Several flying dinosaurs soar through the skies. They reach to the Great Valley. The Great Valley is inhabitated by dinosaurs. Surrounded by waterfalls, a young longneck called Littlefoot is drinking water. Chomper shows up.
"Okay, Littlefoot, I have some leaves." said Chomper.
"Thank you, Chomper. I was worried about this meeting." said Littlefoot. "I'm about to ask my grandpa and grandma about the huge favor."
They open the curtain made of seaweed.
"Good morning Grandma. Thank you all for seeing me." said Littlefoot.
"We are very excited about the party." said Grandma Longneck.
"I could use some help." said Littlefoot. "And based on the calculation, the party will not start until the sunset."
"Littlefoot, each of us will use the waterfall for the celebration." said Grandpa Longneck.
"So, It'll be a no?" asked Littlefoot.
At the festival located inside the valley, Cera, the three-horn is setting up the festivities. Ruby is doing a rehearsal of Ducky's siblings. They flee as the balloon speeds up and flies away.
"Heads up, Ruby! The balloon is out of control!" cried Cera.
"It's not just the balloons, Cera. It's just the festivities." said Ruby.
Spike and Ducky are setting up drinks. Petrie is setting up the decorations. Littlefoot and Chomper show up just in time for help.
"Hey there, Littlefoot. Hi, Chomper." said Petrie.
"Sorry I'm late." said Littlefoot. "I was worried about the festivities."
"Littlefoot, look at me!" cried Cera. "This is the biggest celebration the Great Valley has ever seen! As the leader, the pressure is intense! It's fine, stop worrying."
The first song starts.
It's time to stop talking and fight! But you don't have to do it on your own. We got this, you got this, we got this together! We got this, you got this, we got this together. The song ends as Littlefoot is covered with cake. The new dinosaur known as Olaf shows up.
"It's him, it's him!" said Olaf.
Littlefoot gets out of the cake. They then see a black cloud and a ship, destroying several rocks. The dinosaurs flee the scene except Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie, Spike, Chomper and Ruby. A woman from the ship shows up with the boombox and a microphone.
"Attention dinosaurs, we come on the behalf on the fearsome, the powerful and almighty Origami King!" yelled the woman.
The flag containing the image of the Origami King appears. The other woman shows up.
"It's that a human?" asked Chomper.
"Yes." said Ducky. "But where's her pride?"
"I'm so glad." said the woman. "We need your magic. Give it up nice and slow… or make it difficult for everyone."
Two more ships show up. The guards show up to terrorize the dinosaurs.
"Get out, quick, Littlefoot!" cried Grandma Longneck before being turned into stone.
Littlefoot is about to be turned into stone until Cera saves him from the same fate. The woman uses her stone grenade to attack the other dinosaur that looks like Petrie. The families of the dinosaurs are turned into stone as a result of the attack on the Great Valley. Littlefoot and his friends flee to the waterfall that will take them into the contemporary world.
"Where are we?" asked Petrie.
"We are in the contemporary world." said Littlefoot. "Grandma and Grandpa are turned into stone. So does Cera's parents. Listen, we need to find the queen of the Hippos."
"We are dealing with the humans, not evil dinosaurs, or Sharptooth." said Ruby.
"Who's ready to save the Great Valley?" asked Littlefoot.
"I'm born ready!" cried everyone in unison, except Spike who is grunting.
Meanwhile, at the cave, the women receives a phone call from the Origami King.
"Well answer it." said the woman.
"How it's going? Komatsu!" cried the Origami King, who is responsible of sending two women to the Great Valley to start an attack.
"Over here, your highness, no…" said Komatsu. "Look right."
"There you are." said the Origami King. "And right now, I'm holding a staff of the Excellency."
"Give me three days." said Kosaka.
"Make this staff work, and you get your reward. If you fail, your index finger will be only thing that will be chopped off." said the Origami King.
"It won't be a problem." said Komatsu.
The phone call ends with the minion shows up.
"I need all dinosaurs for the staff to work!" cried Komatsu.
"I know." said Kosaka.
At the desert, all seven dinosaurs are sweating due to the hot weather. Cera becomes irritable due to the hot weather. They walk slowly. As Littlefoot reaches the City of the Nile, where several people are shopping. As they are inside, they are surrounded by bad people, including gun-wielding policemen. Before they could attack Littlefoot and his friends, they are greeted by a fellow policeman who is friendly.
"Back off, everyone!" cried the policeman. "Who are you?"
"Why are you talking to a dinosaur?" asked Littlefoot. "I live in the Great Valley. You see, it was attacked by two humans who are working with the Origami King."
"Ruby knows." said Cera.
The second song starts.
This town is not a nice place. It has lots of twists and turns. You could use some help out here. I'm your pal. And my help is a plus. Because I'm a friend in here. You need a rogue dinosaur to help. They're scary. To protect you from mud. Now you are in luck in need and you don't know what to do. Look and help, it's a plus and guarantee. I'm a friend in need! Yeah!
