Ashley Pitman Slave Leia?

The year is 2057 and many technological advancements have been achieved including but not limited to safe teleportation machines and popular floating cars. However with all these new advancements in technology and society, there still classic things/items from the Old World (before 2019) that are still worshiped, adored, and used. For example, The Office is still continuously binge-watched by every new generation of people, every basketball player still tries to shoot like Stephen Curry in his prime, and Star Wars is still a fan favorite of any cinematic/media universe. However with this new technological power and these still loved classic pieces of the Old World, problems are bond to arise and be created. And that is how our story begins, a beloved classic Star Wars video dubbed Moves Like Jabba (Maroon 5 Parody) influences someone to wrongly use this new technological power to fulfill their own desires and interests.

Chapter 1: Ideas

In February of 2057, while technology is at an all time high in production and results, there are still those who believe they can do even better. One of those people is Chalk (yes, that's his name), whom is currently a top student at MIT studying and hoping to engineer the next great piece of technology. While Chalk does come a fairly wealthy family, he is determined to make a name for himself through his work and ideas instead of his family's money and wealth labeling him. With that in mind, we can't find Chalk in his room or out on town with friends for the weekend but instead in a lab brainstorming and thinking.

"Come on, there has to be something. Auto drive for cars? No, already exists just too expensive for the average person.. Ohh, a device that does your taxes and Bills for you? .. no that's literately the job description for an accountant. Come on.. Instant Super Strength? And .. no that's steroids" Chalk thinks to himself, hoping tonight is the night he comes up a brand new idea that hasn't been made or invented yet. Only problem is it's 2057, and well there are no new ideas for businesses or technology left to think off. Then Chalk hears a little beeping of something but it was only his watch telling him that's its 10pm on a Friday night.

Chalk silences his watch so he get back to what he believes is work. "Yeah I know watch, it's the 2nd weekend of February of my Senior year, and I still haven't come up with something that someone hasn't already made or thought of. F^ck my life". Chalk then continues to mumble to himself while looking a piece of paper. A piece of paper that was supposed to filled with new ideas and inventions for the future, only to be filled with words and names crossed and scribbled out. Not a single idea in Chalk's 4 years of college and 4 years of high school has survived to be an original idea. Whether it's been already made, thought of, or just plane impossible/crazy (i.e. breathe in outer space), every idea he's had won't work.

While Chalk continues to mumble new ideas along with his unpromising career/life so far, his communication device (I'll just call it a cell phone from now on to make things easier) buzzes violently from a call. "Hello?" Chalk says.

"Chalk, its Bill, where you at man? You're missing everything!" Chalk's friend Bill says.

"I'm in the lab, missing what?"

"The open Frat House party, dude! Its literately open to everyone tonight man, everyone is here! Get here!"

"I can't"

"Why the hell not?"

"I'm working in the lab"

"Dude you literately do this every weekend. Attempt number 143-whatever isn't going to work either."

"You don't know that" Chalk sadly replies.

"I do and you know I do! If it's that important to you, you need to take a break and do something different."

"Like getting drunk at a frat party?"

"You got anything better to do?" Bill pauses and then says "Didn't think so"

"Alright, I'm coming" Chalk says as he packs up his notes covered with scribbles and lines crossed threw words.

Later Chalk arrives at the party and starts drinking with his friends. He begins to start having conversations with other people including a very attractive woman, whom Chalk tries to, talk to and impress but is stopped by a heavily drunk Bill.

"Haha, he tell you about all is big ideas and dreams?"

"Uh what?" she confusingly says

"shut up bill" Chalk whispers

"Uh like like, he thinks he makes someone mind control other people an-"

"Bill shut up" Chalk says as the woman is very turned off and annoyed"

"Ohh, here's one, what about time travel, you think that possible?" Bill says.

"Yeah, I'm out" she says as she steps outside and Chalk watches here use her teleport device to teleport to likely a better and less creepy party.

"Thanks a lot..time travel." Chalk says as Bill smiles and walks away as he ruined Chalks chances…

Chalk then takes a large drink to finish of his drink as he sees more people teleport away. But then something clicks.

"Time travel?! Holy sh^t, TIME TRAVEL!" Chalk says unknowingly loud to himself as Chalk finally after all this time had a true original idea. Teleportation could be redirected to Time travel rather than just travel to somewhere else on the world.
