Chapter One: Years Later
One morning as Alexis is painting in her room she hears someone enter the room and sees Snow White.
"Alexis I am going out into the town. Would you like to join me?" Snow White asks as Alexis looks at her.
"You do know she doesn't like us leaving the castle." Alexis says as she goes back to painting.
"I don't care. I need to see what is going on in the kingdom. Would you join me? I would feel better knowing you are out and about with me somewhere." Snow White says as Alexis sighs.
"Fine but I wanna roam the woods not so much the town." Alexis says as she puts her brush down.
"Thank you. You're the best sister I could ask for." Snow White says happily.
"I'm your only sister and not even by birth. Plus I'm three years older than you so it is my job to look after you. Come on then. I'll show you my secret way out I use." Alexis says as she walks with Snow White.
*Timeskip*
"This is the town?" Snow White asks as she and Alexis are later walking around the two after Alexis met up with her after running around in the woods.
"Appears so." Alexis says.
"Excuse me. Do you have to eat?" A young girl asks as a woman stands next to her.
"our apologies sweet heart we don't." Alexis says as she feels sorry for the child.
"What happened here? I visited once with my father. It was a wonderful place. People always seemed to be singing and dancing." Snow White says in shock.
"That must have been many years ago." A woman says as Snow White and Alexis see Brighton arrive and quickly hide before watching as he forces the people to hand over more tax money claiming it is going to protect them before leaving.
"I can't believe this." Alexis says in shock.
"Neither can I. Come on. We must return to the castle." Snow White says.
