I forgot to use paragraph breaks in the last chapter and I apologize for people who care about that. (I do) Won't happen again!

Clay and Glory fought Kestrel in a 2 on 1 battle. Glory struggled to hold the wooden sword and was forced to use heavy hits to even pose a threat. Clay charged at the adult and was hit hard in the side and knocked down.
"Get up!" Kestrel shouted while she turned her attention to Glory who focused only on dodging.
"FIGHT!" She shouted to the smaller kid. Glory took a deep breath then clashed with Kestrels sword. For a second it was even but the older women could not lose and was not giving them a break.
Kestrel glared at Glory while Clay stood up to face her down. "As worthless as the rest of your tribe." Kestrel said as she prepared another strike. Clay could feel something shift inside him as he saw Glory curl up to block the hit. He charged at Kestrel without thought and was able to shove her aside until she regained her footing and the two clashed. Clay swang and hit her hard in the leg while Kestrels hit on his shoulder didn't seem to faze him. She knocked his sword out of his hand and turned to face Glory who had just grabbed her own sword to try and help Clay.
He forced Kestrel to focus on him again by punching her hard in the stomach. Kestrel's expression seemed to change and she hit Clay as hard as she could to keep him down as she ended the training session. "THAT is the fighting spirit you need! I expect that FROM NOW ON!" She roared at him while ignoring Glory who ran to Clay's side. Not that he was out of his trance, he could feel all the hits he had taken and collapsed next to Glory. He heard her faintly calling to Tsunami for help.
Kestrel hissed at Webs.
"If it stings so much, then don't let the little ones get good hits on you." Webs said blatantly while he put some berries on a spot she was bleeding. Dune sat on his bed reading a report he got from Nautilias.
Kestrel snorted. "Clay was so different today. One minute he was the usual pushover and the next he was an actual challenge. With the right training, he could use that to outperform some of the best Skywing guards." She seemed to be talking to herself.
Webs signed. "Do you think you can go easier on them? I'm getting tired of Tsunami yelling at me for you sending them back with bruises and sometimes unconscious."
Dune looked up. "There brats and nothing more. If they listened more, I would actually care about their complaints."
Webs looked like he was about to say something but Kestrel spoke instead. "If they're going to save the whole continent, then they need to be as strong as soldiers before they're old enough to drink Sizzle cider."
Webs put the berries up and got into his bed. "I'm just saying that their kids. Maybe we can be a bit nicer?" He asked the other two.
They ignored him and went to sleep. He gave a sad look at what should have been Hivitur and Asha's beds. He was originally happy to be paired with Asha, she could have been the nice mother the kids needed and Hivitur, the firm but polite dad. He wasn't meant to be a guardian and he knew it, but he had to try. For the prophecy.
Present
I swam through the cold water. How long have I been down here? Wait, has it been more than forty minutes? HAS IT BEEN MORE THAN 50?! WHERE'S A PACKET OF AIR?! Wait, I have to stay calm. Think of pork, sweet, delicious pork. Yummy and tasty. Now I'm hungry. Thanks a lot me. I rubbed my hands along the walls. The ceiling was too low for me to stand and the water was being pushed against me. Now I WAS glad that I went instead of Tsunami since she definitely wouldn't have been able to swim past this as quickly as I could walk through it.
I continued to walk and swim through the water, switching when I got too tired. The cave felt like it was getting smaller, or was it just me getting more nervous? I gave up figuring it out. How was Starflight and Sunny hold- OW! My head had hit something while swimming. A wall. A wall blocked my path. There was no way out. I had failed. There was no way I could swim back in time.
I felt the wall, there HAD to be something. Something to get it out of my way. I COULD NOT fail Glory. There was something I could hold onto. IT WASN'T A WALL! It was boulder! I could move this! I put one hand on the lower left side of the boulder and the other on the center and lifted and shoved with all my might. Was this lowering my air time? I still didn't know how long I had been down here. I shoved harder. Why was my head getting light? One final push. NO I couldn't fail, I couldn't.
I felt a rush of water and I pushed myself forward as the boulder moved enough for me to get through. I grabbed what felt like land and heaved myself up then laid still. I was in a small room. I could breathe! I laughed a bit before feeling bad pain in my arms and legs. I don't know how long I sat there but when I got a bit better, I looked around, there was light! And it moved? THE LIGHT WAS MOVING! Bugs? Definitely bugs. They wiggled around the room, at least I could see and breathe. I waited a bit longer and looked at the path forward. At least the bugs seemed to go down further. I took another deep breath and plunged down, against the flow of the water.
