The hope in their hearts was short lived as Gogeta's attack was absorbed into Zagraeus's Hell Star Sphere the moment it made contact, causing it to grow larger.
Gasping, Gogeta wasted no time and jumped towards the attack. "Dragon fist!" Gogeta yelled frantically, sending shivers down everyone's spines.
Gasps were all that escaped the mouths of the other Universe's when Gogeta punched Zagraeus's attack, only for it to have no effect except; carrying Gogeta back to the ground with it. "Yes! Finish this Zagraeus!" Shougen yelled, leaping from his seat as he shook his fist; leaving Fleur and Kaseaen grasping his pants, Kukei and Tink; holding onto his neck for dear life as he shook.
As the attack neared the stage, Zagraeus began to yell; powering up. "Supernova!" Zagraeus yelled; his copy appearing behind Gogeta, shocking everyone.
The copy's attack resulted in Gogeta being pushed inside of the Hell Star Sphere, causing it to explode. Gogeta's cries of pain were quickly silenced as the arena became enveloped in a blinding light.
Everyone watched in aa mix of shock and horror as Zagraeus lowered himself to the ground as Gogeta fell behind him.
Landing, Zagraeus fell to his knees and grasped at his chest, gasping for air as Gogeta impacted the arena; shaking the stands in the process.
The spectators watched in silent anticipation; waiting to see who would be the first warrior to rise.
Seeing Zagraeus still on his knees; still gasping for air as Gogeta; now bruised, blood dripping from his nose and mouth, rose to his feet, Jiren smiled. "This is it." He announced, standing.
Taking a deep breath, he formed a large, red energy blast in his right hand. "Goku! Vegeta! Do it now!" He yelled as he threw his attack towards the rest of Universe 13 in an attempt to distract Zagraeus long enough.
Seeing this, both Gogeta and Zagraeus gasped, watching as Jiren's attack rocketed toward the stands.
As it came closer, the members of Universe 13 gasped as they watched in complete shock.
Rising to his feet, Drago pointed Siegfried toward the attack and used it's magic to form a barrier between the attack and them, Vanity rose to her hoofs as well and used her horn to reinforce Drago's shield.
Their gesture would quickly be for naught as Jiren's attack easily shattered the barrier and continued to rocket towards them.
Just before the attack made impact, Universe 13 gasped once more when Zagraeus appeared infront of them and slapped the attack out of the way, sending it careening towards the Grand Priest. Seeing this, the Grand Priest looked up at the attack, causing it to vanish completely.
Zagraeus began to shake in anger as he stared down at Jiren, unable to form speech. Reaching out her hand, Kukei touched her fathers shoulder. "Papa?" She asked as tears began to fall from his eyes as he clenched his fists so tightly that blood began to trickle from his palms. "I don't care who you are…. No one….. No one. Hurts my FRIENDS!" Zagraeus's cries shook the entirety of the null realm as he became enveloped in a bright aura identical to Gogeta's.
As his eyes turned a pure white, Zagraeus grunted and charged towards Jiren so quickly that the eyes of everyone present continued to see him floating infront of Universe 13 until he appeared inches in front of Jiren.
In his enraged state, Zagraeus punched Broly in the face with so much force; the shield around the null realm completely shattered, revealing planets orbiting around them. Everyone gasped when a Jiren was sent flying through multiple large rocks before coming to rest inside of what remained of the central pillar.
The spectators and Gogeta all gasped when Zagraeus began to yell once more, causing the Zeno's platform to crack as a bright light filled the arena.
Shading their eyes, everyone chanced slight glances at Zagraeus as he continued to yell, causing everyone to slide closer together as the stands crumbled even more.
As the light dissipated, everyone gasped as a large, white Monkey appeared in Zagraeus's place, lighting crackled around him as what was left of the ground quaked under it's feet. "What is that?" Peiri asked, starring at the monkey in awe. "That is the true form of The Destroyer." Kaseaen revealed as she gripped her staff tighter than before.
