The waste land was the site of many battles over the years and would be the site for more to come when the earth needs it. At the moment however, it was peaceful. Not a single sign of life was there except for a few smaller creatures that squired across the rocks, along the ground, and the birds in the sky. The wind blew gently as sand and dust was kicked up.

The wind started to get stronger and stronger it's gentle breeze turning into almost hurricane-like winds. Even the birds that were in the sky, safe from this change, sensed the danger and flew away.

Suddenly lightning crackled over head as a portal of blue, red, and green opened up pushed anything near it away as a hovering car came zooming through. The car was going incredible fast as it headed towards an upcoming protrusion out of the rocky ground. The car served to the left avoiding the rock before finally slowing down and coming to a stop.

The hover car resembled a Raven with red sparkling jewel eyes to let you know when the car was on. The hatch opened up as smoke rushed out of it and the sound of coughing could be heard as a young man stepped out. The young human continued coughing and wheezing as the smoke was forced out of his lunges.

The man was tall, had a very lean build, brown eyes, black nappy hair and a dark complexion. He wore a traditional Karate gi except this was black with orange lines across it and kung fu shoes.

After a moment the man regained his composure and looked at where he had landed.

"So this is where I am, huh?" He talked to himself.

The boy then fell silent for a second and used his senses. His mind reached across the world until he found what he was looking for, 8 different power levels with two of them higher than the others and one of those dominating the other. He could almost instantly tell who they belonged to.

Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Piccolo, and Gohan.

Then there were the last two. The strongest one he could tell was Vegeta and then the other one he assumed had to be Nappa.

He chuckled to himself it was funny that his dad didn't let him go before to fight them. He understood why now, given that he didn't even know how to fight at the time.

"Seems they haven't started yet. That's good I can try and make a wish then." The Martial Artist stretched before reaching into his installed pocket and pulled out the dragon radar turning it on.

The machine beeped as it sensed a dragon ball nearby.

"What luck." The man smiled as he back to levitate it, the air getting higher and higher before he zoomed away towards the nearest dragon ball while keeping his power down.

He kept flying until he got close enough to the dragon ball. Then he flew straight at it and grabbed onto it as hard as he could. Putting it in his pouch as he went to look for the next one.

The radar soon beeps again as he heads towards another dragon ball location, finding it at a cave entrance.

"Never went into a cave before, this should be fun." He said as he quickly ran inside the cave.

Once inside he began to scan the area, which consisted of a large cavern with several small caves branching off from it. He scanned the cave and found nothing but rock formations. Nothing else living or dead.

"Well this is gonna be a lot harder than I thought." He chuckled to himself as he walked around the cave, scanning everything that looked alive.

He found nothing and began to wonder if he should just leave.

Just then his radar goes off signaling the location of a dragon ball. He ran over to it and found it about 100 feet away in a small stream of water that seemed to have formed a small pool. The ball was sitting right in the middle of the pool.

Before he could jump in to get it however the boy heard what sounded like the rattling of bones all around him. He turns around to see about 25 skeletons all equipped with armor and weapons staring directly at him ready to attack.

"Huh." He said surprised. "That's something I haven't seen yet."

The skeletons all begin to attack. He didn't even bother trying to run, but instead just started throwing punches at the skeletons.

He got through a few before they all held up their shields. The young man powered up his punches and sent one skeleton back when he hit a spine-penetrating karate chop to the neck, following through with another punch for good measure.

He throws more punches, destroying other skeleton's faces when he felt a sharp pain in his foot. Looking down he saw a dagger stuck right in the back of his heel.

"Ouch, that's not good." He said.

He tooks a step back to pull the dagger out when a giant skeleton came at him, punching him in the chest. He flew back landing head first on the ground. The young man tried to get up, but found himself getting punched in the face again and again.

"Ouch, Ouch, Ouch! That really, really, hurt." He said, blocking his face with his arms.

The skeletons finishes off his face with their punching Bag fists and then began to repeatedly stomp on his head.

"That's enough." He shouted, gathering all the energy he currently could and unleashing a powerful beam of destructive energy into the skull of the skeletons. He heard a satisfying crunch as he destroyed the skeleton's skulls, killing them instantly.

With that threat handled he took a second to breathe. As the martial artist laid there on the ground a bit dazed, he heard a gasp. Turning his head he sees a figure holding their head.

Having just had his head stomped, his visual on the figure was blurry, but he could make out that it was a gothic woman about his age, though much shorter. She had long curly black hair that covered her red eyes. He also could make out a long black leather jacket, a red checkered kimono shirt, and some black pants.