More swimming. More swimming, and more swimming. Wo ho. Why was the water getting more difficult to traverse through? I pushed harder against the water and could feel my legs wearing out. I needed to keep going. I could hear something, something ahead, a loud noise. What was it? It didn't matter. Why were my legs giving out? Why was my head getting light again? Why was everything getting dark…
"You, huh, are, huh, an idiot." Why did the afterlifes door greeter sound like Tsunami? "Why did you no WAIT at the other room?! You almost drowned!" She yelled at me as I opened my eyes. I was in a much bigger room but the land I could lay on still had water on it.
I looked at her, was I hallucinating? No, she was really here. "How did you get here?" I asked her while breathing heavily.
She smiled. "Starflight was able to burn the chains, it took a lot out of him though. Sunny told Kestrel that I escaped on my own and Glory knocked out Starflight then went into hiding. Not sure if it worked though." She ended.
I groaned. This was NOT the plan. "How's Glory holding up?"
Tsunami found something interesting in the water. "I didn't have time to check on her. She probably had to recharge her magic, you've been down here for about two hours."
"WHAT?!" I couldn't have walked for more than ten minutes! Time works weird underwater. "Ugg, so what now?" I asked her.
"We keep going. Luckily, you'll have light this time, and the ceiling is tall enough for you to stand, just be ready to go against the water flow." She said then helped me into the water and we set off.
"So how mad was Kestrel when she couldn't find me?" I didn't really consider she would care as much as not finding Glory.
Tsunami laughed for a second. "She almost lit the kitchen on fire! First Glory, then you. She assumes you're working together, they probably think I'm in on it too. I overheard that she and Webs we're going outside to look for us while Dune looked inside the cave."
I turned to look at her. "They're outside?!"
She laughed a bit more. "They're definitely not close enough to find us when we get out."
We continued forward. "You know, we've all been with each other our whole lives, I never realized how different it was being alone for even just two hours." At most, an hour was how long I had been away from them and even then, they were just in a room close by.
"How was it?" She asked me.
I Smiled at her. "It was nice for like five minutes, then I started remembering all the good times we had. Remember Rocky?"
"Sunny's pet rock? I remember Glory thinking it was stupid then getting upset when you forgot to feed it." She laughed.
I signed. "I wish Dune didn't get rid of it."
"Yeah, that was a sad day." She muttered. "Hey, do you hear that?" She asked.
I tried to listen harder. "You mean that loud rushing water? What of it?"
Her eyes lit up. "It's a waterfall!"
I stared at her. "And?
She face palmed. "IT'S A WAY OUT!" She yelled then pushed me forward. "COME ON!"
"Hey! I'm going!" I charged forward. I could hear it as we got closer.
"Cool, so how do we get down?" I asked her as we stared at the waterfall. I could see the sunlight near the bottom of the dark cave but didn't know how deep it went.
Tsunami shrugged. "We could jump." I flicked the side of her head.
I threw a stone down, aiming away from the waterfall.
"What was that for?" She asked.
"So we could gauge how deep it is." I smiled.
She stared for a minute. "Do you remember that the waterfall is louder than the stone?"
I gaped then sat down. "Well then what do you want to try?" I asked her.
"Do you think you can climb down?" She asked me. I thought for a minute then nodded.
"If I fall and die, tell Sunny she can have my pillow."
"YOU'D GIVE IT TO SUNNY?!" She shouted as I climbed down with the water rushing against my neck and shoulders. I grabbed a lower ledge then lowered my foot and continued this for a while. I continued to go down until I could see the outside. My eyes needed to adjust but when they did, geez.
It was beautiful. The sun hitting the trees past the low hill filled with flowers of different colors. Stones around the river that the waterfall led to looked perfect to rest on.
"CLAY! WHAT'S GOING ON?" Tsunami yelled.
I continued to stare but responded. "YOU NEED TO SEE THIS!" I yelled back.
I jumped down and landed in the river, swimming to land as fast as I could. I pulled myself up to one of the rocks and sat down, soaking in the sunlight. It felt great.
Tsunami stayed in the water and swam around a bit.
"This is SO much better than the swimming cave!" She laughed.
The orange sky, the rising sun, it all looked, perfect. "So this is outside the cave." I smiled.
Tsunami splashed some water on me. "We need to get the others. They'll love this!"
