CHAPTER 4: The new pup

When Ryder, rocky, chase and skye got to the lookout, they saw that the other pups had the pup tied in the basement, and Marshall saw them and told them to come.

(CHASE POV)

Hey there guys! Said Marshall.

I didn't care, I mean, with all these things happening… and this pup…

Chase? Chase? Said Ryder, and I quickly noticed and said that I was thinking about all these things, but rocky was way more concerned about that…

(NEUTRAL POV)

Chase wasn't lying when he said that rocky was really deep in thought, Ryder spoke to him, he moved him, but when Marshall was about to spray him with water, he spoke.

OH! Sorry! I was thinking about something that may give information on this pup…

Oh… said Ryder, seeing that this was really something, but meanwhile they were talking…

Which were from Ryder and all the pups, which were there to speak with him.

Hello? Said Ryder, and then he looked to the ropes, which were in the floor.

Oh… I think he escaped, skye, marshal, rubble, Everest and zuma search for him, I will check the basement with chase and rocky.

Ok Ryder! The pups said, but when Ryder put his feet on the trap…

He received a shock, it was weak, but it made him fall, and it also scared both pups that were with him.

ACK! They spoke.

Oh, you pup! Said chase, When I find you ill–

Calm down chase, said rocky, he is okay, he may have problems to walk but its ok.

Techno? Its you? Said rocky, confusing Ryder and chase.

It was a long time ago… when I was in the orphanage of pups, I met Techno, this is not his real name, only his best friends, like me, know it, but we became best friend really fast, because we liked the same, building things, the same videogames, etc. He likes technologic things, I like more fixing thing and recycling, but we like kind of the same things.

We were like kind of nerds, so a lot of bullies were against us, but one of them was terrible.

One day, we were working on something, and the bully sprayed us with water, it shocked Techno and he cried, but I took a machine of Techno that we used for defending and attacked the bully, he ran away… that's one of the reasons we hate water. The other thing, was that, in the orphanage, there was a pool, but Techno didn't go in it, but the gave free ice cream to whoever was near so I went there to get my ice cream, but the bully, one day, pushed me to the pool, and I was so scared that I couldn't swim, but Techno saved me and gave me a electrifier so I could defend myself, but then he pushed the bully to the pool and shocked him, he didn't die, but he stopped bulling me, because he was expelled from there because he shocked the pup with the weapon, but at least he gave me the electrifier so I could defend myself… that's why I hate water.

So you remember me! Said Techno, really happy to see him again.

But how did you find us? Said Ryder, and Techno answered:

Well, I lived in foggy bottom–

FOGGY BOTTOM?! Ryder and both pups shouted.

Yes yes… I know, it's strange, but whatever, I heard you stopped the evil humdinger of doing disasters, and I wanted to see who were the heroes, so I found a poster of you in adventure bay, because I visited, and I saw chase, rubble, Ryder, and I saw something that I couldn't believe, it was rocky! Being a hero?! I was ''shocked''!

Rocky laughed at his joke of shocked, but then he told him to continue.

So, I had the wonder room in foggy bottom, so I moved it to adventure bay, and told my plan to the mayor, she was surprised that I was a friend of one of the pups, so she accepted, and I managed to lure you and trick you… but that Marshall spraying me and knocking me out was unexpected.

Oh! That's why you shouted to Marshall and told him to check on him, right rocky? Said chase, and rocky nodded.

Wait! How is possible that you look so alike? Said Ryder.

Well… said rocky… we are more or less brothers… but I think he is tired of so much explanation, better if we go to sleep, after all, it's nighttime…
