BGM-Sonic Colors DS OST-Yacker's Plea

At the Chrono Avengers' headquarters, members of the team that weren't invited to the Battle of 2099 have been relaxing in their own unique ways: Boom Sonic sleeps on a hammock. Boom Amy relaxes on a tree reading a book with glasses while eating some of Cia's home-baked cookies. Boom Knuckles spars with Ozma, training their martial art skills to the next level. Tails helps Ultimate Spider-Man complete his new gadget that they call the Gravity Well, which Miles immediately tries out near the sleeping Sonic and humorously knock him off his hammock by complete accident.

"Oops! Sorry, Sonic!" Miles apologizes to the awakened hedgehog, who glaringly grumbles his annoyance at the young webslinger.

Suddenly, everyone's attention was turned to a bright light emitting nearby. That light then revealing Cable's group of Chrono Avengers, along with Team Classic Sonic and Team 2099, arriving at the time dimension after their failed mission in 2099.

"We're BACK, everyone, after narrowly escaping total oblivion!" Sticks happily announces her return to the friends that she's more familiar with, while Teams Classic and 2099 are left totally flabbergasted standing on an island floating in a temporal pink void.

"You guys didn't tell us you'd be coming home with company." Amy said to the arrivals.

"It was a last-second decision." Cable replied.

Classic Sonic blinks, taking a quick look at this unfamiliar Amy Rose that he has never met until now and is left shocked by her appearance, "Huh. Amy? Is that you? You look different. Older, obviously."

"And possibly cuter than the Amy from your dimension." Amy smilingly quipped, "Never thought I would meet a Sonic when he was a kid. You're so adorable." She said, embarrassing him to the point of blushing.

"This is the second time this month I'm staring at myself." quips Boom Sonic, smiling as he approaches his Classic counterpart for the first time ever, "Nice to meet ya, kid. I can easily tell you're the coolest hog of your dimension."

Classic Sonic grins a thumbs-up at his Boom counterpart, "You betcha. So cool I don't need a scarf to prove it. Or bandages."

"Ha! Don't dis the sports tape, kid." Boom snarked.

And for the first time ever, Classic Tails and Knuckles meet with their Boom counterparts to have their own little awkward first meeting. "Cool! I'm holding a mini-me!" says Boom Knuckles, holding up his annoyed Classic self like he's a new toy while continuing, "From this day onward you'll be my new sidekick: Knuckles Jr.!"

"PUT ME DOWN, YOU MUSCLEBOUND MORON, BEFORE I KNOCK YOU DOWN!" Classic Knuckles ragefully yells at his older self.

"You two are off to a great friendship." Boom Tails remarks sarcastically, sweatdropping alongside his Classic self.

"Try not to kill yourself, Knuckles." Classic Tails said.

"Which one?" Both Knuckles casually responded, causing both Tails to facepalm in tiredness of their stupidity.

Meanwhile, Ultimate Spider-Man reunites with his 2099 counterpart and Summer Rose, greeting them both with a wave. "Hey Mi-Spider-Man 2099. Long time no see. How's the future been treating you?" Miles ask him.

"Up until now, okay. Didn't know you're a part of this team." Miguel replied.

"It's my new part-time job. Protecting history has been helping me boost my history grade." Miles quipped, before facing Summer, "And if I remember our history…You're Ruby's future granddaughter. We met back when the Inheritors were a problem. We didn't really talk, I only noticed you from across the room."

Summer smiles, "Yeah, I remember. It's nice to see you again." She then frowns, "Wish it was under better circumstances. Where are we anyway?"

"You are in the Time Sanctuary, headquarters of the Chrono Avengers." says Ozma while approaching the futuristic huntress, "This island holds the history of the entire multiverse, and we have been recruited to protect it from the evils that wish to alter it for their own purposes."

"And who are you?" Elsa steps forward to ask for his identity.

Ozma smiles, "My name is Ozma. A pleasure to meet you all. I'm glad to see everyone made it here safe."

"It was dangerously close, Ozma." Salem sighs in relief as she hugs her boyfriend, "We barely escaped from that timeline alive."

"I wish I was there to lend support, but all of us recently returned from our own missions. We didn't suspect Kang would suddenly invade 2099." Ozma frowns, comforting his tired girlfriend as its plainly obvious the mission in 2099 was excruciatingly difficult.

"Speaking of, just what the SHOCK happened to my timeline?" Miguel asked sternly, wanting answers right away. "My friends, my city, everything was being consumed by a weird light by the time we were forced to escape with our lives!"

