THE DEMONS CHAOS.

CHAPTER ONE…. FROM RICHES TO RAGS…

Our world is not as it always seemed to be for me. When I was growing up, I was always surrounded by everything I could ever need or want. I was raised with discipline, grace, and beauty. Always taught to mind my manners and more. I was one of the many rich girls in the city of New Retro Raze City. It was an era I had always thought to be perfect. With perfect people. Perfect family's, and more. It was an era I only knew to be true. That was till one day everything was turned upside down on me. You see, back then I only knew there were three types of people. The higher class, such as Queen's, Kings, Dukes and such. Those who were rich beyond imagination. The middle class who, such as Earls and Countesses and such, though somewhat rich were below the higher class, so as such the lesser people. Then we have the lower class of people. Those who have to struggle to get by, to live off the lands and streets just to make a living. The COMMON folk if you would. Those who are even far lower than the middle class and that is what I knew. I never knew there to be "MONSTERS'' if you would, outside out gates that surrounded the city. I only knew of what I was told to protect me.

I was but a little girl when everything changed for me. I was maybe about three years old when things changed for me. I remember it well of all that happened to me as a little girl. I was prized by my family who loved me so much. For I was an only girl back then because mother said to me when I asked for a little brother or sister that she could not have any more kids. That I was her lucky little star, and as such I would forever be her only. At the time I didn't understand, but I do now. But I knew she was told that she couldn't bear any more children, I would oftentimes hear her crying and telling daddy how she wished she could give me a little brother or sister. He wished she could to he wanted to be a father to a son so badly and in truth I really wanted a brother.

You see, unlike most of the other rich family's we were a kind sort, always helping those in need when they needed it. If one could say, we're the ones that all but RULED New Raze City, sort of like how a king or queen would rule a country or something of the like. So it was just before my third birthday that my mom and dad told me they were adopting a little baby hedgehog named Cloud. I didn't know what that word meant, Adopting, but they told me since mommy couldn't have kids and give me a brother or sister I really wanted, they would be taking in someone else's child they themselves couldn't take care of no more. It saddens me that someone would do such a thing, even though I didn't understand at the time. So they took me with them so I could meet him and the moment I laid my eyes on his tiny silvery form I was in love. I told myself I would do anything to keep him happy and safe. I told mom and dad this and said I would do everything to keep him safe no matter what, saying I would be the best big sister I could be.

For the next year we had Cloud things were so good. I finally had a baby brother even though he wasn't of my family's bloodline I didn't care. I helped out in every way I could. Then one day things changed. New Retro Raze City was attacked. Marauders came and took down the south wall. The weakest of the walls. They came flooding in by the hundreds. It looked like it would never stop. They didn't come alone though. They brought other men with them. Bad men called Slavers. People who took and kidnapped young eligible men and women, even young children and teens and sold them on the slave market. I was three when this all happened, and Cloud was only two, still just a baby. We both were really. I remember my mother and father trying to take us someplace safe. I remember the yelling, screaming and the crying of kids like me, even teenagers, wondering where their families were at. If they were OK or not. Or worse. I remember my mother and father taking us to the Lockwood's home, on the way there we were ambushed by a few Marauders and Slavers.

But lucky for us Mr. Lockwood and his wife, our Godparents, came out of nowhere and attacked them. Mrs. Lockwood took hold of Silver in her arms as Mr. Lockwood took a hold of me as my mom and dad ran alongside of us. We managed to make it to their estate but soon as we enter I notices we had lost my mother along the way. I remember crying out for her as did Cloud. My father asked the Lockwood's to watch over us as he went looking for her, saying if anything should happen to him they where to take care of them for now on. He nodded as he led his wife and us down to a hidden bunker and managed just in time to close the door up as we heard someone bursting into their home, braking and taking anything they wanted. It felt like EONS till everything went quiet. I remember Mr. Lockwood, or as I like to call him at the time Papa Reggie, putting a finger to his lips telling us to keep quiet. We nodded and he opened the bunker doors, and what we saw was hell. Pure living hell. There was no other way to describe it.

It was then Cloud made a sound crying, scaring all three of us. It surprised us that he had stayed quite that long. We see Mr. Lockwood's home, or what was left of it, in nothing but ashes and burnt beams. It was all gone. We carefully walk around the mess and out to the streets. There were only but a few people left still standing. Papa Reggie saw someone he knew and ran over to them to talk with him why Mama Gigi kept us close. When he comes back he tells her what happened. It was then we went looking for my parents. When we found them it was too late. Reggie stops his wife and me from seeing the dead bodies by blocking our view but it was too late. I had seen them and I went running over to them. Their bodies were covered in blood and deep gashes. A sword was sticking out of my fathers back as he laid over my mothers body who had a deep gash in her neck. There were other wounds on her and him as well. Next to them were the bodies of men I didn't know, I soon learned they were some of the bodies of the bad men who attacked my home. Mama Gigi and Papa Reggie took me and my baby brother from the site and we looked around for anything useful. I remember Mama Gigi crying for my mother and father that day as we fled the city, my home. They took us to their Seaside home where they took care of us as their own children.

For four years they took good care of us, and our lives started to look up again. Or so I thought. Then in the middle of the night, just like before, they came again. They invaded our new home, this time coming in by sea. It was at this time I was six and my brother five. Our new parents, mama Gigi and papa Reggie were gone and had left us with the someone they knew. It was with these people who betrayed our new family. When the Marauders and Slavers came they once again burned and plundered everything in site, why the Slavers rounded every eligible child, or teen or even young man, woman and child. The people we stayed with LET the Slavers take us away as he was handed a bag of gold. It was from there our lives went from Riches to rags. But it was only a start.

