Feel free to skip me ranting about personal issues and get into the story if you want. Seriously if you don't want to hear a personal rant than skip it..ok well I did say you could skip it.
Last chance..ok but don't say you weren't warned. I want to keep an eye out for those who want to skip stuff like this and get straight into they want.
It's not easy to be normal when you get stupid fears that ruin your confidence and motivation. The kind of hope that on paper seems insignificant but isn't in the long run.
When you have fears that ruin everything you want to achieve in life. For me I don't want those I hold close to me to hate me for doing trivial and things that sound stupid once explained.
From my parents and my brother to the rest of my family. Pets I have or know and God I all fear will hate me if I do things that like I said are stupid to think anybody would hate you for.
That then goes for anybody reading this. I know your thinking, "This man is weird. Even though your not wrong still don't be rude here. "I don't want to read anything from him.
To that I say allow me to show that I can give you the quality I feel you deserve. Consider these stories as my way of trying to say sorry as well as prove myself to you.
Greetings to all that are here for a story. I will be here to narrate you through this and several other points of view in the world of Invader Zim. Though your not here for any introductions.
No that would be you want hear because your curious about the story. If so then join me as we plant the seeds of what will be phase one of this collection.
A collection of stories about events that occurred exactly two years after the events of Enter The Florpus. Things seemed to have went back to normal after that, but for us humans it's never that easy.
To explain what I mean by that, In this interesting world we live in normality is hard to achieve. Dib thought that after the florpus things would kinda go back to normal.
To a certain extent..he was right, in the two years that passed Zim hadn't tried anything close to what he did on that day. Yes he tried multiple plans but they were stopped due to Dib.
For Zim this was bad, in no ways was this bad for me or hopefully anybody else. As insufferable as Dib is he is the planets only hero, which in itself is not a good thing for us humans.
Though let's not focus on that, what we should focus on is what exactly we will see happen. Or should I say you will see happen, for I have memorized most of what I want done, although some things might change.
While on this journey we will meet some faces you are all very familiar with. While there are some who you've never seen before. Though I wouldn't let that discourage you from continuing.
For I see in these individuals as something that could've worked. If we had got a continuation with a bit less restrictions from where it currently resides.
Perhaps if it were on Netflix, Hulu, MTV or "SyFy". Either way I am rambling on for far to long, let's get started. Now do feel free to leave suggestions on how our time together can be more fun.
Our first story begins with Zim investigating something that had caught his interest. The thing in question was informed by his computer that irken life was spotted on Earth.
His search led him and Gir to some warehouse in near pitch black darkness. Zim had Gir light up the room after they snuck into the building. After this they where they were able to see where they were going.
The light from Gir..which was only a lantern was enough light. It was around 2 in the morning so they didn't have to worry about anybody seeing them as they usually look.
There was only issue for them and that is Dib. Which despite him basically stalking Zim though even he needs to rest off every once and awhile.
"Gir have you found anything? A brief pause filled the air as Gir wasn't paying attention to what Zim said. "Gir have you found anything yet? Zim tried his hardest to say that without being loud and getting caught.
Gir walked over to Zim and stopped and stared at him before speaking in his usual giddy self. "Master you called for me? "Yes Gir I did and I am asking for a third time...have you found anything yet.
"No..not really. "Great so the computer gave false information about other irken life. "I don't know. "What do you mean by that? "There could be something here. "I doubt that because we've seen nothing so far.
"You sure about that? Gir says while smiling and staring at Zim. "Yes Gir, I am being serious. "Your certain there's no evidence here. "No, I didn't see anything at least.
"Then what's that? Zim points at something on the ground that stood out in the corner of the room. "That, you see I saw that a while ago, but I didn't think it was anything useful.
The thing on the ground was a blue substance that was easy to see. Zim quickly recognized it for it was. It was a broken piece of irken equipment This was quite an interesting sight to see and it left him staring at it for awhile.
He knew it irkens equipment there was no doubt in his mind that it belonged to an irken. The question is who did this belong to? What could have caused this to happen.
Zim wasn't here which caused him to wonder who this belonged to. Was it Tak..was she alive, he knew that she was good but doubted that she survive being shot into space.
There was another thought going through Zim's mind, what if this wasn't Tak. This could've been a person that Zim never knew or heard about or could be a person from his past.