I looked back at her. "What about Dune?" I didn't think about that.
"We can take him. Just knock him out or something." She responded.
"Sunny isn't going to like that." I said.
She shrugged.
"Hey, how are we going to find the entrance?" Another thing I forgot to ask.
She opened her mouth then closed it. "I, I don't know." She then gained a look. "The sun sets that way! So the entrance must be somewhere to the left of us." She added. I nodded and then we got up and started looking for a way to save our siblings.
"How much longer?" I asked her with a tired voice. We had been walking for about an hour.
She turned and glared at me. "The more you ask, the longer it will feel!" She hissed. We had agreed to be careful in case the guardians came back.
"I wonder what Luma berries will taste like…" I wondered out loud.
"SHUT UP!" Tsunami yelled. Maybe I shouldn't have wondered aloud for the fifth time. We continued in silence. Climbing some rocks.
Tsunami smiled. "I think we're almost there! We have to be high enough to be at the entrance! Just some more climbing. Those stones look difficult to climb. I'll go first and-"
"Or we could go to the path that the guardians seem to take." I told her.
"What?" She looked back as I pointed to a path close to us that seemed to lead up with no difficulty. She hit her head on a rock then followed me. The path was really nice compared to the climbing we needed to do before. "You were way off by the way." I muttered to Tsunami as we continued to go up the path until it ended.
Tsunami groaned. "Dead end. Great."
I looked around for a second and caught something. "Some of the trees have sword marks."
Tsunami investigated it. "Clay! Remember what Dune said? Kestrel uses tree marks so she doesn't forget where the entrance is!" I definitely don't remember that.
I will need to speak to the Talons of peace about housing stolen children and making it really hard to escape. I worried greatly about Glory, Sunny and Starflight. I definitely won't tell her, but I am really glad that Tsunami came down to help me. I don't know what I would have done without someone else just being here. Tsunami kept checking the trees to make sure we we're going the right way. The sun seemed to be setting, I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. The sky was orange! I wonder what a red sky would look like…
"Clay! Look!" Tsunami yelled at me. A bunch of rocks obscured what she seemed to think was the entrance.
"None of the tree's have any sword marks." I observed. Now we just need to find the entrance. Tsunami and I walked around the rocks, she went to the left and I went to the right. I felt the rocks trying to see if anything was out of order. "What about Dune?" I Whispered to Tsunami. I doubt the other two are back. They'll probably want to be out for as long as they can to find us and Glory.
Tsunami shrugged. "Maybe he's asleep. Try not to make too much noise." She whispered back. I checked a small gap and saw something glittering. "Hey, come look!" Tsunami looked over and reached down to grab it. She pulled up and nothing happened.
She signed. "Great. The boulder is still there."
I looked over the boulders until I saw one of them, uh, how do I describe it? You know when you look at the tip of your nose and everything around it looks weird? That's what the boulder looked like. Took a deep breath and stepped through the boulder.
I was in the cave. I turned around and the boulders were still there. "CLAY!" I heard her whisper worriedly. I stuck out my hand and could feel her grab it then pulled her in.
She blinked then turned and looked back at me. "What?" She muttered.
I smiled. "Animus magic! The glittering object must make the boulders passable!"
We heard someone walking towards us and we froze on the spot. Tsunami looked at me and punched her hand and I nodded. I was going to have to apologize to Dune after this.
"Clay! Tsunami!" Sunny laughed and ran to hug us. She was uncharacteristically quiet. "Come on! Dune's asleep and Kestrel and Webs are gone. We have everything packed!" She said while dragging me to our rooms. "Hey, how did you guys get through? I didn't hear anything move."
Tsunami spoke up. "We'll tell you when everyone is together. I don't want to explain it three separate times."
"You'll only have to explain it twice if you tell us now."
I turned in surprise. "Glory!" I said as loudly/quietly as possible and hugged the shimmering image I assumed to be her. She broke her image and smiled. "Glad to see you guys again."
We reached our cave and I saw Starflight trying to fit a lot of scrolls into a bag.
I snickered while Glory rolled her eyes. "No, we are NOT taking those with us."
Starflight jumped after seeing all of us. "What if we need these?!"
Sunny spoke up. "You already have all of them memorized!" She smiled.
Surprisingly, Tsunami spoke. "We might actually need them. I'll carry them." Starflight gave her a thankful look and we finished packing everything.
