Family is always important to moms, I never imagined I would be a mom let alone a mom to Owen hunt's kids .

If you asked me 20 years ago where I would be I would have said dead .

After Allíson died I was a mess , but Owen saved me .

He saved me from killing myself and I'm grateful everyday for it .

If I wasn't here Owen would have lost the love of his life, Leo would have lost his mom and Allison my little girl would not be here and i would not be here .

Teddy paced around her room it was only 3 pm but she was ready to leave .

She put her mask on abs goes outside her room and started doing the laundry like she did every day while Owen was at work and the kids were with Evelyn .

my sweet babies were everything to me , I missed hearing " mommy mommy I drew you a get well picture " and then they would slide down the hole from the hall to her room.

I miss them a lot and I miss owen , I know he misses me .

Teddy smiled remembering last night's adventure.

Teddy walked and heard her phone buzz with a notification and saw it was owen and decided to text with him .

Teddy looked and smiled at her phone

"I can tell you miss me . Are my little kids asleep yet ?"

Owen smiled knowing exactly what to do

"Yes, they're asleep now tell me teddy , What are you wearing ?"

Teddy was set back by this not knowing what he was doing

" what are you doing owen ?"

Owen smiles abs sat " the only thing I can until I can kiss you again and make love "

Teddy just rolled her eyes and laughed resounding " are you really sexting me ? "

Owen smiles and texted back "yes I really am now just go with it . Now tell me what are you warring ?"

Teddy rolled her eyes and checked what she had on" ok fine I have my teal fuzzy socks on, my black runner shorts . A black pair of panties on , a green bra and your army t-shirt .Is that good enough for you ? "

Owen smiled to himself and replied " is it the bra with the heart In the back ? I have fond memories of that bra ;)

Teddy rolls her eyes leaving him on read and Remembering the last time she had This green bra on.

It was early June and mer was finally ok and was going home soon . I was over the moon and was doing well in everything , well almost everything there was still one thing I didn't have . I didn't have any . I missed him more than anything and I was surprised he followed me into the Oncall room

Teddy looked " sorry I just needed a minute " she started breathing heavy

" I'm just so happy Owen she's finally going home . I finally have hope . "

she walked as Owen opened the door and bumped into him laughing

Owen smiled and went to do it again as he bumped into her laughing .

Teddy looked at him laughing as he closed the door and she leaned in for the kiss .

Owen kissed abs pulled away looking at her before going in deeper .

Teddy kissed him back deeper raising her arms as Owen took her shirt off only breaking the kiss to take her shirt off ,

Owen did the same thing when teddy took his off as they moved back to the bed he pushed her down and got on her kissing her deeply slideing there pants down and he Smiles going into her slow and picked the pace up.

Teddy gaps moaning as she gripped the sheets , she missed him she really missed him.

She mosssed everything about him even the sex she missed because she was so scared he would leave but he never left Once..

Teddy laid her head on his chest as he played with her hair and smiled .

Teddy was the only person who Owen loved , she was teddy his best friend but he wanted more and he got more .

He loved everything about his teddy.

Teddy saw he was asleep and got dressed before leaving him to sleep.

Later that day she ran into him , it was awkward like they always were.

Then mers send off he held her close like always. Owen whispered in her ear

teddy looked at him and just laughed and nods .

After Meredith didn't show up they walked to the oncall room where they made love for the second time that day .

She gripped his hand hard before laying her head on his chest wanting burgers .

" I'm buying ok?" He smirks looking into her eyes and kissed her deeply going in for round three. He made love to her again and then got dressed .

Teddy smiles, and got dressed and goes home getting the kids to bed and reads the kids their book.

She felt a strong pair of arms pick her up and carry her over his back

" Owen stop What are you doing ?"

She laughed at him as he tossed her onto the bed

" I got your burgers but they do need to cool off you know "

he smirked getting his shirt off pulling her to him .

This was what her life is , she was meant for his life and everything in between .

She loved Owen more than anything in her life , she was in a good place after all this time and now she's happy with Owen and their kids ready for their next chapter of Their lives .

Owen watched teddy sleep and smiled watching , he loved her more then anyone he's ever loved , but he wanted more, he wanted to marry her and have more kids.

That night he didn't sleep all night because he was planning how he would ask her to marry him and then it hit him, he would ask her in the snow.
