"What are you doing, silly girl?" Olivia smiled when she walked into Little Mandy's room and found Little Mandy wearing nothing but a diaper on her head.
"Mama, I have a new hat!" Little Mandy giggled, pointing to her head.
"Very nice. Maybe later next week, we can go to the store and find you a pretty new hat for the dress up box. Guess who Mama just got off the phone with?" Olivia took the diaper off of Little Mandy's head and laid her on the bed to put the diaper on her properly.
"Who?" Little Mandy asked curiously while Mama helped her put her clothes back on, much to her dismay.
"Uncle Hank called me. He has to stay in Chicago to work, but big sissy is coming tomorrow and she's going to be here to go trick-or-treating with you on Sunday."
"Yay!" Little Mandy cheered happily. She loved it when Erin came to visit.
Mama loaded Little Mandy into the car and took her to the store so that she could pick out her Halloween costume. Erin had already picked out hers in Chicago and was bringing her butterfly costume with her. Little Mandy and Mama looked through the racks of costumes.
"How about this one?" Mama suggested.
"No, I don't want to be a bunny. I was a kitty last year, I don't want to be another animal again this year." Little Mandy explained after a moment of thought.
"Makes sense." Mama agreed, putting the costume back on the rack.
"Ooooh! I like this one! Can I have this one, Mama?" Little Mandy's eyes lit up as she pulled an angel costume, complete with a halo, off the rack.
"If that's the one you want, that's the one we'll get."
The next day, Erin arrived in New York and jumped happily into Mommy's arms, immediately slipping into 'little' space. She had come to New York to help Olivia work on a case, but she was going to be there for the rest of the week and all weekend, so they were going to be able to spend lots of quality time together as a family when they weren't working. It had been a long, busy few months back in Chicago and Erin was looking forward to spending a few days free from adult responsibilities, playing with her baby sister, and being showered with Mommy's loving affection.
"Where's sissy?" Erin asked, glancing around and not seeing Little Mandy.
"I just put sissy down for her nap, so it's just you and me until she wakes up. Are you hungry?"
"Yeah."
"Go put your bag in your room and come to the kitchen. I'll make you a snack." Olivia gave Erin a playful spank to her bottom.
"Yes, Mommy. Can I have chocolate milk in my sippy cup?"
"Yes, you can, baby."
Olivia gave Erin a snack and her sippy cup filled with chocolate milk, and patiently listened to Erin's innocent chattering.
"...and Daddy let me have two lollipops instead of just one because I was a really big girl, I went in all by myself and I didn't even cry." Erin beamed proudly, explaining what happened when Daddy took her to get blood drawn.
"Wow, two? You must have been a very good girl. I'm so proud of you, sweetheart." Olivia smiled.
"Mama!" a voice rang out from down the hall.
"Hey, baby girl, how'd you sleep?" Olivia smiled as she walked into Little Mandy's room.
"Good. I'm wet." Little Mandy wrinkled her nose cutely, rubbing the sleep from her eyes.
"Let's get you changed and then you can go see big sissy. She got here while you were sleeping." Olivia explained as she gently changed Little Mandy's diaper.
"Sissy!" Little Mandy and Erin cheered simultaneously, attacking each other with hugs when Mama carried Little Mandy into the kitchen and put her down on her feet.
The next few days were busy ones for the detectives of the Special Victims Unit as they and Erin all put their heads together to figure out the answers to their latest case that seemed to have some kind of connection to one of Hank's cases in Chicago. Olivia was doing her best to spend every evening after work cuddling and babying both of her girls, with the promise of all the babying and cuddling they wanted all day Saturday and all day Sunday. Unfortunately, they all ended up having to go in to the precinct to work on Saturday, the day before Halloween, putting both Erin and Amanda in sour moods.
"No, that doesn't fit with our timeline. Remember, Sarah said she was at the market from three to five, not two to four." Amanda griped at Erin in frustration. It was just the two of them in the squad room since Fin and Kat had been sent to deal with a domestic disturbance, Carisi had gone back to the D.A.'s office, and Olivia had gone down to the M.E.'s office to speak with Melinda.
"But then that doesn't fit with Vicky's alibi. She said she was there from two to four." Erin pointed out with an equal amount of frustration.
"Okay, well, obviously somebody is lying, idiot." Amanda glared.
It didn't take very long for the two of them to begin squabbling in earnest, their voices rising. Unfortunately, Olivia chose that moment to step off of the elevator and she could hear them all the way down the hall as she approached, frowning as she heard them dropping a few choice words that her beloved girls were definitely not allowed to say.