As we were thrown into a cage with other kids, Cloud stayed close to me like glue holding onto me as he cried. I wanted to but I knew I had to stay strong for Cloud and the other kids. There were a couple older kids in the cage with us, one next to me was maybe just a few years older, he looked to be maybe ten. there was another much older boy as well I knew all too well. He looked at me as he held onto two other kids at his side who were crying as well. The one holding on to them was a wolf who was 14 years old. I remember calling out to him by his name, Gadget. The ones he was holding were the twins, Mica and Micha two of my best friends. At once I go over to him with Cloud and sit in his lap as we huddle with us as Cloud Cried. I was scared, so scared but I knew I was safe with Gadget. I knew he would keep us all safe if he could….

There comes a knock on a door and a deep yet soft voice as well.

A girl of 17 looks up at a small clock that was on her desk as it softly chimes 9pm. Sighing out she looks to the door as it opens and the one speaking to her walks in.

With being unable to sleep, her master leaving tomorrow with a lot of the others that left her with only Shadow's twin brother Mephiles. As they walk on there comes a scuffling sound from behind them and Phantom freezes as Eris looks around.

Nothing. Nothing but silence in the dark hallways. Phantom whines out softly as Eris looks around but sees nothing. She pats his head and he goes on. They would be at Rouge's room in just a few moment's they would be fine so long as they didn't do anything stupid. Like run for their lives. As they walk on they hear someone chuckling within the darkness. It was a dark, almost deadly chuckle as Phantom froze again. Eris pats him as she starts to slide off his arm. He sets her down as she takes a stand gulping as she tries to sound as if she wasn't scared.

The voice again chuckles darkly but this time it sounded much closer than before. She freezes as she feels a hand brush against her arm making her eep out. She turns around fast but sees nothing. Phantom turns around and looks behind them and even he sees nothing.

The new stranger stops in his tracks and takes a step back when he sees his sapphire eyes start to shine a Malachite green color. A sign that his wolf wanted out to do harm to those who hurt his mistress. The new person softly talks to him trying to get him to calm down as he kneels down some.

It was then that Rouge finally looked up from beating Scourge's ass with a chair leg from the chair she had used to stop him from scaring Eris. He rubs his head and rolls over to see what was going on and his eyes widen as he curses.

There comes a loud crashing sound as they look to where it came from. They hurry on down the hallway and see a window broken and run to it and look out. As they look out it they could see him sliding down the side of the wall with his claws tightly dug in as he holds Eris close. She was still out of it from what Sonic and Shadow could tell. As they look at one another they hear something and look to their right and see Amy on the floor shaking.

He yells out as the golden fire takes hold of him causing everyone to shy away from him. Power radiates from him as the fire bursts apart as Shadow takes on his demon form. Shadow was not playing around no more. His blood red horns shine in the moonlight, his thin long pale gold tail whips about as the scythe-like tip of it slashes the air. His claws are longer and tipped a blood red. His white fangs also shine in the lamp light as well, as his bat-like wings extend from his back. The ridges being pale gold, why the skin was red and pale gold. Pale gold on the back and red on the outside. They were ragged and torn at the edges. Sharp claws were on the tips of them as the shined in the light. His eyes were now a golden color. His fur had turned such a pale gold it was almost white. His stripes had stayed the same blood red color during his transformation.

Everyone looks on in shock at seeing his demon form. It was not only a sight to behold, but one not to mess with. Looking at everyone, he was gone in a blink of an eye as he followed Rouge out the window. Everyone looks at one another for a moment till all eyes turn to Scourge.

In the forest that surrounds Castle Blood Fang…

Eris was holding onto Phantom as if her life depended on it. Which in this case it did. She was still in shock, confused on what was going on, what happened, and why she was in his arms as they ran. She was vaguely aware of her surroundings and more. It was only when Phantom had stopped for a moment and sets her down on the ground and started to clean her wound did she come out of it some. She screams and yells out and hits him in the muzzle causing Phantom to back off. He lowers himself down to the ground and folded his ears back and slowly crawled over to her whining at her as if to say she was fine. She holds her hand to where she was bitten and blinks.

She remembers someone biting into her neck, slowly tracing their hands down her front and to her lower regions and touching her. Then she remembers the feel of fangs being ripped out of her neck and the excruciating pain that came with it. But by then she was in too much of a shock state to realize it as she fell to the floor with her attacker on top of her laughing. She remembers laying there unable to move as she heard sounds. People talking, yelling, and growling.

After that nothing at all. The last thing she remembers vaguely was being picked up and that was it. Now she was here in the depths of the forest in the middle of the night, Phantom close to her whining at her she looks to him and cries out. His eyes had started to go back to normal as he goes over to her and wraps his massive arms around her and holds her as she gathers a bunch of his fur in her hands and cries out. If Phantom could still talk he would tell her it would be alright, that he was here for her, that he wouldn't let anyone touch her again. But he could not. All he could do was whine out and hold her in his arms. As he holds her his ears shoot straight up and flick about hearing something. Growling out. His eyes turn back to their Malachite green color and he gets up with Eris in his arms once more and runs again.

Did you see them Rouge?

I thought so? I'm sure they came this way!

Not stopping again, he runs, not looking back. But he knew he had to do something fast, or he would be caught. Running on he finds a place to hide them. Running into it he holds her to his chest panting hard. Eris blinks a few times and starts to say something but he gives her a warning growl and she keeps quiet, and the moment she does Rouge and Shadow fly by them as they look for them.

Shadow growls out as he slams his fist in the side of a thick tree, snapping it in two as it falls over with a loud crash.

Shadow does as he is told as Rouge takes a deep breath and screams out a high pitch scream that would be slightly painful for regular beings but painful for someone like Shadow and his heightened senses. As she screams out she slowly moves her head around to form out an Echo map of the forest before them. Phantom tries his best not to howl out as he holds his head with one massive hand and uses the other to hold Eris who covers her ears. Growling out in slight pain, Phantom sets Eris down as she holds her head. He takes a step back and out of their hiding place as Eris tries to stop him.

