This is my first story I ever wrote that contains spanking, but I hesitated to publish it, but after Confrontation, I am more confident. I have another 5 or 6 stories on my computer to publish, so I will do it soon.
More of my stories is with OC character, I like to imagine it's me that OC and it's easy to write that way, and frankly who didn't want to be the younger sister of Olivia Benson, right? :D
In this story, Olivia has normal loving parents. And she's with Alex.

Breaking the law (Part I)
"No! You can´t take me there." Said Jackie in the realization of where they were going.
"Why not? Are you afraid of your sister, Benson? Said one of the cops and grinned in the rearview mirror on Jackie.
Jackie froze at his words. "You know it? You´re taking me there on purpose. But she is in SVU she has nothing to do with my case, so there is no need to bother her." Jackie tried to persuade them. She knew Olivia would be very angry if she would find out.
'Jackie was Olivia's younger sister, she was 20 years younger and when her parents weren´t in touch, the parental duties goes to Olivia. Jackie lived with Olivia and her wife Alex Cabot. She moved in with them because she was supposed to start NYPD police academy in NY, but now she was arrested and the dream was slowly melting down.'
"Don´t worry, we don´t take you to her immediately, but you will be in the same building and you know, news travels fast." He winked on Jackie with one eye.
After several minutes, they arrived in the parking lot before the precinct. Jackie put a hood on her head and covered her face with her hands, which were now in handcuffs. One of the cops dragged her from the car and led her to the building. Jackie wasn't looking on the way. Her face was turned to the ground and covered by her hands. Then suddenly she collided with someone.
"Hey, watch where you're going." Somebody shouted.
They all froze in movement. 'Oh no, that voice. It belongs to Olivia. She has to bump just into her. That must be the cop doing, he surely pushed me on her' Jackie thought for herself.
She felt the grip on her arm was lost, so she took advantage and started running away. Jackie knew this wasn´t a brilliant idea, but it was better than to be caught by Olivia. She managed to run maybe ten meters, but then she tripped over her feet and landed hard on the ground. One of the cops was immediately at her.
"Ok, that´s it, you brought this on you yourself." Said cop and took off Jackie´s hood. He took her by her arm and lifted her on her feet and led her back to his colleague and very surprised Olivia.
"Jackie? Care to explain what this is all about?" asked Olivia and anger started building in her voice when she saw, that her sister was handcuffed.
Jackie was looking to the ground and wasn´t able to speak.
"She was arrested for robbery alongside other people, I suppose they are her friends"
The cop said for her. "We are taking her in for questioning- "
"That won't be necessary, I will take care of her."
"We thought you might say that. She's all yours and here's the video record from the security camera and witnesses statements." He handed Olivia the evidence with a wild smile on his face.
When both cops entered the building, Olivia turned to face her sister.
"I don´t have time to deal with you now, we are heading to the crime scene. I want you to go inside and stand at my table with your hands behind your head and wait for me to come. Do you understand?"
Jackie only nodded her head. But said nothing. She felt tears were started filling her eyes and she started to tremble. This wasn´t good and she knew it.
"Jackie, look at me now!" but Jackie was too paralyzed in fear and was still looking to the ground. Olivia grabbed Jackie for her arm and swatted her backside a few times than she put her index finger under Jackie´s chin and lifted her head so she could look into her eyes.
"I want an answer Jackie, DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I SAID?" Olivia said in a strict tone.
"Yes ma´am," Jackie said quietly and turned her gaze to the ground immediately. Tears were started running down her cheeks.
"Ok, now go!" was all Olivia said. Jackie wasn't waiting for anything else and entered the building. Olivia noticed that her sister was scared, but what her younger sister did was unacceptable and she had to take precautions.
"Fwuuuuu- fweeeee" a loud whistle came from Elliot. Olivia turned to him.
"What?"
"I see you have quite an authority."
"Oh shut up, and let´s go."

