Episode 06 - Great Disaster! Who is the mysterious girl?
Before Ponzu and Letuck there was a girl with a cheerful smile on her face materializing and blowing magical butterflies with one color after another. She was small, but she was highter than both of her's watchers. Her skin was purplish, her hair was a white-silvery mohawk and a braid starting under her ears. She wore a white and purple outfit with yellow highlights.
- Letuck, may I have a word with you? - Ponzu calls him from the corner - We should find a way to put her back on that portal where she came from and pretend nothing happened.
Letuck briefly recalls his horrific experience when he was enprisioned inside the Mafuba.
- No, we can't do that! I refuse. - he answered energetically.
- What's gotten into you, Saiyan? - Ponzu paused for a brief moment. - We have to sort this out. What if she is dangerous?
- She does not look dangerous at all, master.
- We can not take risks. These butterflies could turn into monsters and eat our heads.
- Maybe that Ether could help me with my training - Letuck suggested.
- I bet you would not last five seconds against her - Ponzu says as he looks behind a wall.
Letuck reflects on what was said.
- I want to see that! He left, running towards the girl.
- I did NOT tell you to FIGHT her! - Ponzu protested without effect.
"Saiyans" thought Ponzu shaking his head.
- Ether, my name is Letuck and I'm a saiyan. - he said as he approached her - I think you must be really strong. How about we test our powers?
- Testing our powers? What do you mean? - she asked.
- A fight. Like this! "Letuck swings a punch at her face that throwed her to the ground.
- Why did you do that? - she was getting back on her feet with her hand on her cheek - Did anyone never taught you to not hit a helpless girls !
Letuck is startled.
- Ah! Don't worry, I'll help you out!
As he approaches, Letuck notices her eyes turning red with anger and walks away, frightened, to where his master was.
- What shall we do now, Master?
- Perhaps someone has already found a solution to this problem. - he seemed secure.
- Whom are you talking about, Master?
- Not a person, but the Great Library of the Other World. - Ponzu continued. - It has all the knowledge of the universe and is watched over by a kaioshin, the God of Knowledge. It might have some books about the girl.
- I did not know there was sucha place.
- You'd be surprised by how many distinct places I've visited with those chalks.
- I'll go with you.
- I'm going alone, Letuck. - Ponzu pointed his finger at him. - And you keep an eye on her. We don't know what she is capable of.
- I don't think that's a good idea - said the saiyan, remembering his embarrassment with the girl.
- And it is not.
Ponzu picks up a green chalk drew a portal and disappeared. Letuck turned his attention to the girl who continued to play with her colorful butterflies.
- Hello again - said Letuck approaching her, laughing nervously.
- What you want? Did you come to hit me again?
- I'm sorry for that - he scratched his head - I was told you were some kind of terrible monster, but that's not what I see.
- Is it true you don't see me as a monster? - Her question made him surprised.
- Of course I don't - he replied nervously again.
Ether smiles and got back to re-materializes her butterflies.
- So ... How do you make these butterflies? - he asked.
- This is magic.
- Magic...? It looks incredible! Can you teach me how to use it?
- I would... but I don't remember how to use my powers.
- Do you remember anything else other than your name?
- Not a single snack - she smiles, fondly.
- I know how it is. I also cannot remember the moments before I died and...
- Death, I don't like to talk about it! Why don't we talk about something better, like... hm.. The place you came from. Tell me how was it!
- Ok. I was born on a planet called Earth and I grew up in the Orin Temple, where the monks taught me martial arts...
Letuck and Ether continued to talk while Ponzu did not return. In fact, a week had passed without him coming back.
- Letuck, Letuck! - Ether called him, pushing the saiyan from his bed. - Come to see this!
- Ether, what's happening? - She pushes him too hard making him falls off the bed. Ether giggles.
The girl takes him outside the house:
- What do you think? - she asked - Does it look pretty?
- Wow, that's fantastic! You fixed Ponzu's house! He will be very pleased. - Letuck was amazed - How did you do that?
- I woke up very early and trained my magic until it worked out - she said proudly of her effort.
- That's great. You are learning to use your powers again.
Still on that same day, while they were eating at the dinner table, they heard the noise of something breaking. They both got up and went to check what was that and found Ponzu lying on the floor, bruised, trying to get up.
- Master Ponzu! - Letuck announced, running to his master. Ether came along.
- There she is. The great goddess! - said a voice from above.
When they raised their heads to see, there were two people with clothes akin to what Ether was wearing, but with rosy skin color and dark blue clothes on green for one and yellow on the woman. They also had silver hair.
- I never thought she would leave that place alive. - said the bigger one to the smaller.
- Who are you? - Letuck asked them.
- These are the Kaioshin of Knowledge and his assistant - Ponzu replyed with difficulty - you have to be respectful to them because he is a God.
- A God? - he repeated to himself, and hiding behind him was Ether.
- He is correct. - The smaller man got down on the floor.
- What do you want with us? And why did you do this to Master Ponzu!? - asked Letuck.
