Chapter 25: God isn't the only one watching

Shiro's POV

I dragged the guy by the collar and threw him towards the concrete wall, nearly making him go through it.

"Let's try this one more time." I told him as he fell to the ground front side first. I stomped on his shoulder and immediately broke it, making him scream in agony before I grabbed his leg by the ankle and breaking it in one singular twist, making him scream louder. I made a Colt Anaconda revolver and aimed it on his head before cocking the hammer back with an audible click.

"This gun has 1 bullet and it will go through your skull if you don't tell me where shipment of Trigger comes from. I'll give you 30 seconds. Now 29. 28." I started counting down to prompt the man to speaking. Only when I got down to 10 did he start speaking.

"Docks of Sendai!" He confessed.

'So it was by ship.'

"What's the name of the ship?" I asked.

"Doesn't have one! All it has is a tranq-like symbol on the side! That's all!" He says. I nodded before standing up but not taking the gun off of him.

"Thanks for that. *BANG*" I told him as I shot him in the head.

"Shouldn't have invested your time in fucking 14 year olds." I said before disassembling the gun and destroying the parts under my feet when I'm done. I took out my phone before publicly sending out the info of the people I hunted down then pocketing it and started walking out where I came from, passing by bodies and blood of the people I killed till I reached the backdoor. I opened it then jumping up to roof of the building next to it. Considering I'm in Fukui, I ran all the way to the docks of Sendai which only took me 20 minutes. It was supposed to be 15 but I went and bought ice cream that I ate on top of a random roof before taking off again. I landed in one of the docked ships there before sitting down and fishing out my phone. I hacked into a couple of CCTVs in the area that watches the docks and the warehouses before tagging them AKA installing an alert system that notifies my phone if it detects the ship. I waited till the sun rises considering it's a Wednesday now, I fucked off back to Musutafu and back into Nedzu's office via shadow walking. I peeked my head out of the shadows and saw that no one was there, not even the room behind the wall. I walked out of the shadows before entering the code below Nedzu's desk to open the wall that leads to the room. It's a simple bedroom with a flat screen TV in front of the double bed and next to the flat screen is a bathroom with only a toilet in it and a bidet plus toilet paper and next to that is a single automated shower that acts like a human car wash. Aside from those, there's also a couple of small wardrobes on the other side of the bed filled with Nedzu and I's clothes considering I sleep here whenever it's movie night with Nedzu. People often question our relationship since we're very close to each other although we both don't swing that way and I don't blame them. I mean, what would you think if you saw UA's principal and the world's most dangerous vigilante cuddling each other in a half open sleeping bag in the principal's office with the projector still running and another movie is playing? Yeah we insult each other on a daily basis, make bets that I lose 86% of the time and even sleep together in the same room and even in the same bed but if I could describe Nedzu, he's a furry pain in the ass that would always have my back and I to him.

Anyways, I walked inside the bedroom and pressed the red button on the left side of the wall, closing said door. I grabbed a couple of my clothes and laid them on the bed as well as removing my guns and sword off my person and doing the same before I stepped into the shower with my costume still on. I pressed the manual and the shower head starts pouring down water, cleaning off all the blood and gunk off of me and bit by bit, I started stripping down till all of it is down on the wet ground. Good thing the inside and outside of both my helmet and phone are water resistant or else I would be fucked. After showering, I got out of the bathroom and activated the dry room option in the bathroom as I closed the door. I wore the clothes on the bed which was only a pair of underwear, jogging pants with zipper pockets and a t-shirt that says "BANG!" in the middle before putting the swords on the floor, pocketing my phone, getting on the bed and turning the TV on. A couple minutes later, Nedzu, who was under the covers the whole time, groaned and lightly swore.

