careening through the stage. "Fleur of the 13th has been eliminated, 16 fighters remain." The Grand Priest announced as Fleur landed next to Ronin, now returned to her original size and state of mind.

Fleur quickly jumped to her feet; Shrieking and covering herself when her larger costume fell from her petit frame, leaving her completely exposed. "Here!" Ronin quickly cried as he took his shirt off, placing it over her body.

Sighing, Fleur fell back into her seat; thankful for once that she was so small that Ronin's t-shirt fell to her knees. "Thanks." Fleur thanked, looking up at him with a smile. "It's aight." Ronin replied patting her head.

As everyone watched Shougen and Broly continue to trade punches, their attention was quickly grabbed when Kale rose into the sky, enveloped in a large, green energy ball.

Noticing Kale floating above them, both Broly and Shougen stepped back from one another, flinching when Kale began to roar. Seeing Shougen take a few steps backward inn what appeared to be; fear, Broly rose an eyebrow, watching as Shougen stared at Kale. "Are you alright?" Broly asked, worried when Shougen jumped at his words. "Yeah, I'm fine… It's just… well, she reminds me of my father." Looking up at Kale, he shook his head In confusion, not understanding what reasoning he could have. "How does she remind you of your father?" He asked as Shougen took a deep breath before looking back at him. "My father used to be this short and skinny man; my mother could pick him up and toss him around… Literally, but then. One night he went to the peak of mount Vargule and came back different." Broly continued to look at Shougen in concern as he lowered his gaze to his shaking fist.

Gritting his teeth, Broly looked up at Kale when green energy balls began to fly from her. "When he came back, he towered above everyone else. The man who couldn't even lift a claymore could lift our house. He started firing those same green energy balls all over the place too and then he disappeared for almost 20 years." Shougen explained, shaking his head as he stared at the ground.

Broly continued to stare at Shougen as he looked back up at Kale as she lowered herself to the ground. "When he came back he was pure evil, it took everything the 24 of us had to even put a bruise him. In the end, we couldn't kill him. My sister; Jen, had to absorb his energy into her body… It turned her, then she turned out just like him. I couldn't bring myself to hurt her, so Zagraeus killed her." Broly sighed when Shougen growled, hearing Kale yell again. "The power isn't all bad." Broly admitted, causing Shogen to glare at him. "What does that mean!?" Broly slowly backed away from Shougen as his face turned red with rage. "I was born with power like hers. Before we came to the tournament; Whis offered to teach me how to control it, I don't think she can though." Broly admitted, looking at Shogen as Kale's roars echoed around them, hundreds of explosions rocking the stage, huge plumes of smoke rising from the distance as Kale began to rampage.

Watching as the smoke plumed above the stage, the entire arena quaking with every explosion; everyone on the stands shuddered every time Kale roared. "This isn't good." Caulifla lamented, receiving nods from her teammates. "Why isn't anyone stopping her?" Belmond asked, shaking his head. "Everyone is too busy with their own battles, they don't have the time." Berrus answered, grinding his teeth. "Don't worry, Master and Papa will win!" Kukei cheered, jumping on Nora's back.

Leaping from her seat, Caulifla grabbed Cabba by the collar, making everyone jump in fright as she began to shake him. "Why is Kale going Berserk anyway? She mastered it in the last tournament, right?" "How should I know!?" Cabba asked, trying to stop Caulifla from shaking him. "Although Kale mastered the ability to tap into her dormant power during the previous tournament, she did not continue training to control it. In her anger and frustration over your elimination; she was consumed by the immense power hidden within, once more." Vados explained, causing Caulifla to drop Cabba and grab her own hair. "This is my fault, I'm such an idiot. I Thought that Kale had mastered her power and I didn't listen to Goku's advice either. I didn't train my super Saiyan 3 form after I unlocked it and it led to my elimination. And now, because of me; Kale's gone berserk again!" She yelled, pulling on her hair in frustration. "Don't worry kid, maybe we can use this to our advantage." Both Whis and Vados looked at Champa, stern expressions painted on their faces. "What?" He asked, shaking his head as they stared at him. "Kale's power is not something to be joked about my lord, once activated it takes control; she can no longer tell friend from foe." Hearing her words, Champa turned toward the stage once more, realizing that what she had said was true; leaving everyone else to watch in silence as Kale's rampage continued.