If that were the case then who could this irken be and what was thier purpose for being here on Earth. Zim didn't know why another irken would be here but soon he would find out.
Whether this mystery irken was here for Zim or if they were here with other motives remains a mystery. Zim didn't care what thier motives were, he only wanted answers of who is here.
"The computer wasn't lying, there was an irken here, but the question remains who was it? "Could it be the purple one is back? "If your referring to Tak then your probably right..for once.
"The tool, it looks like whoever it belongs to could've broken it or it was broken by some stranger. "Looks like they weren't able to clean the blood or bring it with them when they left.
Zim takes the tool and puts it in his pak to keep it safe and so that Gir doesn't ruin the evidence. The tool was broken beyond repair but it should still be able to be scanned to see who it belonged to.
"Ok Gir, bring us back to the base so that I can analyze this tool and see exactly whose blood this belongs to. A minute goes by and Gir doesn't respond to Zim or even acknowledge him.
Zim wanted Gir to fly them back to thier base so that the tool could be looked at. Also to avoid anybody seeing them for what they really look like. Which would lead to the authorities being called.
"Gir respond to me when I give you a command. Gir still refused to respond to the request of his master and this angers Zim and he starts to raise his voice.
"GIR! This gets Gir's attention for a moment as he turns to Zim is less that pleased with the unique sir unit. "Gir do tell me what exactly is more of a priority than listening to your master.
"Sorry I was busy. "Doing what exactly? "Waving at the people up there. Gir then points Zim in the direction of where he was pointing and we see two people who were staring while on the roof of the building across the street.
"GIR. "What? "You stood there and did nothing as they see us. "Sorry I honestly didn't think they were staring at us. Gir says while looking as innocent as he possibly can.
"Really, do you seriously think they would stare at us while we stand here in a closed off warehouse by ourselves and then quickly leave? "No. "Do you realize how big of a issue this is?
"No. "Of course you don't. "Though I shouldn't be disappointed at that. "Sorry. "I know and you should be lucky that I am used to your seemingly never ending stupidity.
Zim looks back over to see that one of the figures is gone. It didn't take long for Zim to realize what they were doing. The figure that left went to go get the earth authorities.
"Quickly Gir get me over to him so we can stop them from telling anybody what they seen. They left through the way they entered. Zim then climbs onto Gir so that he could fly over to the figures.
The remaining figure leap off the roof and around the corner and looked back to see Zim and Gir chasing after him. He was around the height of Dib and and his eyes were glowing blue after Zim got a decent look at him.
Zim continued to chase the figure around the corner and into a park that was disturbingly quiet, even know it was two in the morning. The park wasn't that big so it's not like there's many places to hide.
So when there was what sounded like laughter behind Zim he turned and noticed something moving in the plants which caught his eye. Whoever was hiding wasn't doing very good at staying hidden.
The laughter irritated Zim as he saw this as a sign of being disrespected. He began making his way over to the bush so he could confront whoever this was who saw him.
Zim was also looked around for any signs of the other figure who spotted him. He expected something like this to happen due to a rise in panic and stress two years after the florpus incident took place.
You'd think that Zim would upgrade Gir or something. Considering what happened last time he did that he is very hesitant on messing with Gir's programming in any capacity.
We all know by now that Gir is interesting. Zim knows that he doesn't need to worry to much as long as Gir doesn't get that way ever again. The less he messes with that part of Gir the better.
"Quit your laughing and show yourself before I make you regret the day you laughed at..ZIM. Nothing happened even after that threat and this only angered Zim more than he already was.
That was until he was caught off guard by some kind of tool hitting the ground in front of him. Whoever the attacker was threw some kind of rope that tied Zim together.
The attacker stared at Gir for a spilt second before turning his attention back to Zim. His attire consisted of a black cloak with brown armor on the chest and shoulders.
There was a black belt with a blue insignia in the middle around his cloak. He stared at Zim with his eyes and only his eyes as the rest of his face was covered by a blackened steel mask.
Zim tried to break free but stopped as he felt a gun pressed against his head. This was further proven as the weapon was an army like weapon being used to threaten the invader.
There was one issue with that, Zim wasn't at all afraid of weapons being used against him. Which isn't a next level fact or anything considering how Zim reacts to situations like this.
The attacker holding the gun was as mentioned earlier as tall as Dib if not taller as well as having light brown skin with blue eyes that glowed in the night.