But it was too late. He howls out in pain not being able to take the high pitch sound any more and runs out of the hiding place and runs off. Shadow sees this and flies after him thinking he still had a hold of Eris. Rouge sees this and stops screaming. Panting she stays where she is to catch her breath a few moments before she flies after them.

Eris on the other hand, though still out of it, she slowly peeks from their hiding place but is stopped by a light gray figure who quickly covers her mouth to stop her from screaming out, and covers them with a thick black cloak. Eris pants out terrified as the figure says something in a whisper.

Stay quiet. She will be passing in a moment. Don't do or say anything till she passes us. Understand?

All Eris could do was nod as she shook. She didn't know who this person was. But she was more scared of him than Shadow and Rouge finding her right now. Tears fell from her eyes as she dared not move or blink. As the stranger holds her close Rouge flies by them, stopping for only a moment and looks around thinking she heard something. She sees the hole in the small cave and looks in. But as she does a Cauldron of bats fly out startling her for a moment, but she only smiles and flies off to catch up with Shadow. After what seemed like forever the stranger removes the hood of his cloak and himself from Eris. He turns around, still keeping a hand to her mouth and looks around. He didn't see the white she bat any more and removed his hand from her mouth.

Alright they're gone. You're safe for now.

He walks out of the small cave and into the pathway, but Eris stays where she was too scared to move. She blinks as she looks at the stranger.

Hey you alright? I said you could come out now.

Still she doesn't move.

He asks her worriedly as he moves closer to her. But he moves too fast as she screams out and runs out of the cave pushing him to the side and runs off into the woods. With Phantom gone she did the only thing she knew to do, and that was to run. She hears the man calling out to her and coming after her but still she keeps going not looking back. She jumps over rocks, bushes, fallen trees and more.

Her legs and arms, even feet getting scratches and more. At one point she fell down and ended up cutting her right arm open. Another time she fell down the side of a small hill and ended up with more cuts and bruises, and felt her ribs crack. Somewhere at one point she hid behind a large boulder as he ran past her.

Her nightgown was in tatters and ruined beyond repair. When she sees the man run past her, she runs back the other way but steps on a twig making it snap out. The stranger turns around and sees her and goes after her once more. As she runs she ends up tripping over something again and ends up hurting her leg badly. Ignoring the pain she keeps running till she ends up running out of room TOO run. Looking around for a way out the stranger finally catches up to her panting. He holds up his hands as his cloak whips around him as a cold wind picks up and he starts to speak softly to her as he would a wounded animal.

Hey now, just take it easy miss. I won't hurt you. Please, come back from the edge of the cliff and I'll take you someplace safe.

Eris turns around balling up her fist and holding them to her chest. She slowly backs up but stops at once when she feels the edge near her. Panting she tries again to find another way out. Her tattered nightgown and braid, that somehow managed to stay together, blows about in the cold wind.

S-S-Stay AWAY FROM ME! DON'T COME ANY CLOSER TO ME YOU MONSTER!

Listen, I told you I won't hurt you. I'm trying to HELP you. Now step away from the ledge before you fall and hurt yourself more.

N-N-NO! I WON'T DO IT! I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN LET YOU TAKE ME!

The stranger backs up and this somehow makes Eris feel just a tiny bit better. She slowly comes away from the edge and when she does she sees a thick tree branch and runs over to it and stanches it up and holds it out in front of her like a sword ready to attack the stranger should he try anything. She backs up once more ready for anything.

I-I-I'M WARNING YOU WHOEVER YOU ARE! TO STAY BACK! I WON'T LET YOU TAKE ME!

The stranger takes a step and holds his hands up. He watches her with his golden eyes as she moves. She steps back when he steps forwards. But when he stepped back she stepped forward. He had to think of something and fast before those people came back to take her.

Listen, my name is Prince Silver of the Silver Crescent Moon Clan. I'm only here to help you. I won't hurt you I promise alright? Please, just put the branch down and come with me.

NO! NEVER! JUST STAY WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW!

She screams at him as tears fall. She takes another step back but stops once more when she feels nothing behind her. Gasping out she looks behind her and gulps. She looks back at Silver as her voice brakes to a whisper.

P-p-please...go...away...let me...go…

Listen I can't let you go. You're hurt badly and in shock from what ever happened. PLEASE just let me help you. I'M BEGGING YOU!

She looks at him shaking her head. He takes a step forward, but soon as he does she takes one back, almost going over. She cries out from surprise but she manages to keep her balance. Silver curses and backs up quite a bit allowing her to move forward and to some safety. As they hold their stalemate the wind picks up as clouds form over head and thunder rumbles in the clouds and lightning strikes behind Eris. Rain soon follows as Silver stands to his full height. Getting annoyed and worried for her safety.

Seeing his full height she gasps out even more scared than before. Taking a few steps back she nearly falls over the edge of the cliff. She catches herself and falls on her hands and knees crying out as she feels the sharp loose rocks dig into the palms of her hands and her open leg wound. Growling out, Silver runs to her but she stands up and swings at him, hitting him in the face and causing him to stagger back.

I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY YOU MONSTER! I WON'T LET YOU TAKE ME! GET AWAY! GET AWAY! GET AWAY!

She swings the branch at him and he dodges everyone after the first hit. On the fifth swing he catches it in his left hand and looks at her growling out as he pushes back. She gaps out in shock and looks at him deep into his golden eyes. He rips the branch out of her hands and causes her to fall down. She lays there a moment on her side till she pushes herself up and looks at him. He curses once more for having hurt her even more than she was and kneels down to help her up. But upon seeing this, she scoots back away from and close to the edge and stops. She was trapped and with no way out. She finally realizes this. Panting and gulping. Silver walks over to her to pick her up when something comes out from the forest. Silver looks behind him, and the sudden moment makes Eris scream out pushing back and having forgotten about the edge of the cliff she falls over it.