High above the rampage, Goku watched as Kale destroyed the arena, portion by portion. "This isn't good, someone has to do something." He admitted as he pushed himself to his knees, wincing when a huge jolt of pain raced up his back and neck." "You alright?" Merrick asked as he placed his hand on Goku's back. "Yeah I'm fine, my back has been killing me since I used the spirit bomb." Goku revealed before they both flinched when Caulifla's voice echoed around them. "Merrick! What the hell are you doing up there!? Get down there and knock that bitch for me!" Caulifla roared, glaring at him as she pointed at Tink. "Got it." Merrick replied, saluting her before flying towards Tink.

Jiren continued to chance glances at Kale as he dodged and blocked Zagraeus's heavy strikes. "Why are you so distracted by that girl? Why does her transformation bother you so much?" Zagraeus asked, crossing his arms as he backed away from him. "You don't understand what she is. Honestly I have doubts that they will be able to stop her." Jiren explained, staring at Kale.

Zagraeus squinted at Jiren, confused by his words before scoffing. "Why would you want to stop her? She's part of your team isn't she?" Zagraeus asked, looking slyly at him. "In this form she will attack anything that moves, she is nothing but a mindless savage." Zagraeus began to laugh at Jiren's announcement, causing Jiren to glare at him. "Then that just makes my job easier. You might doubt your teammates strength, but I don't doubt mine; if she wants to eliminate her own team, that's fine with me; Shougen will handle her."

Jiren crossed his arms and squinted at Zagraeus before glancing down at Shougen. "You sure have a lot of faith in him." Jiren admitted as Zagraeus smiled. "Of course I do, Shougen has accomplished things that we could only dream of, it's not everyday you kill and become a God in the same day after all." Zagraeus explained as Jiren smirked. "Then what I have heard is true?" He asked, glancing at Shougen as Zagraeus chuckled. "Shougen is our God of destruction… You should know what that means and if you don't, that means you're screwed." Zagraeus announced as Jiren smirked once more. "Be that as it may, I refuse to give up. I would rather die than suffer the humiliation of forfeiting.

Hearing his statement, Zagraeus smirked. "That is a choice I can respect. For that, I will honor your wish." Zagraeus admitted, chuckling as Jiren clenched his fists.

Zagraeus gasped when Jiren suddenly appeared in front of him, a small energy ball in his hand. Pushing the ball against his chest, Jiren lifted him from the ground, enveloping him In a red energy field. Activating his attack, Jiren smiled as Zagraeus began to scream.

His screams were quickly silenced when an explosion engulfed him. Scoffing, Jiren crossed his arms sternly when the smoke cleared; finding Zagraeus laying face down on the ground. "Papa!" Kukei cried from the stands, tears in her eyes.

Looking up at Kukei, Jiren shook his head. "Perhaps 50 percent was too much?" He wondered, glancing back at Zagraeus, gasping when he saw that he was standing where he had been laying only seconds before, completely unharmed. "Did you really think that would work?" Zagraeus asked, shaking his head. "Impressive, you are not someone that I can hold back against." Jiren admitted, squinting when he saw the black spikes on Zagraeus's knuckles glowing a bright red. "It's nice that you finally realized that. Now, you shared your strength with me, so let me share mine with you." Zagraeus stated, spreading his fingers apart, releasing small energy beams from the tips of them; creating a cage like structure with them at the center.

Looking around, Jiren wondered how the beams were sustaining themselves once Zagraeus crossed his arms. "I placed tiny energy spheres around us while you were dodging my punches, the beams are traveling from point to point, powering themselves. Don't even bother trying to find where they connect, you wont; there too small to see. What do you think about a cage match?" Zagraeus asked as Jiren lowered his gaze. "Nowhere to run now" Jiren admitted, looking fearlessly into Zagraeus's eyes. "That's what I like to hear." Zagraeus agreed as the two warriors stared at each other, standing motionless as they waited for the other to strike first.