He had on a blueish long sleeve with black army like vests on . His attire also had black army like pants and boots to match so he could he feel "unique".
"Caught ya slipping. "You have a lot nerve attacking Zim. "From the looks of it, your also trying to kill me which is the last thing you should attempt to do to me.
"Trust me I would, but i have orders to keep you alive. "Let me guess your here to kill me? "No we don't, but it doesn't need get to that point so try and be civil.
"You find the corpse of that army soldier who tried getting in our way. "No I didn't and who exactly are you talking about? "Now be smart and tell Zim who you are.
The other figure got involved in the conversation and prevented the two from continuing to talk about whoever the army soldier was.
"I'd suggest being quiet..you've already went and said to much. Zim stares at the figure before realizing what exactly this figure was. "You..YOUR VORTIAN?
Zim noticed by looking at the legs of the attacker and saw they bent the exact way the legs of a vortian were. The attacker turned and you can practically see him smile threw his face covering.
"Correct Zim..congratulations, I guess I should reward you for figuring me out. "Whatever your reward is I want none of it. Zim says looking with pure anger.
The figure ignores him and throws another one of those tools at his face in response. It narrowly avoids hitting him though as it lands next to him.
"Hey didn't you forget that we were told to keep him alive and not blind? "Yes..yes I understand don't kill him I heard what she said. "Thank you for ruining the fun.
"Is there a reason your here? "I would've though The Tallest would have put you to slave work or in prison. "Funny how you find time to make such remarks when we have the upper hand.
"Who even are you? "I shouldn't be shocked that you want information. "I DEMAND YOU TELL ZIM WHO YOU ARE. Zim shouts at the two in a threatening way after the vortian's show of confidence.
"Zim..raising your voice won't get you anywhere. "You know she did say you had quite the tendency to act overly aggressive towards everyone.
"If I were you I would strongly advise not insulting me. "That being said tell me who you both are. "All that you need to know is that we were hired to keep you away from the irken in question.
"What reason would an irken have to hire anybody to do thier dirty work for them? "I can't say much besides the irken in question is planning something big for you in the future.
"Cause let's face it Zim the thing is..you've made a lot of enemies. "An offer happened to be given to us and we were asked us to make sure you don't find them until thier ready for you themselves.
"Now we'd advise you go back to your base and stay out of trouble til we're ready for you. "After what you two are doing that isn't happening "Please don't make this difficult and head home.
"The only way that's happening is if you have to bring Zim's corpse there. "I would if I was given orders to. "However we were given precise orders to keep you alive.
"I am not restricted by a cowardly irkens orders. "Your right but either way you look at it this escalating to that point is a waste of both of our times. "For you it is..not much for me.
The blue eyed attacker decided to chime in and threaten Zim into leaving peacefully. "Look we might not be able to kill you but we can still hurt to a point to where you'd want to be dead.
"Do us a favor and run off home like a good defective . "Zim a defective..HA, you have to be kidding right? "No he is a lot of things but he isn't a liar.
"Untie him. "Can do. The blue eyed attacker puts away his gun and went to undo the bindings around Zim. "Hurry we need to get going. "They expect us to back soon.
The vortian says while angering the blue eyed attacker who did not take kindly to being asked to go faster. Which was something he let him know.
"Look here, I don't see you doing much of anything do I. "No I am the one untying him while you run your mouth like you always do. "If it weren't for me you would be dead.
"There is no time for arguing now untie him. "I did but one day your going to learn to respect me. "I have better things to do than respect people like you now let's get going.
"Bite me, I practically did all the heavy lifting and here you are acting like you did anything. "This isn't the place for this, not when we have work to do.
Zim decides to take advantage of the two arguing by slowly deploying one of his pak legs. He brings it closer to The blue eyed attacker and manages to wrap it around his arm.
"You seem to forget that without them you'd still be rotting in Moo Ping 10. "Yeah your right but i'd rather still be thier than be pushed around by some cowardly vortian and his band of soldiers.
"Strong words coming from someone who thought they he could make enemies The Tallest and get away with it. Zim ends this by gripping on The blue eyed attackers arm and throws him backwards out of the park.
He landed hard on the ground after smacking the side of a car causing massive damage to the driver side door and window. Zim retracts his pak leg and stands back up.
He then turns his attention to the vortian who stares back with shock and disappointment. "This should've easy but no you decided to be stubborn and stall leading to us arguing.
