Lisa was walking through the heartland homestead straighten things as she went. She made her way to the kitchen were she started washing the dishes.

Then she went through the house with the washing basket collecting dirty laundry. Amy walked through the door with Lyndy in tow.

"hey Lisa, could you watch Lyndy for the day please as I will be catching up with Cass?"

Lisa sighed

"oh honey I wish I could but today I was hoping to spend some time with jack"

"oh I thought Grandpa was going to herd in the cows today, at least that's was dad said"

"oh ok well in that case I can look after Lyndy for you"

"thanks Lisa your the best" amy said giving Lisa and Lyndy a hug before going out the door to her car

"right kiddo looks like it's you and me today" said Lisa picking up Lyndy

As Lisa picked her up Lyndy grabbed hold of her ring finger and took Lisa's wedding and engagement ring.

"oh Lyndy honey please be careful with those, your GG gave them to me" Lisa said trying to get the rings of the toddler.

but Lyndy wouldn't give the rings up and demanded to be put down. but as soon as Lyndy was on the ground she ran towards her room and shut the door.

"Lyndy sweetheart I need those rings please" said Lisa following Lyndy to the room.

Jack came through the front door and went to the coffee maker to brew some coffee, he heard the crying and pleading coming from Katie and Lyndy's room. he made his way towards the noise and opened the door to discover Lisa on her knees looking under the bed trying to get Lyndy to come out.

"Lis what's happening in here" jack said kneeling down next to his wife

"Lyndy has my rings and won't give then back" Lisa said straighten up and looking at her husband

just then Lyndy scooted out from under the bed and made a run towards the bathroom shutting the door behind her, Lisa got up and rushed to the door only to hear the toilet being flushed and Lyndy saying

"by by rings"

Lisa ripped open the door to see her great granddaughter standing next to the toilet waving to the water swirling around.

"LYNDY WHAT HAVE YOU DONE" Lisa shouted

jack appeared behind Lisa putting an arm around her and saying

"well looks like I get to swim in the sewage hole"