I was carrying some food and weapons that we thought we would need. Tsunami was carrying scrolls and blankets. Sunny was carrying rope and clothes. Starflight was carrying some books and Glory was carrying the pillows and water. This was it. Time to leave. "So, how did you two get in here?" Sunny asked us with a questioning look.
Tsunami decided to answer. "There was a sparkling rock hidden behind some stones and when it gets turned the boulders can be passed through. We'll have to switch it when we leave."
Tsunami and I left first, then the others followed, staring in awe.
I smiled. "We need to move fast, then you can admire it all." Tsunami followed me while trying to get Sunny and Glory to stop staring and keep moving.
Starflight broke out of his trance first. "I don't think we'll need to go that far since it's going to be dark really soon."
Glory looked back at him. "Don't you have a night vision scroll in there?"
He signed. "We can only use each scroll once. The magic dissipates afterwards and it's just a piece of papyrus. Besides, only one of us can use the scroll anyway."
Sunny stared at a deer that ran through some of the trees. "Should we stay near the river?"
I looked to Tsunami who had taken the lead. "Huh? Oh yeah we should."
"So how long ARE we walking? I don't want to be eaten by a Pygmy Bear." Starflight muttered.
Sunny perked up. "Pygmy Bear's live in the mud kingdom's marshes so we should be safe."
I stared at her. "I thought you hated geography?"
She shrugged. "Doesn't mean I'm not good at it."
We tried to hide when we heard something out of place, unfortunately, I doubt we could all hide very well. It was amazing how different this place feels when the sun goes down. There were only two moons out but the moon's lights made things like disformed trees look like monsters. Sunny edged a bit closer to me after a while and Starflight an hour later.
"I don't think you know where you're going." Glory said.
Tsunami growled. "You want to lead?"
Glory shrugged. "Not really. It's way more fun to judge you."
Starflight smiled and whispered to me. "So we're not going to bring up how they moved closer to each other after they got spooked by the owl?" I snickered and we continued walking. Sunny and Starflight started lagging behind and Glory followed suit.
"How long have we been walking?" Glory muttered and Tsunami checked the Moons.
"About five hours. We should probably sleep." She said with a yawn. Sunny collapsed to the ground and we got out our sleeping supplies. Tsunami and I set up the camp and we debated whether to make a fire.
"That's a stupid idea." Glory said without hesitation.
Starflight gave a sympathetic look to Tsunami. "She's not wrong. We could attract danger, or the guardians."
"Could've just left it at danger." Glory said.
Sunny put a blanket on. "You can lay next to me!" She then took a deep breath and her hair shifted to a light orange. Tsunami felt Sunny's blanket and gave a surprised look.
"Since when did you get good at magic?" I asked her.
She gave an embarrassed smile "I think it's a sand spell of some kind. It's not super useful since I can't make it very hot, but it can keep whoever is next to me warm."
Tsunami layed next to her and Glory on the other side. "Have fun you two!" Glory smiled and they seemed to fall asleep almost instantly.
Starflight rolled his eyes then layed next to a tree. I decided to lay near some rocks. Our first day out. Pretty boring, but also pretty… pretty.
I saw a boy crying. I couldn't tell much through the outline, but he seemed similar in age to me. He was holding a long necked bird of some kind. Its chest was covered in ice. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry…" The boy muttered, holding the bird close. Four other outlines appeared around us, also mourning the bird. I sat next to the boy and hugged him tight. "She would have liked you." He muttered, while looking at me with an empty face. I gave him a light smile and gently took the bird from him. I held it and I could feel something break in me.
I woke up to Sunny splashing me with water. She was swimming in the river with Tsunami while Glory and Starflight were lying in the sun soaking in the heat. I noticed that everyone else had packed their things and the two swimming were wearing the spare clothes we brought. After getting up and putting my stuff away, we got together and started off west like yesterday. "Any interesting dreams?" Sunny asked me while we walked. She probably wanted to drown out Glory and Tsunami's bickering.
I couldn't recall much of the dream. "Something about a dead bird." I said as she gave me a worried look. "How are you liking it out here?"
She seemed mixed. "It's really nice out here. All the colors and the warmth from the sun is a nice change, but what do you think it will be like when we reach a village? What if it's been hurt by the war?" She said with a hint of worry.
I tried to reassure her but I didn't know either. "Honestly, I wouldn't mind us just walking along this river forever. It's so much better than the cave."