The second song ends.
"What's your name?" asked Chomper.
"Rinny." said Rinny. "I am a policeman living inside the city of the Nile."
Kosaka and Komatsu are entering the same place.
"Attention everyone. Have you seen the longneck?" asked Komatsu.
"No." asked the criminal.
"If you don't tell me where he is, you are dead." said Kosaka.
"You think your words would hurt me?!" cried the criminal.
Before the criminal could attack Komatsu and Kosaka, they kick and attack him.
"Any last words?" asked Kosaka.
Meanwhile, Rinny is talking to the seven dinosaurs. Ducky shows the map.
"It says that the Hippos are actually the Hippogriffs, a group of sea dinosaurs." said Ducky.
Kosaka and Komatsu open the door. The dinosaurs are frightened.
"Oh, no. They found us!" said Cera.
"Run!" ordered Littlefoot.
They are running from the humans. First they run outside the house and then they run to the ship.
"Don't slow down guys!" cried Littlefoot.
They arrived at the ship. Later, they hear the pirates. Meanwhile, Rinny is taken by the girls. Two security guards are behind Rinny, making sure he does not leave without permission.
"Until then, these dinosaurs will be at the ship." said Komatsu.
Rinny is then sent to the other ship. Nighttime, Littlefoot and his friends are looking at the activity. They are spotted by pirates, led by Captain Leila, an another human and an amputee.
"Throw them overboard." said Captain Leila. "Lunch time!"
At the cafeteria, Littlefoot and his friends are eating lunch with a bunch of pirates.
"You said to toss them overboard, but you stopped us for a lunch break?" asked Ducky.
"Yes, because you are a bunch of dinosaurs." said Captain Leila.
"Can you deliver the message to the Origami King?" asked Ruby.
"No, we do this for our own good." said Captain Leila.
She unveils a picture of the Origami King. They react to the picture.
"That must be the Origami King." said Petrie.
"You call those pirates?" asked Ducky.
"I prefer professional sword-wielding killers." said one pirate.
"So, killers. You idiots have a choice to make. You can make the Origami King tell you the lives or…" said Cera. "We can be Cults of Chucky again!"
"Cera, now is not a good time to…" said Littlefoot incompletely. "Do a song."
The third song starts.
I know a world can't get me down. Feeling a best friends are done. There's a light, shining down through a ceiling. Time to be Cults. Time to be Cults. You know how hard to be a Cult of Chucky. "Let's find these criminals before they do this to someone else!" said Captain Leila.
As Petrie reaches to the sky, he uses several fireworks which causes Komatsu and Kosaka to see it, luring them to the ship. The playtime ends as the black ship reaches the other ship.
"They found us! Battle stations!" cried Captain Leila.
Kosaka and Komatsu are inside the ship.
"Where's the longneck?" asked Komatsu.
"We have to get out of the ship before they tell the girls that they are here!" cried Littlefoot.
Chomper opens the door to the exit.
"If you don't tell me where they are by the count of three, I will kill you." said Komatsu. "One… two… three!"
Littlefoot and his friends fall down from the ship and land on the body of water.
"They are no dinosaurs." said Kosaka. "Nothing but a cupcake."
"They are heading to Mount Aris." said Komatsu. "And about your betrayal…"
Komatsu detonates the bombs inside the ship and jumps off, destroying it. The seven dinosaurs reach the checkpoint, inside the temple of Mount Aris, the home of the Hippogriffs. They then find several bloodstains and a blocked area. Littlefoot then hears murmuring. Cera is the first to dive inside the pool, her friends second. They are then get sucked in by the water. Littlefoot and his friends are running out of breath, until they wake up with bubbles attached to his head.
"What happened, what is that bubble?" asked Ruby.
"I didn't make these bubbles!" cried Littlefoot.
"Then who did?" asked Petrie.
They see bright light.
"The Origami King invaded the Great Valley and I need assistance." said Littlefoot.
"I'll take you to my mom." said the sea dinosaur.
The sea dinosaur takes Littlefoot and his friends to the home of the princess.
"Look what I found!" cried the sea dinosaur.
"I'm so tired. Princess Star, what have you done?!" said the queen. "You know dinosaurs are not allowed here!"
The guards surround Littlefoot and his friends.
"Please, the Great Valley was taken by the Origami King!" said Star.
"Do you know what happened to the Hippogriffs?" asked Littlefoot.
"I'll tell you." said Star.
Star is telling the story of the Hippogriffs. The princess who is Star's mother gives the pearl that will turn Littlefoot and his friends the ability to swim.
"This is amazing! We can transform anyone into swimmers!" cried Littlefoot.
"Or get the Origami King to kidnap them." said the princess. "And I'm 200% okay with that."
