Five years after Count Blaine was defeated, the Duel Rangers had earned their status as celebrities. They had their own merchandise in various stores ranging from action figures, T shirts, hoodies, energy drinks and they even endorsed products. The streets of Domino were bright and shining, as an ad featuring Mai Valentine holding a Pepsi can and drinking it in a seductive fashion was playing on an electronic billboard. There was an ad playing on another electronic billboard.

"Thanks to the partnership with Kaibacorp, The Duel Rangers are all the rage!" The announcer said. "If you want to be like a ranger you need some Ranger Rage, the energy drink that will make you roar like a Blue Eyes White Dragon! You wake up to coffee in the morning? Please. Only basic bitches do that, so come on down and try some Ranger Rage, it will make a Ranger out of you!" There was some fine print text that said "PROHIBITED IN CALIFORNIA."

"Check it out Yug!" Joey said, wearing a green jacket over a white shirt and blue pants with black sneakers. "We're famous!" He was riding in a limo with Mai, Yugi and Tea, but Kaiba and Josie were absent. Yugi was wearing a red shirt with a black vest and black pants with black boots. Mai was wearing a purple coat with a white crop top and purple shorts with hot purple pumps. Tea was wearing a yellow crop top shirt with a black skirt, black high heeled shoes and black and yellow arm bracelets.

"Where are we going?" Yugi asked.

"We're going to pick up Tristian at the Burger World downtown and then we will go to the Meet and Greet at the mall." Joey answered.

"It's been a while since we seen Tristian." Tea added. The limo stopped, as Tristian was wearing his blue coat with a white shirt, tan pants and black sneakers.

"Hop aboard, Tristian!" Mai said, encouraging Tristian to come. Tristian hopped on the limo.

"A girl like me could get used to riding like this all the time." Mai said as she stroked her hair with her left hand. "While we are at the mall, I want to stop to do a few shots for my Mai Classy Valentine perfume brand as part of our merger with the Kaiba Corporation."

"We aren't here to do photoshoots, Mai." Yugi explained. "We are here to interact with fans." The limo stopped at the mall. Kaiba's security escorted the Duel Rangers to the Meet and Greet Location. Fans lined up to take photos with the Duel Rangers in the main mall hub area. It was like going to meet Santa, only the Santas were heroes who saved the world. Fans were crying, cheering and screaming to meet the heroes.

"I love you Joey!" A brunette female fan with pigtails, teal eyes, a yellow tank top and dark green shorts cheered.

"I want to be like you, Yugi!" A blonde female fangirl with short hair, blue eyes, a jean vest over a red shirt, ripped jeans and converse sneakers said holding a Yugi plush.

"I love you Tea you are amazing!" A brunette male fan with a flat top haircut, green eyes, a beard, a black leather jacket, black shirt, black pants and black boots said.

"I love you Mai!" A black haired boy with blue eyes and a nose piercing, a black and purple striped shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers said. I want to marry you!"

The first fan got to the Rangers, asking him to sign her Dark Magician notebook. Yugi signed it. The next fan got to Joey, asking him to sign her Red Eyes Black Dragon poster. Joey signed it. Mai was asked by a male fan to sign his body pillow featuring her. Mai signed it, making a face of disgust as to question what the man does with that thing.

Tea signed people's shirts bras, and even their Mixtape custom CD about Friendship Songs.

Some of the fans looked suspicious, as they appeared to be men in black suits and gold shirts, who looked tough, as well as women in black leather coats with gold tube tops and black pants. They got Yugi to sign a sleep bomb that activated, and put the Duel Rangers to sleep.

The Duel Rangers woke up on an airplane, tied up in a gold and black room where a blonde woman in a gold hat, gold suit and black shirt with black high heeled pumps introduced herself.

"I am Miss Mystic, leader of the Mystics." The woman said. "We are part of a team called the Triple Threat Terrors, which includes us, The Uplinks, and the El Diablos. The Uplinks are blue and the El Diablos are red."

"So your team is the colors of the God Cards?" Yugi asked. "That's cute."

"Silence!" Miss Mystic said. "That was intentional, to show that we are heroes in our own right. Our organization conquers neighborhood after neighborhood, and when we conquer poor areas we transform the area making it a nicer place to live."

Miss Mystic played a video on the monitor screen. It showed the Mystics conquering a black neighborhood in Atlanta. Miss Mystic used her magic to transform the dilapidated houses into fine residential abodes.

"As you can see by this graph, our organization has carved up the city of Atlanta, and is expanding into Domino by the minute."