"Hey, hey, what's going on in here? I could hear you all the way from the elevator." Olivia asked, walking into the squad room.
Erin and Amanda both looked like deer caught in headlights. If they were being that loud, then they knew that Olivia had heard the amount of trash coming out of their mouths and they knew they would be in trouble for it. Olivia knew that disagreements were just a part of life, but she still expected her girls to respect each other.
"Uh…" Erin stammered.
"Um…" Amanda hesitated.
"We'll deal with it at home later. Right now, we have to go. I just got a call while I was on my way back from Melinda's office. Sarah's body just washed up from the river, so Melinda's going to meet us down there. And it's time for our lunch break, so I'll buy you both lunch on the way and we'll eat in the car."
The rest of the day went about as smoothly as any day at SVU went. Finally, it was time to clock out and Olivia loaded Erin and Amanda in the back seat of the car to take them home. Of course, they got stuck in New York rush hour traffic. Olivia became concerned when she heard a frightened whimper from the back seat. She glanced in the rearview mirror and became even more concerned when she saw Amanda with tears streaming down her face and Erin holding her hand trying to comfort her.
"What happened, baby?" Olivia asked with loving concern.
"Mama, no ice! I'm sorry!" Amanda cried, slipping into 'little' space.
"No ice, baby girl, I promise. You know Mama would never do that to you."
"Mandy, Mommy loves us. We were naughty, but Mommy won't hurt us." Erin chimed in, wanting to comfort her baby sister in some way.
"That's right, sweetie. I know two little girls who both need spankings and mouth soapings, but I still love both of my babies very much."
"Are we still going to be allowed to go trick-or-treating tomorrow?" Erin suddenly asked with concern, ready to burst into tears herself if Mommy said 'no'. They had been looking forward to Halloween for so long and they didn't want to miss out.
"Yes, sweetheart, we are still going trick-or-treating tomorrow. When we get home, we will deal with what happened this afternoon, and then it will be all over and forgiven just the same as always." Olivia assured her kindly.
"I'm sorry, Mommy." Erin frowned sadly.
"I know you are, baby. You and your sister are my very good girls. Mommy doesn't like to punish you, but I love you too much not to give you consequences for naughty behavior."
By the time they arrived home, safe behind closed doors, Little Mandy was crying and Erin had tears welling up in her eyes, now concerned for her own naughty bottom. Olivia sighed, knowing that she had two naughty little girls to discipline and wondering what order would be best to do it in.
"Erin, honey, go to your room, change your clothes, and wait for Mommy in the corner. I'm going to spank your sister and then it will be your turn to have your spanking, and then you can have your soapings together." Olivia instructed. Given that Little Mandy was growing more hysterical by the minute, it would be better to get her spanking out of the way first.
"Yes, Mommy." Erin's lower lip trembled as she turned to do as she was told. She went to her room, changed from her work clothes into some 'little girl' clothes, and stood in the corner to wait for Mommy. She wished that she could hold her teddy bear, but Candy wasn't allowed to be in the corner with her.
Olivia carried Little Mandy down the hall and into her room where she gently stripped Amanda out of her work clothes and dressed her in one of Little Mandy's favorite t-shirts with Barney on the front. She located a diaper and pants and set them aside to change her into later. For now, she sat down on the bed and settled the still crying little one on her lap to cuddle her for a few minutes until Little Mandy was a little bit calmer.
"There, there. You know Mama loves you and would never hurt you, my angel." Olivia soothed kindly.
"Mama, I didn't mean to be a bad girl." Little Mandy whimpered sadly.
"Oh, baby, you're not a bad girl. You're a very good girl who made a wrong choice today. Mama still loves you very much. No ice, and no beating for my sweet baby. Just a little spanking and a little soaping, then your punishment will be all over, okay?"
"Why soap?" Little Mandy wrinkled her nose in disgust.
"Because I heard my sweet girl using some very naughty language this afternoon, and you are far too beautiful and smart to have that amount of trash coming out of your sweet little mouth." Olivia explained.
"I sorry. I not do it again." Little Mandy promised, slipping further into 'little' space.
"I know, sweetheart. Let's get this over with. Mama doesn't like it any more than you do." Olivia pulled Little Mandy's pants and diaper down.
Little Mandy cried and sobbed over Mama's lap. She was relieved that she was only getting spanked with Mama's hand and not the wooden spoon, but she still didn't like it at all. Finally, just when she thought she wouldn't be able to stand it for one more second, it was over. Mama cooed to her lovingly while she rubbed Little Mandy's red bottom with arnica and then scooped her up to cuddle her.
