Chapter One: The Closet

"I can't believe you and your mutant friends are still playing in a closet! You are such preteens! That Emica CD is brand new! Hand it over!" Angelica shouts as she pulls open the closet door as the group is listening to an Emica dvd.

"But you said we could borrow it Angelica!" Tommy says.

"Your memory's slipping, Pickles! I said you could maybe look at my Emica CD!" Emica shouts.

"But we wanted to learn all of her songs before the concert tomorrow." Chuckie says.

"What's so wrong about that?" Alexis asks as she goes over to Chuckie.

"Finster wants too much. That's what. Now gimme my CD. I'm gonna be late for the bus." Angelica says angrily.

"Does anybody but me think we need a bigger club house?" Phil asks.

"Phillip! When you are the bottom of the pyramid you hafta tell when you're gonna move!" Lil shouts.

"I think I ripped my pants!" Kimi shouts.

"This is the last time I'm gonna ask nicely. Fork over the CD!" Angelica says angrily.

"Here! Catch!" Dil shouts as he throws a Reptar toy at angelica.

"Very funny Dylan!" Angelica shouts.

"I thought so!" Dil says happily.

"Maybe I should tell Aunt Didi about the lizard in the shoe box?" Angelica asks.

"Not funny! Not funny one bit." Dil says annoyedly as he gives Angelica the dvd before the group goes to the kitchen.

"Honestly Aunt Didi. How do you put up with these juveniles?" Angelica asks.

"What do you think?" Stu asks as he comes in dressed in a disco outfit.

"Whoa." Alexis says seeing Stu's outfit.

"Forget I asked." Angelica says.

"I don't remember you wearing that daddy." Dil says.

"That's because someone dropped him on his head when he was a baby." Angelica says.

"Dil's fine. We only dropped him once." Phil says as he looks at Lil.

"Grandpa Lou gave me this scorpio medallion on my 18th birthday. It's my good luck charm. I wore this to every dance contest I entered back in the day. In fact I was wearing this when I met your mom." Stu says as he gestures to a medallion.

"Normally I didn't date men who wore jewelry but in this case I made an exception." Didi says as she looks at Stu.

"And after that I never danced without this medallion or your mother again." Stu says as he dances with Didi.

"Oh Stu. Tomorrow is the Dinosaurs Of Disco dance contest at the park. So your dad and I are dusting up our old routine!" Didi says.

"You guys are going to dance like that in front of people?" Angelica asks.

"Your mom and dad are dancing too!" Didi says.

"Ugh! How embarrassing!" Angelica says annoyedly.

"You guys'll definitely win!" Tommy says.

"You certainly have my vote." Alexis says.

"So long as I got my medal." Stu says as the group hears the school bus outside honking.

"Oh! There's the bus! You better hurry you know how the driver doesn't like to wait." Didi says.
