Katsuki Bakugo screamed into the night. His body sat up from bed with his hands gripping onto the sheet below him. Sweat was covering his body making his clothes stick to him. His hair fell into his face, his heart was slamming inside of his chest. After the villain attack a few months ago, after they had kidnapped him, Bakugo wasn't the same. He was terrified. He never wanted to show it nor admit it to his fellow classmates though. He didn't want to show that he was weak.

He swore under his breath. He never said anything about what happened in the villains hideout. Before All Might got there, he was scared. They wanted him to join their league but he wouldn't have it. He tried to fight them off but the leader was able to grab him. He had used his quirk on Bakugo. He never told anyone. He was a strong individual. He could take care of himself. No one asked why he was limping in school. No one asked if he was alright after that. No one asked what had happened in the hideout. They had tied him up. There was a man there that could pause people's quirks. They paused Bakugo's and he sat there was the league tried to get him to talk.

He needed to be strong for himself.

When All Might had come, he was able to have his quirk back. He put on a smile and went on with his life. He shoved that day into the back of his mind. Now it was catching up with him. He squeezed his eyes shut feeling his leg tense and burn where Shigarki had put his hand. It had healed slowly and now he was left with a scar.

The knock on Bakugo's door made him jump. He looked at the time on his digital alarm clock and saw that it was two in the morning. Baukugo sighed and put on his personal persona.

"Who the hell is it?"

"Anna."

He stopped. This was the fourth time she had heard him scream. She was on the other side of the building. He knew that his scream didn't reach that far. She must have had a demon outside of his door keeping tabs on him. He found it more comforting then creepy.

"Oh. Come in." Bakugo threw his blankets over him. He turned on his bedside lamp and swung his legs over his bed. Anna opened the door quietly and shut it behind her. She had a demon outside of the door so that it could keep an eye out. She didn't want a student or Mr. Aizawa to catch her in here with Bakugo. She wouldn't be able to hear the end of it.

"Are you alright?" Anna asked Bakugo. She sat beside him. He shook his head and looked at his best friend.

"Another nightmare." He admitted. He was able to put his guard down with Anna. She was so kind to him. She didn't take his shit either when he was being a jerk. She helped him out a lot. She was stuck to him like glue. Bakugo liked that about her. He felt less alone now because of her. Anna looked at him and frowned. He had been having these nightmares a lot and it bothered her. She wasn't sure what to do for him besides check on him.

She sat down next to him. This in turn had Bakugo lay his head down on his shoulder. They didn't say anything. They just sat there and stared at the wall in front of them. Bakugo sighed, feeling tears coming to his eyes. He started to wonder why the nightmares wouldn't leave him alone. He wanted to scream and tear into his head. He would make them stop. He had to or else he was going to get no where about being the number one hero. The flash of Shigaraki and what he did to Bakugo flashed into his head, making him tense.

"They won't stop." He growled.

"Then make them." Anna suggested.

He scoffed and Anna continued,

"You should make it the reason why you become the number one her. Save people who get kidnapped or are in hostage situations."

Bakugo could only smile.

"Thank you, Anna."

"Your welcome. Now get back to bed. I need to go before Aizawa catches me."

Before Bakugo could say anything, Anna was already slipping out the door. Bakugo chuckled as he laid back down on his bed. He pulled his covers over himself and got comfortable in bed again. When he fell asleep, be dreamt of being what he was meant to be, a hero.