"Because I intend on finding out the irken who sent two people to do thier dirty work for them. "That's not info you need to know yet. "Then when exactly do I? "Is it so you can aid this irken in stealing my mission.
"Cause the last irken to try that ended being shot into space and died. "Do you have any proof of that statements validity? "Even if she survived she would be foolish to try what she did again.
"None of that matters, all that matters now is that you and your brainless trash bot go home. "I am not going anywhere not after you attacked me.
"Zim your making a serious mistake. "It is you who is making the mistake. "Now tell me..who sent you to interfere with my mission. "I am not authorized to share that with you.
"Then i'll have to force the information out of you. "I don't wish to hurt you but if you attack me I will defend myself. "Go ahead it won't be enough to stop me from having you give me what I want.
They both sprinted towards each other hoping to subdue the other. The Vortian slid beside Zim and started to head towards Gir. No doubt he was going to attack him before Zim.
As soon as it was about to grab Gir..The Vortian was tackled to the ground by Zim. He threw a punch but it was blocked and was tossed to the side by the invader.
This didn't last long as Zim grabbed his leg but was met with a knee to the face. Frustrated and bruised, Zim chose to forget fighting fair and grabs The Vortian's leg with his pak legs and slams him into the tree.
Not pleased with the result he slams him onto to the ground next to the orb. Zim kneels down and grabs The Vortian by the collar of his outfit and begins making threats of his own.
"Enough of your games vortian tell me which irken hired you to interfere with my mission? "Your mission is merely a facade that was given to you out of mere pity.
Zim decides to wrap his hands around The Vortians throat in hopes of forcing an answer out of him. "Surely deep down inside you feel your life is more of a priority than listening to an irkens command.
"So i'd suggest you start giving Zim what he wants or the irken you work for is going to get your severed head as a gift on thier doorstep. Zim says while ensuring the vortian that this was more than a threat.
After his struggles to breath, the would be soldier barely manages a sentence. "N..nothing..you..do to..me will change.. anything. "So..take your..threats..and try something else.
This defiance would be a big mistake as he would soon loss consciousness due to the pressure around his throat. Zim stared at The Vortian in disgust as he stands back up.
Zim looked up to see the other attacker was gone. The car on the other was totaled beyond repair given the fact that the masked figure was nearly thrown threw it
The MG on the other hand was literally stuck in the car door after hitting it. Question is what reason would he have for leaving if he was being made to prevent Zim from finding the irken responsible for this.
If we was being paid to stand in Zim's way why would he leave not only The Vortian behind but the gear he had on. That wasn't on Zim's mind currently as he looks back at his attacker.
Gir who stood and watched the whole thing unfold walked over to his master and spoke in a confused tone. "Uh..who were they? "No clue, all I know is that an irken hired them to stop me from finding out where they are.
"Did they? "Clearly not Gir if one is gone and the other is unconscious "Oh...now that makes sense to me. "I am shocked anything makes sense to you.
"As for him..we need to hide him somewhere that no one will find him. Zim looks up to see a garbage can filled with trash and gets an idea. "We'll hide him in there. "Gir place him in the can.
After a couple of minutes Zim managed to bring him over to the trash can. He then let's Gir get rid of the garbage in the can and tosses The Vortain in it then Gir tosses a bag back into it to cover his body.
"Anything else? "No in fact we should return to the base and figure out the irken who sent these pitiful excuses of attackers and deal with them. The two leave the park and begin heading back to thier base
A few hours later they had returned to thier base without any further interruption. They went down into the lab part of thier base to observe the tool that Zim had retrieved in the store.
Zim had his computer figure out the identity of the irken responsible for him being attacked. After about a couple of minutes of reviewing every little detail, Zim would get what he wanted and that was an answer.
"I've finished analyzing the tool. "Excellent job computer, display the results on the screen. "Displaying results on screen..no problem. "Ah I have discovered that this is indeed irken blood.
"I already knew that computer, now tell me who it belongs to. "Ok no need to be rude. "The blood belongs to..can I get a drum roll. "Computer I am in no mood for this now TELL ME..
"Geez fine i'll tell you..can never joke around with you. "I don't want to joke around, I want answers and you will give them to Zim or face the consequences.
"Fine..from the results I found were that the tool belongs to our old friend Tak. Zim had a look of confusion that quickly turned into anger at what he had heard.