"I like the feeling but I miss the safety we had in the cave." Before I could respond, we bumped into the others. (How were we so far behind?) "We're stopping to eat." Tsunami said while Glory and Starflight started setting up a camp. I nodded then handed my bag to Glory while Starflight lit the fire. He immediately started blowing on his hands to heat them up and Sunny went over to use her heat charm to help him.
"Clay, come help me set up the food." Glory said to me. We divided out the food and took out the galigator meat and unfolded it from the freeze scrolls.
"Why do you burn your food like that?" Glory asked Tsunami who's pink meat was now mostly black and smelled awful.
She responded. "Cuz it tastes good."
Sunny stuck out her tongue in disgust.
"So, where exactly are we going?" I asked the group.
Starflight gave a surprised look. "Oh, I forgot that you Sunny weren't with us when we planned most of this!" Sunny and I rolled our eyes. "We think we lived in 'Claws of the clouds mountain', So we should be on our way to dessert. Of course we don't plan on actually going there, it's way too dangerous and we're definitely not prepared. We are going to head North with the river and see if we can find a Skywing village. As long as we disguise Tsunami and Glory, we should be fine." He ended.
Sunny blinked. "Why do we have to disguise them?"
Glory spoke. "Seawings are the main enemy and Rainwings are looked down on. I'm better off just changing my hair to match Clay's."
Sunny nodded. "Ok, what about Starflight? Won't he be asked questions?"
Starflight responded pretty quickly. "We can just say that I'm here on official Nightwing business. That should keep people quiet, Nightwing's magic is usually feared. Except for the Icewing kingdom that is."
Tsunami perked up. "Why is that?"
Glory signed. "Really long story that we probably shouldn't get into right now."
I opened my canister of water and stood up. "Should we look around? Maybe we're near a village already."
Starflight shook his head. "I checked over the map before we left and there's nothing nearby."
Tsunami looked bored. "The map IS pretty old. Maybe some were added?"
Glory raised an eyebrow at her. "You just want to walk around."
"We've been walking FOREVER! I want to switch SOMETHING up." She said.
I stood up. "What's the worst that can happen?"
"We get captured by Skywing soldiers patrolling the outlands that are South of us." Starflight said.
Sunny rolled her eyes. "What are the chances that we come across a patrol?"
Tsunami stood up with me. "If something happens, you can say 'I told you so'. Deal?"
Starflight knew there was no talking Tsunami out of this. "Fine. Just be careful."
"I am NEVER going to get bored of nature." I said as I followed Tsunami.
She smiled. "Yeah, I am NEVER going back to that cave EVER." She chucked the spear we took with us at a tree.
"Nice shot." I said.
She pulled it out and we kept walking. The trees were huge here. The mountains on both sides of us made me feel tiny in comparison.
"Hey Clay, think I can reach that top branch?" She asked as we looked at a large tree.
I pretended to think about it. "I don't know, gonna try?"
She grinned. "You bet!" She then jumped at and started climbing the tree.
I walked over to a tree stump and sat down to watch. She did really well at first but slowed down as she went up. The branch she was standing on started shaking and I looked up in alarm. "Tsunami!" The branch broke and I ran to where she would land.
She landed on top of me and both got up with a groan. "Thanks Clay, I'll be more careful this time." She muttered.
"You're going to try again?" I asked worriedly.
She nodded then started again. I decided to stay close this time. It took her three more tries, I only had to help her once, but she did eventually make it to the top. She gave me a thumbs up then started climbing down. "That was awesome! You're trying it at the next big tree we get to." She laughed.
"So THIS is what you brats have been doing?" An all too familiar angry voice said.
We looked to the voice and saw Kestrel staring at us with fire in her eyes. "Do you know how much trouble you have all caused?"
Tsunami growled at her. "Hope it was a lot."
I turned back to the others. Maybe we could distract her so the others could get away.
Kestrel glared at me. "Dune and Webs found the other three. I came to chase you two. So how do we want to do this? Because I'm flexible."
I looked to Tsunami who looked about ready to charge Kestrel. I shook my head at her. "It's not worth it, we'll think of something." I whispered. She signed then threw the spear to Kestrels feet.
"Good. Now MOVE!" She snarled.
We walked back to our camp and found Starflight, Sunny and Glory sitting together with Dune who put some kind of rune around them to keep them there. Webs was pacing then turned to face us with what looked like a mix of outrage and relief.
Starflight looked at Tsunami. "Told you so." Glory and Sunny laughed a bit but stopped when Dune glared at them.
