"Surrender, Metamormon!" A familiar boy and his dragon were fighting a Digimon.

"Never. I can still become stronger, so I must live until I have become the greatest being alive." Metamormon floated away from the dragon.

"Tai, I don't think we can beat this guy without Dragon Impulse!" AeroVeedramon turned to his tamer.

"I won't let you use that attack and you know why! We need to figure out something else." Tai closed his eyes and rubbed his chin.

"Your time is up, child. I will travel the worlds and fight the strongest beings. Metamormon shall become a feared name among humans, Digimon, and Server Masters alike! Goodbye." Metamormon created a huge portal in front of himself and zipped through it.

"Uh, Tai?" Aero turned to his still thinking master.

"Hold on, Aero. I'm coming up with a genius plan!" Tai snapped his fingers. "I got it!"

"Tai, he left a minute ago." Aero sweatdropped.

"Ah crap! Why didn't you tell me! Lord MagnaAngemon is going to be really unhappy with me." Tai drooped.

"I am very unhappy with you!" Lord MagnaAngemon was panicking. Leomon and ShogunGekomon watched MagnaAngemon pace around the room nervously.

"I didn't know he could open portals! Someone should have warned me!" Tai flapped his hands in the air.

"Told you we couldn't trust humans." ShogunGekomon and Leomon shook their heads.

"Alright, I'll bring back Arcadiamon and then you guys can deal with him!" Tai shot back.

"Arcadiamon?! Where?!" ShogunGekomon ran around wildly as Leomon swiped at nothing.

"You two calm down! I admit, I didn't know he could travel across dimensions. If I had known, I would have told Neo or Hideto to go with you." MagnaAngemon let out a tired sigh.

"Neo and Hideto? They're here?!" Tai and Aero gave each other surprised looks.

"Yes, but you won't see too much of them unfortunately. Taichi Kamiya, I will bestow upon you the power required to chase Metamormon." Magna placed his hand on top of Tai's head, much to his confusion.

"Uhh, okay? How will you do that?" Magna grabbed Tai's arm and rested his hand on the Digivice 01.

"Like this! Hoooooooooo!" Blinding light shot from Magna's hand and into Tai's device.

"What in the world just happened?" Tai's arm felt numb.

"You can now summon portals to other dimensions. Track Metamormon's data and chase him to wherever he is. And try not to do anything outrageous while in other dimensions." Magna waggled his finger at Tai.

"Me and Zero? Something stupid? Would never think about it." The two laughed and Zero slapped Tai in the back, launching him into a table.

"Yes, I'm sure. Good luck, Taichi, Zero. Several worlds now depend on you." Magna nodded at them.

Tai stumbled back from the table and raised his arm.

"Dimension open!" A large white gate opened up in front of him. "Let's go Zero! We got worlds to save!" Tai and Zero jumped through and were gone in an instant.

"Those two are as insane as the day we met them." Leomon shook his head again.

*Slam*

"Oowwwwww." Tai rubbed his head. He was next to a tree in a luscious field. Zero sat next to him.

They heard somebody nearby get up and brush their clothes.

"Alright! Let's go!" They heard a boy say.

"Yeah!" Something replied to him.

"Who in the world was that-Holy MagnaAngemon on a sandwich!" Tai found the person making the noises.

"Nani?" The boy and his pet turned around to face Tai.

Several seconds passed as the two did nothing but stare at each other with open mouths.

"TAICHI?!" The two pointed at each other and yelled.

"Who are you?" Tai put his fists up.

"Who are YOU?" Tai put HIS fists up.

"You're Metamormon aren't you?!" Tai got closer to Tai.

"You're the evil Digimon here!" Tai got closer to Tai.

"Uhhhh...I'm confused." Agumon watched the two bicker.

"I'm sure they'll sort it out." Zero scratched his head.

"I'm Tai!" Tai pointed at himself.

"No, I'M Tai!" Tai pointed at himself.

"I am!"

"I am!"

"I AM!" The two nearly banged their heads on each other.

"Why are you here?!" Tai asked Tai.

"Because there's a bad Digimon that me and Zero need to defeat!" Tai relaxed a little.

"Really? Why didn't you open with that?! If you need my help, then you got it! Right, Agumon?" Tai turned to Agumon. Agumon flashed him a thumbs up.