- I needed to see her up close - said the younger man - The Zenkaioshin, the goddess before the gods.
- What did he say? - Ether asked amazed.
- Although she does not seem so terrible, my lord - the older and taller woman added.
- Don't worry. Her powers were sealed by the other Zenkaioshin before she was casted down to the Prison of Time. She is harmless now - the smaller man continued - but not for long.
- Master Ponzu, what's going on? - asked Letuck - Why are they here?
- It's all my fault... Letuck. - he struggled to answer - I could not keep the secret from them.
- Master!
Touched by what they did to his master, Letuck standed up before them.
- I do not care who you are. You hurted my friend! And I will not forgive you! - he shouted angrily.
Letuck lunged at the smallest of the two and tried to strike a blow, but he was intercepted by the big woman who quickly stood in front of him. Enraged, the saiyan unloads a barrage of blows at her.
The big woman who was shrunk defensively made a quick movement striking Letuck's stomach with great strength forcing him to stop his attacks, then she throw another blow with her hand, pushing the saiyajin away unconscious.
- Letuck, no! - weeped Ponzu on the floor.
The two grouped together and approached Ether.
- Shall we take her to Makai, the Realm of the demons? - the big woman asked.
- It's too dangerous for her to stay alive and regain her powers. We cannot let her cause bigger problems than the wizard Bibidi and the demon Majin Buu - said the smaller man - We have to kill her right now!
Hearing this Ether suddenly rose in fury, her eyes turned red. She then fired a red energy ball against the smaller man who despite protecting himself was not efficient as the ball did not exploded right away, but assimilated to his body leaving a red spot on his skin that kept growing until it reached all of his body.
In a flash he exploded, completely destroying Ponzu's house and part of the chalk pyramid building.
- Great Kaioshin! - grunted the big woman.
Ether fainted right after the explosion, and yet the Kaioshin of Knowledge's assistant was terrified.
Letuck waked up with Ponzu healing his wounds. He then got up as quickly to keep fighting those gods, but then he realizes that the scenario had changed. They were on a dry land shrouded in mist and the sky was purple and dark. The whole atmosphere of that place was menancing.
- Master, where are we?
- We were thrown in the Makai. This place is in the opposite side of the whole universe. Here, the gods become demons and are banished for all eternity.
- What about Ether, what happened to her? - Letuck looked around over this new scenario.
- She's right over there. - he pointed out, pausing. - Letuck, I've found out who she really is. We have to leave her while she is still unconscious.
- We can't do that. - Letuck insited - She's not bad.
- Stop talking nonsense and let's leave.
- She rebuilt your house all by herself. - the saiyan protested.
- What did you say?
- When you were gone she used her magic to rebuild your house.
- That was very nice, but still she doesn't remember who she is. We have to leave, hurry!
Ponzu picked up a green chalk that he had kept hidden inside his shoe.
- Even without my chalk case, I can still do my tricks - the blue alien said to himself, staring at the chalk.
Ponzu drew a circle on the floor, but nothing happened. He tried again, but his chalk vanished in his hand as they are single-use.
- Letuck, my chalks don't work in the Demon Realm! - he said desperately. - That means we are stuck here!
On their side, they hear the sound of someone waking up.
- What is this place? - Ether called briefly - Letuck! There you are!
- Letuck, let's run away, now! - pleaded Ponzu.
- We can't do this to her, master.
After his saying, the saiyan went toward her.
"Damn saiyan!" thought the little blue alien and joined them.
Ponzu who had been awaken all this time explained what had happened.
- I don't understand why those people were after me! - Ether protested - I am not a monster!
"I can't believe this is happening to me. I, who fought my whole life against the demons of my planet, ending up in a place like this!" muttered Ponzu.
Letuck became angry by his thoughts.
- What got into you, Letuck? - the girl asked.
- I have been training for so long, how could I be defeated by a single strike. - he growled angrily.
- Don't worry about that, saiyan. - Ponzu reassured - First we have to find a way out of this horrendous place.
A green energy ball is thrown at their direction, but Letuck quickly notices it and deflects it to another place. After that, they look for the source of the attack and found two beings laughing in the middle of a hill. There was a bigger one and a smaller one.
Those two landed on the ground, next to where Letuck's group was. One is tall, with dark blue-green skin, straight ginger hair draped back, white trousers, yellow boots with black details, a plaid on his neck and purple bandages on the cuffs. The other one was smaller, with greenish, bald skin, animal face and wore a red and blue shirt with a gray armor over and white gloves and boots.
- Let's get out of here. Hurry! - Ponzu suggested in despair.
- We can not run away. - Letuck opposed him - In this place of demons, either you face them or they'll find you.
As they looked around, they saw that they were in the middle of a caldera and there were demons all around the edges with devilishly laughters.
- We have new flesh to play with - the younger one chuckled.
Letuck stood in front of his friends in combat position, personaly excited because these new two demons reminded him of the anger he was feeling towards those gods who had throwed them in the Demon Realm and he wanted to prove that all his years of training were not in vain.
