"Why not any older?" Sengoku asks with bewilderment.

"It's simple really, we are noticing that stronger pirates seem to be getting younger and younger. For example "Fire Fist Ace," who is only 17 has a bounty over 100 million and declined our offer to join the marines. Name a 18 year old in the marines right now that can go toe toe with him."

"Gulp* None sir, but we have the Admir-"

"And they are only getting older. Do you even have any candidates to take up their spot once?"

"Uhm no I haven't thought that far into the future."

"Good now you understand why we are doing. Now let this reach every island in the ocean that we own."

[Location:West Blue Creaky Reef]

A young teenager with cerulean blue eyes, and spiky blonde hair was running down the street with a newspaper in his grasp. He was wearing White T-shirt with black shorts and sandals, and had a black Bandana on his forehead.

(The door burst open)

"Mom, have you read the News, the Marines are World Military Draft, and I'm qualified to apply?"

"Yes I have, and the answer is no Naruto."

"But come on y'know it is my dream to become a great Marine like Dad. I've been training my whole life for this." Naruto says as he walks behind his mom to help put the dishes away.

"Plus they'll be here in a week so it won't be some short notice thing."

"Okay-."

"Ye-!" Kushina, puts a finger to Naruto's lips, stops his sentence.

"Let me finish, I'll let you go if you can beat me One on One."

"Come on Mom, you don't have to do this." Naruto says, trying to reason with his Mom. Kushina grabs a frying pan and swings it a Naruto

Naruto Ducks and toys than a sweep kick, Kushina jumps and hits Naruto with a flying kick causing him wobble back but he quickly regains his balance 'Shave' Kushina appears in front of Naruto going for an uppercut which Naruto dodges and countering with an Axe-kick 'Shave' Kushina dodges the attack appearing behind Naruto which he quickly reacts to with a elbow to jaw causing to fall to fall to the ground.

"Mom you okay!" Naruto says running towards her.

"I'm fine." She says ruffling up his hair.

"You can go."

(1 Week Later)

[Location: Bay]

Naruto had all his belongings packed and was saying goodbye to his family.

"Mom, I'll make sure to stay safe." Naruto says pulling away from the hug.

"And I'm also going to miss you gramps." Naruto says ruffling up his hair.

"Same goes for you." Hiruzen says

"OH and make sure to say hi to Dad for you, Mom."

"Uh okay." Kushina says with a surprised and worried face. As Naruto boards one the 4 ships.

"So you still haven't told about his father." Hiruzen says, looking toward her. She just shakes her head.

[On board The Navy Ship]

From what Naruto was told there were about 100 people on each ship, so he expected things to be a bit more crowded than they actually were. As Naruto walked around he noticed a cool looking sword. It has a nice baby blue hilt with wolf-like cravings on the blade of the sword. The man using the sword was shirtless and sweating. He probably was training that would explain why his sword is out. He seemed to be a few CM taller than Naruto, maybe about 6'7 Scratch that was more like a foot taller than him. He had purple hair and Green eyes and was wearing blue pants with brown boots.

'That is the guy to look out for,' Naruto thought to himself.

Ring Ring

'Seems like it's time for dinner.' Naruto

[Dining Hall]

Naruto stood there with his lunch tray looking for somewhere to sit. Until he finally found an empty table.

"Hey, are any of these seats taken!" A female with Aqua blue hair asks.

"Nope," Naruto says with a smile, offering her one of them.

"Guys! This table is free." Naruto looked perplexed at the Group that walked toward the table and sat down. As the Groupe ate and started to conversat.

"OH my God sorry I Almost forgot to introduce myself. Emerson Ria, just call me Ria." She says, offering her hand.

"Uzumaki Naruto." He said, shaking her hand.

"Naruto! My name is Nuri Tanwen." A guy with white Hair and Red eyes says.

"My name is Mary James." A guy with brown hair and brown eyes says.

"Nice meeting you gu-."

"Attention I am Vice admiral Jonathan and I will be your supervisor for these 2 weeks of training. we're going to be Arriving at our Navy base tomorrow morning so finish eating and go to bed you have a busy day ahead." Vice admiral Jonathan says leaving the room.

Tanwen, Jame, Ria all got up and left to go to bed. Naruto followed behind 30 minutes later.

[West Blue 80th Branch]

Naruto was unpacking his stuff in the room assigned.

"Um, excuse me, is it okay with you if I have the window side of the room."

'The guy with that sword' Naruto thought to himself.

"Um, sure but can you ask what your Name is? Oh and mine is Uzumaki Naruto."

"Harashi '' he simply says walking out of the room. 'Guess it is about to head down.'

[Plain Field]

Vice Admiral Jonathan stood in front of everybody.

"Today we have 429 Applications in 2 weeks. I will only be leaving with 25 of them to the Grand Line so during these 2 weeks I would like you to prove to me that you deserve to be a part of the 25 am I understood."

"Yes-sir!" They say coherently.

"Now you will be running 300,00 KM in under and hour and once that is over you will run in place with one foot for 4 hr switch the foot once you reach two hours, after that you will do a One handed hand for two hours switch after 1 hour then we will have lunch I will tell the rest after." Vice Admiral Jonathan looked at them for a while.