"Who are you?" He asked her.

The woman doesn't answer at first, but as he began to slowly get up. He sees her eyes looking over his body.

"Pitiful humans. Always invading areas you don't belong. You all disgust me." She says walking past him towards the water.

She stops at the edge of the water looking into the clear blue depth below.

"I bet you want that orb down there don't you?" She asks.

"Yeah." He admitted. "I was actually going to get it now."

She then turns towards you saying, "Over my dead body." She then falls back first into the water sinking all the way down to the bottom.

The young man ran over to the edge, but did not make the jump, preferring to look into the water.

He started to feel the ground below him shake as the cave ceiling above him began to rain down small pebbles into the pool and some onto your head. Rising out of the water was no longer a girl but a massive powerful water dragon.

The dragon was almost the size of a small private jet with four claw-like wings, a long spiked tail, blue skin and red eyes. It stood proudly bearing its fangs that could easily penetrate any battle armor..

The martial artist started backing away as it came towards him. The dragon began to laugh and taunt him.

"You look so silly with your eyes bugging out like that." She says.

The young man tried to find a way to escape, but he was unsure of this cave's interior, he could get lost.

"Look I don't want any trouble I just want the orb you have." He tried to calm down the situation.

The dragon lady stops laughing and looks towards him.

"Well I guess you want the orb eh? Well how about this then." She says.

She slashes at him with her giant claws; he just nearly avoids being cut in half by them. The dragon lady roars as her face becomes more dragon-like.

Now the beast is fully transformed she charges at him again as he leaped out of the way.

"Look I'm taking the orb whether you want me to or not." He told her.

The dragon lady charges again but he's ready with another dodge and she doesn't hit him.

"So it seems I hit a wall this time." The dragon lady says as she realizes she can't touch him.

The young man then changes an energy blast. The energy from his palm is ready to fire, but before he can, the dragon lady flames a stream of fire at him. He responds launching his attack and the two clash. Both feel the force of the blast, but he also realizes even that much of a large amount of energy would not be enough to stop the creature. He can only hope to wound it enough for it to no longer be a threat. He continues to clash and the dragon lady roars in his face, which forces him back a bit.

He then lunged forward with his foot outstretched and caught the dragon lady in the jaw. She is knocked back, choking and rubbing their face. He followed up with a big hit to her body and launched another blast which hits the dragon lady in her shoulder and she roared in pain.

She then unleashes her own attack forcing him to dodge again.

"I hate you humans all you ever do is take and take without any consideration for those around you. And now here you are in my cave destroying my guards and trying to steal my stuff." She roared.

She turns around and charges him once again. This time he put up a barrier, but he was too late as she smashed into it, pieces of the barrier flying off from the impact. The dragon lady this time puts her clawed hand through the barrier and swats him onto the ground.

She crawls over to him and looks down at his slightly bloody body.

"This is the end of the line for you human. Any last words." She bellowed.

He's body doesn't move, but his mind is still alive and feeling everything that is happening. At that moment he wished he had paid more attention in those energy combat lessons.

But then he remembered something.

He put his fingers over his face, closing his eyes before saying, "Yeah, just two. SOLAR FLARE!" and released a super bright flash of light from his fingertips that blinded the dragon lady. She cries out and tries to rub her eyes, but she was unable to see.

He quickly gets up gathering the energy in his body and stresses it out in his right hand.

"Kamehameha!" He shouts, releasing a powerful blast of Blue energy at the dragon lady.

She is not prepared and the blast hits her in the chest. This is enough to cause her body to be launched back crashing into a cave wall as it collapses on top of her pinning her down. She roars as she tries to get herself out of it only to fail. The dragon lady attempts to use her wings to lift herself off the ground, but she is still unable to move. It seems his attack has left her completely helpless.

The young man breathes a sigh of relief and runs forward and grabs the orb out of the water, putting it in your bag.

As he begins to leave however you hear the sound of crying. He looked over to see the Dragon Lady sobbing. He carefully approaches her cautiously, wondering if this is another trick. Get closer to her and see that she is indeed crying, but not because of a trick. She is genuinely upset.

"What happened?" Maurice asked.

The dragon lady looks up and notices him. "What happened?" She asks quietly. "This is what happened..."

The dragon lady begins to tell him of how she lived and everything she did.

"I never used to live in the cave. You humans Force us here, well me here. You bastard hunters like killing my kind like animals. Killed my family and my clan. This is the only place I felt safe. And that orb you have in your bag is a possession of my fathers. It was the last thing we gave to me before..." She stops to wipe away her tears.