As the monkey vanished, Zagraeus looked at Gogeta with hate filled eyes. "Anyone that would harm our friends, or our daughters; will die." Zagraeus stated as he charged at Gogeta, sending him flying.
Spinning in the air, Gogeta steadied himself and quickly charged back at Zagraeus.
A loud explosion rocked the stage as their fists connected. Both Zagraeus and Gogeta became enveloped in a bright Pink and White aura respectfully as they began to fly across the stage at such a rapid speed, that their auras left streaks across the sky like two racing jet planes.
Bounding from floating rock to floating rock, explosions rocked the stage whenever their fists connected. "You know more about Zagraeus and the Destroyer than you let on. What more are you hiding from us?" Drago asked, eyeing Kaseaen as she fiddled with her staff nervously; her eyes shooting from side to side suspiciously as she thought of a respectful answer.
Taking a deep breath, she looked at her friends and the other Universe's and sighed. "Yes, yes I do."
Everyone looked to Kaseaen as she continued to fidget with her staff. "When Lord Xerrath turned on Talos and made the keys for her escape, she also set in motion a grand plot to have her revenge. Along that violence filled path, she happened upon a woman that called herself Lila; she was the western supreme Kai of Universe 7. Somehow, she survived the massacre of Majin Buu and planed to exact her revenge against the Universe. In their travels, Lord Xerrath and Lila also came in contact with the Kai known as Zamasu. The three of them, though different in origin had one common goal, they wanted revenge. Xerrath; against Talos and all life in creation. Zamasu wished to eradicate all mortal life, and Lila in a way; wanted revenge against the mortals of Universe 7." All of Universe 7 gasped as Kaseaen spoke. "You see, after Majin Buu's massacre of the Kai's; Lila blamed the mortals of Universe 7 for its creation. The three of them crossed paths at the perfect time. Lila had given birth to Frieza in an attempt to have her revenge on Universe 7." Universe seven gasped once more; Kaseaen's words leaving Frieza completely speechless. "She traveled through time in an attempt to speed up her revenge and found that Frieza would one day fall against Goku. At that very moment, she abandoned her child; stating that she have no need for a child who isn't the strongest in the Universe. Realizing that Goku and the other remaining Saiyan's would always be stronger than her son, she turned her attention to Goku and the other Saiyan's, and that's where Xerrath and Zamasu crossed paths with her. Xerrath and Zamasu had met and plotted their revenge long before they met Lila and she explained to them that she planned to use Goku's DNA to create the ultimate life form, her ultimate weapon, with which she could have her revenge. Realizing that their goals aligned; Xerrath and Zamasu allied themselves with Lila. While Goku rested on the planet Yardrat after his encounter with Frieza, they took his DNA. On their journey, they also came across a planet named Vampa, inhabited by another Saiyan." "Broly." Shougen stated, looking to his new found friend as he watched Zagraeus and Gogeta carefully as Kaseaen took a deep breath before continuing.
Sighing, she closed her eyes, clasping her hands above her heart. "They also chanced a meeting with Vegeta as he was drifting through space and took his DNA as well. Having obtained all of their dark materials, they headed back to Xerrath's dark lair. Lila volunteered to be the mother but both Xerrath and Zamasu explained that adding Xerrath's Godly DNA to the gene pool would increase the power of the child exponentially. Although, it later turned out that both lord Zeno and Talos had foreseen this; fore Xerrath was infertile." Hearing her words, Drago glared at her with skeptical eyes. "And you know all of this how exactly?" He asked, crossing his as he narrowed his gaze suspiciously.
As the stands waited to silence to hear the conclusion of Kaseaen's story as Gogeta and Zagraeus continued to bound from rock to rock at intense speeds, unable to be seen by mortal eyes; their auras leaving colored streaks in the sky as they flew.
Both warriors pulled their arms back, preparing for a single powerful strike. Both, hoping that it would be enough to disorient their opponent. "I journeyed alongside Xerrath as her Angel attendant…. I also know everything about Zagraeus's past because. I'm… I'm… I am Zagraeus's mother."