"Tak..I should've known this was her. "I guess she did survive, she's been no doubt planning to steal my mission again. "She clearly didn't let her past failure teach her not to try and steal MY mission.
"Now what reason would she have to send people to do her dirty work for her? "That I couldn't find out. "Computer I need you to analyze two more things for me.
"This is a gun used by one of my attackers and the other is an orb that was thrown towards and nearly hit me. "Fine put them on the scanner and i'll do the rest.
After about five minutes of waiting Zim once again got results and he was as interested as he was with the blood he had retrieved. The results were everything that Zim wanted and more.
"Computer what are the results? "Great the results are in and according to the database the gun was used by Traok..a known drifter who's aided several in achieving thier goals against the armada.
"The orbs were non lethal grenades that were built and used by Reev, a vortian who leads a clan of highly trained individuals who masquerade as low budget soldiers in my non existent eyes.
"Interesting..the questions remains as to what she needs them in terms of interfering with my mission. "Unless..of course, it's obvious that she's using them to distract them so that she can finish her plans to take my mission.
"That sounds like it could be the case. "It does more than sound like it, I am confident that's her plan. "Now the real question is what is she planning?
Speculation only made Zim want to find even more than he already did. This would have to wait for now because Zim was interrupted by Gir.
He stood there like the cheerful robot child, most of you probably want. For me i'll pass, knowing the destruction that he is capable of by himself or if he was stuck in duty mode is to much of a risk.
Not saying it wouldn't be fun but like I said it's to dangerous. He stared at his master while being full of energy like he always is. Gir taps on Zim's shoulder to get a response and after a sigh from Zim he responds.
"Yes Gir what is it? "Their was a note left for you at the door. "It was stuck to the door. "I might have also scared some of the neighbors getting it off. "I don't blame them giving how you to tend to act.
"You sure that this note was the only thing there? "Uh yeah I think so it was all that was there. "Can I see this note. Gir reaches into his head and grabs the note and hands it to Zim.
The note read as follows.
"Zim..it has recently come to my attention that you are now aware of my presence here.
"Now you have every right to think my intentions are to "steal your mission".
"Though that somehow isn't the case and while I still hate you with every fiber of my being I am not here for this planet.
"At least not yet..to prove you that I am not lying. "To prove this head to these coordinates and you'll get your answers.
"Don't keep me waiting..From Tak.
Zim was skeptical about this note, and didn't at all think Tak would be in a talking mood after what Zim did to her and Mimi last time.
"Computer reveal the location of these coordinates. After a few seconds of waiting the location was revealed. "Ok the results are in and these coordinates lead to a building under construction near the docks.
"Yeah this is a trap written all over it. "If it's a trap then it's one that I am more than prepared for. "Besides they want me alive for now at least. "Tak is a lot things but she isn't one to go back on her word.
"Sounds weird that she'd want you alive giving what you've done to her. "My guess is that she wants me alive to see what her plan is and then try and get rid of me.
"Though once I arrive at this meeting, I will remind her that this is my mission to conquer this planet..not hers or anybody else's. "GIR. "Yes? "I need you prepare yourself in case we are ambushed.
"How do I do that? Zim lets out a frustrated sigh before responding to Gir's question. "Be ready to defend yourself. "Oh I get it. "Do you Gir..do you actually get it?
"Not really. "Of course you don't. "Basically Gir what I mean is that I need to attack anybody who tries to hurt us. "Yes my master. Gir says as he switches to duty mode and gives a salute to Zim.
"Ok so you get what you need to do Gir. "Yes defend in case of ambush. "Good now follow me so that we can get answers from Tak and her brave little soldiers.
Zim and Gir leave thier base and head over to where Tak's note told them to go. For Zim this was about getting answers and we was going to make sure he got them.
Zim and Gir made it to the the unfinished building after a fifty minute walk. Upon looking around the area Zim saw no one..no Tak or Mimi..and no Traok or Reev.
This did not amuse Zim at all as he expected answers but there was no in sight to give them to him. "Good to see you made it Zim? A voice says which gets his attention without hesitation.
Zim turned to see Reev unmasked flanked by three other vortians in similar clothing as he was. "Where's Tak? "One track mind I see. "I was told i'd get answers..if I showed up here now where is Tak?