Landing infront of Tink, Merrick sighed. "So, you're the one that eliminated Caulifla?" He asked, cracking his knuckles. "Yup, that's me." Tink admitted, bowing to him. "That's the last elimination you get today." He announced, glaring at her. "Why are you so mad? Wait, are you her boyfriend? Oh, that's so sweet and romantic; you came to have revenge!" Tink stated, posing when she said. "Revenge."

Staring at her, Merrick shook her head. "Wanna see something cool?" Tink asked, raising an eyebrow when Merrick waved his hand through the air, motioning for her to continue. "Alright, this is gonna be a shocking good time!" Tink cheered, snapping her fingers.

Merrick hummed in interest when the electricity from her gauntlet rose into the sky before quickly crashing back down around him.

A disappointed expression crept over Merrick as the lightning storm faded, shaking his head as he quickly spun on his heel. Tink cried out in fear when Merrick blocked her punch with one of his own, shattering her gauntlet, quickly following up by punching and shattering her other one, sending her crashing to the ground.

"No!" She cried as leapt to her feet, grabbing the shattered remains of her gauntlets. "Do you have any idea how much trouble I'm gonna be in!?" Tink asked, pulling on her pig tails. "Sturan told me not to break them and now there's nothing left!" She cried, grinding her teeth as she glared at him. "You should have been more careful." Merrick critiqued, crossing his arms. "Me!? I'm always careful! You… You're gonna get it now; cause it's clobbering time!" She roared as she pulled a large pipe from her cleavage before running at him.

Tink roared in anger as she failed to strike him with her pipe, even though he was standing completely still. "What are you?" Tink asked, stepping back to catch her breath. "I'm Merrick the Tuffle; The Saiyan's boyfriend that has come for revenge." He replied, smirking when she growled, swinging the pipe at his head.

Tink gasped in shock when the pipe connected with the side of his head, shattering into a fine dust. Taking a step back, Tink shook her head. "What the hell are you!?" She asked once more as Merrick sighed. "How the hell did you beat Caulifla?" He asked as he punched in her direction, shaking his head when he sent her flying towards the edge.

"Not today!" Tink cried, taking a strange box from her cleavage, throwing it back toward the arena. Merrick rose an eyebrow when she vanished, appearing where the box was. "Alright then." He stated, tapping her on the shoulder when he teleported next to her, making her jump. "Sorry, but if I don't do this, Caulifla's gonna make me sleep in the store house again." He explained, as he blocked her kick by picking her up by the hair and feet, spin throwing her; causing her to be sent flying off the side of the arena, spinning as she went.

"Tinkamenia of the 13th has been eliminated, 15 fighters remain. "You idiot! A hug! A hug!? You were almost eliminated by a hug!? Between you, Shougen and Zagraeus; it's no wonder I have gray hairs!" Peiri yelled furiously as she shook Tink. "But I didn't get eliminated by it, and could you please stop shaking me? I think I'm gonna hurl." Tink replied, her eyes rolling in her head as she placed her hand over her mouth.

Releasing her, Peiri leaned away from her in disgust as Tink stumbled into Pride, throwing her arms around the cat as it sulked in the corner. "Fluffy baby." Tink hummed as she began to pet Pride, who rolled her eyes and growled in annoyance.