"Shhhhhhhhhhhh. There, there. That's Mama's good girl. It's over, baby. No more spanking for my sweet Mandy." Olivia cooed, cuddling the sobbing little one close to her heart, gently rubbing Little Mandy's bottom to soothe the pain.
"Mama, please no soap." Little Mandy sniffled when she finally stopped crying.
"I know you don't like it, baby, but you and big sissy are going to get your mouths washed out with soap. But first I'm going to go give big sissy her spanking, and then you can have your soapings together. While you're waiting, you can lie here on your bed and cuddle with Erica, okay?"
"I'm sorry, Mama." Little Mandy whimpered as she obediently curled up on her bed with Erica clutched in her arms.
"You've already been forgiven, lovey. Just try to relax, you can cry a little more if you need to and after your soaping, Mama will cuddle you more if you want. You're a good girl, Mama loves you." Olivia bent down to gently kiss Little Mandy's temple.
When Olivia walked into Erin's room, she found Erin standing in the corner covering her ears to try to block out the sounds of Little Mandy's punishment. Olivia put her hand gently on Erin's shoulder to get her attention, and Erin turned to look at her with tears streaming down her face.
"Hi, baby. Good girl for waiting for me so patiently. Come here." Olivia brought Erin over to her bed and sat down.
"Did you get in a fight with your clothes?" Olivia smiled when she noticed that Erin had chosen to put on her favorite red overalls and that both they and the t-shirt she was wearing underneath were on backwards.
"You were busy with Mandy and I couldn't figure out the buckles." Erin smiled a little through her tears.
"Here, let's take that off for now and later I'll help you put it on the right way." Olivia helped Erin step out of the overalls and set them aside for now. Then she took Erin's t-shirt off and put it on her the right way before guiding Erin across her lap.
"Mommy, I'll be good." Erin whimpered.
"I know you will, little one. Mommy loves you very much. Let's get this over with." Olivia began to spank Erin's panty-clad bottom, and after a few minutes she pulled Erin's panties down and spanked her bare bottom. Erin cried and sobbed in a similar fashion to her sister and was immensely relieved when Mommy finally picked her up to cuddle her until she stopped crying.
"That's my good girl. Shhhhhhhh. It's over, lovey. No more spanking. Good girl." Olivia cooed.
When Erin stopped crying, Mommy gently pulled her panties back into place, but she was too sore for the overalls, so she followed Mommy out of the room wearing only her t-shirt and panties as they went to Little Mandy's room, holding Mommy's hand with one hand as they walked and using the other to rub her bottom. Little Mandy was still curled up on her bed clutching Erica in her arms and gently rubbing her own still bare bottom.
"Hi, sweetie. I'm afraid we still have something to do, let's get it over with so the three of us can cuddle and you girls can feel better, okay?" Olivia spoke kindly, holding out her free hand for Little Mandy to take.
Little Mandy and Erin were both in tears again when their mouth soapings were over and they were finally allowed to rinse with water. Olivia took them into her own room and arranged them so that they were all comfy on her bed, tenderly cuddling and comforting them while they shed the last of their tears.
The next day was Halloween, and it was all Olivia could do to keep Erin and Little Mandy from putting on their costumes immediately after breakfast. She actually relented and let Little Mandy wear her plastic angel halo around the house and she let Erin wear her butterfly antenna, but she told them they had to wait to wear the rest of their costumes. Finally, it was time to go trick-or-treating and Olivia helped them into their costumes and took a picture of them. It was a surprisingly chilly evening, but Little Mandy and Erin were both wearing wings that made it impossible to wear jackets, so Olivia compromised and loaded them in the car to drive them from house to house rather than walking around in the cold. Olivia stopped at each house that was discreetly marked as ageplay-friendly and the girls were delighted as they loaded up on candy.
"Mommy, can we have some candy now?" Erin asked hopefully on the drive home. Olivia glanced at the clock, and then glanced in the rearview mirror at their cute faces. It would be bedtime soon, but one piece of candy wouldn't hurt. It was Halloween, after all, and Halloween only came but once a year.
"You can each have one piece of candy tonight, but no more. Tomorrow you can eat as much as you want." Olivia said. She almost laughed out loud. Hank was going to kill her for sending Erin back to Chicago on a sugar high.
Little Mandy and Erin happily dug into their candy. If they were only allowed to have one piece tonight, then which piece they were going to eat first was a very important decision.
