Chapter 15: Return
"Yuki?"
The white haired girl turns toward the raven haired teen. He smirks at her that sets her heart racing. The girl's heterochromia eyes fall on him.
"Yes, Master?"
"I need you to go out into the woods and gather some flowers. I need a lot of them. Think you can do it for me?"
She stands up and nods. Grabing a basket and her sandals the girl heads out. She heads out to do as he has asked. Yuki smiles and starts collecting flowers as she goes on her way. She enjoys a few hours just picking flowers. When she arrives back at the hideout somehting feels off so she takes off running down the halls. She comes up behind a small group of people. They block her way to Sasuke's room.
The girl notices that just past them is Sasuke. Gasping she shoves past them and moves in front of Sasuke. Yuki looks at the people in front of her. One is a girl with short pink hair and emerald green eyes. The boy standing next to her in the orange and black suit feels familar to her. His blonde hair stands out in spikes in all directions. He has blue eyes that make you feel like you are falling into the sea or the sky. Her left grey eye and Blue right eye watched them all nervously and on guard.
The pink haired girl takes a step forward. Yuki throws a kunei at her foot making her back up a bit.
"I don't know who you are. I don't care why you are here. But you will leave Master Sasuke alone."
The blonde haired boy gasps and steps forward.
"Ame? Is that you?"
Yuki goes to say something but stops when Sasuke wraps his arm around her waist and pulls her to him. She looks up at him.
"Master?"
He doesn't look at her for a second. She starts to look at the intruders when he tilts her head and kisses her. She feels a heat rise within her body where his skin touches blonde seems to be pissed off about it. When he pulls back Sasuke looks at his old teammate.
"Her name is Yuki now. And she belongs to me."
"You bastard! what did you do to my cousin!?"
Yuki turns back to the group. The pink haired girl has her fists clenched. The Blonde goes to hit Sasuke but before he can Yuki steps into his path. He stops his fist short of her face. She stares at him without an ounce of emotion.
"Ame."
"Yuki. Back down. I'll handle them."
She turns toward Sasuke. Yuki moves behind him so she is out of the way.
"Yes, Master Sasuke."
"Good girl. Just stay there for me."
Yuki watches the girl small group gets into a fight. Finally noticing the pale male that was half dressed. Seeing him make a drawing come to life she Jumps at him and pins his arms down.
"Yuki, time to go."
"Master, go!"
She gets thrown but does what she can to keep them away from Sasuke. Hje watches her.
"Yuki come now."
She continues to fight with the pink haired girl.
"Sorry, Master. You'll have to leave me behind. Go! You have to fulfill your goal. Please!? Sasuke, Go!"
He actually flinches a little when she calls him by name. He glares at Naruto.
"You won this time but I will be back to collect my bride."
Naruto goes to chase Sasuke only to be decked in the face by the white haired girl. He turns to see that she is at her limit. This girl looks like his cousin except her hair color and the scars all over her arms and hands. Sakura goes to hit the girl when she falls forward. Naruto catches her. He looks at her.
"Ame what have they done to you?"
He picks her up bridal style and starts to head for the exit.
"Naruto, wait. We should go after Sasuke while we can."
He stops and looks back at his teammate.
"You heard him Sakura. He will come back for Ame. So we will keep her close to home and keep her safe. He will come for her. And when he does we'll be ready."
He starts heading back to the village. His heart breaks a little to see his cousin in this state. Ame has grown taller, she is a little taller than Sakura. He plays the event in his head. She has become strong in Taijutsu. The last of her baby fat has disappeared from her face. She no longer was a child but a young woman. What bothered him the most was the surgical scar peaking out from the crevasse of her chest. Naruto makes a silent vow to keep her safe.
When they arrive in the village a certain ninja was walking with his canine companion. When he caught the scent of the girl he took off to find his teammate. the boy steps into the clearing and ignores the apparent annoyance from his teammate.
"Shino, Ame has returned."
The bug user turns toward his attention to his team mate.
"Ame."