Drago winced when his fist connected with Merus's, taking a step back before Merus kicked at his head. "This has been an incredible experience. I must thank you for such an honor." Drago admitted as his sword returned to his hand. "An honor?" Merus asked, shaking his head. "Yes, I never imagined that I would ever have the honor to face one of Talos's kind in combat." Drago explained as he touched his sword, closing his eyes as he took a deep breath. "You're welcome?" Merus asked, embarrassment creeping over him. "I may not be on the same pedestal as Shougen or Zagraeus, but as King; it is my duty to protect my people… I will not let them down." He stated as he pointed the sword at Merus. "The power of Lord Talos courses through the holy blade of Siegfried, it has never let me down before. My Lord watches over me always." Drago announced as he thrust it into the stage, smiling when cracks formed around them, a barrier of pure light magic shooting from them, encaging them. "Now, no one else will be harmed." He admitted, removing his white gloves; revealing black, burnt like hands underneath; the skin covering them, almost like dragon scales with long, sharp nails. "The power of the children of Vitania is different than yours; when we call upon the power of the Genzitsu; something must be given in return. Thus is the law of equivalent exchange." Drago explained as he clapped his hands, multiple beams of light shooting from the barrier, impaling both Merus and himself.

"What's going on in there?" Berrus asked, leaning forward in his seat as Peiri laughed. "Who knows, Dad never reveals his secrets, not even to Nyx." Nyx explained shrugging her shoulders as the Zeno's laughed. "What a strange technique." "Yes, he hurt himself as well, so strange." They stated, watching the arena below with wide smiles on their faces.

Much to Merus's surprise, the beams of light did not harm him, instead; they filled him with a warm and calming aura until the vanished. "What was that supposed to be?" He asked as Drago took deep breaths. "Using the Genzitsu's power; I have ensured my victory today." Drago explained, smiling as he clenched his fists. "What is this Genzitsu you speak of?" He asked, rubbing his chest, shaking his head when he felt no scars or wounds. "The Genzitsu is the well of power that all magical beings of Vitania call upon for their power. Every Dragon, every Phoenix, every Unicorn and even every wizard and mage calls upon the Genzitsu for their power. For small amounts for simple spells; such as a fire ball or a gust of wind can be taken without any cost, but the stronger the spell or the more serious the pact… Something must be given in return; thus is the law of equivalent exchange." Drago explained, his smile remaining. "So what kind of spell did you use?" Merus asked as Drago vanished. "You will find out soon enough." Drago replied as he appeared behind Merus, sweeping his legs out from under him before slamming his face into the ground.

Broly and Shougen shared a cautious glance at each other as Kale's rampage continued. "I got a quick question for you, is she in control?" Shougen asked looking back at the clouds of smoke, billowing in the distance. "Honestly, I don't think so, but someone has to stop her before she destroys the entire arena, or worse." Broly stated, running towards Kale's location. "Wait!" Shougen yelled, stopping Broly in his tracks. "What?" "Why are you going? Wouldn't you rather me go and get eliminated instead?" He asked, raising an eyebrow when Broly smirked. "No, I want to see your full power. I want to fight you myself." Broly admitted as Shougen crossed his arms and smiled. "Alright then, but I'm coming with you." Broly nodded at Shougen's offer, leaving everyone to watch from above as the two colossal warriors ran towards the destruction, side by side.

As Sakura assaulted him with rapid punches and kicks, Dyspo smiled, firing an energy blast at her, growling when she dodged it. "So, you can use those too?" She asked, kicking him in the face. "Does it really matter?" He asked, firing another at her before punching her in the stomach; stunning her.

Chuckling, he back flipped away, before arching himself in the air. "Justice kick!" He yelled, rapidly crashing to the ground, gasping when Sakura dodged it; countering by kneeing him in the chest, grabbing him by the ears before spinning him around.

Throwing him away, Sakura ran next to him; punching him in the chest before grabbing him by the face and slamming him into the ground.

Leaping to his feet, Dyspo scowled. "Justice crush!" He cried as he fired 2 energy spheres, laughing when they became 2 swirling energy waves.

Seeing this, Sakura began to run away from it, gasping when she looked behind her, seeing Dyspo running behind her as the waves caught up to her.

As Dyspo's attack reached her, Sakura gasped as it wrapped around her before exploding, shaking the entire stage.

Hearing the explosion, everyone looked down at the area, seeing nothing but a dispersing cloud of smoke. Looking at their tablets, the Zeno's laughed when they saw Sakura running towards Dyspo.