"Allow me to answer your question." said a calm, mysterious, female voice that Miguel, nor does Team Classic and the rest of Team 2099, don't recognize at all.

BGM-Hyrule Warriors OST-Hidden Skill Training

All teams gather together as they turn to the source of the voice. They stare a temple to find the living source, Cia walking down its steps alongside Nick Fury. "The legendary Nick Fury…?" Miguel recognizes the SHIELD Director from when they met during the Superior Empire War, before staring at the mysterious Cia, "And…who is that exotic beauty?" He instantly finds himself enamored by the beautiful Time Guardian, which quickly got Summer annoyed and jealous glaring at him.

"She's Cia, the Chronoan Protector of Time. She's the one that founded the Chrono Avengers to fight against Kang." Silver answers his enamored friend with a smile.

"Chronoan? As in, a resident from the lost Chronoa Kingdom?" Summer retorts in utter shock, having heard of Chronoa in legends and myths.

"The last LIVING resident of Chronoa, after my kingdom was destroyed by our own god. That's a story I won't bore you right now." The smiling Cia answered.

"So you're like me." Classic Knuckles commented, noting the immediate similarities of themselves being the last of their respective kind.

Smugingly, Summer faces her ex-boyfriend with, "Ha! Told you Chronoa was real."

"Congratulations, you want a cookie?" Miguel retorts stoically, indifferent to the fact that Cia is a living Chronoan.

"It is truly an honor finally meeting you. The Spider-Man of 2099. And the Sonic the Hedgehog of the Classic Age. Two of the legendary heroes that saved all of time from not just the Time Eater, but from other threats to the timestream like Infinite and Walker Sloan. Welcome to my island." Cia said, formally bowing to the two legendary heroes that are gracing her with their presence. As the Time Guardian stand straight again, she frowns, "I do wish our first meeting wasn't during this ancient grave crisis to the timestream."

"I'm assuming you mean this Time War, with Kang and his Solaris Project." Miguel crosses his arms as he spoke.

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Creeping Anxiety

Cia nods somberly, "That's right. And I apologize that your timeline has gotten caught in the conflict."

"No need for apologizes. This is all on Kang for being stupid enough trying to revive a Time God. Just tell me what happened to the people of Nueva Vale." Miguel requests politely.

"It's not just Nueva Vale. The entire United States of your era disappeared without a trace." Fury proclaimed.

A confused Miguel remarks, "Disappeared?"

With her magic, Cia shows a projection displaying the world map of Mobiant Earth 2099 in its current status. The holographic globe rotates to every major continent until it stops at North America to show something is missing from it. It took a quick moment, but the heroes were shocked to realize that what was missing is the United States of America. The entire country seemingly wiped off the face of the planet.

Elsa gasps in shock, "The United States…!"

"The whole country's gone! How did that happen?!" A horrified Tails exclaimed.

"You can thank Kang's technology. It's advanced enough to steal cities and relocate them across dimensions, or seal them outside the flow of time, keeping them as 'trophies' for a successful conquest." Cia frowned. Her projection of the Future Earth zooms into various locations, cities and people being effortlessly conquered by Kang's forces, "With the disappearance of most of Earth's heroes, the rest of the 2099 World will be conquered in less than a few hours. There's nothing else we can do for them now."

"That's terrible." Summer comments somberly.

"Wait! If 2099 is conquered, then that would mean my future is now under his control!" Silver realizes in his horror and shock that history is changing and his timeline is now also in control of Kang.

Cia frowns at her silver hedgehog friend, "I'm afraid so. Sorry, Silver. We'll save both timelines, I swear. But we can't just rush in without a plan." She said, sadly leaving him frustrated that he can't do anything to save his timeline at the moment.

Miguel snarls, also left frustrated that he failed to protect his home from the time-traveling conqueror. "We underestimated Kang. He's more powerful than any of us could've prepared for." He said somberly.

BGM-Sonic Battle OST-Emerl Configuration

"I'd beg to differ. Cable, can you send me all the data you collected when you were in 2099 for analysis?" asks Boom Tails, while whipping out and sliding open the handles of an ancient, yet highly advanced yellow tablet called AVA for a purpose. Cable complies and sends the data to the fox's tablet for a quick analysis. "I've been studying Kang's technology for a while now. And while it is fascinatingly BEYOND advance enough to steal cities from their timelines, it shouldn't be possible for him to steal countries as big as the U.S. without ripping a hole in the space-time continuum. That would require him to properly control a TREMENDOUS amount of power. According to this new data, he didn't use any Spacetime Towers that he'd normally used to transport cities. Instead, a form of 'chaotic energy' stored within his warship was harnessed to warp spacetime to capture the country."

