I grabbed the files and headed for my apartment where I could work without distraction, I could see Kingsleys plan coming into play so I rushed to the apartment block and locked myself inside

3 hours 45 minutes later I knew exactly why the reserve had no money why some keepers where paid and looked after more than others and who was to blame

I quickly finished my report locked the files away in my portable safe and sent it to gringotts for safe keeping a brilliant invention of my own, a safe that we could access anywhere in the world take things in and out of it and then it would vanish back to gringotts into my volt I got harry one to hide Ginny's engagement ring in he now has sentimental things in it but at least he can access it. It was all Fred and Georges fault they needed a place to story money without having to take it to the bank and hay presto my idea came into force

Once I had everything, I needed I headed to Marks office passing Charlie on the way

Im here on Kingsleys ordered we have been in the dragon pub for three hours awaiting Kingsley orders and here I am to take mark to the ministry for more questioning

I know you have experience in running this place charlie you did it for a while when mark was ill I want you to take over as head of the reserve of course he held up his hand to stop Charlie speaking Hermione will be your second in command she knows the books the paper work and such and in a years time if you want we can review this arrangement but for now I want to say Charlie I know you, and this is the job you have always wanted this means you can hire and fire whop you need to you can change what you need to and you can upgrade you have the full support of the ministry and what ever funding you need to get this place up to standard I will give it to you, what do you both say?

Charlie you are first and foremost my friend but I know you have worked all these years for no reward well that stops now your salary will be tripled and we will be giving your keepers a pay rise as well

Now minster shacklebolt had made me head of the reserve on one condition Hermione here is my second she will be over seeing the accounts and many other factors but I have a few changes I would like to make and we have full ministry backing so

Ang you will be getting an assistant and we will be building you a new med bay to your standards we have a wizardtech coming tomorrow to meet with you, Stacey, you will be meeting with him to, to upgrade the cage to better standards to house more babies and stop the escaping, he looked at Hermione for a spilt second.

Red a big burly man looked like he would eat Charlie for breakfast

I know you hate nights so you and Steph will be rotating your shifts between you I know your capable of arranging you team Rota's around how you want to work I would say every month from nights to days how's that sound they both bobbed their head

And lastly the rule mark set up about no keeper can be involved with one and other had been thrown out if you choose to be a couple then we ask only one thing, you leave your relationship at the door before you start work what happens in your cottage stays in your cottage agreed