Olivia returned with Elliot after almost two and a half hours. When she entered the squad room she was pleased, that her younger sister was still standing at her table with her hands behind her head and waiting for her.
"Ok, put your hands down."
Jackie cautiously took her hands off her head. They were very sore and they were shaking because they were behind her head for more than two hours. She extended them toward Olivia so she could uncuff her.
"I-I am sorry, I-I-I didn´t think-" Jackie started to apologize but was cut by Olivia.
"EXACTLY, YOU DIDN´T THINK! That´s the problem Jackie, you never think about the consequences. And I don´t think I will be able to clean this mess."
"Come on" Olivia took Jackie's wrist and dragged her away. They came before Alex´s office. Olivia opened the door and pushed Jackie inside. Alex was sitting behind her desk when both sisters went in she rose her head from papers on her desk with a questioning look.
"Hi, Liv, Jackie, what's going on?"
"Hi Alex, I need your office, to deal with my sister." Said Olivia and nodding to her sister who was looking on the floor. Alex looked at Olivia and then at her sister. She realized what was going to happen.
"Ok, I think I go for a walk." And with that, she quickly exited her office.
Once the door was closed, Olivia locked and shut down the blinds, then she took Jackie by her wrist and dragged her to a near chair. She quickly unbuttoned Jackie´s jeans and pulled them down. Then Olivia put her foot up on a chair and bent Jackie over her knee. Before she knew what was happening, Jackie was being spanked. This was the first time Olivia had to give Jackie a spanking over her knee. She usually grabbed her for her arm and delivered only a few smacks to her bottom when she misbehaves, for using foul language, disobeying, or lying, but she has never given her a spanking over her knee for something serious like this before.
Jackie turned in surprise when the first sharp smack landed. Then when another four or five smacks landed her backside felt like it was on fire and she started crying from the pain. Olivia continued for five minutes using only her hand.
"I am sorry! I am sorry! Liv please stop." Jackie started screaming through her tears. But Olivia knew Jackie needed to remember this lesson, she stopped for a few seconds only to pick up a wooden ruler from the table. For that few seconds, Jackie thought Olivia actually stopped but then she saw a ruler in her hand, and a second later, her panties were pulled down. Jackie reached back with both hands to cover her bare bottom. Olivia sighed at Jackie's desperate act.
"I will be counting to three, If you don´t remove your hands, you will receive extra punishment."
"One!"
"Two!"
"Jackie I am warning you, remove your hands." Jackie only shook with her head her body was trembling, but her hands were still covering her bottom.
"Three!" Olivia sighed and removed Jackie's hands herself.
"I warned you, you will receive 10 extra smacks after this"
"No Liv please, don´t –" She didn´t finish the sentence when a hard smack landed on her bottom.
After Olivia delivered twenty smacks on Jackie´s bare bottom she started with her scolding.
"You – SMACK – will – SMACK – never – SMACK – do – SMACK – anything – SMACK – so – SMACK – stupid – SMACK – ever – SMACK – again – SMACK - do – SMACK - you – SMACK – understand – SMACK?" asked Olivia between smacks with the wooden ruler.
Jackie was now hysterical sobbing and not trusting her voice she only nodded her head. But this wasn't enough for Olivia.
"I don´t hear you Jackie!" and continued with her scolding.
"You – SMACK – will – SMACK – never – SMACK – break – SMACK – law – SMACK – again – SMACK –do – SMACK - you – SMACK – understand – SMACK?" Olivia asked again.
"YEEEES! I am sorryyyyyy! I am sooo sorry! Pleeeeeease just stop!" Jackie was screaming and tears were running down her cheeks her bottom was now turning to cherry red and felt like was on fire.
"Ok, ten more for your disobedience, and we are finished"
"Noooooooo! Pleeeease! I already learned my lesson. Pleeeeasee no moooore!" she started crying even harder. It broke Olivia's heart to see her younger sister in pain, but she knew she must be firm in her punishment.
"Jackie there is no place for arguing, you will receive ten more smacks whether you like it or not. I will try to deliver these final ten fast."
Jackie screamed with every one of ten smacks. These final ten were harder than previous smacks. When Olivia finished, Jackie was still laid across her knee and she was crying uncontrollably.
"Ssshh! It´s over now. You can get up and put back your panties and jeans."
Jackie got up from Olivia´s knee and put back her panties and jeans. She winced when the rough material of her jeans touch her sore skin. She hung her head down not daring to look at her sister and continued crying. Olivia meanwhile put down her foot from a chair and put back the wooden ruler on Alex´s table. She then turned to face her younger sister.
"Come here" Olivia spread her hands. Jackie closed the distance between them and threw herself into Olivia´s arms. She buried her face in Olivia´s chest and started crying harder. Olivia wrapped her arms around her in a tight embrace and started stroking her hair and rubbing comforting circles on her back.
"I-I am s-sorry. I-I am s-sorry. P-Please f-forgive me." Jackie tried to apologize between sobs.
"I know you are, sweetheart." Said Olivia and kissed her sister´s head. "I forgive you, but I am afraid we will have to deal with the consequences that will come from your crime.