"It's gotta be the Master Emerald!" Classic Knuckles retorted. "That must be why he had Stryfe steal it from me!"

Classic Tails then joins the conversation with his comments, "The way his warship drained color and life from the city before tearing that space apart, reminded me of how the Time Eater captured locations from across time and stuck them in a white limbo."

"And the Time Eater was simply a reincarnated form of Solaris. And the purpose of the Solaris Project is to harness his powers and unlock the full potential of the timestream." Boom Tails continued. "He must've developed a System based off Solaris for experiments to replicate his abilities over time. By the time he's able to reassemble Solaris, he'll have enough data to control him without fail!"

Fury responds, "Excellent theory. It fits perfectly in-line with the Syndicate's recent actions with Iblis and Chronoa."

"And Kang's recent interest in the Time Factor that was hidden in these two." Cable adds, pointing to Miguel and Classic Sonic as he continues, "And who knows how many more. This has all been one crazy chrono-crossing experiment to develop the perfect means in controlling Solaris, if they're able to steal back Iblis."

"He's certainly learning from the mistakes of Project Pegasus." Fury scoffed.

BGM-Mega Man ZX Tunes OST- Fate - Deep-Seated Grudge

"Yes, I certainly am learning from your embarrassing failure." expresses Kang the Conqueror, making a rather sudden appearance in the Time Sanctuary as a hologram to mock and taunt his enemies.

Sticks screams, "AAAAAH! It's the ghost of Kang!" after being surprised by Kang just like the rest of her friends.

"No, a hologram!" Miguel retorted.

"Seems like magic, doesn't it? That's how primitives ALWAYS view new technology, as magic." Kang continues with the mocking.

"How are you projecting yourself here, Kang? This Time Sanctuary is protected by a barrier." Cia asked, scowling at her ancient rival that has been a source for most of her problems over the eons.

Kang faces his old foe and mockingly smiles at her, "Ah, Cia. Looking as lovely and feisty as ever. It has been many centuries since we've seen eye-to-eye."

"Stop the flattery and answer my question!" Cia snarls coldly.

"Clearly you upgraded your fortress's defenses after my failed conquest of it, as well as your communications system to prevent me from fully hacking it from my end. Initiating a time-limited holo-call is the best way for me to speak with you and your new Time Guardians." Kang answered.

"Why, because we didn't get the chance to whoop your blue-faced butt back at 2099? Email us the time and location you want that beating." quips Classic Sonic, gesturing a mocking grin at the warlord.

Kang smirkingly scoffs, "I believe you'll discover that information soon, just as you did a good job deducing a portion of my master plan. It's true I have developed a device using the Master Emerald to amplify my chrono technology, capturing the United States of 2099 as a test of its capabilities towards the final phases of the Solaris Project."

"Just what is the real purpose of the Solaris Project? To become a god? All this trouble in a vain attempt to control a force that CAN'T be controlled without the consequences dooming all reality!" Miguel sternly asks the conqueror.

"My goal goes beyond obtaining ultimate power and ruling time and space, but to simply preserve the timestream from those that threaten it." Kang reveals his rather curious noble intentions for the Solaris Project.

"Preserve? From what threats?" Fury asked.

Kang calmly retorts, "I don't have the time to list them out for you primitives. Just know that I have witnessed futures where these great threats destroyed the Earth and nearly the entire universe. Humanity isn't prepared to combat their power, for they are beyond anything any of you have faced. Solaris's power over time is the key to protecting time. Only I am capable of harnessing his power for the safety of the future. Try and understand that my intentions are not evil. Only that I am picking up you so-called heroes' 'slack' for being absolute failures, just like how Cia and her kind failed the timestream!" He turns to the annoyed Chronoan.

Cia angrily retorts at him, "We only 'failed' because you went to WAR with us over Solaris! Killing the other Time Guardians to steal his Vessel from the safety of this very Sanctuary! We vowed to protect the timestream from anyone, including YOU, that threatened to free Solaris, the TRUE monster that wish to end the universe!"

"You were merely delaying the inevitable. You of all people across time should know the legend that the Flames of Disaster are destined to awaken. When that day soon comes, I will be ready to conquer it, along with all of history. Then the universe will embrace a new era. The New Era of KANG!" Kang grinned, proudly arrogant that he will be successful in ruling history.

"You're crazy if you think we'll let you get away with this! You're placing BILLIONS of people at risk!" Summer retorted, furious at Kang's insane conquest over the timeline.