"Perfect! Then we need to find Metamormon!" Tai rubbed his hands together.

"Let's do it. My name is Taichi Yagami! Pleased to meet you!" Yagami let his hand out.

"My name is Taichi Kamiya. Pleased to meet you!" Kamiya gave him a handshake.

"I'm Agumon!" Agumon jumped over to Zero.

"I'm Zero the Veedramon!" Zero high fived Agumon.

"Who is this 'Metamormon' guy?" Yagami asked.

"He is a very powerful Digimon. I nearly beat him, but he managed to escape to another dimension. This one. Now we just need to find him and beat the crap out of him!" Kamiya had a certain fire in his eyes.

"Alright then! I like that plan very much!" Yagami had the same fire.

"If you two think you can beat me, then do it!" A large Digimon appeared in front of the two boys and their Digimon.

It was very tall and fat. It had metal arms and strange red wings. It wore a helmet that had black hair coming out.

"Metamormon!" Kamiya ran forwards.

"So that's the enemy? Looks like a Mega." Yagami walked forwards.

"Rematch, Metamormon! No running this time, unless you turn into a chicken!" Aero flailed his arms at the enemy.

"He doesn't look so tough! I can beat him, Taichi!" Agumon clapped his hands together.

"Be careful, Taichi. His powers make him a very tricky opponent. You see-"

"I've found through my journeys that I'm nearly invincible! A matter of fact, I have a 100% win rate!" Yagami took out his Digivice and orange fireballs flew around the rims of it.

"But, Taichi! This guy is really strong!" Kamiya advised.

"We are too! Just watch this, Tai. Agumon Shinka!" Agumon started to grow large.

"WarGreymon!" The new Agumon shouted.

"Taichi!" Kamiya shouted.

"Go get him, Wargreymon!" Yagami pointed forwards. Wargreymon flew straight for Metamormon.

"Wow...I was not expecting that." Taichi picked Agumon off the floor.

"Yup. Metamormon is very strong and confusing. That's why I need your help." The two Tais talked as AeroVeedramon battled Metamormon.

"I can see that now. Maybe I went into the situation a little too quickly." Tai cradled Agumon.

"Aaah!" Metamormon, now pretending to be AeroVeedramon, slammed horns with the original. "I'm not fully restored yet. I must leave this disadvantageous battle for now." Metamormon opened another portal and bailed.

"Get back here you dang coward!" Zero barely failed to get through the portal.

"That's enough for now, Zero! He's still here in this dimension." Tai looked at his Digivice.

"Fine. You all good, Agumon?" Zero plopped down next to Tai.

"I'll get better." Agumon had a small smile.

"Still in this dimension? Where are you from?" Yagami raised his eyebrow.

"I'm from a completely different dimension. If you want to help me, you'll have to be willing to travel through random dimensions with me." Kamiya got serious.

"Hmmmm...Let me talk to my team first." Yagami took out his device. "Koushiro, you there?"

"Yes, Taichi?" A little red haired boy floated over the device.

"I need to get back to the real world. Make sure you bring everyone around me too." Yagami nodded at Kamiya.

"Alright, Taichi. I'll send you to the park near Sora's house." Koushiro typed on his computer.

"Speaking of Sora, tell everybody to go to her house for an all team meeting." Yagami looked serious.

"Really? Alright. See you soon, Taichi." Koushiro was seen talking to somebody nearby right before he disappeared.

All four of them, the two Tai's and their Digimon, started to be zapped back to the real world.

"Wait. How do I hide Zero-" Kamiya's question was cut off by their return.

The two Tai's strolled down the street with their heads down. People would choose to look at the huge blue dragon, the small moving pink ball, or the two identical children.

"Maybe we should have brought the others to the Digital World." Yagami looked away from the several people staring at him.

"Too late now." Kamiya tried to hide Zero under his cape.

*Knock* *Knock*

"Moshi moshi?" Sora opened the door and her eyes grew wide.

"Yo!" The two Tai's said. The Digimon smiled.

Sora stood stunned as everybody walked past her into the crowded house.

"And that's how-What?!" Everybody looked at the two Tais.

"Yo-"

"What is happening?" Koushiro's eyes zipped between the two.

"This is Taichi Kamiya. He's from another dimension." Kamiya stepped forwards as Yagami introduced him.

