Hi it's me, the rewrite guy, I rewrite some of my fanfics that I feel could be better when I need to, and I feel like this story could be better so I'm doing it. Hope you understand and enjoy this.
"Yo! We're coming at you live from Camp Wawanakwa, somewhere in Muskoka, Ontario. I'm your host, Chris Mclean. Dropping in season one of the hottest new reality show on television right now! Here's the deal, 26 campers have signed up to spend eight weeks right here at this crummy old summer camp. They'll compete in challenges against each other. Then have to face the judgement of their fellow campers. Every three days, one team will either win a reward, or watch one of their team member's walk down the dock of shame. Take a ride on the loser boat and leave Total Drama Island, for good." Chris explained.
"Their fate will be decided here, at the dramatic campfire ceremonies where each week, all but one camper will receive a marshmallow. In the end, only one will be left standing and will be rewarded with cheesy tabloid fame and a small fortune, which let's face it, they'll probably blow in a week. To survive, they'll have to battle. Black flies. Grizzly bears. Disgusting camp food! And each other. Every moment will be caught on one of the hundreds of cameras situated all over the camp. Who will crumble under the pressure? Find out here right now on... Total Drama Island." Chris said.
(After the intro)
"Welcome back, to Total Drama Island. All right, it's time to meet our first 11 campers. We told them they'd all be staying at a five star resort, so if they seem a little T.Oed that's probably why." Chris explained.
Soon a boat pulled up with Zoey getting out of it.
"Zoey, what's up?" Chris asked.
"Hi Chris it's so nice to meet you." Zoey said nervously.
"Thanks Zoey." Chris said "Just stand at the end of the dock."
Zoey then walked to the end of the dock as a another boat shows up with Brick on it.
Brick looked around and began speaking "Sir, are we at the right destination?"
"Yo dawg this is it, Camp Wawanakwa." Chris said.
Brick then picked up his luggage and headed to the end of the dock.
"Hmm. Looked a lot different on the application form." Brick said.
Soon another boat pulled up with Sky on it. Sky soon got off the boat and onto the dock.
"Hey Sky." Chris waved.
"So we're staying here?" Sky asked.
"No, you're staying here. My crib is an airstream with A.C. That-a-way." Chris explained.
"Okay then." Sky said calmly before walking to the end of the dock.
Soon another boat shows up with Topher on it.
Topher got off the boat and ran to Chris.
"Chris Mclean! It is such an honor to meet you man." Topher gushed.
"Topher welcome to the island." Chris said happily.
"Thanks dude." Topher said before heading to the end of the dock.
Soon another boat pulls up with Dakota on it.
"Everybody this is Dakota." Chris said.
Soon Dakota got off the boat and began speaking.
"Hi I'm here to get the prize and the fame." Dakota said happily.
"Okay." Chris said weirded out by the introduction.
Soon a paparazzi showed up and began taking pictures of Dakota.
"Hi fellas however did you find me?" Dakota asked dramatically.
"Uh we got your text." One of the paparazzi members answered.
"For crying out loud." Chris said angrily "Get out."
Chris then shooed the paparazzi members away.
"Cause another stunt like this and you're out of the game." Chris said angrily.
"Fine." Dakota rolled her eyes.
"Okay then now that that's done, let's meet Sugar." Chris said before a boat pulled up with Sugar on it.
Sugar then got out of the boat and walked over.
Sugar looked at the competition and smirked "Ha, nobody but me is winning this pageant."
"This isn't a pageant though." Sky pointed out.
"Whatever mustard girl." Sugar scowled.
Soon another boat shows up with Scott on it.
Scott then got off the boat.
"Scott. Dude." Chris said happily.
Scott soon sniffed the air and began speaking "Not bad."
"You're kidding right?" Dakota asked incredulously.
"Hey I come from a farm, this place isn't too shabby in my eyes." Scott said as he walked to the end of the dock.
"That's just, wow." Dakota said in disgust.
Soon another boat shows up.
