Sup guys! So far as I'm writing this I'm planning on making this anthology thing based on my JoKak headcanon scenarios if Noriaki survived part 3. Since it's too tedious and time consuming to make every scene go exactly the way it does in part 4, I'm just gonna for the most part make what generally happens based on my memory which a few changes here and there for Kakyoin's sake.
The 4 males were out in the fields because the raven haired man called them out here to speak to them in private away from Red Hot Chili Pepper.
"Yare Yare daze, I guess it can't be helped now. We have no choice but to have him come here to track down the stand." Jotaro said.
"Him?" Koichi said.
"There is a stand user that I didn't want coming here, but as it is right now we need him for his stand ability. He's stand can track down the whereabouts of Red Hot Chili Pepper but here's the thing, he's getting up in the years so that means we would have to protect him at all times once he's within our custody."
Okuyasu looks in amusement, "There's an old man out there with a stand!?"
Jotaro refrained from chuckling at the teens redundant remark, "He's not just an ordinary old man with a stand. He's none other than my grandfather Joseph Joestar, as well as Josuke's biological father!"
Jotaro, Koichi, and Okuyasu faced their attention towards Josuke to see his reaction.
Josuke was conflicted on what to feel about the news of his biological father, "My uh old man is coming eh? I-it's fine… it's for the sake of tracking down the stand after all."
Jotaro sympathized with Josuke's feelings as he felt nearly the same way when he met his grandfather 10 years ago. However he continuously displayed his usual expression.
"I know how you're feeling Josuke but try not to let it get the better of you during his time here. I made arrangements so that he arrives at the docks later today, our first objective is to ensure the old man arrives safe and sound as we don't know where the stand's whereabouts. To significantly lessen the likelihood of any potential complications, I called you guys out here."
The motorcycle that was nearby started to have electricity crackle around it which immediately alerted the males to the bike. A new voice soon after came, "I heard you fuckers loud and clear!"
"Holy Shit!"
"How hell was he able to get to the fields!?" Jotaro said in a mixture of confusion and concern.
The stand then started the engine on the bike and proceeded to make its escape.
Jotaro exclaimed, "This is bad, he's gonna get to jiji before we do!"
Okuyasu was quick to act and used The Hand to get close to the enemy stand. He tried erasing the stand but missed.
Red Hot Chili Pepper mocked the delinquent, "You're too slow!"
The teen frowned at the piss colored stand, "Take a better look around, retard. I wasn't goin' after ya' I was aimin' for the bike."
The front of the bike's wheel was then deleted off. The delinquent jumped off the bike before it crashed leaving the stand to be forcefully stuck to the bike.
Okuyasu looks down at the bike,"There's nowhere for ya ta run."
Jotaro immediately told Josuke and Koichi to run after the two as this was their only chance to corner the stand.
Red Hot Chili Pepper started taunting Okuyasu as a means to provoke him into using his stand, which only proved partially successful. However when the stand hit the teen it assumed that was it for the teen however it was all part of Okuyasu's plan as when it turned its back away from him, he used The Hand to sneak up behind it.
The delinquent still pissed off, proceeded to stomp the ever living shit out of the piss colored stand.
As Okuyasu was trying to delete the stand Jotaro and the others were within some distance to the two.
"Okuyasu! Don't finish him off yet! We still need to interrogate him!" Jotaro yelled to Okuyasu in hopes he was able to hear. Luckily the boy heard but due to the boy's mind filled with revenge, he did not listen to the man.
"This fucker killed my brother so I'ma end it here! Die you little shit!" Okuyasu used his stand however he missed and the stand used the exposed electricity currents underground to charge back up.
"These currents power up the town, I couldn't dig these up but you made my life easier when you stupidly tried to kill me!" The stand and The Hand aimed for one another. There was a pause however it was quickly revealed that Red Hot Chili Pepper had cut off Okuyasu's arm. The stand wasted no time and forcefully took itself and the teen into the electric currents to kill him.
Koichi was the first to run after Okuyasu and was in tears. Meanwhile the two siblings remained calm and walked over to the crying male.
"Thankfully Okuyasu got his arm chopped off."
Koichi looked at the other teen in confusion until he remembered.
The raven haired teen called out his stand and it picked up the severed arm. Jokuke put an arm over Koichi's shoulder as reassurance, "As long as I heal his arm in time, the rest of his body will come back to him."
As if right on cue the abducted teen reappeared screaming in fear, "I NEVER GO TO GIVE MY BEST FRIEND THE DAD HE NEVER GOT!"