"Lower the rune." Kestrel said. Dune say anything and lowered it. Kestrel grabbed Sunny. "Just making sure none of you try anything." We didn't respond and followed Webs, backtracking the way we came. I signed and looked at Glory. I had to try something. She was the one that needed to leave the most. I had to come up with something.
Webs tried to break the silence. "Morrowseer will be back in three days. Maybe you guys can leave then…" None of us responded. Even if he was right, only four of us would leave.
We walked until it got dark. Kestrel and Dune argued and Webs ended it by agreeing with Dune that we should all sleep. Dune set up another Rune around us and Kestrel sat guard.
"At least they gave us our blankets…" Sunny muttered as we all laid down in the cramped area.
Glory spoke up. "You can't see it, but I'm rolling my eyes." This sucked. I looked up and saw an eagle fly above us. I swear it looked at us then turned around. Guess it could sense the tension. It took awhile, but I finally fell asleep.
I saw someone who looked like Skywing in a prison cell. She seemed to be my age. She seemed to be talking to an Icewing who also looked our age. I couldn't hear them but they seemed to be making a deal of some king. The Icewing left, leaving the Skywing to lay down on the prison bed. The Skywing's neck seemed to have bruises around it. Like it someone had done something to it. They looked old, like she was really little when it happened. I'll have to ask Webs how that works.
Webs woke us all up. He signaled us to get ready to leave, it was still dark out.
"What's going on?" Sunny whispered to Glory.
Glory shrugged. "How should I know?"
The rune had been taken down when we got up.
"HALT! In the name of Queen Scarlet!" a voice said South of us. Someone that looked like they were wearing armor with the Skywing symbol on it looked to all of us. She looked at Tsunami and Webs with disgust then raised an eyebrow at Glory. Nine other guards followed after her.
"Two Seawings, and a Nightwing, two Sandwings and Mudwing plus a Rainwing? Curious." A guard whispered something to her. "And a Skywing." She said as Kestrel came from the river followed by two guards.
Dune looked to her and then to Webs while Webs looked at the guards.
The guard, that I assume is in charge, looked at Kestrel then smiled. "Well, isn't this a nice surprise. One of the Talons of peace with five kids from different kingdoms. Even traitors like you should know that a hundred Rainwings don't compare to a Skywing."
Kestrel leered at her.
"So why would some Talons be holding five different tribe kids captive? Or are you keeping them for something, like, let's say, a prophecy?" The guardian's response was enough for her.
The guard continued. "So these are the Heroes of Destiny. That one looks like it." She said, pointing at me. "I expected Nightwings to be less scrawny." She laughed while I stepped in front of Starflight. "Queen Scarlet is going to love this. An early birthday present is just what she was looking for. Maybe I'll get assigned to her royale guard." She smiled while lost in thought.
Dune finally spoke. "You wouldn't dare mess with the prophecy. You know what happens when someone tries to alter fate."
The guard laughed. "We all know the prophecy is fake. The Nightwings just want to be relevant. Hiding in their mysterious kingdom making up stuff. No one cares what they say."
Sunny looked to guard with determination. "That's not true! The prophecy IS real! And we WILL stop this war!"
Glory looked at the clouds. "Not a good time, Sunny."
Dune looked at Kestrel then nodded. He chucked a rock at Webs as the guard commanded the others to arrest us. Webs disappeared from view as he touched it. "Warn the Talons!' Dune yelled as Kestrel drew her sword and attacked the two guards next to her. Dune formed an air blast at three guards who charged him and prepared to fight.
Tsunami rushed towards the spear we brought and clashed with a guard behind us, Glory and Sunny teamed up on another and Starflight and I prepared to fight two coming at us.
"Kill the Sandwing but keep the kids and Kestrel alive!" The captain yelled. I wrestled a sword away from a guard and shoved him as hard as I could against a tree and turned to help Starflight who's hand turned extremely bright and blinded the guard attacking him. I slammed my elbow as hard as I could into his cheek and dropped the sword hoping that Starflight would get it.
I saw Kestrel charge the captain and a guard that was focused on Dune went to assist her. I went to help Kestrel and tackled a guard to the ground and kept him pinned. Then everything went dark.
Hope you enjoyed it. Leave critiques and questions if you want to. (P.S. If anyone has any Tribe names they want to see in this fic, feel free to tell me! Skywing named Charcoal for example. I'll write them down and put them in when needed.)
