Summary:
A poem based on the Butcher from Silent Hill: Origins.
Cause of death?
SHOTGUN, SNAKEBITE, OVERDOSE, BROKEN HEART
STABBING: The Great Cleaver down the torso
Nurses – Lisa – shaming their mommas
Worthless roadside meat and motel two-backs
They must be gutted and gone to town with a knife
This town, Silent Hill, that wrought demon women's power
Travis' fainting health at the sirens. Brain-splitting pain following him into the butcher shop
The abused "Don't abuse me"
But an abuser covering an evil appetite
The devil inside him the mirror-people saw and tried to have killed
Blurred. Enraged. Metal and cold. Closed. "I want out!"
Smooth and unwanted, unknown anger against his self
While the Order gaslighted and gassed him. Dahlia's deceptive laugh
The killing ceremony
The Butcher kills in his sleep. That is his ceremony
Roaring "Why, Momma? Why, Momma? Why, Momma?"
They're never her. They're never her
Animals there to put on acts for Daddy
But they're things. Not Momma
Please