Before he had the chance to counter attack, Sakura drop kicked him in the back; slamming him face first into the ground. "Hey, you wanna see something cool?" Sakura asked as Dyspo stood. "Depends." Dyspo stated, wiping blood from his mouth. "Your not the only one that has a way too speed yourself up faster that you can normally." She stated, a wide smile stretching across her face.

Sighing, Dyspo crossed his arms. "How?" He asked, exiting his super light speed mode. "Glad you asked." She stated, leaning forward in the same stance that professional runners take before a race. "Ready?" She asked as the backs of her shoes opened up, revealing pipes that extended outward. "What are those?" Belmond asked, scratching his head as Berrus glanced over at Universe 13, hearing Tink's laughter. "Those are rocket shoes." She stated, tapping the sides of her own sneakers, causing the same things to happen. "Sturan made them for us; they help us run faster, but mine overheat really quickly. Something about testing and experiments. It was too boring so I just took them and ran. Sakura's works a lot better than mine though."

Everyone watching gasped when a loud bang resounded the stage as both Sakura and Dyspo vanished from sight again.

Looking at their pads, the Zeno's pushed the play button once more; gasping when they saw Sakura running as she dragged Dyspo along with her, slamming him into the ground and rocks before dragging his face against the large pillar.

Both of them glanced at each other in shock and wonder when they noticed flames spewing from the pipes attached to Sakura's shoes. "Those are awesome." "Yes, really cool." They agreed, looking at their own feet before looking back at their tablets.

Slamming Dyspo into the ground, Sakura ran up the side of the pillar before jumping off, another bang resounding as her shoes boosted her forward, sending her; shoulder first into Dyspo's chest, causing him to yell out in pain.

Leaping back to her feet, Sakura laughed as her shoes returned to normal, watching as Dyspo pulled himself to his feet. "You ready to go again?" She asked as Dyspo took heavy breaths. "Circle flash!" He roared as he quickly formed a energy ring and fired it at her.

Sakura gasped when it trapped her within, struggling to free herself as Dyspo coughed. "Finish!" He stated, causing it to explode.

Dyspo sighed as he touched his chest, wincing when pain rushed up his body, grumbling when he heard Sakura cough within the dispersing smoke.

Taking a step forward, she winced, clutching her left arm. "That hurt, a lot." She admitted, shaking her head as Dyspo chuckled. "It was meant to eliminate you." He admitted, clenching his fists. "You're gonna have to try harder than that." Sakura replied as they both stared at each other, both of them tired after their intense speed match. "No rest for the weary." Sakura admitted as she ran towards him. "Guess so." Dyspo agreed as he charged forward.

Both Sakura and Dyspo stopped dead in their tracks, inches away from punching each other in the face as the ground under them cracked.

Looking into the distance at Kale's rampage, they both shared a cautious glance when they noticed her destroying everything in her path as she made her way towards the center tower. "Damn' it, it's that girl from last time." Dyspo groaned as he crossed his arms. "You know her?" Sakura asked, continuing to stare at the smoke clouds; her left eye twitching in fear. "Not really, I know that she's a Saiyan from the 6th Universe and that during the last tournament Goku couldn't even hurt her when she was in this form." His words leaving Sakura speechless.

Hearing his statement, Sakura looked down at Dyspo who was now sitting against a rock, resting. "How did you guy's beat her?" She asked as Dyspo looked up at her. "Jiren took care of her with one attack; but I don't think Jiren's able to help this time." Dyspo lamented, watching Zagraeus and Jiren fighting within the energy cage.

Dyspo opened his mouth once more but was silenced when Kale began to scream, sending waves of energy surging past them, racing towards her. "It's just like Karrar!" Sakura stated, gasping as hundreds of small energy balls were sent flying in every direction, Kale's powerful roars caused portions of the ground to be lifted; making the entire arena craggy and mountainous.

Drago scowled as Merus caught his sword. "I still don't understand what kind of spell this is." Merus admitted as he threw the sword back at him. "Oh, you will." Drago stated, smiling as his sword cut his left arm.

