The only Reason I'm starting this is because this is something I should have atleast started a month Ago, the reason I didn't was because it is a romance fic, I needed a Second part to give a morale of the story and I have one, so this story is a Fic of a romance between the Ex-Alterra Botanist Mallow (Ma-low) and the Ancient Architect Me-He which is short for Mechanisches Herz, This story does not take place on planet 4546B but instead takes place on another planet, Planet 7291O, A luscious planet full of Massive Flora and Mostly harmless Fauna, both Alterra and the Architects had/have an active base(s) on this planet for the same reason, To study its flora, The architects had disappeared as Alterra was arriving to avoid discovery, Me-He was unfortunately stuck behind as his body was in no shape for transportation, he had to remain on the planet and wait, He was discovered by the only Human of the planet to gain access to the Architects Facility, Mallow, She was a Kind and Shy Human who was curious on the structure and investigated
Onto Character Descriptions;
Mallow
Mallow is a Human female, she is 5'3" and has a "fluffy" Physique, Her hair is white, Her eyes are green and her skin is Rose beige.
She is very kind and very timid, But underneath she is very curious and Energetic
Me-He
Me-He is an Architect with a Massive, Quadrupedal, Biomechanically engineered body, his skin is mostly pitch black and his lights glow defaultly White, As time goes on they can flash different colors to show emotions, He seems to have 8 floating arms equipped and he can transfer the user of the arms, though he is mostly unrecognizable physically, He does have hands that resemble Human hands, Me-He is 7'7" and seems to not trust anyone who cannot prove to not have ill-intentions, Mallow is the first human to prove herself when she patched up a portion of his body that was critically injured, He began to feel something new but He didn't know what It was
That should catch everything up to where I am starting the story which is when Mallow is returning to finish the repairs on Me-He who in return, Promised to give Mallow an Architect Relic
-Start!-
The Forest was calm, The soil was soft and the flowers were beautiful as Mallow walked, following a path that seemed natural. She carried various exotix plants and refined materials from plants in her arms as she got to a Large obsidian structure that had a green translucent gate. As she approached the gate flickered then powered off, allowing her in. She approached the massive specimen who was sitting against a wall. "Hey, I have the stuff you need." she said in a soft and precious voice. The lights on the specimen's chest and head flickered green before it stood up. "Thank you, set them down and I'll repair myself. Once the repairs are done, I'll take you to the Architect warehouse. It holds the relic I promised you" The creature's voice was… other-wordly… to say the least. Mallow set the materials on the ground, separated. As she stepped back, The arms floated down and picked each item up, Spinning the materials around and converting them into a type of Biomechanical matter, after they all were converted into the matter. The matter disappeared and the missing pieces of Me-He were fully filled in. "Thank you, My repairs are complete, Be aware that the Warehouse is underground." Me-He said with a tone of warning in his voice. "I'll upload the location to your PDA, I'll be just inside and waiting for you." Me-He said just before blinking away at high speeds. "New location uploaded to PDA" Mallow's PDA chimed as she turned on her visor, Seeing a Green circuit board icon over 400 meters away. "I'm gonna need my boar…"
Intermission
Since this isn't underwater, New vehicles and equipment will be seen here, The boar is essentially a four wheeler, it is the land equivalent of the Seamoth
End intermission
As Mallow walked, She returned to her base which was in a small clearing and opened up one of four garages, walking in and starting the Four wheeled small vehicle. She drove out, Closed the garage and started driving to the Warehouse.
A couple minutes go by and Mallow arrives at the Cave entrance. She entered and walked for about a minute before catching sight of the Obsidian Structure. She ran up and entered to see Me-He standing in front of a Glass case with what looked like a Tablet inside. "What's that?" Mallow asked, curiously. "This is a PDSU-A, a Personal Data Storage Unit and Analyser, it is a relic used by Architects before my current Evolution, It is essentially an Architect's PDA, and now this specific one is yours" Me-He said before the device in the case disappeared and reappeared being held by one of Mehe's eight arms. Mallow reached out and Grabbed it, As she did she felt a surge of energy jolt through her arm and watched as the Tablet responded, Powering on and changing its text from Architect runes to English, it read 'Hello, Mallow, I am now synced to you, Any data that you collect or interact with, I will tell you in a Familiar tone of voice, all data synced in your PDA has been transferred here and your PDA has been eternally shut down as it is now merged with me, I can provide you accurate data on Architect tech as well as instructions should you come into ownership of more relics'
Mallow blinked twice before looking at Me-He. "Why?" she asked him. "To put simply, You aided my recovery and I had nothing to give that would be equally as useful, You saved me so it is only fair that you receive at least Some compensation." He responded. Mallow took Me-He's hand and placed it on her cheek with a warm smile. For the first time, Mallow noticed that Me-He's color flashed Pink. "Hey, Can I ask you something?" She looked up. "Though that request is redundant, You may but I shall remind you don't need to request permission to ask me anything." he responded. "Sorry… I just wanted to know if I could call you Bubba?" She asked him with a bit of blush on her face. "I suppose, I'll add that to my database so I know, to respond to you." He added with a green flicker.
Mallow smiled before hugging Me-He's waist. "Bubba!" She spoke in a bubbly tone.
Me-He silently enjoyed Mallow's Bubbly aura. "Would you like to see the rest of the Warehouse?" Me-He asked her. "C-Can I really?!" She seemed shocked but quickly sparked with joy. "Yes!, I would love to!" She jumped with joy. "There are four floors, there is a specific Relic that I myself am looking for. You are welcome to view. That tablet should grant you access to locations only Architects are allowed, granted that even with access to locations, Some areas still need the proper Architect tech." Me-He said before blinking around.
Mallow wandered for hours. About seven hours had passed when a loud explosion was heard and the Warehouse shook. A minute passed then another explosion happened. Me-He blinked to Mallow then again out of the warehouse, Before he had left, Me-He sent all Relics into an Architect vault located much deeper underground.
Me-He got Mallow and himself to the surface a seperate way from where they first entered and had secretly spotted a few Alterra crews, most armed with stasis rifles and Cryo stasis pods. The other crews were using explosive charges to burrow into the ground, Just above the Warehouse. Me-He saw this and got himself and Mallow back to the main facility where he was found initially and started to flicker a lot, Red, Blue, Purple, Orange, The colors kept swapping and Mallow was terrified. "B-Bubba?" Mallow asked, Scared of getting yelled at. "Yes?" Me-He asked, His flickering stopping and his voice was calm. "What happened?" She asked, Scared of what the answer may be. "Alterra… I believe that when your PDA was merged into the relic that Alterra was sent an alert that their technology was being tampered then noticed it within Architect parameters, I believe they were attempting to imprison me for studies" Me-He responded, Flickering blue. "Is it my fault?" She asked
A moment of silence… "no, it is not your fault Mallow, for now let's remain inside this structure. I believe that I can loan you a pair of my arms to train with. They will allow you telekinetic feats for the time they are bound to you as well as Minor floatation and matter manipulation." Me-He said as two of his eight arms float over to Mallow and seem to take place parallel to her arms. "For now, Test your ability to pick up the Ion cube using those arms." Me-He said, watching her.