AAAAAAAAAAH!

Silver looks behind him and sees her falling and runs after her just as a white ball of fur comes running out from the forest and tries to skid to a stop but can't due to the pouring rain making the ground muddy. Silver manages to catch Eris by the hand as it manages to grab a hold of the edge with his claws and dig them in and hold on.

Hold...on.. I got...you…

Eris looks up at him and then over when she sees Phantom and screams out.

PHANTOM HELP ME!

He looks over and sees her and growling out he jumps up and onto the cliff once more and he growls out and swings his massive paw at Silver nearly making him drop her.

STAND DOWN WOLF! I'M TRYING TO HELP HER!

At that moment a new sound comes from the woods as Rouge and Shadow burst from the trees.

THERE HE IS! BUT WHERE'S ERIS AT!

I-I DON'T KNOW MASTER SHADOW! BUT LOOK THERE!

Rouge points to where Silver was and Shadow looks over and sees him. Phantom looks between the two and figuring he would have a better chance at fighting Shadow and Rouge than the stranger, he stands in front of Silver growling out taking a fighting stance. Silver looks over his shoulders and sees him taking a fighting stance. As he did he could see the other two people and one of them he recognized. His eyes widen in shock as he locks eyes with him. Shadow looks back at him and he slowly takes a step towards him growling.

WHO ARE YOU, AND WHERE'S ERIS AT!

For a moment Silver doesn't know what to do or say. That was till he heard someone gasping out and looked back and saw Eris slipping from his hands. Growling out he starts to pull her up just as Shadow takes another step, and it was a step too much for Phantom. Growling out he lunges at him swiping his claws at him. Shadow jumps back in time as he goes in again and swipes his claws at him again. He kept this up till he had Shadow far enough back he felt comfortable. He jumps back to guard Silver and Eris, Eris mostly, and growls out. Silver manages to pull Eris up and she falls on top of him as he wraps his arms around her. Shadow sees this and gaps out taking a step back in surprise as Silver helps her up.

ERIS!?

Eris hears her name and looks up in shock at him. She freezes in place as he steps forward. Phantom jumps at Shadow growling. But Shadow jumps out of the way and he misses skidding to a halt and turns around at the same time thanks to the mud as she stops in front of Rouge. Thunder and lightning go off overhead. This causes Eris to come out of it and she shakes her head and shoves Silver so hard that she steps back and falls over the edge.

At that moment everything suddenly goes into slow motion. Eris falls over the cliff with a look of shock as a silent scream is plastered on her face as she reaches out to grab onto something ANYTHING at all. Shadow looks behind him as he hears her screaming out and starts to run after her slowly. Phantom runs to his mistress as fast as he can. Rouge acts fast and flies after Eris to help her. A dark cloak being thrown off as a silver streak runs past both Shadow and Phantom. A strong powerful thin tail swinging around hitting Shadow in the gut. Time froze for but a moment as it stayed there and then sent Shadow flying back so fast he was a pal golden blur as he was slammed into Rouge. Shadow and Rouge falling in the rain and mud rolling over and over again. The silver streak dive bombing over the cliff as he holds out his hand to her.

Phantom skidding to a halt and looks over the edge whining. Eris and the silver streak fall deeper and deeper into the dark void. Shadow and Rouge finally come out of it and as Rouge helps him as they run to the cliff edge looking down. Then...nothing… everything was dead silent for a few short moments till slowly everything started to come back. The sound of pouring rain and thunder over head. The broken sad howl from Phantom as he cries for Eris. Rouge gasps out as she holds her hands to her mouth as tears fall. Shadow screams into the storm as he pushes away from Rouge and runs to the edge of the cliff ready to jump down to go find her.

ERIS NOOOOOOOOOO!

But before he could get far, a bright silver streak shot up like a comet and past him and high in the skies. It stops fifty feet in the air as thunder crashes and lighting shoots over behind him illuminating him giving him a terrifying look. Eris was in his arms limp as a rag doll. Phantom looks up barking and jumping about trying to get to them, wanting to make sure Eris was alright. Shadow stands up growling out as he holds a fist up ready to take flight to go save her. But as he tries to he finds he can't. He looks back behind him and sees his left wing drooping. Clearly busted. Growling out he yells up the Silver Demon.

WHO THE HELL ARE YOU! I DEMAND YOU TELL ME RIGHT NOW!

I AM PRINCE SILVER OF THE SILVER CRESCENT MOON CLAN!

WHAT!?

I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU, THE PRINCE OF THE BLOOD FANG CLAN TO HARM THIS GIRL ANY LONGER!

Shadow looks over at Rouge and growls out. She knew she would be in trouble later. But he looks back at the other Demon Prince.

HIS BROTHER ENDED UP SCARING HER ON HER WAY TO SEE ME ABOUT SOMETHING. HE SCARED HER AND PHANTOM, AND PHANTOM TOOK ON A DEFENSIVE STANCE. HIS BROTHER BIT INTO HER NECK AND I DIDN'T KNOW THAT HE DID. I WENT TO ATTACK HIM FOR BEING A PRICK AND WHEN I DID IT FORCED HIS FANGS OUT OF HER NECK. BECAUSE OF THAT SHE ENDED UP HURT. SOON AFTER, AFTER MY MASTER CAME PHANTOM BECAME MORE PROTECTIVE OF HER. WE ALMOST HAD HIM CALMED DOWN TO TEND TO HER.

