A Mother and Daughter are standing in line at an airport. "Hey mom have you actually ever been on a plane before because you look a little nervous" the girl said as she smirked at her mother. 'I have when your father and I went on vacation last year to Hawaii" The Mother explained as she smiled at her daughter who rolled her eyes and looked down at her phone. "why do we have to go Delaware anyways and where's Dad and Mark?" The daughter asked as she frowned. "There meeting us there, Mark had a late football game so they are going to take a late flight and you know how your grandparents get when we don't come down for the Summer" The Mother said as she smiled and flashed two tickets at an airport employee who nodded at her and pointed at the tunnel to the plane and the two walked into the plane and put there bags in the over head bin above their seats. "Hey jay im going to the Ladies room" the mother said as she began walking to the bathroom. "Dont have to announce it to the world" The Daughter yelled as she looked over to see a fat teen sitting next to her who then turned around and smiled at her. She awkwardly smiled back as the boy leaned in. "Hey you wanna buy a chocolate bar it's fresh from china" The boy said as he smirked. "Nope im good and why does it look like that" the daughter asked as she looked down at the suspicious looking candy bars. "Fine its weed candy bars alright Sherlock God" the boy said as he began forcefully slamming the candy into his bag. "Wait" the daughter said as she tapped on the Boy's shoulder. "What?! I have potential customer on this plane that are in need of my services." The boy said as he mugged at her. "My name is Jayden and maybe i can help you with your candy scam" The daughter said as she stuck her hand out waiting for him to shake it. "The name's Ronnie" the boy said as He shook her hand and the two began walking around the plane selling the candy bars to people.
Jayden's mom came Walking out the bathroom and began walking towards Jayden who began to nervously shake. "Is that your mom" Ronnie asked as Jayden nodded. "Alright relax i got this im good with parents." Ronnie said as Jayden's mom approached the two. "Hey Jay why aren't you in your seat the plane is about to take off and who's your friend?" Her mother asked as Ronnie looked at her. "Hello ma'am my name is Ronnie and can I just say you did an amazing job raising this little angel she is such a kind soul." Ronnie said as he smiled at Jayden's mom who began to blush. "Your supposed to be getting rid of my mom not trying to fuck her" Jayden said as Ronnie elbowed her in the stomach. "You know i try my best but she is such a hand full" Jayden's mom said she began guiding the teens to there seats. "Hey so Ronnie where are you going?" Jayden's mom asked as she smiled at Him. "Delaware to spend summer Break with my Dad But that's besides the point, Jayden has been helping me sell my Boy Scout cookies here on the plane and it has helped a lot. "That's awesome maybe you guys can run your cute little cookie business in Delaware this Summer" Jayden's mom said as she smiled at the two. "Oh you have no fucking idea" Ronnie said to himself as Jayden punched him in the arm. "Im gonna listen to the news really quick so if you kids need me just give me a tap" Jayden's mom said as she plugged her earphones into her ears and turned up the volume to the news channel on her tablet. "Hey Jayden How old are you" Ronnie asked as he smiled at Jayden who looked confusedly at Ronnie. "16 why" Jayden asked as she stared him in the eyes. "Because i wanted to know how you convinced your mom to let you get all your piercings especially the nose one?" Ronnie asked as looked at Jayden's nose piercing. "I secretly got them done but when my mom found out she flipped the hell out" Jayden answered as Ronnie laughed. "You think thats awesome check this out" Ronnie said as he lifted his shirt sleeve to reveal a tattoo on his arm that read "Entitled". "Huh thats freaking Dope my mom would have killed me if i did something like that" Jayden said as the the two laughed and continued to talk.