"I'm sorry I didn't know." Maurice stated.

She turned back into her human form which allowed her to get out of the rubble. "What do you care about? You already got what you came for. Just leave." She dusted herself off.

"Look." He started. "I know humans can be assholes and that we don't make the best decisions all the time but don't count us all out there's some good ones out there that don't deserve the hate."

She scoffed looking at him before saying, "And which one would you be? YOU did all this." She points to the destruction around them.

"Technically you did that. I was just trying to defend myself. I tried to talk you down from it." He responded.

"Wow what a good job that you did." She glares at him.

The young man was about to storm out. He had enough of this but he couldn't. He knew that she was right and needed help. "Ok, are they still after you?" He asked

"If you mean are we still being killed as trophies then, yes. We are." She said sarcastically.

"Alright then after I'm done doing what I have to do I'll be back to help." He told her.

This caught her attention, "What are you gonna do? You could barely beat me."

"Trust me I can handle myself. Just meet me in front of the cave a week from now. We'll go from there."

"Yeah whatever, sure." She told him.

"Great see you later then." He then ran off but before he got far he was stopped by the girl.

"What's your name!? Mine's Flow." She shouted.

"Riceo!" He said getting further away until he was out of her sight.

"Huh, nice name." She thought to herself.

Finally Riceo came out holding a large bag of treasure he had snagged along the way.

The boy looked into the bag and smiled seeing a dragon ball along with jewels and gold.

"Not as much as I would've liked, but they aren't hurting." He said as he put the dragonball in his pouch and started to look for another.

But first he stopped, closing his eyes and checked out what was going on at the battlefield.

He couldn't sense Yamcha, or Chiaotzu and Tiens energy was dropping quickly too.

"Sorry guys." He said to himself but also to them. "It'll all be worth it." With that he continued to look for the next dragon ball.

One by one he found them all. Thanks to Vegeta's three hour waiting he was able to get the rest of the dragon balls. Knowing what was soon to happen to Piccolo, Riceo got as far away from them as he could before he started to make the wish knowing that it would be a while before he could use the dragon's power again.

He gathered the dragonballs right next to each other before shouting out.

"Come forth and grant my wish, Shenron!"

The moment he summoned Shenron, the world changed. At the same time a thunder clouds appeared in the sky and then smaller clouds started to appear from it. They started spreading everywhere and growing with more lightning strikes.

As one of the lightning strikes hit the dragon balls it emitted a yellow Energy that shot out from the orbs that took the form of a dragon.

"State your wish." Bellowed Shenron as it looked directly at him.

"I wish for the ability to take away memories and create new ones from a person."

"Done." roared the dragon as it's eyes glowed red.

The young man felt his mind being pulled apart before his eyes as new memories and then sections of his mind were added.

Soon after, he felt his body being ripped apart then put back together as new.

"What was that?" He asked.

"That was me giving your mind the knowledge of how to use your new ability and changing your body slightly so you could use it. Now I bid you farewell" the dragon turned into energy once more going back into the dragon balls before they too lifted up in the air and scattered once again. However they all quickly stopped and fell back onto the ground around the Martial Artist Before turning to stone.

As the dragon disappeared, the man once again sensed what was happening on the battlefield. Piccolo had just died. Gohan's power rose and Goku arrived.

"Good, that seems to be going well." The man stated as he put his two fingers to his forehead and disappeared.

At Kame House where Chi-Chi, Bulma, Master Roshi, and Ox King were all sitting. Bulma was using the scouter that she made Krillin take off of raditz's dead corps to interpret the fight since they couldn't sense power levels.

However all of that was cut short when the young man appeared in the middle of the room. All heads immediately turned to him in surprise, or at least where he was. He had already moved over to master Roshi and placed his hand on top of the old geezer's making his eyes gloss over with blue energy.

Master Roshi sat there motionless without a care in the world not making sound as his eyes turned entirely blue.

"Hey who the hell are you!?" Chi Chi asked him.

Chi Chi suddenly heard groans behind her causing her to turn around and see the man was now doing the same thing to her father, Ox-King, that he did to Roshi. His eyes glossed over and then turned blue as well.

"I mean, I could tell you. You would know my name regardless of if I didn't." The man told her.

He now had his hand on Bulma's head. She screamed as she tried her hardest to resist him but to no avail as she succumbed to his power.

He then appeared in front of Chi Chi who landed a punch right in his face. However the punch didn't even faze him; it was like she didn't even hit him at all.

The man grabbed Chi Chi by her face. When he did everything started to go black for her but before she lost consciousness she heard him say.

"My name's Riceo."