"Listen, asshole..." Joey said, but was cut off.

"Enough!" Miss Mystic snapped. "My men will make short work of you. Any last words?"

"Yes!" Yugi said. "GO GO DUEL RANGERS!" Yugi morphed into his Red Ranger form, Joey morphed into his Green Ranger form, Mai morphed into her Purple Ranger form, and Tristian morphed into his Blue Ranger form. They broke free and started fighting the Mystics.

"Go, Dark Magician Sword!" Yugi announced, using his Dark Magician Sword to slice the Mystics.

"Harpie Lady Blaster, go!" Mai used her Harpie Lady Blaster to shoot at the Mystics.

"Red Eyes Black Dragon Sword, GO!" Joey used his Red Eyes Black Dragon Sword to slice the Mystics.

"Shining Friendship Blaster, GO!" Tea used her Shining Friendship Blaster to fire at the goons.

"Thunder Axe, GO!" Tristian used his Thunder Axe to chop the goons. Yugi and the others charged ahead.

"I summon Red Eyes Black Dragon!" Joey announced.

"Go, Dark Magician!" Yugi announced.

"Harpie Lady, come on out!" Mai announced.

"Go, Wingweaver!" Tea announced.

"Go, Science Soldier!" Tristian announced.

"Tristian, that monster's too weak!" Mai said.

"Not if I play this!" Tristian said. "I sacrifice Science Soldier for Science Commander!"

"Ok, now I play Call Of the Military, which gives me three Plane Tokens!"

"Yes, but you cannot use them for a tribute summon." Yugi mentioned.

"Who says I was using them for a tribute summon?" Tristian replied. "I am using them to activate Science Commander's special ability!" Mai, Joey and Tea gasped.

"By sacrificing a Warrior or Machine monster I can destroy one monster on the field!" Tristian said.

"But this isn't a duel!" Joey added.

"True." Tristian added. "I can also destroy some of those goons instead." Tristian called his attack. "FIRE!" Tristian sacrificed a Plane Token to kill a goon. The plane launched and killed a goon. A goon came with two swords.

"FIRE!" Tristian said again. He fired a Plane token, killing another goon. He fired his last plane token, killing another goon. Miss Mystic came out with her Duel Disk.

"I play Electric Witch in attack mode!"

"Electric Witch, destroy the Science Commander!" Electric Witch destroyed Tristian's monster.

"I will use Polymerization to fuse myself with the Electric Witch to create the Electric Witch Armor!' Miss Mystic used her magic to become the Electric Witch. She cast a spell on the plane, sending it on a crash course for the heart of Atlanta.

"The plane could destroy Atlanta if we don't do something!" Tea said.

"I have an idea." Yugi said.

"What are you going to do?" Tea asked.

"What I always do best." Yugi said. "Cheat with a bullshit plot device." Yugi activated his Ranger Watch.

"I fuse myself with the Dark Magician, activating a spell cancelling out Mystic's spell." Yugi said. Yugi rushed to the cockpit with Joey. Mai, Tea and Tristian sat in first class. When they got there, Miss Mystic was nowhere to be found.

"Miss Mystic is gone!" Yugi said. "She must have left."

"But we still have to fly this thing to safety." Joey said. He grabbed the radio and began an announcement.

"Ladies and gents, this is your captain speaking, we are turning this plane around." Joey announced. "The good news is that we will be landing shortly. The bad news is we will be crash landing." Yugi flew the plane all the way to the airport runway. Yugi was focusing on the runway, and landed the plane as best as he could, coming to a rumbling screech as sparks began to fly from the wheels. The wheel stands began to break and the plane split in half. The plane landed with half the plane still intact.

"Well, at least we landed half the plane!" Joey said. Mai, Tea and Tristian were ok, but all of the Mystic goons were dead.

Meanwhile at Triple Threat Terrors Headquarters, Miss Mystic sat at a table with Alan Frasier, leader of the Uplinks, and El Diablo, leader of the El Diablos.

"Now that we are all here, I am pleased to inform you that the Duel Rangers have landed in Atlanta." Miss Mystic began. "Alan, hack into their bank balance."

"Yes, Miss Leader." Alan, seen with half black half blue hair, blue eyes, and black cyber armor with bright blue accents said. He hacked into their bank balance from his laptop with the Uplink logo on it, a blue alien head with twin swords behind it. Yugi went to withdraw money from the airport ATM, but it said "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS." Yugi was sad and kneeled over.