"That you were Zim, but that doesn't mean that she had to tell you herself. Zim looked back in frustration as this was clearly not what he wanted to hear at all.
"Though don't take that as anything personal, she is currently busy with an ungrateful turncoat named Traok. "For some reason after everything she did for him he left without a second thought.
"So Tak sent me a note bringing me here to listen to something I could care less about. "That's not the reason your here Zim. "Then enlighten me..do tell me exactly she is if she isn't here.
"I told you she's busy. "Now it's obvious she doesn't want you finding out her plan yet so she sent us here to make sure that you don't find out early.
"Surely you remember when you tried to get in my way last time right? "Yes I remember far to well what you did. "Though that won't happen again. Reev says confidently towards Zim in a confident way.
"Though you have the numbers advantage, it won't be enough to save you. "Your not the first person to say that Zim, many of our former enemies said the same thing.
"For them though they couldn't best us and neither will you. After that statement one of the vortians went to grab Zim and while he did manage to get a hold of him it didn't last long.
He lost his grip due to Zim throwing him over his shoulder. The other two ran for Zim in hopes to subdue him. One of them missed due to Zim moving out of the way before the vortian could do anything.
The other one however was able to hit Zim across the face with a kick sending him to one knee but still conscious. One the vortians walked up behind Zim in hopes to subdue the invader.
Zim on the other hand saw this and countered the vortians attack. He grabbed his arm and hit it with such force that he pretty much broke it. He was going to need quite the good doctor for that.
The attacker fell to the ground while breathing heavily and trying not to show pain. This wasn't easy as it looked like his arm was like a piece of string that was being twirled around.
"Quickly Gir..defensive mode. Gir switched due to duty mode for a split second before reaching into his head for something to use to aid his master.
He grabbed a small wooden blade..something he's used in the past to...mixed results. One of vortians turned and kneeled down on one knee and began laughing at Gir's weapon.
"Is that it, is that's the best weapon this thing you could be bothered to use. "Quit wasting time and deal with it. "Yes Grandmaster, I was only taunting it.
"Have you forgotten there's a time and place for taunting your target. "My mistake i'll go through with the plan then. "Yes, wound it but DO NOT kill it.
The vortian nods his head in agreement to his grandmasters demands. That didn't go according to thier plan as when he turned his attention back to Gir he was jabbed in the eye with wooden sword.
This sent the vortian back holding his eye and while Gir didn't put that much force behind his jab, it was enough to keep him busy. Who would've thought a weapon like that could be useful.
Zim went to take advantage of the situation but was met with a dart like weapon hitting him in the hand. Blood slowly left Zim's hand as he winced in pain but it was far from the worst thing to ever happen to him.
"You two prove to me that your not useless and deal with the robot. "Yes grandmaster. The two vortians that were still standing went over to Gir in hopes of proving thier worth to Reev.
Gir on the other hand turns and runs, making the soldiers give chase. Reev turns to Zim and kicks him in the face while getting frustrated at what had transpired over the past couple of minutes.
"What purpose do you have making things difficult. "You want answers..fine she wants you alive so you can see her destroy this 'planet' and then she'll kill you herself.
"She claims that it will right all the wrongs you caused her. "Trust me when I say her plan is a lot more complex than you think. "All it took was to open your eyes and it will all make sense
Zim turned and looked at the construction site during Reev's rant to see Gir heading towards the top with the other vortians. A small smile showed on his face as he now knows a way on how he can deal with Reev.
He takes another kick, this time to his chest but he didn't care. For Zim in his mind was about to put an end to this annoyance. "You have a lot of nerve doing the things you've done.
"First you refuse to cooperate with us, then you choke me out and throw me in a pile in a of garbage. "Then you break one of my soldiers arms and have your robot make a fool out of the other two.
"I have every right to kill you but I have orders. Reev takes the the short blade out of Zim's hand and pulls the irken back up. They both look at each other with hatred for each other.
"Now return your base, we'll send him back to you when we're done. Zim doesn't move at all to this command and it irritates Reev more than he already is.
He goes over to grab Zim and escort him out which on paper seemed like a good idea if it wasn't Zim he was trying this on. As soon as grabbed him, Zim pulled his arm nearly throwing him to the side.
Instead he grabbed dart looking weapon out of his hand and shoved it into Reev's shoulder. This made him drop to his knees from the pain as Zim ran towards the construction site.
