A/N This Chapter is admittedly short but don't worry I'll be back working on the next one tomorrow evening

It was long into the night Walter had been in the hospital for hours and hours. The team had not long disappeared with the goal of locating the missing ex-seal. Paige was still unconscious but physically stable, although the effects of the blow affecting her memory was still unknown.

Walter was shaking with rage. Angry at himself for allowing this to happen and for allowing Tim to escape. He began to hyperventilate, the stress of the day getting to him. Stumbling to the private bathroom he managed to grab one of the new paper sanitary disposel bags to breathe into to calm himself. Sitting by Paige once more he held one of her hands between both of his lowered his head and began to weep. Her voice echoed in his mind like a distant memory "We can be together...forever".

Tim had been worked for enough government and military agencies to know how to disappear quickly. He was hidden away in a dingy shack off the grid.

Tim slammed his fists into a punch bag.

He should've been angry at himself but instead he directed his negative thoughts towards Walter and Paige.

How dare they make a fool of him! How much time had he wasted on that whore and her freak brat?! As he continued to punch away he envisioned the punch bag to be Walter and smirked as he imagined destroying his 'pretty boy' face.

Slyvester had called Drew as a courtesy. To let him know Paige's condition and that Ralph was safe with them while she recovered. He now felt physically sick. He was unaware that Drew and Paige were undergoing a fierce custody battle- between her dangerous job and the fact Ralph had not only been arrested but nearly incinerated due to his close relationship with Scorpion he had a good case. He knew he had to call Walter but he was terrified of dropping a bombshell on the already distraught genius. Walter had said once that Paige was his whole World, and he just the moon that orbits around her. But if Paige was his World- Ralph was his Sun. His whole galaxy was about to collapse.

Drew couldn't believe his luck. He'd long since moved on from Paige and recently gotten involved with a beautiful (and well off) realtor named Lisa. She was devestated to find out that she couldn't have children, but to Drew babies were messy and dirty things that took up way too much time that could be spent doing better things- like his girlfriend. Ralph however was a smart boy and could (in Drews opinion) take care of himself. As the old saying went "to be seen and not heard". Having Ralph in Drew's custody would seal the deal with Lisa setting him up for life and it didn't hurt that it would piss off Paige. Serves her right for not following him to Portland.
