Hello everyone! This story is greatly inspired by Chiung Yao's novel, Fire and Rain and subsequent 2001 drama adaptation, Romance in the Rain. Credits go to them and also shoutout to Youtube subtitles for much of the translation.

For the purpose of fitting it into my Quinntana universe, I will use some of the original plotlines and add my own twists of course. This is a drama so expect ups and downs. Sit tight, the ride will be worth it!

AU setting resembles 1930s-1940s New York

Homophobia and racism are nonexistent in this universe

Heavy classism and prejudice in favor of the rich and breadwinners

Thus causing inequalities in education, healthcare, and social acceptance

Warnings: mentions of domestic abuse and fighting (we are in a historical period so to be expected)