Koichi became relieved at the other's safety while Okuyasu felt ashamed of himself for being tricked so easily.
Jotaro furrowed his eyebrows, "Now's not the time to mope, we got an old man to save."

"By the looks of it, jiji's ship should be arriving in approximately 20 minutes." Jotaro estimates.
"Is he the only one aboard that ship?" Koichi asked.
The raven haired adult continued to look over at the sea, "Jiji is the only passenger on it. For safety reasons, I requested that the Speedwagon Foundation only had one crew member on board. Since Red Hot Chili Pepper is aware of Jiji's arrival, it's going to try to board the ship by any means necessary. If it gets to jiji before we do, it's all over."
Koichi looked at Jotaro in concern.
"Mister Jotaro! We checked da boat and there's no sign of a stand user here!" Okuyasu said in the distance.
"Here's the plan, Okuyasu and I are going after the ship while Josuke and Koichi will stay at the docks."
Josuke looked puzzled, "Huh? Why are Koichi and I staying here?"
"Josuke, we need both of you to watch our backs. Keep in mind that the enemy stand is lurking around here, watching our very moves. They're watching us so they can know where the ship is." Jotaro explained..
There was a moment of silence for the teens to process the information.
"It just takes a battery. It's going to most likely look for something faster to outrun our boat just like he did with the motorcycle earlier, possibly even somehow fly there."
"Eh flying!? With the right plane it could reach the boat before you guys do!" Koichi exclaimed.
"Which is why I need you two to keep watch, if you see something flying over us, look for its user in the harbor. Koichi, your stand's range is about 50 meters so you're playing a big role in finding them."
They all understand the plan that the adult male gave and everyone partnered up and went on their ways, Jotaro & Okuyasu on the boat heading to Joseph, Josuke & Koichi at the harbor to keep watch.
Over at the incoming boat, the only Speedwagon crewmate on board moves the old Joestar's luggage to him.
"We'll be arriving at the Morioh harbor in about 20 minutes, Mr. Joestar."
The old man looks over at the window and into the sea sky, "Ah, I… see. Um, young man I can't seem to find my cane."
The crewmate gave a small sincere smile and responded, "It is right in front of you Mr. Joestar."
The old man looks down in front of him and sees the cane, "Oh my. I can't even recall where I leave my belongings these days!" Joseph gives a light laugh.
The young man hands the cane to the old man,"No worries Mr. Joestar, you're in safe hands."
"Thank you." Joseph happily says.
Joseph continued the conversation, "How long have you've had experience with boats?"
The male was about to sit right across from him to talk but quickly dismissed the thought and remained standing, "Not for long, I only have about 3 years of experience but it started out as a hobby I wanted to do for my lover."
"Ah that's a fine reason to pick up on a hobby."
The younger male looks out to the incoming boat and smiles, "Indeed it is." He said as he then went off to his duties.
Over to Jotaro and Okuyasu as they have boarded Joseph's boat, Echos has went to Jotaro to let him be aware that he and Josuke has defeated Red Hot Chili Pepper's user. And was met with congratulations by Jotaro. Okuyasu was quick to go ahead where the old man was waiting and took a good look at his best friend's father.
"Hmm so this is Jotaro's gramps and Josuke's dad! This geezer looks like he used ta be a pretty big dude!" Okuyasu says in amusement.
It doesn't take long for the old man to notice Okuyasu and calls the teen attention, "Excuse me young man, do you mind telling me your name?"
"Okuyasu."
"Okuyasu." Joseph repeats.
"Me an' Josuke are best friends an' I'm also a stand user." The teen added.
The old man cupped his ear out, "What?"
"Stand user!" Okuyasu spoke louder.
Joseph raised his voice, "What?"
"Sta nd us er!"
"Land cruiser? My, everyone is learning how to drive boats these days, what a time to be alive for the fishing economy."
"STAND USER!"
"Oh you're a stand user, you better be careful as sometimes being a stand user comes with danger. And as a great old' uncle Ben once said, with great power comes great responsibility. I just noticed, Osomatsu, I misplaced my cane and I was wondering if you have seen it?"
Okuyaso looks down at the cane the old man has, "Hm…."
Joseph quickly noticed the social que and looked down at his hand, "Oh there it is. Silly me." Joseph chuckled quietly.
Just then a suspicious man dressed as a speedwagon crewmate walks in, "Mr. Joestar… I'm here to carry your luggage."