The way to their home was quiet, nobody tried to say anything. Jackie was still thinking about her punishment, the last thing she wanted was to disappoint Olivia, and now, she managed to do it.
They all entered their apartment after they were off of their jackets Olivia said.
"I will start to do dinner, do you want anything specific, Jackie?"
"No, I am not hungry. Can I go to my room please?" Jackie said quietly and still looking to the ground. She was still ashamed and didn't want to look at Olivia directly.
Olivia sighed, it was hard for her to see her baby sister this broken, but she allowed her to go to her bedroom.
"If you really don't want to eat, you can go, but I will check on you after dinner, ok?"
Jackie turned on her heels and without another word she quickly exited to her bedroom, she closed the door behind her with a soft thud.
After dinner, Olivia and Alex sat together on the couch.
"Did you see the video from the security camera in that shop?"
"Yes, Jackie and her friends are idiots" sighed Olivia "They have cameras all over the shop and it´s even with a sound. It´s like they wanted to be caught."
Olivia and Alex watched the video on Alex´s laptop.

´Four people entered the shop. Among them was Jackie. They started to wander on the shop and look around over the place. One of the guys moved to the cashier and started to distract him when the others started stealing bottles of alcohol.
"What are you doing?" Jackie asked in terror when she saw what her friends were doing.
"You said, you wanted to draw your sister´s attention." Said one of her friends with a smile.
"Yes, but not this kind of attention." Jackie spat. "This could jeopardize my intention to become a cop." She whispered and was about to leave the shop but he took her by her collar, held her close and hissed.
"Well it´s too late, we're in this together. Take these bottles and put them in my backpack."
Jackie hesitated for a moment but then she started to fill his backpack with bottles.

"What do you think Alex? What kind of penalty could be for this?"
"I don´t know, Liv, she had the intention to leave but then she turned and helped them commit the crime. But on the other hand, she was forced to do it. I can defend her if you want. We can try to play it into the community service."

Olivia knocked on the door leading to Jackie´s bedroom.
"Jackie, can I come in?"
"No please go away, I want to be alone."
"You know I won't do it, I said I will check on you after dinner. I am going in." Olivia said and opened the door. Jackie was sitting on the bed, hugging her knees. Olivia sat beside her, she wrapped her arm around Jackie's shoulders and hugged her to her side. Jackie laid her head on Olivia's shoulder and stayed silent.
"What´s wrong? Are you sad because I spanked you?"
"No, it´s not because of you, you had every right to do it. It´s me… I wanted to make you proud, I wanted to become a cop, to do like what you do, but I screw up. And now all your colleagues know, that your sister is a criminal, I-I ruined your reputation, what will they think? I-I can´t do anything right. I-I am s-sorry I am this dis-disappointment to you." Jackie´s voice cracked in sobs. She buried her head in her hands and started crying.
"Jackie, look at me" Olivia said placing one hand on her cheek and Jackie slowly turned her gaze to her.
"You are not disappointment to me, don´t ever say that again. Everybody makes mistakes and my colleagues know that. They will never think anything wrong about you." She kissed her sister's forehead.
After a few minutes of silence, Olivia pulled away.
"Jackie I need to know something. In that video, your friend said that you needed to get my attention. What does that mean?"
"I wanted to talk with you about my stay at the academy, I wanted some advice from you, but you were either busy with Alex or you said you don´t have time, I needed to get your attention. I now realized that this way it was wrong." Jackie mumbled and hung her head down.
"Oh, Jackie, I am sorry, I will try to be here for you more, but Jackie you are right, what you did was wrong and if you will ever misbehave or do something stupid I will bend you over my knee again and spank you like a naughty child." Olivia warned Jackie.
"I-I am not a child." Jackie stuttered.
"Jackie, you are my baby sister and you will always be a child in my eyes. So if I have to I will spank you no matter how old you are. Understand?" Her eyes were soft but there was this sparkle in her eyes that indicated that there is no place for arguments.
"I know, I made a mistake. I am sorry." Said Jackie and hung her head down, she was ashamed, that it has to come to this point, that Olivia has to spank her.
"Can I get a hug?" asked Jackie with pleading eyes.
"Of course. Come here." Said Olivia and pulled Jackie into a tight embrace. Jackie snuggled close to her and rested her head on her chest.
"I love you." Jackie's voice was muffled against Olivia's chest.
"I love you too baby girl." Said Olivia and kissed her head.
