Doc Ock's drones swarmed angrily around Kingpin as if he had entered a wasps nest.

Smoke billowed from a convenience store behind him as he lit his cigar.

"Ah, it feels like a good day to be alive! Doesn't Ironman? "

"Depends on whose perspective," Tony answered as he lowered himself down to the street.

"Especially if it's from your men."

Kingpin tilted his head as he stared at Tony.

"And what exactly do you mean by that?"

This time it was Tony's turn to act confused.

"Didn't you set this all up to gain Deadpools attention?"

"And why would that be?" Kingpin pressed as he lowered himself into Tony's personal space.

"You don't know." Tony stated as his eyes widening behind his mask.

"Then why broadcast this. Who is your target?"

Kingpin blew smoke on Iron Man's helmet as he stood to rub his chin.

"Deadpool huh?"

One of the drones zoomed behind Kingpin just in time to intercept an arrow.

"Trigger happy isn't he."

Kingpin snapped his finger as some of the drones turned their attention to the new arrival.

"Let's not beat around the bush, which one of you has the tape?"

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Well that's a shame then."

With another snap of his fingers the drones began to attack both of the Avengers.

Tony pushed himself off of the ground, blasting drones left and right as Hawkeye jumped from rooftop to rooftop to dodge the oncoming burrage.

Kingpin smiled as the drones overrun the two heroes. Happiness however turned to confusion as something jumped onto his shoulders. Black Widow steered Kingpin with her legs around his throat. Kingpin smudged his cigar onto Widow's leg effectively stunning her enough to pry her legs off his throat and throw her into the burning store.

"Think you could get the drop on me?" Kingpin questioned as he emphasized the word me.

"Yes!"

Kingpin felt a large disk shaped object collide with his cheek.

Although Kingpin was thrown backwards he maintained an upright position due to his heavyset body.

"Captain America," Kingpin smiled as blood dripped from his nose "how nice of you to drop in."

Kingpin's eyes wandered to the large rectangular object strapped to the side of the man's hip.

"Well, isn't that convenient."

Kingpin's face wrinkled as he took a defensive stance. The air around the two was stifling with aggression as if egging the other to make the first move.

Steve placed his shield up as Kingpin caved first, striking the hard vibranium.

"I'm leaving with that tape." Kingpin assured as he kept up the vicious pummeling.

"Not a chance." Black Widow said as she struck him from behind.

Kingpin grabbed Widows leg yet again slamming her against Steve. The two crashed to the ground as Kingpin dusted his hands off.

One of the drones had strayed from the attack on Iron Man and Hawkeye to grab the tape around the Captains waist.

The drone grabbed the tape, flying over to plop it down into Kingpin's palm as it rested itself onto his shoulder.

"I believe this is a checkmate." Kingpin snarked as he stroked the drone on his shoulder seconds before he heard the loud clicks of Doc Ock's mechanical arms.

"We have incoming." The Doc warned

Ock's Tentacle raised in agitation as Deadpool finally emerged from around a corner Ock had come from.

"I've got you now!" Wade yelled as he threw one of his katanas at Ock

Unfortunately for Wade the drone parched on Kingpin's shoulder intercepted the deadly toss.

By this time Steve and Natasha had recovered enough to start swing punches left and right at the two villains.

As the four of them got into a deadly street brawl Ock called for two of his drones to take the tape to safety as Kingpin and him tried to separate themselves from the three heroes.

"Well This is fun and all but I think it's past your curfew." Kingpin grinned as he pulled a flashbang from his coat pocket. The three were quick to cover their eyes as the explosion erupted.

"Damn it!" Wade yelled as he was the first to uncover his eyes.

"Fuck! Fuck!" Natasha and Steve watched as Deadpool struck the ground where the two villains had once been.

Looking around they noticed no sign or trace of the two. The drones also halted their advances on Ironman and Hawkeye effectively retreating from the battle.

"Hey!" Hawkeye yelled as Tony and he plummeted down to the two Avengers "Look what we got."

Steve and Natasha peered at the scuffed tape in Hawkeye's hand in shock.

"Fu-ck!" Deadpool hiccupped as he fell to his knees sobbing.

"What's his deal?"