"With great risk comes great reward. All of time will be conquered, safe under my heel! I believe our time is up. My connection is about to break down. This may be the last time we'll ever meet, for I'm about to be extra busy conquering a world that had defied me one too many times. But the stage is set. The players are distracted. Some separated from their peers. No longer will they be able to resist. There is no denying their future is bleak, for I had conquered their future." Kang said hauntingly ominous, breaking down into maniacal laughter before his hologram disappear.

"If that wasn't the example of being ominous, then I need to catch up on my English homework." Miles joked.

"What world is he about to invade? We need to intervene and prevent it from being conquered!" Ozma asked as he turned to Cia for an answer.

"Way ahead of you." said Cia, summoning a Time Scroll to her hand. "I'm sensing a major change in history that is about to occur in this era. Let me see what…" But as she opens the scroll and observes the altered history, her normal calm look slowly shifts to one mixed of surprise and pure horror, "Oh no…No. No! Nooo! He's invading THAT time period?! It all makes sense now!"

"Cia, report! What timeline is Kang going to invade?!" Fury asked, demanding to know why she is so freaked out.

Sternly, Cia faces him and the other Chrono Avengers and shows them the scroll displaying Damocles Base and a terrifying fleet of warships surrounding a familiar Mobiant Earth that she announces to Fury as, "YOURS!"

BGM-Sonic Battle OST-Frantic Event

All the assembled heroes gasp in total shock upon realizing that the 21st Century of Earth Prime, home of the Amazing Spider-Man and other legendary superheroes, is the world that Kang is about to invade. "He's going to invade the Heroic Age?! He's going to catch the world off-guard! The heroes of that era won't stand a chance!" Miguel retorted.

"Then we need to move on double Sonic speed and help 'em out before Kang wipes 'em out!" Boom Sonic quickly responded.

"Bust out that time machine and we rolling out!" said Classic Sonic, agreeing with his counterpart that they need to time travel quick.

Cable quickly takes out his portable time machine and activates it, only to be shocked that it isn't working for some mysterious reason. "What's going on? Is it broken?" Elsa asks the mutant.

"No! Something from Earth Prime is blocking me from gaining access to that timespace! I can't transport us to the timeline!" Cable retorted.

"It must be the work of a Tachyon Dam! Kang must've had the Syndicate build one in that era to prevent us from warning our allies!" Cia claims, which sounds plausible.

"That or he's using the Master Emerald to block us!" Silver claim otherwise.

Fury scowls, "Doesn't matter how we're being blocked! Bastard has been playing with us from the beginning and showed his face just to taunt us before invading the ONE timeline with the heroes that are a threat to his plans! Now we have no way to warn them of what's coming." He said somberly, as the former director and his time-traveling allies are left stumped from being blocked from the battlegrounds of the ultimate space-time war.

Solkaria Forest Zone (Main Timeline)

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Creepy Space Tree

A dark and quiet night plagues a forest region near the Kingdom of Solkaria. Tall and old trees fill most this land with their network of roots, while another portion is the ruins of an ancient castle that was once the home to the royal family of the kingdom. There are no animals or people in sight. All is quiet, except for the sparkling noise radiating off a purple Chaos Emerald floating in midair, and a demonic voice that is sounding eerily calm as they monologue.

"I can sense it. And deep in each their soul, they too sense it approaching. The curtain falling on this Time War. It was fated to happen sooner or later. Oh how the humans tried to defy the fate that I had chosen for them. Few may have altered theirs slightly, but it doesn't matter which road you crawl under, run along, or fly over. I will be there at the end of your destiny. Waiting as the end of all things. Humanity has upsetted the balance. Disrupting it with their chaos. Only I am order. Only I have the power to control the fate of all that is. For the arc of the universe bends to my will."

Then it feels like the Chaos Emerald is being gently pulled down to the palm of someone with frightening telekinetic powers. That person being Mephiles the Dark, the Devil Hedgehog from the shadows that happens to be Solaris's mind in physical form. "It is only a matter…of time." He finishes his creepy monologue, slowly looking away with a Chaos Emerald in his hand as the Devil Hedgehog readies himself for the beginning of the end of time.

KFX Here: The stage is set. Future Fight has concluded. At last, we can move onto the finale of the Time War Saga. Buckle in boys and girls. The Solaris Dynasty is gonna take you for a long, wild ride. A story that is celebrating 4 years of this series would be so ambitious. I'm gonna pull out all the stops and hope to the gods it won't crash and burn. Gonna need more time to finalize my ideas before writing the story.