BUT THEN SHADOWS OTHER BROTHER THAT SCARES EVEN PHANTOM CAME AROUND THE CORNER. FROM THEN THINGS TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORST. AS HIS BROTHER TOOK A STEP IT SET THINGS IN MOTION. PHANTOM GATHER ERIS UP IN HIS ARMS AND FLED ALL AROUND THE CASTLE TILL HE JUMPED OUT A WINDOW, CLAWED HIS WAY DOWN THE WALL WITH HER IN HIS ARMS AND OUT CASTLE BLOOD FANG AND RAN INTO THE FOREST. FROM THERE ME AND MY LORDSHIP FOLLOWED THEM. I AM GUESSING YOU CAME SOME TIME DURING IT ALL AND IF SO YOU KNOW THE REST.

Silver looked down at Rouge and Shadow. He looks back as Silver thinks. He looks to Phantom who had given up trying to reach Eris and goes back to guarding instead as once more thunder and lightning goes off.

SO THEN I AM TO ASSUME THAT SHE IS HIS MASTER!

Silver looks at Phantom and calls down to him.

PHANTOM WAS IT? WHAT SAYS YOU?!

Phantom looks up at Silver tilting his head to both sides thinking. He looks back at Shadow and Rouge and growls out taking a few steps forward. Silver looks at him watching him and nods.

HE HAS SPOKEN, AND AS ANY BEAST MUST FOLLOW THEIR MASTERS WILL, IF HE WAS TRYING TO KEEP YOU FROM HER THEN I WILL ASSUME WHAT YOU SAY IS A LIE!

Shadow curses out as Rouge yells up to him.

WELL UNLESS THE GIRL WAKES UP IN THE NEXT TEN SECONDS AND SAYS OTHERWISE THEN I WILL HAVE TO BELIEVE PHANTOM! I WILL TAKE HER BACK TO MY HOME AND WHEN SHE WAKES UP AND TELLS ME HERSELF WHAT REALLY HAPPENED THEN I WILL CONSIDER BRINGING HER BACK IF SHE WISHES TO COME BACK.

Shadow tries to fly up but winces in pain as he holds a hand to his left shoulder having forgotten about his wing. Rouge gabs a hold of him as she watches on. Silver looks down at him glaring at him. With a humph he turns around and flies off, Phantom close on his heels from below. But as he turns around a small yellow and white robotic fox with a propeller blade coming out of his back barks at him as he tilts his head. Eris stirs awake but not by much, mumbling something which catches Silver's attention. Humming out. He looks to the robotic fox and nods. It moves out of the way and let's Silver fly off with Eris in his arms as it flies behind him. Phantom runs below keeping place as they all leave Shadow and Rouge alone watching on.

You want I go after them Lord Shadow?

No, let them go for now. I'll need your help getting back. But mark my word, he has made an enemy out of me.

Turning around she helps him and they walk off into the night.

An hour and half later….

The storm rages on still, rain, thunder and lighting not stopping. The one named Silver sees his home in sight far ahead of him. Below him Phantom ran on trying his best to keep up with him, but it was clear he was becoming tired. T-pup flew next to Silver in the skies as they kept going. After another thirty minutes they finally make it. He flies down and sticking out his right leg he lands on the very top of the steps of his home. He folds his wings in as two men open the doors to his home up for him and he walks in and starts ordering the servants around.

QUICKLY, GO TO MY BROTHERS ROOM AND GET A HOT BATH GOING AT ONCE BEFORE HYPOTHERMIA SETS IN! YOU FIND SOMETHING DRY FOR HER TO WEAR AFTER SO PNEUMONIA DOESN'T SET IN! YOU GO GET DR. FINITEVUS AT ONCE TELL HIM TO MEET ME IN MY BROTHERS ROOM! YOU THREE GET ANOTHER BATH GOING FOR THE WOLF, GET HIM WASHED AND DRIED BEFORE HE ENDS UP SICK AS WELL THEN BRING HIM TO MY BROTHERS ROOM! Silver stops and looks behind him just as the two men nearly finish closing the door. But just before they do, Phantom busts through them skidding to a halt and starts to shake off.

THAT wolf. Now go and get his bath ready and make sure he is fully dried off before bringing him to us.

At hearing the B word, Phantom sits stock still watching everyone. He slowly starts to back up as three men come over to take him to another room for a bath. he cowers as he folds his ears back whining out.

Come on pup, it's gonna be alright. We are just gonna give you a nice warm bath and dry ye off so you can be with Master Silver.

As they near him, he jumps up and over the men and hides behind Silver gulping.

Listen wolf, either you get a warm bath now or you wait outside in the cold and wet and not be next to your Mistress. You can't be with her all muddy and wet, you will only make her sick. Do not worry my servants will take good care of you and get you washed and dried. Besides if you get sick then who would guard her from those who wish to hurt her?

He tells him in a stern tone but he softens it smiling at him.

Phantom looks up at Silver with his deep sapphire eyes for a moment and thinks. After a moment he gives him an annoyed look and snorts and walks over to the Maids to be taken for his bath. Annoyed on how right he was. After that Silver hurries to his brothers room and heads right for the bathroom where three of his female servants were waiting. He hands Eris over and he leaves to go get changed himself, T-pup staying close to him should he be needed for something. After drying off and a fast change into dry clothing, he goes back to the room to see that the maids were just finishing putting on a delicate looking nightgown on Eris just as Dr. Finitevus walks in and over to the bed the maids were putting her in.

Out of my way! Out of my way right now! Do not worry about covering her up. I need to check her over. Now go, get. Leave right now! All but you Blaze! You stay!

He points to the purple Feline who bows as the other two Maids bow and take their leave as Dr. Finitevus opens his medical bag up and takes out a stethoscope and listens to her heart and lungs his brows furrowing as he thinks.

Dr. Finitevus?

Her heart rate is beating abnormally fast for someone like her, and her breathing is a bit shallow. It is hard telling if pneumonia has started to set in or not, or if maybe it's something more.

He puts his stethoscope around his neck and lifts up her nightgown to just under her breast and looks her body over.

