The Super Cloud (part 1)

Diego was right on time... To meet Amanda. She promised to be there

at the Golden Rose Tea and Coffee Emporium shop on 77th Avenue.

But not only wasn't she there, it looked like the coffee shop was

empty... No customers... No staff behind the counter. Was he

still in his hotel, dreaming this? He pinched himself. "Ouch!"

Well, even in a dream, one likely could feel pain, or pleasure.

On San Marcos island, where he was from, Nature was more

in charge than the 'Hi-tech' machinations of the 'Future'.

In fact, he was very reluctant to leave his home, but the

blossoming of his feelings for Amanda (Mandy-Mandy,

Sweet as Candy) had reached an overwhelming state...

Though they only met via web-cam online, he felt a

rush of blood to his head, and other areas, whenever

they had long Chats in the Night... He would often

dream that she was there, nearby, as if she was

a panther-woman that was seducing him into

the deep, dark jungle... For wild, enthralling

and impassioned Love-Making. Then she

would return to all-panther form, and go!

Black women were often much like the black

panthers... So full of super wildness... and Love.

Diego had never found anyone on the island that

was equal in ferocity, to Amanda. No, the fire in his

heart was for Her alone. And it needed quenching soon!

Diego only noticed a small dribble of people on the street

outside the bistro. "Man, this is beyond weird... Where the

hell is everyone... My old uncle told me about New-New York,

and how crowded it was... People living like tiny seeds, all

squashed together... In a huge watermelon. Feeling short

of breath, from the pressing in from all sides. Maybe it was

a big mistake to come here... If I don't find Amanda soon..."

(the words spoken only inside Diego's head were interrupted)

"Diego... There you are!" It was Amanda. Looking like Hot

Chocolate in her long, wispy deep purple dress, with some

tie-dyed designs here and there... Like stars or hot suns...

"Amanda... I've waited thirty minutes... Where were you?"

She blushed slightly (for a black panther woman, a sight!)

"It will take some explaining, Diego, Dear. Come to my place.

We can have coffee and pastry... and much more... there!"

So, he followed his Lady Love. She smelled like a jungle

of gardenias, and walked wistfully like a ballet dancer.

In fact she had studied dance for years. She had danced

the Dance of Salome over the web-cam once. Pure Magic!
