Computer geek Dexter Douglas turns into uncontrollable, unpredictable superhero Freakazoid , who dons a special costume that makes him control his insane powers, blue skin, and weird hair. The transformation occurs while Dexter surfs on the internet and became one with it transforms him into a living Supercomputer and giving him other super powers.