The princess swims away.
"Is that all?!" asked Petrie.
"No." said Littlefoot.
"We can't stay." said Ruby.
"We have to get to Littlefoot's grandparents." said Chomper.
"Ruby's right, we need still need to cut the Origami King off in order to get the grandparents back." said Littlefoot.
He then looks at the pearl. Star is sobbing because of the princess. The fourth song starts.
Hey now, don't cry. We have a couple of minutes of play. It's okay, just go. One small thing! One small thing! So one small thing gets two things. One small is the biggest thing of all. The fourth song ends. The friends except Littlefoot tell the objective only to hear the alarm going off, caused by Littlefoot. Littlefoot is seen getting the pearl all tied up.
"All of this so you can sneak in and take the pearl?!" said the princess. "This is why you don't take strangers to our home! You don't deserve to be one of us."
At the beach, Littlefoot and his friends get out of the water.
"What are you thinking?" asked Ducky. "I mean, stealing their pearl."
"That's the only way to save the Great Valley." said Littlefoot.
"The queen was going to say yes, unless…" said Cera. "You just wanted to distract her!"
Everyone including Spike is shocked by Cera's words. Littlefoot and Cera argue.
"I'm the last longneck." said Littlefoot. "And kiss that!"
Cera was shocked by Littlefoot's yelling. Everyone except Littlefoot are leaving.
"Littlefoot, why are you crying?" asked Chomper.
"I don't know why!" said Littlefoot, crying.
He then sees a guard holding Chomper before being captured by Komatsu and Kosaka. Inside the ship, Kosaka and Komatsu are greeting Littlefoot. The fifth song starts.
It's time to shut it. It's time to understand. I once hoped for friendship. Those are childish wishes. See the world of hatred and hope. You caged on my command. Open up your eyes! It's time to shut up and remember!
Komatsu's montage begins. A young Komatsu lost her pride. The montage ends.

The fourth song ends as Littlefoot is taken to the exterior of the ship with clouds surrounding Mount Aris. Meanwhile, Chomper warns Littlefoot's friends about the kidnapping.
"Littlefoot's been taken!" cried Chomper.
"We need to get him back!" cried Ducky.
"Look who here?!" cried Rinny, who returns from the ship. "The longneck has been captured by the duo."
"We are here to get Littlefoot back and kick some butt!" cried Captain Leila. "As well as saving the Great Valley."
"Hello, me again." said Star who is in the dinosaur form. "I'm going to be so grounded. Let's get Littlefoot and stop the Origami King!"
Back at the Great Valley, Littlefoot has been taken to the same room surrounded by families of the protagonists, turned into stones.
"Fascinated." said the Origami King. "What can you do?"
"I'm the longneck." said Littlefoot.
"Why is this one still moving?!" said the Origami King.
"She's alone now." said Komatsu.
The Origami King electrocutes Littlefoot. This causes Littlefoot to increase strength.
"Check out the freakshow!" cried the Origami King.
The electrocution ends as Littlefoot is attacked by the Origami King.
"You promised to restore by pride…" said Komatsu incompletely.
"Hang on." said the Origami King.
He then plays with the staff. At the entrance, Cera and Spike are delivering the cake to the Throne room. Rinny accompanies them with Ruby and Petrie on the mission to retrieve Littlefoot. One assassin who is obsessed with food, is sucked in after eating a cake, by one of Captain Leila's assistants. The cake bursts open, showing Captain Leila and her assistants. They engage in a fight between the Origami King's guards and the good guys. Littlefoot's friends reach to the mountains where the Origami King is located.
"What, how?!" cried Komatsu.
"It's Chomper and…" said Littlefoot incompletely.
"Yeah, it's the dino-friends." said the Origami King. "This ends now!"
The Origami King causes the weather to go bad. Komatsu pleads to restore her pride, but the Origami King attacks her. Littlefoot saves Komatsu and Kosaka before attacking all three of them. Rinny and Captain Leila's guards launch a ball so that it can reach Littlefoot. They then tie up to reach the staff of the Origami King, Petrie is the only one to reach the staff. As Petrie touches the staff, the wind sucked in both him and the Origami King. The bad weather stops. Later, Petrie returns with the Origami King's staff. The Origami King throws a grenade to turn Kosaka and Komatsu into a stone. The Origami King is then turned into a stone and landed on the ground, killing him.
"I guess, he's such a pain." said Ducky.
Littlefoot reverts the girls back to normal. They then revert the families.
"Littlefoot!" cried Grandma Longneck.
"Grandma!" cried Littlefoot.
Nighttime, Littlefoot and his friends are celebrating the victory with a concert, started by Olaf, a new dinosaur. Komatsu and Kosaka say goodbye to Littlefoot with fireworks.
"Nice touch!" said Cera. "And that was an awesome stunt ever!"
