We see Max (the character from the other story) walking when he had been hearing about this spider man.

Max: *psh* Spider-man? Isn't it a little obvious? Then again the costume looks good.

Venom: at least he helps people, but does it differently.

Max: *sigh* Yeah we're more kill first ask later deal. Say partner?

Venom: alright want to bite more heads off?

Max: No. In fact, let's try something different.

Max looks at a wanted poster that reads the undertaking Tombstone which the reward could feed each other for a few days but alive can feed them for two weeks.

Max: Why do we dip our toes in bounty hunting...wait do you have toes?

Venom: hell yeah!

Meanwhile

Ben was hearing about the shadow demon.

Ben: Sheesh, that thing is some sort of demon.

Jameson is announcing another news update to the crowd.

Jameson: Hear ye. Hear ye. The menace Spider Man did it again because of the gang War of the vandalizing Wreckers and the grave makers. Also the Grave makers leader Tombstone struck again to kill another fair woman.

Max was next to Ben while Jameson was talking.

Max: What is his problem? Ben notices him.

Ben: don't know he's always like this.

Max: Sorry for not introducing myself. I am Max. He said, extending his hand.

Ben: *shaking his hand* I'm Ben.

Max looks at what Ben is wearing.

Max: Are part of the royal crew? I heard they give good pay.

Ben: yeah. Hey I heard this town's chocolate supply is smaller than before it was last week. I still wonder how that happened?

Flashback

Max: venom what are you doing? Venom no!

It was the middle of the night and two stopped a group of wreckers destroying a ship and in the battle they knocked a gang member at a crate dumping almost 3lbs worth of chocolate.

The second the smell touches the venom sense of smell they froze for one second in a flash venom goes to town with all of those chocolate like a drug addict. On the bright side they were not hungry for a good two weeks.

Flashback ends.

Max: no clue.

Venom: we did that.

Ben hears his boss calling to get back to work.

Ben: Sorry Max I got to go.

Max: See yah later kid.

Venom: The guy is not bad. I still cannot believe you ape had something to satisfy my kind's hunger other than brains and organs.

Max: Okay, let's find this tombstone guy.

Back to Ben at the docks. Ben was pushing some crates. Then he starts being asked if he ever knew of the gang lead Tombstone. There were many rumors that surrounded the guy. Some say he was a man that was brought back from the dead by magic or making deals with a demon but one thing is true he takes a punch without lasting damage not enough a cannon ball can keep him down for long.

Ben: That tombstone guy is really tough.

Sailor: No way I even saw the aftermath of his attack. One night while going to eat the closest tavern found torn apart bodies everywhere and a tombstone painted in blood on one of the walls and I knew I gotta get out there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from hum you got that.

Ben: Sure sir.

But Ben wouldn't listen and he went and investigated the area.

Back with Max he tried his form of investigation at a tavern where the Wreckers hangout but it led to a bar fight even if he offered a pint it didn't work.

Venom: where is he?!

One of the wreckers though scared they don't want to give it the satisfaction.

Wrecker: Fuck you demon!

Venom: alright then *about to bite his head off when a web pulls the guy away* what the fuck?

Spiderman: You know eating like that is not good for you.

Venom: but I have to. To survive.

Spiderman shot enough webs to cover venom's head.

Spiderman: Then you sir got-

But he did finish his words due to him being tossed.

Venom: you're going to pay for that! *punches him*

Spiderman tries using their natural reflexes but somehow they are not working. Thanks to the punch it launched him to a wooden table now in pieces.

Venom: Do you know who I am?!

Spiderman: Uhhh...a walking tarman?

Venom: *grabs him by the neck* We are venom!

Spiderman: What poison already taken?

Seeing a barrel behind the creature. He thwiped a web a web at it pulling it which hits venom at the back of his head allowing Spiderman to be free from his grip.

Venom then grabs spider man and throws him into the wall.

Venom: nah poison sucked spider dork.

Spiderman using his kind instincts landed on the wall with ease.

Spiderman: say while we're here what's your business with the wreckers?

Venom: I'm trying to find tombstone.

Spiderman: Oh if you're looking for a tombstone the nearest grave is north from here.

While saying that he throws almost anything his website can get while Venom is getting irritated by the quips.

Venom gets in front of spider man. He shrinks down back to max and kicks him in the nuts and turns back into venom.

Venom: *blows raspberry*.

Ben didn't know what just happened but it was so fast he thought he saw someone familiar.

Venom then grabs him by the neck again.

Venom: listen here you little bitch we are not in the mood for games! We are trying to find tombstone!

Spiderman: *weez* Yeah you're doing a great job.

Spiderman spoke sarcastically pointing venom's mess of bodies.

Mental max: he's got a point.

Venom slaps spider man.

Venom: shut up unless you want another kick to the nuts.

He puts spider man down and goes to find tombstone.

Spiderman groans while getting up.

Spiderman: Those rumors are not lies.

Spider man webs swings to find tombstone.