Joseph narrows his eyes at the male that walked in, his hat covered his eyes well enough that the teen did not notice. The old man looked over at the door to where the suspicious man walked in, then softened his expression to ask the teen something, "I have a question about Josuke. I've never seen him at all in his life, so I would like to know, how has his life been? Has he ever mentioned me?"
Okuyasu crossed his arms and tried to recall anything, "Hmm. I don't think he eva' said anythin' about ya. "
"Ah I see, it only makes sense." Joseph quietly replies back.
Meanwhile Jotaro just got another update from Echos.
"This is bad Mr. Jotaro! Otoshi Akira's body is gone! He might be disguising himself as the crewmate!"
Jotaro's eyes widened and ran into the room Joseph and Okuyasu are in, "Okuyasu Akira is roaming around here!"
"No way!?"
Jotaro looked at the Speedwagon crewmate that walked in and tensed up at the news. The raven haired adult took notice and looked at him suspiciously. Shortly afterwards another crewmate walked in with his hat covering his face.
"That man isn't from the Speedwagon foundation!" The purple haired male said.
"..." The other remained silent but remained calm.
The teen clenched his fist and look furiously at the male, "Seriously!? You scumbag!"
The male sighed, "Please do not jump to conclusions. And what about the man who accused me? He seems suspicious if you ask me."
Okuyasu looked over at the man from earlier, "Hey ya got a point."
"H-hey he's only saying that to throw you off!" the other said in a panic.
"Shit ya make a good argument-! Fuck who could it be!?"
The purple haired male pointed at the other male, "It is obviously him! Doesn't it seem strange that he hasn't argued anything to prove it's not him!?"
"I don't feel like arguing."
Meanwhile Joseph proceeded to eat a banana and took out a comic book to read, "Quit toying with him, let me know when you folks are finished. I need to know if this clone saga ever finishes, 'been behind on what's been going on with Spidey."
'HAS THIS OLD MAN LOST IT!?' Okuyasu yelled internally.
Jotaro noticed how carefree the old man was behaving and relaxed himself, knowing what he's seeing, there's no reason to stop time.
Red Hot Chilli Pepper appeared and Joseph became engrossed into his comic.
"WHAT THE FUCK OLD MAN!? YOU'RE ON THE VERGE OF DEATH"
"It's not the first time it's happened."
Suddenly white tentacles could be seen all around the room, Okuyasu became frightened that it was the Red Hot Chili Pepper.
"EMERALD SPLASH!"
Okuyasu was quick to shield Joseph and embrace for impact but none came his way and heard a piercing scream from the purple haired male. He looked around to see that Red Hot Chili Pepper was defeated.
"What the!?" The teen said in confusion.
"Yare yare daze..."
"Don't worry I'm not the enemy. Isn't that right Mr. Joestar?" The male smiled at Joseph.
Joseph threw the banana peel away and put the comic book away, "He's with us."
Okuyasu looks over at Jotaro and could've sworn he saw a light tint of red on his face but couldn't tell because his hat was covering his face.
The adult male still looking away, "Jiji let's get you off this boat."
Joseph nodded and Jotaro held onto his grandfather to give him support followed by the Speedwagon crewmate to do the same thing while also holding 2 luggages with the tentacle sticking out of him.
After Josuke had a heartwarming moment with meeting his father for the first time, everyone's attention came onto the Speedwagon employee.
"So do some Speedwagon employees have stands?" Josuke asked.
"Actually…" Jotaro trailed off.
The man proceeded to ignore it and looked at the shorter male, "I told you not to follow me here. Plus you're supposed to look after them"
"After me hearing about you wanting to bring Mr. Joestar here all alone. I just couldn't, not my in-law that I oh so cherish. And they're being watched over by Ms. Joestar and Ms. Holly so you don't need to worry about anything." The male said playfully.
The mysterious male looked over to Josuke's direction and smiled in amusement, "Ah so this is your uncle." He lightly nudged his elbow to the taller male, the other which seemed to be silent.
The top half of the males face had been concealed from everyone up till now. He smiled and proceeded to remove his hat.
Locks of red hair now fell down to the side of his face that was previously tucked into the hat with piercing silver eyes being emphasized by his hair. And oddly some light scars over his eyes. Josuke noted that the mysterious male appeared to be around his nephew's age, he looked over to Jotaro again and he felt a foreign air around his nephew.
The redhead took out some black shades from his pocket and grinned, "Nice to meet you all, and especially you in-law, my name's Kakyoin Noriaki. I'll be here to assist you all on the murder case."
This chapter is just kinda the how he shows up to Morioh. After this chapter is where I don't exactly need to follow the plot of pt4 and where all the JoKak happens.