He looked up to see Zim running off and all Reev thought in that moment was wanting Zim dead. The look he gave showed that he wanted to kill Zim and try to play it off as an accident.
Reev winced as he pulled the dart out of his shoulder and began running towards the half finished building. Gir meanwhile had ran all the way up the unfinished building while still being chased.
A few of the walls around the top were built but most of it was unfinished as well as half the floor wasn't there. The two vortians were not amused with Gir in the slightest as they inched closer to him.
"Running out of places to hide tin can. "He's right you've had us chase you through this entire building but that ends. "Yeah and we're going to do things much worse than you jabbing my eye with that toy sword.
They didn't get to do anything to Gir as Zim had pulled one of them back with one of his pak legs and threw him off the platform. We see the vortian fall a couple of floors before hitting a metal foundation of the building.
He then falls onto another platform and slowly curls up into a ball trying to hide the pain he's in. You could hear his pain filled groans as he laid there holding his stomach.
Zim turned to see the other vortian in complete disbelief. "You don't quit do you. "An irken doesn't surrender, especially to vortians who think it's ok to try and attack one.
"You will when we're through with you. "Think about what your saying, look at the condition of your friends. "Thier both going to spend a long time with a doctor to heal after what happened to them.
"So do you really want to have a similar fate or do you want to surrender. "Because I promise you that you will have it far worse than they did if you don't.
The vortian was slowly shaking after what Zim said as he managed to give an answer. "O..ok I surrender i'll take the others and leave. "Glad to see you chose to cooperate.
Zim walked towards the vortians and this made the vortians heart beat way to quickly to be normal. Luckily Zim walked past him and towards Gir and all seemed good.
The vortian started walking away until Zim grabbed and pinned him against the wall. He could struggle all he wanted, it didn't stop Zim from using one his pak legs to stab the vortian in the leg with it.
He laid there in pain as he struggled to let out a sentence. "I..I surrendered like you asked. Zim let out an short laugh before responding to the vortian.
"Did you really think after what you and your quote on quote grandmaster did that I wouldn't do anything to you. "Your going to kill me aren't you.
"You can rest easy cause I am not going to kill you. "I only did what I did in make sure that you don't get involved. A voice shouted loudly towards Zim, it was so loud it echoed slightly in the night.
"ZIM. The voice belonged to Reev who was far from amused from seeing what Zim did to his men. "Took you long enough didn't it. "You'll pay for what you did.
"What about Tak, don't you have orders to keep me alive. "True and to an extent i'll still stick by those orders. "That is after I beat you within an inch of your life.
Zim stared back at Reev with the same amount of hatred that was being shown towards him. After a minute of staring intently at each other Reev ran towards Zim.
He missed a punch due to Zim moving out of the way at the last second. He grabs Reev's arm and tries to throws him to the ground, Though he rolls through and swings Zim to the side making him lose his grip.
Reev went to hit Zim with the sword but it was grabbed and thrown to the side away from the invaders face. The two stared at each other before going to attack each other again.
They tried hitting each other but both of them kept blocking the others attacks. Reev manages to hit some spinning kick to Zim's chest knocking him back.
The vortian ran back towards Zim and went a leaping punch with the blade but it was avoided and he nearly fell off the platform. He turns around and is grabbed by Zim who punches Reev in the face.
Reev stumbles back and is dangerously close to the edge. It would be a long fall for anybodywho fell off the edge, luckily they'd fall into the water surrounding the docks and not hit anything solid.
Though if you count dying from falling off an unfinished building into the ocean luck..I know I don't. Anyways enough of my two sense back to the story.
Zim slowly walked towards Reev and stared at him with a smile. "I'll ask again, where is Tak? "Your determined aren't you. "That happens when someone you presume is dead shows thier face again.
"Or I guess in the case of Tak, deciding to not to show her face. "Soon Zim you'll get what you want and when you do then there will be nothing you can do.
"This will end no differently than how I dealt with Tak the last time she tried stealing MY mission. "Perhaps that's how it will end in head of yours.
"If anybody's stupid it would be you. "I am far from that Zim, me and my clan were made an offer we couldn't refuse. "Tak said she would supply us with enough resources to last a lifetime.
"As well as release any and all members that were in any sort of irken prison. "All we have to do is make sure she takes this planet. "Do you seriously think that she intends to keep that promise?
