Chapter 2.

As day turns to night and the moon begins to rise the lights of the city sparkle. There was a buzz around as this night was no orgidairty night. The city's college was to hold the University Ball! This was a night full of wonder and joy when the students could celebrate a fantastic year of learning. Crushes will be asked out, dresses will be brought as the Ball gives anyone the opportunity to do the things they want to and be the person they wish to be, a night of love and happiness.

"So when are they coming?" shouted Clara shouhed whilst in Rapunzel's room whilst in her shower. Rapunzel's room is painted with drawings from top to bottom with plants everywhere and ginormous stack of books. Posters of the latest bands and an old stereo player in the background playing classic jazz hits. Her view looked upon the courtyard called SummerField, surrounded by atrium trees dropping brown and green leaves. This courtyard had 4 buildings in an square with the walk paths formed by trees in their edge and a large area in the middle with benches and grass. This was where in the summertime the students would cook BBQs, have concerts, parties and relax enjoying the break. "Like 7/7.15" Rapunzel replied back. Rapunzel sat in her school hoodie but nothing more lying on her bed. Rapunzel's hair short and dark oak brown laid on her pale neck as her green emerald eyes mesmerized at the book she was reading, it was a notepad Eugene gave her for her birthday last year called "Nothing but us" it was a collection of poems he wrote for her while he would wait for her outside her classes to see her. Rapunzel would read this over and over and over with words stuck in her head. It would make her dream of Eugene and how beautiful he was, his curly brown hair and his stunning coffee colpiure eyes, she got some dreamy and red she became flushed and felt herself and the bed coming closer and it was rubbing her body. 'NO' she thought as she had to be good. The ball was in 4 hours and she wanted no distractions. "Your shower is so much better than mine!" shouted Clara, her room mate. "Can we swap rooms?" "NO wayyyy" Rapunzel shouted back, giggling to herself. I wonder how the boys are getting on Rapunzel thought to herself.

"Eugene im nervous"

They both drank their shots and Roger made a face of disgust hulst Eugene acted completely natural.

"What if she doesn't like me" said Roger

"Roger you need to stop stressing out and relax ok, Clara will love you" relied Eugene

"How did you say they met again" asked Roger

"That's a story for a little bit drunker me, ok" said Eugene as he poured another drink.

Eugene and Roger sat on a sofa whilst drinking from red plastic cups with music booming in the background. Eugene was wearing a black tuxedo fit perfectly however just to see his trimmed defined muscles. Roger on the other hand was wearing a old suit has mom bought for him it, it was bright blue with a red tie, the trousers were too short and you could see his stocks however it was a perfect suit describing Roger as person and Eugene always liked that about Roger, he was always just himself and never tried to be anyone else. Roger was a 5'8ft ginger haired boy with bright blue eyes and a sharp jawline. He was skinny however had a little bit of muscles from running and working out every now and then .He studied Economics at the same college as Rapunzel however dropped out to prepsure his art in Music to be a singer. Every time Eugene tired to get him to sing, at a party or just the two of them, Roger gets too nervous and can't sing. This is how Roger got into the Pizza business however just to pay rent, however as you are soon to find out, Roger is not the best Pizza Delivery boy.

Their apartment was in the centre of town and was in a great position for Eugene's work. Eugene and Roger became best friends when Eugene moved into the building however couldn't afford rent so looked for a roommate. He met Roger who was trying to deliver a Pizza to his neighbor who stated they 'Never ordered any Pizza' however Roger had read the address wrong and it was not 601 city avenue it was 109, which was on the other side of town. Roger being upset and knowing this last slip up ment his job was done was confronted by Eugene who invented him in, they talked, laughed and this encounter sitting and eating Pizza on the same sofa they were on now, Eugene knew they were going to be best friends.

"Roger we need to gooooo" Eugene looking at his watch shouted. "Okie Dokie" Roger said whilst nearly throwing up from a mixture of drinking and nervousness, stood up and made his way to the door as they both grabbed their jackets and started the walk to pick the girls up from SummerField.