Some nasty cuts on her abdomen, nothing bad though. Some bruising as well. Feels like maybe a fractured rib on her right side, maybe her left too. Her legs are all scratched up, and this gash on her left side is really bad. I'll have to disinfect it and stitch it closed and wrap it up. Her feet will need to be stitched as well in a couple places and wrapped up. Her right arm has a nasty gash as well. There's a gash on her head as well. I don't feel anything more on her head. There is this nasty looking bite mark here on her neck as well. I'm guessing from a vampire, that will need to be tended to as well. Help me lift her up so I can check her back.

Nodding Silver helps set her up and Finitevus lifts up her nightgown once more to check her back. Again he listens to her breathing and nods. Silver lays her back down gently as Finitevus puts his stethoscope away as he takes out disinfection, cotton balls, gauze, bandages, a couple of syringes, some medicine, gloves, thread and needles and a few other things.

Right you can help me Silver.

Finitevus tells him as he looks to Blaze.

You come with me now. I need to wash my hands. Silver you do the same as well.

Nodding they go to do that and in a few moments they come back as Finitevus put his gloves on. He takes one of the syringes and fills it with Novocain.

Silver, take some of those cotton balls and start to disinfect the not so nasty looking cuts at once. Blaze, keep that water close by so I can wipe any extra blood from her if I need to.

Of cores Dr. Fintievus.

After filling the syringe he goes about and injects it around the wound in her leg. He does the same with the one on her arm as well as feet, and neck. Once done he sets about threading the needle and sets about stitching the worst of the wounds up, that being the left leg. T-pup lands close by her and watches Finitevus and softly whines out at him.

Don't worry little one I'll save your friend, I promise. There isn't one I haven't lost yet trust me.

He keeps working when a howl of an animal in pain sounds throughout the castle.

WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!?

Finitevus stops mid stitch and looks up tilting his head as does Silver. But T-Pup takes a tiny robotic paw and face palms shaking his head, as the maid answers him.

It sounds like that wolf that came with your my Lord.

Well it sounds like there torturing him alive. Good god what did you do Silver.

Sent him for a bath. I guess he really doesn't like them.

Finitevus eyebrows furrow as he raises one looking over at Silver shaking his head with a look of, really?, on his face, as Blaze giggles out. Silver just shrugs and goes back to cleaning the rest of the smaller wounds. Finitevus sighs and shakes his head and goes back to work himself, finishing up the leg wound and moving to the one on her arm. Once done he moves to the one on her neck and gasps out.

Vampire's Venom.

Vampire's venom?!

Only a few have been known to have it, it's a rare trait. Think of it like the venom of a Viper if you would. As you know a Vipers Venom is deadly and can kill if left untreated. Vampire's venom is pretty much the same thing. Regular vampire's venom is intended to numb the bite site as they feed so as to not feel anything but maybe a slight sting like that of a bees sting, or even pump a sort of aphrodisiac if there making love with their prey or pets, so it feels more like pleasure than pain, even turn someone into a vampire as well if they wanted to, so long as the said patron drinks their blood after.

If the fangs are ripped, or forced out, as a sort of fail safe if you would, a special type or venom will be shot into the victims neck, it will cause excruciating pain for the one they bit. Making them sick and unable to move due to the pain. It's not deadly or anything but it hurts like a mother fucker let me tell you. It won't kill, not unless the bite into a main auditory, but even if the wound is closed up, the lingering effects can last a week or more. But this type of venom can make one sick, paralyze, or even kill, it all depends in the end, and of the vampire, and since I do not know what kind of vampire done this, it is hard telling what kind of Anti-Venom I'll need to treat it since there is different kinds of venom.

Is there any way you can use like a Multipurpose Anti-venom?!

No because if I tried that, or for that matter, if one even truly EXISTED, it would more than likely do more harm than good. Quickly, hand me my stethoscope out of my bag and hand it to me.

Silver does as he is told and at once hands it over. Finitevus takes it and puts it on and in his ears and starts to listen once more. His eyebrows furrow once more, but not in a good way.

It's as I feared. Her heart is starting to slow down, along with her breathing.

I take it that's bad.

Silver yells out worried for Eris. Finitevus growls out standing up fast and yells at him making Blaze step back some.

IF I GIVE HER THE WRONG TYPE OF ANTI-VENOM IT COULD KILL HER! WE CAN'T RISK THAT! UNLESS I KNOW WHAT KIND OF VAMPIRE BIT HER I CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT NOW! ALL WE CAN DO IS HOPE SHE MANAGES OWN HER AND MAKES IT!

Sighing out, he places a hand over his face and calms himself.

I know you're worried for the girl, I am too. Remember I'M the Doctor here. Maybe if you tell me how this happens why I stitch this wound up maybe I can figure out something.

Sighing out, Silver calms down as well, and tells him what happened. It takes him about ten minutes and just as he finishes with the last stitch he looks at him.

I see. But you relayed on the wolf in order to keep her safe hmm?

Yes, from what the bat told me it sounds like a misunderstanding but I don't know. Had she been awake at the time and backup everything then maybe I would have let them take her but right now. I don't know.

At the moment T-pup barks out wagging his little wired tail. It starts to blink red as Silver, Finitevus and Blaze look over at him as a small screen comes out of his back and he opens his mouth wide as a sort of speaker comes out of it. The screen turns on as static fills it and soon a golden yellow figure fills the screen. The figure sees this and sets down his tools he was working with and looks over.

Back at Castle Blood Moon Tails office….

T-pup, is that you boy? Did you find Eris?

Finitevus, Silver and Blaze look at one another as they look at the screen and it was then the other person sees them and stairs at them a moment. After such a moment they snap out of it as Finitevus takes over.

Finitevus looks at Silver, and Blaze worried as he nods at him to go on.

She is doing alright for now but I have a bit of a problem.

What do you mean PROBLEM?