"No in fact I think her offer is to good to be a lie. "Though if she's lying than her and robot will answer to me. "As for you Zim, you should've made sure it was one on one.
The wounded Vortian leaped up and tried to stab Zim in the shoulder but was grabbed pushed backwards off the unfinished floor. What made it worse was he landed on the vortian that was there before him.
Poor man had barely managed to stand back up after being thrown off by Zim. Reev took advantage of this distraction with a kick to Zim's face sending him nearly falling off.
"It's over Zim, make this easy for both of us and surrender. "You know Reev you should really learn to take your own advice. "Your to busy saying I should surrender and leaving yourself vulnerable.
"What do you mean? Reev stared at Zim confused not knowing what he meant at all. He got his answer and it was something as it was Gir wrapping himself around Reev's head.
Gir was pulling back the vortian and moving them both around. "Woo this is fun. Reev struggled a little before being able to throw Gir off to the side giving him room to recover.
This didn't last long as Zim hit the vortian in the face which hit him in the eye. Reev stumbles back quite after taking the punch and nearly falls off the building.
Once Zim had made his way over to him he was met with Reev trying to get one last punch in. The punch was blocked and the vortian got a knee to the stomach for his efforts.
Silence filled the night as we see Zim stare at Reev who was breathing heavily after everything that's happened. The silence continued for a couple more minutes before Zim broke it by asking a question.
"I'll ask you one last time..where is Tak? It took Reev a couple of seconds to finish catching his breath before he responded. "Keep asking you won't get an answer from me.
"You want to know so badly but I am afraid no matter what you won't get what you want. "And it bothers you that you don't know where she is. "Which is the reason I am here, which means TELL ME.
"Trust me Zim, you'll get what you want and more once she's ready. "Until that happens you..get..nothing. Reev finishes his speech and proceeds to get into Zim's face before saying one last line.
"Because she has better things to than feed the ego of an ignorant clueless defective. As soon as he said that line he was met with Zim stabbing him in the stomach with one of his pak legs.
He held the vortian in the air for a minute while Reev struggled to get himself free. Though it looked as if he was slowly dying from this. Zim looks up at Reev before responding to what he said.
"I want you to tell Tak next time you see her that I will not stop until I find her, and put and an end to her little game before it even begins. Zim says while staring at the lifeless vortian.
Zim throws Reev off the building where he then falls into the lake. He walks away from the edge feeling pleased with what he's done. Hopefully this was the last time he had to deal with Reev and his soldiers.
Gir greets his master as he walks next to him and begin to leave before anything else happens. "Did you get what you needed? "No Gir I did not. "It might not be tonight but soon i'll find Tak and get the answers I want.
"Until that happens I will search this entire planet if I have to. "What about the people we were with? "As for Reev and his clan, that is another issue in itself but it will fixed soon.
"Quickly Gir get us back to the base so that we rest off what happened tonight and start our search tomorrow. After a quick salute from Gir, Zim climbs onto his back and proceeds to head back to thier base.
We transition to what seemed to be a hospital room of some sorts but that was only half the story. It was a room filled with not only medicine but items containing the irken logo.
Upon further inspection we see Reev sitting on a bed being patched up by a short figure. Though it was more than a short figure, it looked familiar. It looked resembled a figure we've seen before.
In fact I as well as you probably knew who this was. It was Mimi, who was patching Reev up. After she was done she motioned over into the distance for something.
She didn't have to wait long before being greeted by her master..Tak. She stared at the wounded vortian before speaking in a manner that sounded like she was insulting Reev..which she was.
"I see you couldn't deal with Zim like I asked. "So much for you saying this would be easy. "Okay I get it, I messed up but at least he still doesn't know where we are.
"The fact that's the only good thing you can say about tonight is terrible. "Though that's not our priority now. "We should focus on our plan it's nearly time for it to be ready.
"What about Traok and that Earth soldier? "We will deal with them in time but until then let us focus on the task at hand. "Do I make myself clear? "Yes. "Good then let's continue.
Thanks to anybody whose made it to the end of the story. Which took me forever to finish and publish. It means you gave me a chance to prove myself to you all and I am grateful for it.
While your here I would like to say that I am sorry if i've annoyed anybody at all, by uploading a half effort story than deleting not to quickly after.
Hopefully I can change that and actually keep the story up for more than a week. By the time is uploaded I might be working on the next one for you to enjoy.