A couple minutes pass and the two are passed out asleep. "Oh my god!" Jayden's mom says to herself as she took her earphones off and began to stare at Jayden who is fast asleep. She then looks at a flight attendant and flags them down, the flight attendant walks over. "How can i help you ma'am" the attendant said with a smile "I lost reception,all my tablet says is to please stand down can you please tell the pilot or someone because I think something important is happening in the US right and i need to find out what's happening" Jayden's mom said calmly as she stood up and began walking towards the bathroom. "Ma'am please calm down and get back in your seat." The attendant said as she grabbed her arm. "I am calm unhand m..." Jayden's mom said as a rumble threw her up and onto the floor. "Are you ok?" The attendant asked as she helped Jayden's mom to her feet. "Sorry about that folks we are experiencing difficulties please remain seated and calm." The captain yelled through the intecom. "Mom whats going on" Jayden asked as she opened her eyes slowly. "Nothing Jay just go back to sleep its all gonna be fine." Jayden's mom said as an explosion could be heard coming from the back of the plane. "What the hell was that" Ronnie yelled as he woke up. "We're going down everyone brace yourself and god bless" the captain of the plane said as the intercom turned to static. Oxygen mask dropped down from the ceiling. "Here put this on" Jayden's mom said as she quickly helped Jayden put her oxygen mask on. "I love you Jayden, I love you so much." Jayden's mom said as a tear trickled down her face. The top of the plane then ripped off and Jayden's mom was suck out the plane. "Mom!" Jaden struggled to scream as she looked over to see that Ronnie had passed out from lack of oxygen. She then placed his oxygen mask over his face and watched as he took a deep breath. "Im sorry" Ronnie struggled to say as he grabbed Jayden and squeezed her tight. The two felt the plane going down and watched as people were being ejected out of the plane one by one. "Oh my god" Jayden forcefully said as she squeezed Ronnie tight and felt as the plane hit ground...
Jayden could hear people talking around her. "She's lucky to be alive" one voice said as she could hear the machine she was hooked to. "No trace of any family members that will answer any phone calls" the second voice said as it got closer. "Did you write down the amount of THC found in the patient's system" The other voice said as Jayden completely went unconscious again. A couple days passed and Jayden wakes up. "Mom" Jayden yells as she begans to cry. "Mom i dont want to be alone somebody please help me" She struggled to yelled as she looked around to find out that she was in a hospital room. "Ronnie? Mom! Somebody!" Jayden yelled as she rolled over and fell out the bed. She struggled to stand up. "Help!" Jayden yelled as she continued to cry. She heard a door slam in the distance. "Hello" Jayden yelled as she ripped the tubes out of her nose and arms. She heard a footsteps get closer. "Hello im here please help me" Jayden screamed as the door swung open. "Oh my god your alive" a voice said as a figure quickly ran up and hugged her. More tears came down her face. "Ronnie!" Jayden yelled as she hugged him back. "We have to get out of here your to weak to walk get on my back and hold on tight." Ronnie yelled as Jayden nodded and climbed onto his back and Ronnie began sprinting out of the room. A couple minutes passed and the two reached a house. "Who's house is this and where is everyone. "I don't know who's house this is and everyone is dead!" Ronnie answered as he opened the door to the house and sat Jayden on the couch. "There's some clothes on that end table I'll go to the kitchen so you can change. "No tell me what's going on first" Jayden yelled as she struggled to stand. "Look there are dead people walking around outside and some how we are alive and i don't know how but we're lucky ,now I'll answer any other questions after you get out of those hospital clothes" Ronnie said calmly as he helped her up and walked out of the room to give her privacy. A couple minutes past and Ronnie walks into the room to see Jayden wearing a band tee and skinny jeans. "Woah" Ronnie said as he stared at her. "What wierdo" Jayden asked as she looked at her shirt and back at Ronnie. "Nothing look your probably wondering how I knew where to find you" Ronnie said as he looked down at the ground. "Yes explain" Jayden demanded as she walked over to the window and looked out it. "When i woke up after the crash I heard screaming and banging but I couldn't get unstrapped from the bed.." Ronnie said as Jayden's loud laugh cut him off. "Wait dude why the hell did they strap you to the bed what did you do" Jayden asked as she continued to laugh. "That's besides the point let me get back to explainin..." Ronnie said as he was cut off again. "No no explain your little insane asylum trip in the hospital" Jayden laughed as her face turned red. "Hahaha look at your face turning as red as your hair but they strapped me down because I punched a doctor in the face for trying to needle me." Ronnie said as he looked up at Jayden who's laughter turned into a straight face. " ooooooh your so bad, but make another ginger joke and you'll wish you were still strapped to that hospital bed got it?" Jayden said as she smiled and Ronnie nodded. "But after the screaming and banging stopped it was just silent until one of the doctors busted in my room and began unstrapping me...