Well as I was treating her I noticed a bite mark on her neck. But it looks as if it is becoming infected fast. I did my best to clean it out and stitch it but who or whatever bit her may have injected her with some sort of venom and… well from what Lord Silver told me about how a member of the Blood Fang clan BIT her….

You're assuming that it was one of us, right?

Yes I am. So can you give us some insight?

Well you would be right. It was Lord Shadow's younger brother Scourge. He was the one that did it. He was teasing her and it went too far to the point it scared her so much that she went into shock. Rouge, one of my other brothers Female pets, attacked him to try and save her, but in doing so she didn't know he was feeding off her and when she hit him with a chair it caused him to rip his fangs out of her neck, and I'm guessing that by doing so he ended up injecting her with his Venom.

So the bat was right in what she told me. FUCKING HELL!

Silver curses out in the background now regretting what he did. Finitevus looks at him and shakes his head why Blaze tries to calm her Master down. Finitevus looks back to the screen.

Anyway, we don't know how long his venom has been in her, but it's causing problems. Her heart rate is slowing down as well as her breathing. Something tells me when she ran from Silver it caused the venom to speed throughout her body and speed up the process. If you can tell me what kind of vampire this Scourge is I may have the Anti-Venom to save her life. Otherwise we may lose her.

Tails thinks for a moment then answers.

It's hard telling really. I'm kind of new to this family but give me a few moments.

With that he runs off as Finitevus, Silver Blaze waits. He runs out of his office and down the hallway. As he makes it to the main hallway just as Rouge and Shadow walk in. Shadow had recalled his demonic side back and was now once again back in his regular form. Tails skids to a halt and looks at him.

LORD SHADOW!

He looks up as his name was being called and sees Tails running down the staircase in a panic.

LORD SHADOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM!

Tails leads Shadow up to his office as Rouge goes to get Scourge. As they near his office Shadow shoves him out of the way and runs in grabbing a hold of the screen yelling into it scaring the other two on the end.

YOU FUCKING WORTHLESS BASTARDS! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU DONE! SO HELP ME SHE DIES IN YOUR CARE I WILL RAGE WAR ON THE SILVER CRESCENT MOON CLAN AND I WILL KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU! THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN TO! YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS SILVER! DO YOU HEAR ME!?

Just then Tails walks in with Sonic who had helped him back in the hall as Tails Shoves Shadow out of the way glaring at him.

CALM DOWN SHADOW! YOU THREATEN THEM AND THEY JUST MAY LET HER DIE IN THEIR CARE! WE NEED SCOURGE IN ORDER TO FIGURE OUT WHAT KIND OF VAMPIRE HE IS IN ORDER TO SAVE ERIS! I KNOW YOUR WORRIED SICK ABOUT HER. WE ALL ARE. BUT TREATING THEM WONT DO ANYTHING TO SAVE HER!

Growling out as Sonic holds him back, Tails looks to the two once more as Finitevus sighs out as Silver could be seen hiding behind him, and Blaze behind Silver.

Listen I'm trying my best here. But I can't do anything unless I know what kind of vampire your brother is Lord Shadow.

It was then that Rouge came in with Knuckles who had a hold of Scourge who was growling out and thrashing about.

HEY LET ME GO YOU STUPID MEATHEAD! RIGHT NOW!

Knuckles shrugs and drops him right inside the room, both him and Rouge blocking the door as Rouge puts her hands on her hips and Knuckles folds his arms looking down at him. He sits up on an arm rubbing his head with the other as he looks up at him.

Gee, THANKS.

SCOURGE!

Scourge's eyes widen as he gulps out and his ears fall back against his head.

OH SHIT!

Before anyone knew it, Shadow was on him, holding him by his neck once again and slams him against a wall of the office leaving a dent in it his aura flares to life as Scourge tries to dig his claws into his arm to break free.

BROTHER...LET ME...GO!

GO ON ASK HIM NOW SO I CAN KILL HIM AFTERWARDS!

Sighing out and knowing it would do no good to try and reason with Shadow Tails goes over and talks with Scourge.

Scourge Eris is in danger of dying right now. We think when you ripped your fangs out of her after Rouge attacked you, you injected her with your venom and we need to know what kind of vampire you are in order to save her.

Scourge struggles, trying to breath. Tails rests an Arm on Shadows and looks at him.

Shadow, please let up. He can't breathe with you killing him right now.

Growling out he looks at Tails and he nods letting go. Scourge drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes and grabs a hold of his neck as he coughs.

I don't...know what...kind I am… I am… I didn't know I… had the kind of venom...in me… I swear.

Tails looks to Shadow worried as he looks down at his brother in shock.

If he doesn't know then what are we going to do? She's fading and I only give her two days tops before we lose her.

Didn't this happen before though?

Rouge looks at everyone worried.

Last time it happened it was Sonic. But his venom is different, nothing more than that of any other vampire. It is rare for a vampire to have two kinds of venom, and even then each kind is different.

Tails said.

Don't remind me Tails.

So what now?

Finitevus asks from the other end.

I'll have to extract his venom and try to analyze it and hope I can figure it out. But if his venom is that of a vipers, maybe we can make some sort of solution to a concoct some sort or Anti-Venom for her, and for future use.

Rouge asks.

Well lets just say Shadow will enjoy how to get it out of him.

Tails folds his arms and looks down at Scourge with an evil looking smile, as Shadow's ears perk and he glances at him.

Tails?

Knuckles take him over to the table and strap him down, Sonic help him.

Scourge cowers as he looks over at Knuckles who walks over and cracks his knuckles smiling and picks him up by the neck and walks over and slams him down on table as Sonic runs around in a blur and straps him down. Scourge struggles as Shadow smiles clearly already enjoying what was to come. Tails looks at the screen and smiles.

You mind giving us a moment or two.

With that Tails turns the screen around and walks over to the table and Picks up a set of surgical gloves and puts them on.

