And another one.

Chapter 15: Home At Last

3rd Person POV

"Hey mom, I'm home." Said Izuku to his mother with a warm smile. The formerly slim now plump woman's eyes widened at the sight of her long lost son which began to tear up and her mouth starts wobbling.

"I-Izuku…is…is that really you?" She asks, her voice cracking. Izuku nods, tears welling up in his eyes as well.

"One and only hero nerd mom." He replied. Inko lets out a wail and sobs as she tackles her son into a hug, except he didn't fall or even budge. Izuku hugged his mother and cried as well, as his family was complete. They cried for nearly 3 hours outside their home before Izuku told her that they should go inside as to not disturb their neighbors. Soon enough, Inko broke the hug and went inside, her son's hand grasping her own. He settled his duffle bag near the couch before wandering around his old home.

"Do you want some tea honey?" Inko asks.

"Sure mom." Izuku responded. Inko went to the kitchen to make some tea and Izuku went to his room. He saw all his All Might item collection, still in one piece. The figurines, the toys, the posters, all clean and in the same spots. He saw his All Might bed and plopped down face first onto the pillow. He let out a sigh of relief and ease, knowing that he's finally home.

"Izuku! Tea's ready!" Inko called out. Izuku got up from his bed and exited his bedroom before sitting on the chair in the dining area facing his mom and the tea. He inhaled the lovely scent the tea was letting off and thanked his mother before taking a sip.

"Aaaahh that takes me back." He said after the sip with a smile on his face. Inko took a sip as well before silenced dawned upon them and it wasn't long before Izuku asked her.

"So, anything out of the ordinary that I missed?" Inko's smile diminished and Izuku frowned as well.

"Mom?" He asked. Inko took a deep breath and sighed before telling Izuku everything. From weeping for days on head because of his disappearance to Katsuki's behavior change. That one shook Izuku the most because he knows his former best friend is a brash, rude and extremely easily angered person. Now, from what he's hearing, Katsuki came down from whatever pedestal he placed himself on and started on becoming a better person. Less insulting people, less swearing, hell she said he's gotten way better control on his anger since he went to anger management class both Inko and Katsuki's mother, Mitsuki, sent him to. Of course, years of taking that class, Katsuki became a more tolerable person and doesn't bully the weak anymore. Rather, he bullies the people that looks down on other people. Izuku smiled throughout the stories of Katsuki's behavioral change his mother was telling him before an idea came to him.

"Hey mom." He called to his mother.

"Hm?" She asked.

"What do you think of calling the Bakugous here for a little…reunion?" He asked with a smirk that spells mischief. Inko smiles and shakes her head at the antics of her son who just returned an hour ago. She looked up to him and said,

"Okay, but you have to tell me what happened to you and where you went, okay?" Izuku nodded, his smile bright as ever and not leaving his face.

"Sure thing, that's why I asked if you could call the Bakugous here. That way, I'm a surprise AND I'll tell you guys my story. How's that sound?" Inko smiled before getting up, Midoriya doing the same, and hugged each other.

"I missed you Izuku."

"I missed you too mom."

"Katsuki's going to freak out once he sees you."

"Oh I'm pretty sure they all will." They both laughed a bit before Inko traces the scars she can feel on both his arms, despite them having tattoos.

"You're gonna explain these tattoos later young man." She said with a bit of anger and disappointment in her voice. Izuku just nervously laughed and rubbed the back of his head.

"I will leave no stone unturned in my story mom. I promise." He said. Inko smiled before hugging him once again before telling him to hide his stuff and himself as she made her way to the phone. He nodded and grabbed the duffel bag before looking back at her as she dials the numbers and puts the phone on her ear. She looks back at him and nods then he nodded as well before putting a finger on his lips, signifying her to keep quiet before he slipped into the shadow behind the TV with the bag. Her eyes widened as she witnessed her son disappear into the shadow of the television, literally, before shaking her head and telling Mitsuki to come here and to bring the whole family with her as she got some very good news about Izuku.

"They're coming dear."

"Alright mom." Her son said within the shadows, sounding like he's just a couple of feet away from her. She giggled before preparing more tea for her oncoming friends. An hour later, the doorbell of her home rang. Inko came to the door and opened it and was greeted by the sight of Katsuki, her best friend Mitsuki and Mitsuki's husband Masaru. She tells them all to come in and settle by the kitchen table so they can talk it out.

"So, what's the news Inko?" Mitsuki asked, excitement in both her voice and her features. Inko smiled before looking back and yelling,

"Izuku, why don't you tell them?" The trio looked at her as to who she's talking to before a shadow can be seen coming out from behind the TV, or rather from the shadow OF the TV. Soon enough, the entire Bakugou family's faces were filled with shock as the shadow stepped out of the shadows completely and revealed himself. Midoriya grinned happily as he saw their faces.

"Wassup." And a couple seconds of silence has dawned upon them once more, only to be broken by a loud yell from the Bakugous.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!"