"Lightning everyone." Chris announced before Lightning ran off the boat and did a flip onto the dock.
Soon another boat shows up carrying Rodney.
"Sup Rodney." Chris said.
"Nothing much." Rodney shrugged as he went to the end of the dock.
Soon another boat shows up with Sam on it.
"Contestant number ten is Sam." Chris said happily.
"Hey good to meet you man, I saw you on that figure skating show, nice work." Sam said fist bumping Chris.
"Hey thanks, I knew I rocked that show." Chris said happily.
"I saw that! One of the guys dropped his partner on her head. So they got immunity that week." Sky explained.
"Wow that's hardcore." Lightning said impressed.
"So this is it, alrighty then." Sam said before he started playing on his game console.
Soon another boat pulled over with Jasmine on it, Jasmine then got off her boat.
"Hello Jasmine." Chris said.
"G'day mates." Jasmine said happily.
"Hey I'm Zoey." Zoey introduces herself.
"What's up?" Jasmine said.
"Nothing much." Zoey said awkwardly.
"Okay we all met the Eiffel tower can we get on with the show please?" Scott said, rolling his eyes.
"Are you and I gonna have a problem?" Jasmine asked menacingly.
Scott gulped at this "No ma'am."
"Good." Jasmine said, crossing her arms.
Soon the next camper shows up revealing to be Dave.
"Our next camper is Dave everyone." Chris said happily.
"So, this is the place huh?" Dave asked, forcing a smile.
"It sure is." Chris smirked.
"Great." Dave sighed.
Dave then walked over to the end of the dock.
Next boat to show up was Anne Maria's.
Anne Maria then got off the boat "Hey everyone, Chris, I think we took a wrong turn."
"Nope this is the place." Chris smiled.
"Oh come on." Anne Maria said, annoyed.
Next Staci shows up on the next boat.
"Nice dock, my great great great Aunt Mills invented docks before that people always had to walk on sand." Staci blabbed on and on.
"Staci, welcome." Chris said with an annoyed frown.
Staci walked down to the end of the dock.
Soon another boat shows up carrying Amy and Sammy.
Amy and Sammy get off the boat with their bags.
"Ladies, Amy and Samey, welcome to your new home for the next eight weeks." Chris said.
"Uh my name is Sammy." Sammy corrected.
"But Amy says everyone calls you Samey." Chris pointed out.
"Well yes but my real name is Sammy." Sammy explained.
"You're officially Samey, besides we already have Sam, that way we won't confuse you two." Chris declared.
Sammy sighed as Amy began speaking "Stop making me look weak, Samey and start carrying my bags."
Some of the cast glared at Amy and were sympathetic to Sammy.
Soon a boat shows up with Cameron on it.
Cameron then gets off the boat and begins speaking "Fresh air, a lake, birds."
"Is he for real?" Scott asked incredulously.
"Cameron, what's up man?" Chris asked.
"That is a very easy question Chris, the sky." Cameron answered.
Scott, Sugar, and Amy laugh at this.
"Okay, look dude. I know you don't get out much, been in a bubble your whole life, raised by an overprotective mom, just don't say much and try not to get kicked off too early. Okay." Chris advised Cameron.
"Yes sir." Cameron said while walking to the end of the dock.
"Hi guys I'm Cameron." Cameron introduces himself.
"Hi I'm Zoey." Zoey said, offering a hand.
"Nice to meet you Zoey." Cameron said, shaking her hand.
Soon a boat shows up with Mike on it.
"Mike, the Mikester." Chris said giving Mike a finger pistol.
"Just Mike is fine." Mike said nervously.
Mike then walked to the end of the dock next to Zoey.
"I get how you feel, I'm nervous too." Zoey told Mike.
"Thanks for reassuring me, I'm pretty nervous about doing this." Mike said.
Soon a boat pulled up with Jo on it.
"Jo. Nice. Glad you could make it." Chris said.
Jo then spoke to the rest of the cast "Stay outta my way if you value your kiwis."
