Chapter 1: mysterious circle

Marshall was sleeping in his pup house. He was dreaming happily when suddenly the dream changed. He saw a tree and then some weard looking marks on the grass. Then he saw fighting and then he got woken up by chase.

Chase: ey Marshall Ryder asked me to go to Everest and Jake to give them a delivery, wanna join?

Marshall: sure thing.

Marshall and chase walked true the forest. Marshall and chase were bringing a delivery to Everest and Jake because the mailman hurt his ankle again. Suddenly Everest walked up to them.

Everest: marshall, chase I have something suspicious to show you.

Marshall and chase are excited to see what it is and follow Everest.

Everest: look that weard red and cyan glow it has been their for ages now but Jake said I was making it up.

Marshall: wow that looks cool

Chase: what are you 2 talking about? I don't see any glow.

Marshall: that's weard because I can see it.

Chase: you guys are joking, right?

Everest: no

Chase: come on, I'll get the delivery done you 2 pretend their is a glow okay?

Marshall and Everest: we aren't joking

Chase: spare me the joke I'll get the delivery done.

Marshall and Everest look confused at each other

Marshall: do you think it has a use?

Everest: I don't know I never went up to it, it looks so weird.

Marshall: should we find out?

Everest: I guess.

The 2 pups walk to the glowing circle. The circle was half red and half cyan. On the ground you could see markings. Marshall recognized them.

Marshall: wait I think I saw something like this in my dream last night.

Everest: me to! That's very strange

The curious pups carefully walked into it. When they came into the circle the marks lite up. Then a very bright light came over the pups. Then the circle was gone, the glow, the marks all gone. Everest and Marshall looked at each other confused.

Chase stood behind them.

Chase: Marshall you coming or are you going to stand still and dream for the rest of the day.

Marshall: did you see that bright glow?

Chase: no just you guys walking around like weirdo's and then looking at each other confused.

Marshall: strange

Chase: so you coming? Its breakfast time.

Marshall: sure

Marshall: (whispers to Everest) ill be back after breakfast to eh you know what I mean.

Everest nodded and waved the pups goodbye.

While walking away chase kept saying to marshall how obvious his joke was.

After breakfast marshall went back to Jake's mountain. Everest was already waiting.

Everest: I got a feeling something happend.

Marshall: I feel stronger than normal, can it be from that weird thing this morning?

Everest: probably, if so we should test what happend at a place nobody would see.

Marshall: what if we are making this up like chase said?

Everest: cant be, we both felt changes. We have to know what it is!

Marshall: okay I agree, let's find a place.

Everest took Marshall behind Jake's mountain (not in Jake's mountain) behind Jake's mountain is an area not many people come. Its snowy and they're are a lot of dangerous area's. Everest knows the place like the back of her tail.

Everest: people don't like coming here so we can test stuff here.

The pups start trying random things

Everest grabbed a rock.

Marshall: throw that at me, fast.

Everest: are you sure?

Marshall: yes.

Everest grabbed some rocks and started throwing them at Marshall. Both the pups noticed new powers. Everest could throw things really fast, like bullet speed and Marshall had a forcefield, it would protect him against the fast flying rocks.

Everest: wow that thing looks cool

Marshall: looks like a forcefield.

Everest: yeah that's so handy!

The pups mess around for a while and then decide that it's time for both to go home.