(Flashback: "Hello mr Lopez I'm Dr.Walsh you've been in a horrible plane crash can you blink twice if you understand me" A doctor yelled as he shined a little flashlight in Ronnie's eyes. "J..j..jay" Ronnie struggled to say as he began looking around frantically. "Your name is Ronaldo Lopez you have been in a severe plane crash" the Doctor said again as he started writing in his clipboard. "Where is she t...t..tell me" Ronnie yelled as two other doctors came rushing in. "We told you that he's unstable why would you unstrap me. "Were there any other survivors, Please tell me!" Ronnie screamed as he quickly climbed out of the bed. "We aren't allowed to talk about other patients im sorry Mr Lopez." One of the Doctors said calmly as Ronnie sprung up and grabbed Dr.Walsh holding a scalpel up to his neck. "Tell me or his blood will be splattered all over the floor,Now!" Ronnie yelled as pressed the scalpel closer to the doctor's neck. "Just do it" Dr Walsh yelled as the other doctor nodded and began typing on the computer. "We have 2 other survivors, A Jayden Oakley and the other hasn't been identified yet." One of the Doctors said as Ronnie nodded and let go of Dr.Walsh. "Where is Jayden's room I need to make sure she's alright."Ronnie asked as he looked at each doctor. "Listen Mr. Lopez her room is locked and Doctor L has been sick at home and he has the keys you'd have to ask him and I doubt he'd give you the keys. Here, I've written his address on this sticky note." One of the Doctors said as Ronnie smiled and snatched the note running full speed out the door. Ronnie ran through the halls noticing that everyone else was panicking. "What the hell" Ronnie thought to himself as he continued running. "Hey get back in your room it's not safe out he..." a guard yelled as a patient tackled him and began biting him. "Oh shit" Ronnie yelled as he watched the guard get eaten alive. The front door slid open allowing for an escape. After a few minutes of running He eventually reached a long neighborhood. "Uh this looks like the place" Ronnie said to himself as he walked into the yard which had a tall Mexico flag waving. "Hello Dr.L" Ronnie yelled as he knocked on the door. "Yeah who the hell is it" A voice yelled out from inside. "Uh my name is Ronnie" Ronnie yelled as he looked at the bottom of the door. "Ronnie who" the voice asked. "Um Lopez" Ronnie awkwardly yelled as The door swung open and a figure slammed into him and began hugging him. "Ronaldo is it really you did you survive that plane crash holy fuck." A man said as he let go of Ronnie and smirked. "Who are you" Ronnie said as he began backing up. "Oh shit my fault boy I'm your pops i also go by doctor L" Dr. L said as he laughed. "How do I know thats true" Ronnie said as he stopped walking backwards. "Hold on give me a second" the doctor said as he walked back into the house. "Man when's the last time he took a fucking shower there were so many stains on his shirt" Ronnie said to himself as he looked through the window to see a painting that looked familiar. "Here look at this" Dr. L said as he handed him a ripped in half photo. "Oh my god that's my mom" Ronnie said as he reached in his pocket and pulled out the other half of the photo. "And thats you" Ronnie said in shock as he ran over and hugged the guy who hugged him back. "Alright quickly get inside I don't want these people to see me looking soft" Dr.L said as he and Ronnie walked into the house. The house looked very old and ran down and stunk of cigarettes and alcohol. "Did you see the news" Dr.L asked as he struggled to open a beer bottle. "No whats happening?" Ronnie asked asked as he watched his father continue to struggle. "The undead are supposedly attacking people can you believe that shit" Dr.L said as he laughed. "Hey are you ok dad" Ronnie asked as he looked at his dad with concern. "Yea im fine but how was the...hospital." Dr.L struggled to say as he stumbled over. "Dad!" Ronnie said as He ran over to his dad. "Don't touch me im fine continue what you were about to say" Dr. L said as he smiled. "I have this friend who's still in there her name is Jayden and I need your keys to check on her please." Ronnie said as he helped his dad to an old white recliner. "Right here will do in your grandma's old chair." Dr.L said as he sat in the recliner. "Hey so can i have the keys?" Ronnie asked as he looked at his dad lab coat which was hanging up on the front door. "Check this out" Dr.L said as he lifted his shirt to reveal a huge bite mark. "What happened!" Ronnie asked as he began to analyze the bite mark. "Some crazy bitch took a bite out of me in the grocery store parking lot so i had to run to my truck to get away and i shit you not that she almost broke my window trying to get to me, you know what they say about how the ladies cant get enough of us Lopez men right ah!" Dr. Lopez said as he screamed in pain. "Shit