As Drago grasped his open wound, Merus grabbed his left arm as well, wincing in pain. "What?" He gasped as blood began to trickle from his arm, gasping when he moved his hand; seeing a wound identical to Drago's hidden underneath. "The spell that I have conjured is ancient; created by the long forgotten council that once ruled Vitania in an age long past. It was once used it on prisoners when they were forced to fight for their cruel master's entertainment. It links the bodies of two individuals together; the wounds and pain are shared perfectly between the two. To ensure that both participants would suffer equally. It is only broken one of two ways. 1: Upon the deaths of one of the bound spirits. Or two, broken by the one that evoked it. It was used so that even the one victorious in battle would be left scarred and tortured." Drago explained as he held his blade into the air before throwing it again.

Merus sighed as he watched the sword fly towards him. "This trick again?" He asked, shaking his head, raising an eyebrow when Drago laughed. "Shamac!" He roared, engulfing his sword in a bright blue flame.

Drago laughter grew louder as he snapped his fingers, causing the sword to explode, crying out in pain when Merus flew from the cloud of dust; his fist slamming into Drago's face.

A demented smile formed on Drago's face as Merus assaulted him with punches, watching as he winced at every attack. "Why do you continue to hurt yourself?" Drago asked as he held out his hand, laughing once more.

Merus gasped in pain when Drago's sword slid threw his own back before impacting Merus's chest. "A king will suffer any burden for his people." Drago explained as the arena quaked, knocking them both off balance.

Every fighter on the stage besides Zagraeus and Jiren stopped fighting and braced themselves as the arena shook to it's core, the barrage of Kale's attacks destroying entire sections at a time. "We've got to do something, now!" Shougen ordered, causing Sakura to jump in fright. "Shougen!? Don't do that!" Sakura cried, falling backwards in fright; grasping at her chest as she tried to catch her breath. "Sorry, didn't mean to scare you." He apologized, taking her hand and lifting her to her feet. "Where did she go?" Broly asked, looking around when her cries vanished. "Damn!" Shougen cried as he punched a large rock next to them, shattering it into a hundred small pieces. "Quick, move!" Sakura yelled, jumping on Shougen's shoulders, forcing him to the ground.

Seeing this, Broly quickly copied the movement as Dyspo looked at them in confusion. Seconds after they hit the ground, Kale crashed through the rocky barrier that her screams had created, right behind Dyspo. Not wasting a second, Kale kicked Dyspo in the back; sending him flying into the air, quickly following up by sending a massive energy blast towards him, sending him flying over Broly, Shougen and Sakura, sending him into elimination. "Dyspo of the 11th has been eliminated, 14 fighters remain." The Grand Priest announced as he appeared next to Toppo, sighing when Belmond patted him on the shoulder.

"What is the source of this energy surge?" Aoia inquired, dropping Vegeta to the ground as she began to scan the arena. "It's the kid." Vegeta answered, rubbing his neck "The kid?... You must mean the small girl that spent her time hiding behind Broly before the tournament began." Vegeta simply nodded in answer as his left eye began to twitch. "That is strange; I scanned her before the tournament began and the results of Lady Nyx were greater than hers… Perhaps your explanation of the Saiyan race was not an over exaggeration after all, I would much prefer a closer inspection of her power though." She explained, jumping to a rock above them. Vegeta sighed and shook her head before following behind her. "You are not going to stop her?" Aoia asked, glancing back at Vegeta, who was starring down at her. "You are scared?" Aoia asked, making Vegeta scoff in response. "Like hell I am! I just don't want to get in their way. If they get eliminated it's their own fault, I'll take care of her when they fail." Vegeta boasted, pointing at Shougen, Sakura and Broly.

Sharing a quick glance at each other; Broly, Shougen and Sakura silently agreed to a truce until their shared target had been neutralized. "It's just like when I first met Kakarot, the power… She can't tell us apart anymore." Shougen looked at Broly as he spoke, as Sakura kept an eye on Kale. "So she'll attack anything she sees than?" Sakura asked, receiving a simple nod from Broly in response. Seeing this, Shougen smirked. "Sakura, ready for a workout?" Sakura looked slyly at Shougen momentarily before narrowing her gaze on him. "Sure?" She asked, looking back at Kale.

