Notorious House of Black

Chapter 01: 1980Quietly in a room of St. Mungos hospital sat a woman with fair skin, dark hair, and the bluest eyes. She was not thin as she had just spent hours trying to deliver a child. The child being the tiny sleeping bundle safely wrapped and protected in her loving mother arms. The woman was just waiting for her husband to arrive so that they may name the baby and leave. Her Husband had picked a name before they even wed. One noble and fitting for a child of the notorious house of Black. The woman held her daughter and admired the pink cheeks of her small bundle.
"Michelle, I am sorry I am late." Her doting husband said as he rushed to his wife and childs side. He greeted his wife with a chaste kiss and then stared at his child.
"Adelpha" He said with a smile. For the child's name was Adelpha. Adelpha had a small tuff of black hair atop her head and the same brilliant blue eyes of her mother. Though unlike her mother the child was not fare like her. Instead the tiny Adelpha was pink as a new babe should be. Her parents faces mirrored each other with a joyous expression. Their world was complete for they had their little Adelpha.
The family took leave of St. Mungos soon after Micheal Black arrived and headed back to their home. When they entered their house elves took to greating their masters and preparing the next meal. Michelle placed her daughter in her bassinet and went to observe the elves in the kitchen. Making sure they did not make a mistake. As the parents Michelle and Micheal went about their usual routing the child Adelpha slowly grew. They would praise her for her achievements and scold her for her failures. She may have been under one but she was still a Black.
By the end of her first year Adelpha was well ahead of her peers. Both muggle and wizzard. It would not be long until she would make the house of Black proud.