Rouge roll over the X-Ray machine please.

She nods, clearly not liking where this was going, but rolls it over. He angles it enough to take an X-ray of Scourges head down to his collarbone. After a few moments he asks Sonic and Shadow to step to a white screen as he does the same two more times. After he gets what he needs he lines the X-rays side by side to compare them.

Just as I thought.

Tails?

As most should know, a vampire's venom sack is located in their head next to their thyroid glands. But with Scourge he has two sets.

Meaning what?

Shadow asks him annoyed.

We're going to need BOTH of them, meaning that Scourge will no longer be able to feed from his pets or hosts again, and you'll love this next part Shadow?

N-n-next part?

Scourge gulps as he starts to struggle again, as Shadow looks at him smiling as he is handed a scalpel, as Tails shows him where to cut.

I wouldn't struggle too much or he could end up killing you by mistake Scourge.

Tails looks down at him folding his arms. Rouge gulps as well as she starts to feel queasy and runs out of the office and down the hallway not wanting to watch. Knuckles looks to Shadow and he nods allowing him to go after her. Sonic stays should he be needed but looks away non the less. Not wasting another moment, Tails finishes where Shadow would need to cut and lets him at his brother. Shadow smiles down licking his lips as he holds the scapulae and smiles a deadly looking toothy smile.

Tails was right, I am going to enjoy this. Oh, and feel free to struggle, it doesn't matter if you die or not.

Sorry Scourge but if I did that then how would Shadow have his fun in punishing you for scaring Eris and putting her into a state of shock?

With that Shadow cuts into Scourge's neck as he screams out. After fifteen minutes Shadow was done and hands Tails the venom sacks as he licks off the blood from the scalpel before tossing it into the sink. After that was done he walked out of the office looking over his shoulder.

With that he was gone to go clean up as Tails headed back to his desk and turned the computer screen back around as he smiles, rubbing the back of his head.

Is he done yet? Can I look now?

Sonic turns back around and seeing the state Scourge was in he cringes back. Part of him wished he ran out with Rouge when he had the chance. But another part, a much bigger part, was pleased with what happened.

A befitting punishment if you ask me.

He says folding his arms looking at Scourge shaking his head at his pathetic state.

Sorry about that but we got what we needed. Once I can analyze his venom I'll call you back via T-pup. It shouldn't take but a few hours.

Finitevus looks at Tails worried then to Silver and Blaze who were also wondering. Smiling Tails nods and turns the screen and they all cringe back.

Scourge crossed a HUGE line with Shadow and Caused his favorite pet harm. Not just harm but shock too. You see Eris is very special to Shadow, more than you could know, and anyone messing with her...well..

Tails Shrugs as he goes on.

Well let's just say that Scourge will now be feeding thru a straw for now on. One of the worst punishments a Vampire can endure. Worse than having one's fangs removed by force. Which I'm surprised….

Before he could finish what he was Saying Shadow comes back in and to a cupboard and takes out a pair of surgical pliers and walks back over to Scourge who was groaning out still in a daze from what happened. He sees Shadow and his eyes widen in shock as he he starts to struggle again as Shadow grabs a hold of the sides of his mouth and forces it open as he takes the pliers and takes hold of one of his fangs and gripping it he smiles down at his brother as he licks his lips as tears streamed down his face.

With an upward motion he yanks out his left fang first and blood goes flying across the room and hits Tails, Sonic and the screen, making Finitevus, Silver and Blaze hold onto one another as they watch. Tails sits there in shock and blinks a few times, as does Sonic as Shadow rips Scourge other fang out as even more blood goes flying. Once done he takes the Fangs and pliers and tosses them in the sink and walks out. No one says anything, should he come back, the only sound was the moans and sobbing of Scourge. After a moment Silver gulps as does Finitevus and Blaze, as he looks at Finitevus, then Blaze.

I-I-I think...I may...have pissed….off... the wrong...guy.

Ya THINK!?

Finitevus, Sonic say at once as, Blaze calls him a moron. Finitevus looks at Silver annoyed as he pushes him off, as Blaze composes herself. Tails blinks a few more times before answering back.

I...stand corrected.

As do I. THAT is even more worthy of a punishment to bestow on him than having his venom sacks removed by force.

Taking a rag, Tails wipes off his face and screen before tossing it to Sonic and sighs out.

I'll get back to you Via T-pup and let you know what I find out. It shouldn't take but maybe a couple of hours to find something out, then from there we can figure out our next course of action.

Nodding, Tails ends the call and looks over at Scourge and sighs out as Sonic Stands there with his arms folded.

So what now?

Well lucky for him he will survive this ordeal. But as I was saying he will be drinking his meals from a straw for now on. For now could you at least get him SOMEWHAT clean up as I work on this and see what can be done.

If I had it MY way I'd leave him as is and let him suffer more.

Yeah well, I think he's had enough. The pain from having his venom sacks removed forcefully and his fangs will be more than enough.

Sonic rolls his eyes and gets to work cleaning him up as Tails sets about working with Scourge's venom to find out what to do next. It takes him a good part of the night, till sunrise the next morning to get what he needs and sighs out. The results were not good. There comes a knock at his door as Shadow walks in and Tails looks up and sees him enter. He was in fresh clothing now as he stopped at the young Werefoxes side.

Well?

He sighs out shaking his head.

I tried everything Shadow. From what I can tell his Venom is like that of extremely rare Palomino Bloodlander Viper. I looked into it and sadly...Shadow I'm sorry but…

Tails don't you dare tell me…

The young Werefox looks up at him the pain and sadness clear on his face. Shadow looks at him for a long time as he turns to leave.

Where's Scourge?

Most likely in his room by now where I asked Sonic to take him. Why?

Shadow scoffs and walks out slamming the door behind him. Sighing out, Tails goes to call Dr. Finitevus back with the news.
