Huey and his brother Riley were just walking around town and they decided to stop by the coffee shop first, Huey loves coffee for some reason.
"So how's college?" Riley asked.
"Stressful as always, " Huey said walking in the cafe.
Huey and Riley, we're finishing their convo which was shortly ended after Huey bumped into someone causing them to fall and spill their coffee.
They were both on the ground Huey held his hand out to help the young lady up, it was all over her pretty light blue satin dress and her phone cracked a bit. "I am so sorry!" Huey said.
The girl sighed, "I just got this dress, " She said sadly.
Her hair was into one big puff and she did her edges, she had white air forces on, Huey sees every girl on Instagram wearing that.
Huey bent down handing her the cracked phone, "I'm so sorry again Maam, " He said.
She ran over to her car in a rush, sniffling, "Is that bitch crying?" Riley said.
"Damn, I wasn't trying to hurt her feelings." He facepalmed trying to get this over with everything got out of hand,
Huey followed her to her car, she noticed and tried to get her keys to unlock her car as fast as she could but it was too late.
"Listen, I'm sorry about your phone, your dress, and your coffee. I honestly wasn't trying to crack your phone and spill your drink, let me make it up to you, I'll buy you another drink and then I can pay for your dry cleaning."
"What about my phone?" She asked wiping her tears.
"Let me see it, " He asked. "Is it that bad?"
She shook her head no, " It's just on the edge of the screen."
Huey cleared his throat, "So um, let me just-
"Get my number?" She asked.
"What?"
"Oh well-" She pushed her hair behind her in embarrassment, "I just thought you might have needed it, I'm sorry I didn't know-
"No, no, it's fine. By the way, what's your name? I didn't catch it."
" It's Jazmine, " She said smiling.
"Jazmine." He said.
"Like the flower?"
She nodded as she cupped her hands smiling.
"Well Jazmine, I'm Huey nice to meet you." He said as he put his hand out too shake and she gladly accepted it.
"Hello?? Have you guys forgotten about me??" Riley said yelling from all the way inside the cafe.
"Oh right!" He said. "Let me buy you that drink."
They both walked inside Huey opened the door for her, the line was pretty short it was a Sunday morning so of course, it wouldn't be that packed.
"How are the cheesecakes?" Huey asked, her.
"Well I've tried a couple, the strawberry one is my favorite."
"Strawberry it is then. Riley, you want a cheesecake?" He asked his 17-year-old brother.
Rilu nodded so Huey turned back to the cashier.
"3 strawberry cheesecakes please and an iced mocha frappuccino."
"Thank you.. Huey, " Jazmine said. "Ive never had someone do that before."
Hudy shrugged, "Just being a gentleman I guess."
"Hueh freeman? A gentleman?" Riley scoffed.
Huey elbowed Riley as a sign go shut up, "Ow!" He said.
Jasmine giggled and looked down at the ground.
It got quiet for a while.
"So.. I'll just get your number so I can text you about the dry cleaning and getting your phone fixed, alright?" Huey said breaking the silence.
"Alright, " Jazmine said.
She got a pink pen from her back pocket and wrote her number on his cheesecake tin where the sticker was.
"Alright thanks, don't get anymore dirty than you already are!" Huey said.
Jazmine ran off, "I won't! Make sure not to bump into anymore people you might go into debt!" Jazmine said.
They both chuckled as they both went their separate ways. What a day.
"Well Huey, you got your first hoe, some crybaby light-skinned bitch, " Riley said still cracking jokes.