"Damnit Shiro, mind turning it down?" He asks me tiredly. I did what he asked before petting him above the cover. I heard him murmur an incomplete "Thank you" before he fell right back into sleep since it's only quarter to 5 and he doesn't get up till 6. I checked my phone and checked the Sendai Dock cam and nothing has happened yet. I switched from camera from camera around the dock and saw nothing weird. Fishermen arriving and going to their boats and fish vendors getting ready to open up for the day. I sighed quietly through my nose before tossing the phone lightly next to the swords before turning the TV off and just snuggling Nedzu under the sheets then taking a nap. Fast forward to an hour and a half later, I felt Nedzu starting to stir so I woke up and let go of him. We both got out of the covers before Nedzu stretched and got off the bed to the bathroom. I grabbed my phone from the floor and checked again. And as usual, nothing out of the ordinary.

'Guess they arrive at nighttime.'

"Hey Nedz, what do you want for breakfast?" I asked before pocketing my phone and getting off the bed.

"Are you ordering?" He asks from the bathroom before I hear the sounds of fans blowing in there.

"Sure." I replied as he walked out of the bathroom with his suit on. He placed a paw under his chin and looked up slightly in thought.

"Hmmm. Maybe just McDonald's for breakfast. Not feeling fancy but maybe later at lunch we can go to a teppanyaki restaurant." I nodded before pulling out my phone and pressing the red button on the wall to open the walls of our secret room that leads to the office. I walked out while picking my order and asked what Nedzu wants.

"I'll have Big Breakfast Set with Hot Lemon Tea." He says as he sits on his chair and pulls out his laptop. I nodded before picking it and picking my order which is the same but I ordered the Deluxe Set with coffee. I tapped order and pay with cash before pocketing my phone and sitting in one of the chairs.

"There's a Trigger shipment tonight, got it from a source last night." I said while checking my phone again.

"So that's why I smelled blood earlier." He says while still focused on his laptop.

"Mhm. Food should be here in 5 or 10 minutes." I said as I continue to play some games on my phone. A couple of minutes later, our food arrived. I paid the guy before shadow walking back to the office with the food. I gave Nedzu his while I ate mine.

"So, what's the schedule for today?" I asked.

"Class 1-A are heading to the USJ today for rescue training." Nedzu answers as he took a bite of his meal.

"Hm. Heard there was a break in yesterday." I told him.

"Yes there was, the reporters got in somehow. I suppose you can check how they got in with the surrounding hidden cameras?" Nedzu asks of me.

"Just did. Turns out it's Nana's grandkid with fucking Kurogiri." I said out of nowhere while eating, making Nedzu nearly choke on the rice and eggs. He grabbed his lemon tea and before he could ask.

"I ran a DNA scan through the cameras when his hand showed up on the video and found a lot about him. Wanna hear em?" I asked Nedzu as I drank my coffee. He nods as he dabs his mouth with a napkin.

"Nana had a kid. Said kid had a family and he detests Nana for leaving him as well as heroes in general. The boy that disintegrated the gate is Tenko Shimura who was renamed Tomura Shigaraki by potato face, you know who I'm talking about." I looked at Nedzu at that one and he nods in understanding.

"Carry on." He says.

"Tenko apparently killed his entire family because his quirk activated via stress thanks to his father AKA Nana's kid. We all know stress activated quirks have a high percentage of either killing someone, causing the user some permanent damage or even death or environmental destruction. So yeah, Tenko killed his family by accident, police showed up to the scene and everyone disregarded the boy. He lived on the streets for a while till HE found him and took him in. He groomed Tenko to be his successor and here we are. If he stole something, check every single file in the file room. It may be something important or unimportant but just to be sure." I told him before going back to my meal. Nedzu sighs before returning to his breakfast.

"I get a feeling something bad is gonna happen at the USJ." I say.

"As do I my friend." A couple seconds of silence before Nedzu asks.

"Think Midoriya's gonna kill again?"

"Oh for sure yeah. Someone's gonna die today whether they like it or not."

"You're gonna be there aren't you?"

"Yup."