Shougen growled when Kale looked at him with a demented smile on her face. "Distract her, me and Broly will sweep her off her feet and throw her over." Hearing his plans, both Broly and Sakura smiled and nodded at. "The old bait and switch maneuverer, I like it." Sakura agreed as she sped off.

Watching her go, Shougen raised his hand next to Broly's head. "Be ready." He ordered as Broly starred intensely on the blur that Sakura had become as she ran laps around Kale at such a high speed that the ground began to smolder under her feet.

Taking deep and raspy breaths, both warriors looked into the distance. "That can't be good." Merus admitted, pulling himself free from Drago's blade, grasping the open wound on his chest.

Gritting his teeth, Drago sighed as Merrick landed next to Merus. "It's Kale, she's lost it again and… What the hell?" He asked as Drago heled up his hand. "One thing at a time, my boy." He ordered as he pulled his sword from his body.

Both Merus and Merrick stared at him in complete shock and disbelief as his wound healed itself as the sword was pulled free. "Before you ask, Siegfried is bound to my life essence; it can do anything I wish as long as I will it to be. It will also never harm me. Both Shougen and myself formed a blood pact when we were only children, binding our souls together. Our weapons can no longer deal any damage to ourselves or each other." Drago explained as he rose to his feet. "Darkhan." Drago ordered as an intense heat shot through himself and Merus, healing all of their collective wounds. "The spell I conjured is no more, we are no longer bound. Now, what is it?" Drago asked, turning to look at Merrick as he pulled Merus to his feet.

Shaking his head to regain his composure, Merrick sighed. "It's Kale, she's out of control again. Broly, the bunny girl and Shougen went to take care of her." He explained, pointing into the craggy area. "If a berserker form Saiyan is running loose; they might need help." Merus stated, nodding as he floated into the air alongside Merrick. "If that gargantuan buffoon is involved, I suppose I should journey with you; lest he does something that we all regret." Drago admitted, shaking his head. "Can you fly?" Merrick asked, lowering himself next to him. "No actually, that is the only thing that Siegfried cannot do." Drago admitted, taking Merrick's outstretched hand.

Spinning in circles as Sakura ran around her, Kale grunted in annoyance. "Stupid bunny!" She growled, forming an energy blast in her hand before spinning in a circle, attempting to grab her as she ran. Smiling, Sakura giggled as she leapt over her close range energy blast. "That's not gonna work on me. Karrar might've caught me by surprise all those years ago with that, but not this time." She mocked, her eyes shooting open in surprise when Kale appeared next to her, grabbing her ears. "Okay, I deserved this." She admitted as she crossed her arms, allowing Kale to use her ears as a means to smash her into the ground.

Seeing this, Shougen grit his teeth. "Now!" He roared as he clenched his fist, spurring Broly to follow him as he rose from the protective barrier, rushing to help Sakura.

Grabbing Kale by the arm that wasn't currently holding Sakura, Shougen used his massive body as a wedge, raising her from the ground. Assisting; Broly grabbed her other hand and forced it open, allowing Sakura to slip free.

Once his friend was free from her grasp, Shougen let out a mighty roar and threw Kale away from them. Shougen's eye narrowing when Kale landed perfectly on her feet. "This is it." Shougen admitted, unsheathing his swords.

Looking back to Sakura, Shougen smirked when she tried to stand, only to fall limply against the craggy arena. "We've got this, just rest." Shougen ordered, smiling. Looking up at him, Sakura simply nodded as she received her orders; letting her head fall limply as she sighed.