"Hello all. I'm chasing an evil Digimon and it would be great to have help from your friend Taichi." Kamiya gave them a familiar thumbs up.

"Uhhh...Okay?" Everybody took in the information.

"If you're chasing an evil Digimon." Yamato spoke up. "You should take all of us."

"Good idea, but no can do. You see, if this guy skips town again, I can only take so many people. If I end up recruiting too many people, there's a chance you guys might get stuck in another dimension for a while." Kamiya showed his glowing D-1.

"If Taichi wants to go with you, I think he should." Sora said lovingly. The others nodded.

"Thanks guys. Taichi Kamiya, let's go show Metamormon who's boss! Come on, Agumon!" Yagami waved bye to his friends and ran out.

"Thanks a ton guys. This Tai's got some good friends." Tai ran out behind Yagami.

"Sorry if I knock anything over." Zero walked out, destroying several vases and moving a couch.

"This world can barely handle one Taichi." Yamato said under his breath.

"So, how do we find this guy?" Yagami and Kamiya were walking through the Digital World again.

"He'll show himself soon enough. Problem is, he'll be ready for a rematch with us." Tai looked towards the sun.

"And I'll be just as ready! This time, we just need to work together." Tai and Agumon smiled at their near doubles.

"Right. Until then, why not learn about each other?" Kamiya sat down.

"Sure." Yagami sat down. "What is your group of friends like? I hope Yamato is a little more friendly in your world."

"Uhh...Yamato doesn't exist in my world. Probably. I mean, he probably does, but he isn't involved with the Digital World in any way." Kamiya scratched his chin.

"Really? What about Sora?" Yagami started to get interested.

"No Sora either. My friends are a really serious guy named Neo, his caring sister Rei, a mostly honorable guy named Hideto, a closed off but loyal dude named Sigma, and a very cheery and spontaneous girl named Mari." Kamiya smiled as he thought about the once evil Rei and Alias III.

"Sounds like Matt, Sora, and Mimi. No one really reflects Hideto though." Yagami thought.

"What about Lord MagnaAngemon? How is he like in your world?" Kamiya thought about the very caring but strict angel.

"Lord? I mean, MagnaAngemon is pretty impressive, but I wouldn't go as far as to call him lord." Yagami was confused by the fact that Kamiya held Tk's Digimon in such high regard.

"Well he is a lord! Lord MagnaAngemon is-"

"Going to fall at my hands!" Metamormon appeared from a portal.

"Metamormon! Get ready to be defeated! It's Taichi time!" The two Taichis got their devices ready.

"I'm with you, Tai!" Zero got into a battle stance.

"Let's go, Taichi!" Agumon got ready to evolve.

"Wargreymon and AeroVeedramon. Both are very powerful transformations for me to use." Metamormon tapped his head.

"Hit him while he's thinking! Agumon Shinka!" Tai flared orange as Agumon went Mega again.

"Wargreymon!" Flames erupted from the tall Digimon.

"Come on, Wargreymon! The both of us together can easily dust this guy!" Zero grinned. Wargreymon nodded and they both flew straight for the large Digimon.

"I think I know how to win this." Metamormom turned into Wargreymon. "Terra Destroyer!" He tossed a huge energy ball at the two Digimon.

"I'll get rid of it, Zero! You go get him!" Wargreymon flew at the blast and took out his shield. He got closer to it and then bumped the ball far into the sky. It exploded harmlessly.

"Time to blitz this guy! V-Wing Blade!" Aero flew at Metamormon faster than anyone could perceive, except for his target.

"Wargreymon is an expert fighter! You won't catch me so easily! Mega Claw!" Wargreymon slashed Aero across the face, making him fall back. Aero quickly spun around and backhanded Metamormon before falling towards the ground.

"Aero! I got this! Try to block my next attack, Metamormon! I dare you! Great Tornado!" Wargreymon spun at his clone.

"You would easily pierce my shield." Metamormon turned into Aero. "So I'll dodge instead!" He flew at Wargreymon and lifted himself above the dinosaur before impact. His elbow blades shined. "Twister Saber!" Two waves shot out at the spinning Wargreymon.

"Dang. That was two clean hits." Wargreymon stopped spinning and looked at the deep cuts on his chestplate.

"Far from done! V-Breath-"

"V-Wing Blade!" Aero rammed his horn into his copies' chest. He thrashed the body wildly and then threw him off.

