Disclaimer: This story was written in a style that was inspired from stories from the book Necronomicon the Best Weird Tales (NTBWT) of H.P. Lovecraft. If you had read that book you will know what I meant. But for those that are not familiar with the writing styles, here they are:
It was almost like a journal which means there will be limited dialogue sentences which is very common in fan fictions.
The next paragraph might be happening in a completely different timeline then its predecessor or even focusing on different set of characters.
There are other writing styles in the book NTBWT but they were much harder to explain I'm afraid.
The duo of infamous Team Rocket has once again scheming up a plan to capture Pikachu. However, only this time they were visited by a Team Rocket scientist that instructed them that they shall inject Pikachu with a serum that the scientist claimed that they did not have the intelligence to comprehend and it is also the boss's order. Which Jessie cannot refuse and James dare not disobey.
However, luck would seems to be on their side soon enough. As just under the right most circumstance they snatched Pikachu by waiting for everyone to dine at the buffet which they spiked the foods with tranquilliser meant for elephant. They snuffed Pikachu into an electric proof bag and off they went.
After ensuring a great distance and eliminate or at least greatly reduced the chance for Ash and his friends to catch up to them. Jessie pull out Pikachu while armouring herself with a shock resistance glove. The frightened Pikachu and the evil leers from his three greatest enemies. Jessie pull out a syringe with the serum given by the scientist. James started to have doubts because he either is a wimp or that he knew something not quite right or just both. Jessie insisted that he shut up and they shall find out what the serum does. She stabbed the needle into Pikachu and ignoring Pikachu cries of pain. Even Meowth started getting a feeling of being stabbed by an imaginary needle just by looking at the action.
At first, nothing happens to Pikachu. But then Pikachu started to grow larger. He burst out of his bag prison and continue to grow larger. Not only did he grow larger, his biology begin to alter as well. His limbs grew longer and forming more human like. Torso stretched and muscled like a human. Soon there is no ordinary Pikachu but naked human with yellow furs, Pikachu tails and head. The Team Rocket human are shocked to see that Pikachu new form is quite attractive but Meowth on the other hand started fuming and complaining how he meant to be the one to be injected.
Pikachu raise to stand from his new body, off balance and confused. Too confused to even noticed that his fur now failed to cover his long and beefy junk. Meowth suddenly looks so small to him and in fact their comedic duo of pokemons also looks smaller to him. He looks at his captors and anger returns to him. He attempted to thunder shock them, mayhap due to the drug he is unable to use the move at all and become scared from the result.
Now Meowth can feels that he have the upper hand despite his archenemy is now three times larger than him. With a jump kick he kicked Pikachu's junk because he miscalculated his jump. However, that seems to be effective as well as now Pikachu was both scared and also dropped down with pain radiating from his lower half, so painful that tears start forming around his eyes. Jessie then step in and offer two choices for Pikachu, either he comes with them and submit himself to their boss or they beat him senseless and took his unconscious body back to their boss. Being backed into a corner, Pikachu accepted defeat.
After a few years of handing the morphed Pikachu over to Giovanni the Team Rocket's boss. Not that Ash and his friends has given up on that day but they found themselves analysing a confusing set of trails. You see, they were tracking two foot prints of human and two small foot prints. One of them they believes it to be Meowth's so must the other be Pikachu. However, when following the trail which lead them to an opening in some forest. There were now three large foot prints and one small foot prints. However, the new large foot prints doesn't looks human at all and it is too big to be Pikachu. If only Ash knew of Pikachu's fate.
Jessie, James and Meowth now reside in some fancy house awaiting their next objective. Probably to steal more rare and powerful pokemons. This time however, they received a different kind of order. Which consists of something or how Giovanni quoted it as being someone that being a thing. Which only results in the trio confusion. So Giovanni decided to use 'your old friend' as a hint. He then ended the conversation by telling them that they can 'uses' their old friend any ways they like.
After a few days they are visited by two lower Rocket's grunts and presenting their old friends. Which turns out to be Pikachu. Now not naked but wearing a male Rocket's uniform similar to James. Also some devices that looks like a combination of a saucer like collar and some spine like contraptions strapped to Pikachu.
James also been handed some instruction stating that the contraption on Pikachu shall siphon Pikahchu's electric power should he choose to use them and they can then use that energy for their electrical needs, thus making him a giant walking power board. And should he also refuse to produce electric they can use a remote that forces him to use an electric attack. Jessie grin evilly and plug in a toaster into one of the sockets on Pikachu's contraption. Then she press the button on the remote which cause Pikachu great discomfort until he retorted with thunder shock. As per the instruction the thunder shock never got emitted but being transferred into the contraption and thus powered the toaster. However, Jessie has not been anticipated a retort from Pikachu of him swiping the toast and eating it before Jessie can retrieve it. After all, Pikachu was closer. However, this also casued everyone not including Jessie and Pikachu to be the one laughing. Which also ended with whom the laughters being whacked by an enraged Jessie.
At that night Meowth caught Pikachu standing in fronts of the power board.
A moment in the past where the anthropomorphised Pikachu were being subjected to various testing by Team Rocket's scientist team. Whom Pikachu felt bad for them as he learnt they never set foot outside which they dedicate their miserable whole life in the laboratory, but guessed that he now is too to be living in such a place. The experiment he gone through ranging from testing his new body endurance to him being lab rat to some very hard to explain inventions. One of the inventions he got accustomed to was the moment they decided to put an elaborated leash on him that looks like a saucer for a collar and a tail that shaped like a spine. The collar tighten around Pikachu's neck but not tight enough to suffocate him. However, the worst has yet to come as small hooks from the tails of the device sunk painfully into his back and logged themselves in place. The devices now is permanently fixated. He also learnt he cannot use his thunder attacks anymore as the device absorb his attacks. He at that point gave up his hope and just gone with the flow of the daily experiments. Until that was, one day he when he was as usual being used as a living power board he discovered that he can somehow transfers his consciousness into anything that was connected into the devices which now is part of him. Thus, gaining control of anything that are plugged onto him, just like how a psychic type mind control their opponent. Although he learnt to be smart about it because he discovered that cranking a toaster to high wasn't a really good idea. However, he was satisfied that the scientists hadn't catch on to his new discovery and taught the toaster was haunted.
On another day for Pikachu's usual testing.
"Pikachu, today we are going to further refine your human speech!" Said the scientist whom this one seems to be more energetic than his brethren.
"Pi-Wh-ak-n-owch-chu" Forced Pikachu.
"Ok try saying this!" the scientist ordered.
"Bit…..errrrrrrr….dot? Ly….." Pikachu strained and slightly confused on the meaning on this random sentence.
"Keep going Pikachu! You can do it!" Encourage the scientist.
"Sl-Ash?" Pikachu said but somewhat froze when he pronounced the ash part of the word slash. Ash…..And with a quick breath.
"Three…...j…..Eigt?…...C…...v?o?m" What did I just said? Pikachu now all confused.
