The doors of Capcom HQ swung open and John Phoenix strolled inside like he was a VIP, because he was. He was made a VIP after he made the Ace Attorney series Capcom's most popular franchise, and so he was welcome to go wherever he pleased.

As he walked halfway across the room, the door opened behind him and another person entered the room. This person walked up to Janet Hsu's desk.

"Hello, how can I help you?" said Janet.

"I would like all of your company's confidential information," said the guy, then he grabbed the computer and ran away with it!

"We've been hacked!" shouted a Capcom employee.

Everyone was running around in a panic because there's was lots of important information on that computer. In the commotion, John Phoenix spot a note on the floor. He picked it up and read it.

"Bah ha ha ha, you've just been ATTACKED by RAGNAR LOCKER, and we plan to REVEAL all of your SECRETS unless you PAY us one BILLION dollars! Send the MONEY to the designated SPOT or we will POST your private INFORMATION for EVERYONE to SEE! Thank YOU! Bwahahahaha!" laughed the quirkily written note.

John Phoenix had no intention of bowing to this criminal so he called an emergency meeting.

"This is most terrible, we'll just have to pay them to protect our company," said John Capcom. "We can't let the world find out we're localizing DGS."

"I don't agree," said Ryunosuke Naruodo, who was sitting across the room with Susato Mikotoba and Herlock Sholmes.

"Yes, we need to stop them ourselves without giving into their demands," said Susato. "If we don't stop them they'll reveal all of our addresses and assassins might come and kill us all."

"But how do we stop them?" said Ryunosuke.

"I have an idea!" Sholmes announced with glee. "Let's analyze the handwriting on the note they left behind!"

John Phoenix did that.

"Okay but now what, we don't have a database of people's handwriting!" said John Capcom.

"WAIT! I recognize this handwriting!" said John Phoenix. "It's Dylan Fitchar's!"

John Phoenix, Ryunosuke, Susato and Sholmes got in the Sholmesmobile and drove down to Cape West Apartments, there was smoke coming out of the window to Dylan's room.

"Dylan must have realized we're onto him and he's burning the documents he stole!" said John Phoenix.

They ran up to the third floor and Ryunosuke pounded his fist on the door to Dylan's room.

"DYLAN FITCHAR COME OUT!" shouted Ryunosuke. Dylan did not come out. "P-Please? We have a warrant..."

"Naruhodo, step aside!" Susato shoved him out of the way and she used a Susato kick to launch the door off its hinges.

Dylan was in the middle of the room trying to burn a stack of paper.

"No! You can't prove I am with Ragnar Locker!" cried Dylan.

"Then why do you have information Ragnar Locker stole?" Herlock Sholmes picked up the stack of paper, the top of which had information about John Capcom.

"B-B-B-Because I'm a Capcom employee!"

"No, Capcom would never hire someone with a known criminal record!" said John Phoenix.

Dylan Fitchar jumped out the open window and ran away.

The fire alarm started blaring in Cape West Apartments.

"What the shit's going on?" shouted Tony.

"Everyone get out, there's a raging fire coming from Dylan's room!" shouted Mags.

Everyone evacuated except for John Phoenix and his Baker Street friends who were finishing the job Dylan set out to do, which was burning the rest of the evidence of his theft. They did this because this was sensitive information that they could not allow to be revealed to the world, so they destroyed the documents to prevent that.

"Thank you for leading us to the truth, Master Phoenix," said Sholmes.

"No," said John Phoenix. "Thank you all for being useful, unlike my stupid uncle."