"Right back at you." Scott whispered to himself.
"Mwahahahahahaha, tremble one fear contestants at my evil." Max maniacally laughed.
"Welcome Max, please head to the end of the dock." Chris said.
"Yes sir." Max said nicely before heading to the end of the dock.
Another boat shows up with B on it.
B then walks off the boat and onto the dock.
"Hello B." Chris said.
B waved but did not say anything.
"Not much of a talker are you?" Chris asked.
B nodded his head and stood at the end of the dock.
Soon another boat pulled up with Dawn on it meditating.
Dawn soon jumped off the boat and onto the dock.
"Dawn, nice to see you." Chris smirked.
"Greetings Chris, and hello my fellow contestants." Dawn said as she went to the end of the dock standing next to B.
"Your aura is an exceptionally purplish green, oh it suits you though." Dawn said touching B's shoulder as B smiled at this.
Next Ella shows up on a boat that just stopped.
"Oh and it looks like Ella has just arrived." Chris said happily.
Ella then got off the boat and began speaking "Greetings friends I am Ella, I do hope to have a good time here." Ella said happily.
The next boat showed up with Beardo on it.
Beardo then got off the boat and onto the dock.
"Beardo what's up man?" Chris asked him,
Beardo just gave a thumbs up while making a ding noise.
"I see, well if you may, please head to the end of the dock." Chris said.
Beardo nodded his head and headed to the end of the dock.
Soon the next boat pulled up with Scarlett on it, who stepped off the boat.
"Scarlett everybody." Chris introduces.
"I assumed you lied to us about the resort so we could compete here." Scarlett said looking around the island.
"That's right." Chris smirked.
"So be it then." Scarlett shrugged as she went to the end of the dock.
Soon the last boat showed up as Shawn stepped onto the dock.
"You've gathered on the docks, smart. Zombies can't swim." Shawn said.
"Alright; Now everybody let's take your picture." Chris said happily.
"Actually given the unstable structure of the dock I think it would be wise not to do so. We should head onto the island." Scarlett pointed out.
"Alright fine, let's just go to the island so we can pick out your teams." Chris said annoyed.
Soon the campers were all at the campfire.
"This is Camp Wawanakwa, your home for the next eight weeks. The campers sitting around you will be you cabin mates, your competition, and maybe even your friends. Ya dig? The camper who manages to stay on Total Drama Island the longest without getting voted off will win 1,000,000 dollars you'll mostly be unsupervised but he warned having sex on the island is strictly forbidden, it's too inappropriate for the audience so if I catch you doing so you will be kicked off." Chris explained.
"Excuse me what will the sleeping arrangements be sir?" Brick asked.
"They're not co-ed are they?" Amy asked disgusted.
"Noooo. Girls get one side of each cabin and dudes get the other." Chris explained.
"Here's the deal. We're gonna split you into two teams if I call your name out go stand over there." Chris said pointing to the left
"Sky, Dave, Sugar, Shawn, Ella, Beardo, Scott, Dawn, Lightning, Sam, Dakota, and Staci. From this moment on, you are officially known as the Screaming Gophers." Chris said throwing Sugar a green banner with a Gopher on it.
"Yeah I'm a Gopher, Yee haw." Sugar cheered.
"The rest of you over here." Chris told the rest of the campers.
"Mike, Zoey, Cameron, Jo, Anne Maria, Brick, Jasmine, Topher, Scarlett, Rodney, Max, Amy and Samey." Chris said happily "Move move move."
The thirteen aforementioned went to the right side of the area.
"You are now the Killer Bass." Chris said, tossing Cameron a red banner with a Bass on it.
"Incredible." Cameron said happily.
"All right, campers, you and your team will be on camera in all public areas during this competition." Chris explained.
Confessional:
Chris: You will also be able to share your innermost thoughts on tape with video diaries anytime you want. Let the audience at home know what you're really thinking. Or just get something off your chest.
Dave: Um, okay... So far, this sucks.