"Thanks, Zero." Wargreymon and Zero lined up.

"Let's do this in sync! There's no way he can beat us together!" Zero clapped his claws together.

"I will defeat you two!" Metamormon turned back into Wargreymon. "Terra Destroyer!" He tossed an even larger ball at the rapidly advancing Digimon.

"You fly around it, I'm going through!" Aero flew at the ball. "Wind Guardian!" A flurry of wind helped him fly straight through it without complication.

"Let's go!" Wargreymon flew above the ball and dropped straight towards Metamormon.

"You forget that these Dramon killers are just as effective on us as they are on others! Mega-"

"Magnum Crusher!" Aero quickly punched Metamormon in the wound he inflicted previously. Metamormon stumbled back as Zero quickly left the area.

"You wanna see a real attack, copycat? Terra Force!" Wargreymon summoned a huge ball and threw it at his false version.

"This is bad! Brave Shield!" Metamormon guarded himself as the ball struck his shield. He started to get pushed back.

"Looks like he's at our mercy! V-Breath Arrow!" Zero fired a large arrow blast at Metamormon's legs, breaking his focus as he nearly tripped over.

"No!" His shield fell back and he kneeled. The destructive ball aimed right at him got closer. "NO!"

The ball completely enveloped him and a large part of the area and then finally exploded. Wargreymon and Zero covered their eyes as light flew out from the explosion.

"Yata!" Yagami fist pumped.

"Wooh! Lord MagnaAngemon is going to be real proud!" Tai punched the air victoriously.

The two Digimon still watched the impact site hesitantly.

"Cough...That was a close one." Metamormon revealed a new form. He was a large mechanical dragon with two huge blasters on his shoulders.

"Mugendramon!" Wargreymon's eyes narrowed at the familiar Digimon.

"What is that thing?" Kamiya was taken aback by the new threat.

"Mugendramon! An ultra powerful Mega. He nearly-Well he killed me and Wargreymon a while back. We came back though." Yagami shrugged.

"Huh. Doesn't sound good for us." Kamiya pointed his wrist with the D-1 at Zero.

"Hm?" Zero perked up. "Alright, Tai! Come on Wargreymon! We can't let him escape!" Zero flew at the large beast.

"I got what I wanted. Fools! Giga Destroyer!" Machinedramon fired two missiles that fell short in front of Zero and Wargreymon. They both exploded, leaving a great amount of smoke all over the battlefield.

"I know what he's trying to do! Zero, find him! Quickly!" Kamiya cleared the smoke from his view.

"I can't see anything past this smoke! I guess I'll just have to dive in!" Zero flew into the smoke blindly.

The wind his wings were kicking up cleared enough smoke for him to see Metamormon flying through a portal.

"Coward!" Zero shot a blast at the portal, but it ultimately hit nothing.

"Dangit!" Tai rapidly pressed buttons on his device. "He left the whole dang dimension!" Tai jumped up and down angrily.

"Then we need to chase after him!" Yagami walked to his angry friend.

"Yeah. Zero, get ready to move out. Dimension open!" Kamiya shot a portal out from his device.

"Cool. You ready, Wargreymon?" Tai looked towards the Digimon that landed next to him.

"Always!" Wargreymon passed his claws through each other.

"You guys are coming then? Are you sure?" Kamiya continued to hold his device up.

"Tais don't doubt their decisions. Give me a second though." Tai took out his device. "Sora-chan!"

Sora appeared on the device. "Moshi moshi? Again."

"I'm going to leave with the other Tai. You guys stay safe, alright." Tai gave her a thumbs up.

"Just as soon as we finished one adventure." Sora sighed. "Alright. Good luck to both of you." Sora waved bye. The two Tais waved back as she disappeared.

"Let's get going!" Yagami and his now Rookie Agumon jumped into the portal.

"Good allies we got here. Let's catch that chicken!" Zero flew through.

"Here I come, Metamormon! You won't escape me!" Tai lowered his D-1 and ran through the quickly closing portal.

"I'm telling you Ken. Things just aren't as interesting anymore-" The young boy was cut off by two people hitting the floor in front of him.

"How do you fine gentlemen do today?" The two Tais stared at the boy shyly.

All three of the brown haired boys noticed each other's goggles immediately.