What can i do to help" Ronnie said calmly as he began to look around. "You see that case" Dr. L said as Ronnie nodded. "Walk over to it" He yelled as Ronnie ran over to it. "It's password activated" Ronnie yelled as he looked at his dad who began to turn pale. "Its 1-2-05" Dr L yelled as he smiled. "Thats my birthday" Ronnie thought to himself as he typed the password in and heard the click. He then opened it to see a revolver laying in the case. "there's just a gun in it" Ronnie yelled as he looked at his dad who smiled. "Yeah it is, I need you to shoot me in the head right now" Dr L yelled as Ronnie began to breath heavy. "Im not going to shoot my fucking father that I just met" Ronnie yelled as he looked at the gun and back at his dad. "Please son I don't want to turn into one of those things." Dr. L said calmly as he coughed up blood. Ronnie then grabbed the pistol and walked over to his dad who smiled. "Im so proud of who you've become and I love you son if you see your brother again tell him im sorry. Hey and Tell Jayden i said to keep you out of trouble" Dr.L said as his smile turned to tears. "Good bye dad" Ronnie said as he raised the pistol and aimed it at his dad. "I love yo..." Dr. L said as a bullet flew into his skull. "Love you too pops" Ronnie said as he wiped the tears from his face and ran to his father's lab coat and took the keys out and ran out slamming the door after him) "holy shit" Jayden said as she looked over at the bloody white chair. "Wait this is your Dad's house meaning we're in Delaware?" Jayden asked curiously. "Yep" Ronnie said as he smiled. "Awesome now what do we do?" Jayden asked as she looked around. "I don't know are you hungry i think he has pizza bites in his fridge my mom used to talk about how much he loved them" Ronnie said as he began walking towards the kitchen. "Yea that'd be awesome and can i get a glass of water too?" Jayden asked as she began looking around until she tripped on the remote accidentally turning on the tv which had "Please stand by" on it. She then fell on the floor and opened her eyes to see a box under the couch. "Huh whats this" She said to herself as she pulled it out and opened it. "Hey what do you have there" Ronnie asked as he walked over to her To see the box was wide open on her lap. "Holy shit" Ronnie said as he stood frozen in place. "Thats a lot of marijuana!" Jayden yelled as she threw the container on the other couch. "I mean its the end of the world I don't see it being illegal anymore so lets have a blast" Ronnie said as Jayden smiled and the two began putting the weed back in the container. BOOM BOOM BOOM. A loud banging on the door could be heard on the door. " oh god hide it" Jayden said as she threw the container at Ronnie who caught it and threw it in the closet. He then nodded at Jayden who opened the door to see a little child at the door. "Please Let me in im scared" the child said as Jayden grabbed the child and yanked her in. "Where are your parents at" Ronnie asked as he gave Jayden a look. "There dead just like everyone else and im scared please don't send me back out there" the child begged as she hugged Jayden. "We won't but tell us your name and how old you are at least." Jayden asked calmly as she nurtured the child. "And tell us if you've been bitten or scratched" Ronnie said as he frowned. "Im Annie and I'm ten,and no I haven't been bitten so please let me stay" Annie begged as she squeezed tighter. "Your staying ok we aren't kicking you back out there I promise now can you let go" Jayden asked as the girl nodded and released her grip. "Im hungry" Annie said as she looked at Jayden who then looked at Ronnie. "No no no those are our bites... Fine!" Ronnie said as Jayden smiled at him and looked at the Annie who smiled back. "Theres pizza bites in the kitchen have at them" Jayden said as she continued to smile and pointed at the kitchen. Annie then walked into the kitchen and the two teen sat on the couch. "So this means no smoking" Ronnie said as he smirked. "No idiot but I just want to say that just because you're an idiot doesn't mean I didn't think it was sweet that you almost scalped a Doctor just to find me" Jayden said as she smiled at Ronnie who began to blush. "Is anyone out there there is a community named sanctuary that is safe if you are seeking shelter from this unfortunate event our leader Gregory will accept you with open ar..." The tv said as Ronnie turned it off. "Hey i was listening to that" Jayden said as she frowned. "Trust me ive watched so many movies obviously thats a trap" Ronnie explained as he smirked and stood up and began walking to the the bathroom. "I hate not having a phone this is so fucking boring" Jayden said to herself as she laid on the couch and began drawing on her arm.
A hospital room could be see as the monitors continued to beep. A large gasp could be heard and a man could be seen ripping the tubes out of his mouth. He then stands up and walks to the personal belongings cabinet and pulls out a picture of Jayden and Ronnie on the plane. "Who are you..." the man says to himself in a raspy voice as he begins changing into his ripped clothes and puts the photo into his jacket pocket and proceeds towards the door.