Zoey: Wow, I can't believe I'm here, everybody seems so nice. I hope they all like me I could use a few friends, or friends period. Oh what if they hate me? Is this flower too big? Am I trying too hard? You like me right?
Sammy: I auditioned for Total Drama to get away from Amy, now I'm stuck with her.
Cameron: I'm what's known as a bubble boy, growing up my mom was really overprotective so I've never gone swimming before, up until a few hours ago, I never done anything before. But that doesn't mean I'm a force to be reckoned with.( A butterfly shows up and he screams)
Confessionals Ends
"All right. Any questions? Cool. Let's find your cabins. Gophers, you're in the east cabin. Bass, you're in the west. " Chris said.
Soon we see The Killer Bass girls in their cabin.
"Ew this is gross." Anne Maria complained.
"Oh quit complaining, it's not that bad." Jo said, annoyed.
"Shut it pasty." Anne Maria glared.
"Guys come on, we're a team, we shouldn't be fighting." Zoey said, trying to mediate the fight.
"Whatever." Jo rolled her eyes.
"Eh." Anne Maria said walking away.
Meanwhile at the outside of the cabins Dakota was seen asking Chris a question.
"Where are the outlets? I have to plug in my straightening iron." Dakota complained.
"There are some in the communal bathrooms. Just across the way." Chris said.
"Communal but I'm not Catholic." Dakota said.
"It means we shower together idiot." Jo said showing up.
"Aw ew, you've got to be kidding me." Dakota said disgusted.
Scott looked on from the guys cabin "I'll have to deal with that all summer, great."
Soon Amy was heard screaming from her cabin.
"Ooh man that girl can scream." Jasmine said.
"What is it? Kill it." Amy commanded as she cowered on one of the bunks.
The campers scream as they attempt to squish it before Dawn shows up "No stop!"
Dawn then walks up to the cockroach and carries it. She then pets the cockroach.
"You're Sade now little one." Dawn said happily.
"Well that's one way to deal with a cockroach." Scott snickers.
"I know it was wonderful." Ella said happily.
We then cut to the Mess Hall where Chef began speaking "Listen up! I serve it three times a day and you'll eat it three times a day! Grab a tray, get your food, and sit your butts down NOW!"
"Um Excuse me sir, but will we be getting all the major food groups?" Ella asked politely.
"Yeah, cause it would be unhealthy if we didn't." Cameron pointed out.
"You'll get a whole lot of 'Shut the heck up!'" Chef yelled.
Lightning then began speaking to Dave, "Have a cow."
"What was that?" Chef asked "Come closet meathead I didn't hear you."
Lightning then looked fearful "Lightning said nothing important."
"I'm sure you didn't." Chef said before turning to Dave "Yo scrawny kid, give me your plate."
Dave then held his tray out as Chef gave him his sloppy joe.
Dave looked weirded out at the food.
Jasmine then began speaking to Jo "Hey what's up sheila?"
Jo just rolled her eyes and walked off.
"That's a bit impolite." Jasmine said annoyed.
Soon we see Chef Screaming "Next!"
"Excuse me, my trainer says I shouldn't eat any white sugar, or white flour." Sky said, standing next to Topher.
"I'm sure that won't be a problem." Topher replied, disgusted.
"Cool." Sky said happily before leaving.
"Yo Chef, hate to complain on the first day, but mine just moved." Topher informed Chef.
Chef then used a meat tenderizer on Topher's sloppy joe.
"Thanks." Topher said in fear before leaving.
The campers began sitting down eating.
"Welcome to the Main Lodge." Chris said happily "Your first challenge begins in one hour."
"What do you think they'll make us do?" Zoey asked in fear to Brick.
"It's our first challenge. How hard can it be?" Brick said confidently.
Soon they're all seen on the cliff as dramatic music plays.
Author's Note: Again I give credit to Danicus Green for the idea. I decided to keep all the second and third generation contestants except Leonard because there would be an odd number and he has the Ridonculous Race going for him. Hope you enjoy this rewritten series.