Looking to Broly, Shougen smiled. "Ready?" He asked as Broly stared at Kale, sighing as he raised his arms to his sides, beginning to yell; shaking the stage once more. "Time to see if your training paid off Whiss." Berrus stated as Whiss glanced at him and simply smiled in return of his sarcastic remark. "What's happening!?" Peiri yelled in an attempt to be heard over Broly's titanic screams. "The true; Legendary super Saiyan." Whiss replied as bright green lights emanated from Broly's body, a single large explosion rocking the arena as Broly's cries became more frantic.

Aoia shrieked as she grabbed her face, falling to her knees. "Are you alright?" Vegeta asked, kneeling down next to her, uncharacteristically worried about his opponent, bracing himself as the hill they stood on began to crumble. "It is him, he fried my main scanning unit. His energy rose so exponentially that my primary processer could not handle the rapid change." Vegeta hummed in interest when she pointed at Broly, shocked by his power. "Incredible, he wasn't this strong when I fought him." Vegeta lamented as the fight between Broly and himself flashed through his memory. "Do not fret about our previous engagement, my darling has installed no less than three separate processing and scanning units within my mainframe, each stronger then the last. I still posses the information that I have gained from you." Vegeta shook his head slightly as he looked at Aoia with a look of pure confusion on his face. "You're darling?" He asked, shaking his head. "My darling is my master, and my master is my darling. Though he spends most of his time engaged in the cat witches paws, he is still my most precious possession, as I am his." She explained as Vegeta shook his head, deciding it better to not prod any further.

Shougen watched Kale carefully as Broly caught his breath. "You good?" Shougen asked, legitimately worried about his new friend. "Fine… I just have to limit how much I tap into the power." "Why?" Shougen asked while not taking his eye off of Kale. "The power we wield is different from the others; the more we use, the more it controls us." Shougen turned his attention to Broly as he explained how his power worked, confused. "Shougen, move!" Broly yelled as he pushed him away, just in time for Kale to charge through the area he once stood in.

Lifting himself to his feet, Shougen scowled when Kale lifted her arms to her sides, forming a large green energy ball from her chest.

Without a second thought, Shougen quickly ran in front of Broly and snapped his swords together at thee hilts. "What are you doing?" Broly asked, raising an eyebrow when Shougen laughed. "Spargan's always repay their debts." He answered as he began to spin his blades like a massive fan when Kale fired her attack.

Without much effort at all, Shougen forced her attack back towards her, laughing when it exploded on contact. "There, now we're even." He stated, stepping to the side, allowing Broly room when Kale charged at them.

Both Broly and Shougen easily caught her punches, smiling at each other as they used her fists against her. Using them; they pulled her towards them, using their free hands; Broly punched her in the stomach while Shougen delivered a powerful uppercut.

Without a single word, Shougen grabbed her by the waist and lifted her into the air, allowing Broly to jump into the air, grabbing her neck on the way down; using his body weight to drive her head into the ground.

Sharing a quick glance with each other, they nodded as Broly got down on one knee, cupping his hands as Shougen ran towards him. Just as Shougen's foot stepped onto his hands, Broly roared, launching him into the air.

Kale groaned and shook her head as she began to regain her composure; just in time for Shougen to land on her back, forcing her through the entire stage.

As Kale's giant body burst through the other side of the arena, Shougen smiled and stretched his hand up towards the upper side of the hole, gasping when his fingers narrowly missed the edge. "Kale of the 6th has been eliminated, 13 fighters remain." Everyone stared, unblinking in a collective state of shock after watching Broly and Shougen's systematic elimination of Kale. Not even hearing the Grand Priests announcement.

Everyone close to Universe 6 jumped in fright when Caulifla yelled as Kale landed on her lap. "Kale! Are you alright!?" Caulifla asked, yelling as she shook her frantically.

Within a second of Caulifla's yelling,; Kale leapt to her feet, hugging her tightly. "Big sis!" Kale cried out happily as she began to cry. Universe 13 falling eerily silent as they sat completely still; unable to see what had happened to Shougen. "Where is he?" Peiri asked, standing and leaning herself over the side. "Don't worry, Watanuki didn't fall." Fleur responded as she patted her on the back, looking up at the Grand Priest; who had a demented smile spread widely across his face.
